技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合防水卷材及其制备方法,具体涉及一种高性能自粘沥青高分子膜复合防水卷材及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,自粘卷材以其施工便捷、安全环保等特点,在国内建筑防水中的应用越来越广泛。无胎自粘卷材作为自粘卷材的一种,其便捷、节能的优点更加突出,主要用作防水垫层,起防水、隔汽以及防滑等作用。其主要构造是自粘沥青+增强膜+隔离膜,国内使用的增强膜和隔离膜主要分为两种高分子膜,HDPE膜(高密度聚乙烯膜)和PET膜(聚酯膜),由于高分子膜表面光滑,摩擦系数低,粘接强度低,容易出现高分子膜与自粘沥青脱离的情况,失去复合效果,防水存在很大的隐患。
目前,自粘卷材主要针对有胎自粘卷材与基层粘接的研究,而没有涉及无胎自粘沥青与高分子膜复合粘接的研究。因此,亟需开发一种高性能自粘沥青高分子膜复合防水卷材,既能保证整体结构的稳定,又能保证自粘沥青和高分子膜粘接牢固,从而实现良好复合。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种既能保证整体结构的稳定,又能保证复合牢固,防水性能可靠的高性能自粘沥青高分子膜复合防水卷材及其制备方法,从而解决现有无胎自粘中自粘沥青和高分子增强膜易分离的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是,一种高性能自粘沥青高分子膜复合防水卷材,由以下重量份数的原料组成,沥青100~150份,软化剂15~40份,聚合物改性剂10~20份,增粘剂8~16份,滑石粉20~30份。
进一步,所述沥青为90#石油沥青。
进一步,所述软化剂为石油系软化剂,主要是由链烷烃、环烷烃、芳烃、常一线油、常二线油中的一种或多种所组成的混合物,主要作用是促进改进剂的溶解和分散。
进一步,所述聚合物改性剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或丁苯橡胶。
进一步,所述增粘剂为C5石油树脂或聚异丁烯。
进一步,所述滑石粉为200目碳酸钙。
本发明进一步解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是,一种高性能自粘沥青高分子膜复合防水卷材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)自粘沥青的制备:在130~160℃温度下,依次加入称好的沥青,软化剂,聚合物改性剂,增粘剂,滑石粉,高速搅拌,控制温度为170~180℃混合制备得到自粘沥青;
(2)双面自粘卷材成型:将高分子膜置于中间,两侧涂覆步骤(1)制得的自粘沥青,卷材上下两层覆上隔离膜,经过定厚、冷却成型、收卷、包装,即得双面自粘卷材;
(3)单面自粘卷材成型:将高分子膜置于卷材上表面,另一面涂覆步骤(1)制得的自粘沥青,上表面覆上隔离边膜,下表面附上隔离膜,经过定厚、冷却成型、收卷、包装,即得单面自粘卷材。
本发明自粘沥青粘接强度大,与高分子膜相容性好,与水泥砂浆剥离强度2.2N/mm以上,持粘性好,能够适应湿铺和干铺,可有效提升防水质量。
本发明产品具有结构稳定,平直度好,施工后稳定性好;拉伸强度大,延伸率大,对基层收缩变形和开裂适应能力强;初粘性好,持久粘接性好,搭接牢固,防水可靠;耐高低温性能优良,耐候性好;成本较低,施工便捷,能耗低,符合建筑节能趋势。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。产品的检测指标全部满足GB/T23457-2009中湿铺P类要求,测试方法按照GB/T 328-2007进行。
实施例1
1、按质量份计算,高性能自粘沥青料化学组分如下:

(1)称取沥青100-120份,苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯5份,丁苯橡胶5份,聚异丁烯8份,C5石油树脂2份,石粉滑25份,在温度130℃时,依次加入沥青、软化剂、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯、丁苯橡胶、聚异丁烯、滑石粉,混合制得自粘沥青。
(2)经过卷材成型工艺,将PET增强膜置于上表面,下表面涂覆上述步骤制备的自粘沥青,卷材下层覆上PET隔离膜,经过定厚,冷却定型,收卷。其中上层采用120mmPET隔离边膜,940mmPET膜,下层采用1060mmPET膜,生产车速为30m/min。成品结构为图1所示的高性能自粘沥青高分子膜单面复合防水卷材,按照GB/T 23457-2009进行测试,测试结果见下表1。

经过测试,本发明卷材具有良好的热处理后尺寸稳定性,粘接性能、力学性能优异,高性能自粘沥青与高分子膜(PET聚酯膜、HDPE膜)的粘接复合良好,能够满足GB/T23457-2009的规定的各项要求。
本发明突破了原有的思路,从产品配方作为突破口,针对高分子膜的特性开发高性能自粘沥青,达到优势互补;同时该卷材能源消耗低,防水性能优异,具有广阔的市场前景。

1.一种高性能自粘沥青高分子膜复合防水卷材,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料组成,沥青100~150份,软化剂15~40份,聚合物改性剂10~20份,增粘剂8~16份,滑石粉20~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能自粘沥青高分子膜复合防水卷材,其特征在于,所述沥青为90#石油沥青。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高性能自粘沥青高分子膜复合防水卷材,其特征在于,所述软化剂为石油系软化剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高性能自粘沥青高分子膜复合防水卷材,其特征在于,所述聚合物改性剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或丁苯橡胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高性能自粘沥青高分子膜复合防水卷材,其特征在于,所述增粘剂为C5石油树脂或聚异丁烯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高性能自粘沥青高分子膜复合防水卷材,其特征在于,所述滑石粉为200目碳酸钙。
7.根据权利要求书1~6之一所述的高性能自粘沥青高分子膜复合防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)自粘沥青的制备:在130~160℃温度下,依次加入称好的沥青,软化剂,聚合物改性剂,增粘剂,滑石粉,高速搅拌,控制温度为170~180℃混合制备得到自粘沥青;
(2)双面自粘卷材成型:将高分子膜置于中间,两侧涂覆步骤(1)制得的自粘沥青,卷材上下两层覆上隔离膜,经过定厚、冷却成型、收卷、包装,即得双面自粘卷材;
(3)单面自粘卷材成型:将高分子膜置于卷材上表面,另一面涂覆步骤(1)制得的自粘沥青,上表面覆上隔离边膜,下表面附上隔离膜,经过定厚、冷却成型、收卷、包装,即得单面自粘卷材。
