本发明涉及一种自粘型PVC防水卷材,从上到下依次为无纺布层、PVC防水层、自粘胶层、隔离纸,无纺布层、PVC防水层和自粘胶层依次复合而成,石油树脂、萜烯树脂和低分子量聚异丁烯按照1:15:0.6的比例混合得到的增粘剂加入到自粘胶中,得到的自粘胶具有较高的延伸特性,与无纺布层、PVC防水层复合制得的自粘型PVC防水卷材在剥离强度、耐热性、持粘性等性能方面均大大超过标准指标,其中,扯断伸长率超出标准指标115%以上,断裂拉伸强度超出标准指标130%以上,撕裂强度超出标准指标110%以上,剥离强度超出标准指标180%以上,耐热性超出标准指标125%以上,持粘性超出标准指标300%以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水卷材,具体的说,涉及一种自粘型PVC防水卷材,属于建筑工程防水材料领域。
背景技术
近几年来随着国家对建筑节能的重视,单层机械固定屋面系统快速发展,聚氯乙烯防水卷材已成为塑料防水卷材的主流产品。进入21世纪,交通能源等基础设施继续保持看高的增长速度,更为聚氯乙烯防水卷材提供了广阔的市场。我国早期使用的PVC防水卷材质量较差,在工程使用过程中主要出现抗老化能力差、拉伸性能差等问题,致使聚氯乙烯防水卷材的推广应用受到一定影响;另外,一般的自粘型PVC防水卷材耐热性差,在很热的温度下防水层会变薄,就会有严重的漏水隐患,适用范围窄。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种抗老化性能好、拉伸性能高、适用范围广的自粘型PVC防水卷材。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种自粘型PVC防水卷材,从上到下依次为无纺布层、PVC防水层、自粘胶层、隔离纸,无纺布层、PVC防水层和自粘胶层依次复合而成。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述自粘胶层包括如下重量份的各组分:70#石油沥青50-65份、丁基橡胶8-15份、热塑性丁苯橡胶2-5份、增粘剂3.5-10份、防老剂1.5-5份、偶联剂0.5-2份、填充料20-28份。
所述自粘胶层包括如下重量份的各组分:70#石油沥青58份、丁基橡胶11份、热塑性丁苯橡胶2.5份、增粘剂7份、防老剂3份、偶联剂1.3份、填充料24份。
所述增粘剂为石油树脂、萜烯树脂和低分子量聚异丁烯的混合物。
所述增粘剂中石油树脂、萜烯树脂和低分子量聚异丁烯的比例为1:15:0.6。
所述PVC防水层为疏松型PVC层。
所述无纺布层为涤纶增强无纺布层。
所述隔离纸为易揭离PET膜。
自粘胶层的制备方法:
a.将70#沥青按配比打入配料罐,给配料罐加温;
b.待70#沥青融化后,依次加入增粘剂、防老剂、偶联剂,边搅拌边升温;
c.待温度升至180±5℃时加入丁基橡胶,搅拌50-70分钟,边搅拌边研磨;
d.温度保持在180±5℃,加入热塑性丁苯橡胶,搅拌40-60分钟,边搅拌边研磨;
e.加入填充料,搅拌30分钟,待填充料搅拌均匀之后,温度降至100~105℃,即得自粘胶。
所述自粘型PVC防水卷材的剥离强度≥1.8N/mm,持粘性≥45min,耐热性≥88℃。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1、本发明采用无纺布层、PVC防水层和自粘胶层依次复合而成,使本发明的断裂拉伸强度有了很大幅度的提高;
2、石油树脂、萜烯树脂和低分子量聚异丁烯按照1:15:0.6的比例混合得到的增粘剂加入到自粘胶中,得到的自粘胶具有较高的延伸特性,与无纺布层、PVC防水层复合制得的自粘型PVC防水卷材在剥离强度、耐热性、持粘性等性能方面均大大超过标准指标,其中,扯断伸长率超出标准指标115%以上,断裂拉伸强度超出标准指标130%以上,撕裂强度超出标准指标110%以上,剥离强度超出标准指标180%以上,耐热性超出标准指标125%以上,持粘性超出标准指标300%以上。

