Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材及其制备方法 。本发明的防水卷材选用石油沥青、聚异丁烯、丁基橡胶、萜烯树脂、C5石油树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂、抗氧剂、GX‑3改性沥青助溶剂、填充料制备高聚物改性沥青,经选取胎基布、螺杆温度设定、将高聚物改性沥青投入到双螺杆挤出机中、对胎基布上下表面进行改性沥青涂覆,经斜向对刺针刺机进行穿刺处理、压辊滚花压实,得到调整厚度至标准要求的胎基高聚物改性沥青防水片材、经冷却、切边、卷曲、检测验收合格。保证了改性沥青涂层与胎基布之间交叉牢固粘结成一体。解决了传统高温熔融浸胶刮涂方法为直接螺杆挤出形成针刺冷法生产方式,易于改性沥青与胎基布牢固结合。

Description

环保型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑用防水卷材,具体说是一种环保型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材及其制备方法 。
背景技术
目前,现有技术的聚酯胎SBS改性沥青防水卷材,其聚酯胎基布都是预先将聚酯无纺布进行浸胶、烘干、热轧制成油毡基布,然后再进行沥青浸胶刮涂。改性沥青与油毡基布之间为表面粘结复合,尽管沥青浸胶刮涂是在高温熔融状态下进行的,但在实际生产中受到各种因素(如:温度、浸胶时间、复合压力等)的影响,改性沥青与油毡基布之间会因粘结不牢而产生分层现象。另外,油毡基布在产品结构中只是起到增强作用而没有防渗防水作用,因此在防水施工中如果沥青层遭到破坏,会直接导致产生渗水和窜水问题。现有技术生产工艺经历两次浸胶过程,并且是在高温熔融状态进行的,生产过程会产生一定的有害气体。因此,具有工艺流程长、设备设施占地面积大、投资大、能源消耗大、生产成本高、改性沥青与油毡基布之间会产生分层现象,不符合境保要求。
发明内容
鉴于上述现状,本发明提供了一种环保型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材。通过胎基布针刺法涂胶,保证改性沥青涂层与聚酯无纺布之间形成空间交叉一体结构不分层,使胎基布与沥青形成一道新的防水层。
本发明还提供了该防水卷材的制备方法。
本发明的防水卷材,它由下述原料按重量份配比:石油沥青100份、聚异丁烯6-10份、丁基橡胶5-10份、萜烯树脂5-10份、C5石油树脂5-10份、增塑剂8-12份、稳定剂0.1-0.3份、抗氧剂3-6份、GX-3改性沥青助溶剂0.3-1份、填充料40-50份。
本发明中,所述原料按重量份配比:石油沥青100份、聚异丁烯8份、丁基橡胶5份、萜烯树脂8份、C5石油树脂8份、增塑剂10份、稳定剂0.2份、抗氧剂4份、GX-3改性沥青助溶剂0.5份、填充料40份。
本发明的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、胎基布准备选择聚酯针刺无纺布、聚酯长丝网格布、玻璃纤维布、玻璃纤维网格布等中的任一种作为胎基布,卷径800mm,备用;
2、高聚物改性沥青的制备,取上述配比的原料,依次投入捏合机中进行密炼,捏合机温度设定80℃±5℃,捏合时间3小时,在此条件下密炼后取出备用;
3、对第一、第二双螺杆挤出机工艺参数设定,螺杆温度设定60±5℃,导胶软管温度设定50±5℃,挤出模具温度设定45±5℃,螺杆转速设定45转/分钟;
4、将步骤1选择的胎基布放在第一双螺杆挤出机配套的退布装置中,将步骤2制备的高聚物改性沥青分别投入到第一、第二双螺杆挤出机中的改性沥青上料装置中;
5、启动第一、第二双螺杆挤出机,开始对胎基布上下表面进行改性沥青涂覆,将涂覆改性沥青的胎基布送入斜向对刺针刺机中进行穿刺处理,然后由防粘压辊进行滚花压实,得到调整厚度至标准要求的胎基高聚物改性沥青防水片材;
6、将步骤5得到的防水片材进行冷却、切边、卷曲、检测验收,打包入库。
本发明中的功能性助剂选用GX-3改性沥青助溶剂,属外购原料(江苏镇江道一材料科技有限公司)。