具体实施方式
实施例1,一种自粘型PVC防水卷材,从上到下依次为涤纶增强无纺布层、疏松型PVC防水层、自粘胶层、易揭离PET膜,涤纶增强无纺布层、疏松型PVC防水层和自粘胶层依次复合而成。
自粘胶层包括如下重量份的各组分:70#石油沥青50份、丁基橡胶8份、热塑性丁苯橡胶2份、增粘剂3.5份、防老剂1.5份、偶联剂0.5份、填充料20份。
增粘剂为石油树脂、萜烯树脂和低分子量聚异丁烯的混合物,增粘剂中石油树脂、萜烯树脂和低分子量聚异丁烯的比例为1:15:0.6。
自粘胶层的制备方法:
a.将70#沥青按配比打入配料罐,给配料罐加温;

将本发明自粘型PVC防水卷材进行实验,实验根据标准GB/T23457-2009《湿铺/预铺防水卷材》进行,实验数据见下表1。

由表1可以看出,与标准指标相比,本发明在剥离强度、耐热性、持粘性等性能方面均大大超过标准指标,其中,扯断伸长率超出标准指标115%以上,断裂拉伸强度超出标准指标130%以上,撕裂强度超出标准指标110%以上,剥离强度超出标准指标180%以上,耐热性超出标准指标125%以上,持粘性超出标准指标300%以上。其中,实施例2为最优选方案。
另外,实施例2与实施例4、实施例5相比,不同的地方在于增粘剂加入量的不同,通过表1的数据表明,实施例2的自粘型PVC防水卷材的性能指标最好,即增粘剂的加入量为7份的时候,自粘型PVC防水卷材的性能指标最好,增粘剂为石油树脂、萜烯树脂和低分子量聚异丁烯的混合物,增粘剂中石油树脂、萜烯树脂和低分子量聚异丁烯的比例为1:15:0.6。

所述自粘胶层包括如下重量份的各组分:70#石油沥青50-65份、丁基橡胶8-15份、热塑性丁苯橡胶2-5份、增粘剂3.5-10份、防老剂1.5-5份、偶联剂0.5-2份、填充料20-28份;
所述增粘剂为石油树脂、萜烯树脂和低分子量聚异丁烯的混合物;
所述增粘剂中石油树脂、萜烯树脂和低分子量聚异丁烯的比例为1:15:0.6。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种自粘型PVC防水卷材,其特征在于:所述自粘胶层包括如下重量份的各组分:70#石油沥青58份、丁基橡胶11份、热塑性丁苯橡胶2.5份、增粘剂7份、防老剂3份、偶联剂1.3份、填充料24份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种自粘型PVC防水卷材,其特征在于:所述PVC防水层为疏松型PVC层。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种自粘型PVC防水卷材,其特征在于:所述无纺布层为涤纶增强无纺布层。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种自粘型PVC防水卷材,其特征在于:所述隔离纸为易揭离PET膜。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种自粘型PVC防水卷材,其特征在于:所述自粘胶层的制备方法:
a.将70#沥青按配比打入配料罐,给配料罐加温;
b.待70#沥青融化后,依次加入增粘剂、防老剂、偶联剂,边搅拌边升温;
c.待温度升至180±5℃时加入丁基橡胶,搅拌50分钟,边搅拌边研磨;
d.温度保持在180±5℃,加入热塑性丁苯橡胶,搅拌40分钟,边搅拌边研磨;
e.加入填充料,搅拌30分钟,待填充料搅拌均匀之后,温度降至100~105℃,即得自粘油。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种自粘型PVC防水卷材,其特征在于:所述自粘型PVC防水卷材的剥离强度≥1.8N/mm,持粘性≥45min,耐热性≥88℃。