本发明中的稳定剂选用DY-WDJ改性沥青稳定剂。
本发明中的抗氧剂选用1010抗氧剂。
本发明中的填料选用碳酸钙。
本发明中的增塑剂选用环烷油。
本发明的有益效果是:采用针刺法胎基布涂胶,是将高聚物改性沥青以双螺杆挤出形式涂覆在胎基布上下表面,由斜向对刺针刺机对改性沥青涂层进行穿刺处理,使改性沥青部分进入到聚酯无纺布层结构中,经防粘压辊滚压复合后,改性沥青涂层与聚酯无纺布之间形成空间交叉一体结构,并使改性沥青与胎基布之间永不分层。另外,由于改性沥青一部分进入到胎基布结构中,不仅使胎基布具有增强作用而且与沥青形成一道新的防水层,使整个产品各层结构都具有防水功能。此外,本发明的高聚物改性沥青是由捏合机在低温条件下密炼而成,改性沥青的涂覆采用低温螺杆挤出形式,改性沥青与胎基布之间的复合采用针刺机穿刺方式,使整个生产工艺处于低温和冷法过程。避免了生产过程有害气体的产生,具有工艺流程短、占地面积少、投资小、耗能低,安全环保。同时还具有产品性能更稳定,耐久性、耐老化性、耐高低温性能更好。低温柔性达到-30℃,产品性能具有高拉伸强度、高延伸率、低疲劳强度。施工中可以直接湿铺和冷粘。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例的工艺流程图作进一步说明。
具体工艺步骤如下:
步骤1,聚酯针刺无纺布制备:选择3D*65mm聚酯涤纶纤维,采用针刺生产工艺生产200克/㎡*1300mm规格的聚酯无纺布,卷径800mm,备用;
步骤2,高聚物改性沥青的制备:依据下述原料重量份配比:石油沥青100公斤、聚异丁烯8公斤、丁基橡胶5公斤、萜烯树脂8公斤、C5石油树脂8公斤、环烷油10公斤、DY-WDJ改性沥青稳定剂0.2公斤、1010抗氧剂4公斤、GX-3改性沥青助溶剂0.5公斤、碳酸钙40公斤,依次投入捏合机中进行密炼,捏合机温度设定80℃±5℃,捏合时间3小时,在此条件下密炼后取出备用;
步骤3,工艺参数设定:将第一、第二双螺杆挤出机温度设定60±5℃进行预热,导胶软管温度设定50±5℃,挤出模具温度设定45±5℃,螺杆转速设定45转/分钟;
步骤4,将步骤1制备的聚酯针刺无纺布放在第一双螺杆挤出机配套的退布装置中,将步骤2制备的高聚物改性沥青分别投入到第一、第二双螺杆挤出机中的改性沥青上料装置中;
步骤5,启动第一、第二双螺杆挤出机,开始对聚酯针刺无纺布上下表面进行改性沥青涂覆,然后将涂覆改性沥青的聚酯针刺无纺布送入斜向对刺针刺机中进行穿刺处理,再由防粘压辊进行滚花压实,并调整厚度至4mm,即制备了厚度4mm聚酯胎基高聚物改性沥青防水片材;
步骤6,将步骤5得到的防水片材进行冷却、储料、牵引、切边、卷曲、检测验收、打包入库。
由于本发明采取高聚物改性沥青技术,并引入丁基橡胶、聚异丁烯、功能性助剂,改性沥青性能更稳定,耐久性、耐老化性、耐高低温性能更好,低温柔性达到-30℃,产品性能具有高拉伸强度、高延伸率、低疲劳强度等特点。本发明的针刺法胎基布涂胶复合型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材,可以广泛应用于地下室、屋面种植、地铁、隧道、地下车库顶板等防水工程。
实施本发明的关键是解决了现有技术的高温熔融浸胶刮涂,实现了冷法生产,生产过程即安全又环保。同时生产工艺流程短、设备占地面积少、投资小、。

Claims (3)

1.一种环保型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材,它由下述原料按重量份配比组成:石油沥青100份、聚异丁烯6-10份、丁基橡胶5-10份、萜烯树脂5-10份、C5石油树脂5-10份、增塑剂8-12份、稳定剂0.1-0.3份、抗氧剂3-6份、GX-3改性沥青助溶剂0.3-1份、填充料40-50份。
2.一种环保型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材,其特征是,本发明中,所述原料按重量份:石油沥青100份、聚异丁烯8份、丁基橡胶-份、萜烯树脂8份、C5石油树脂8份、增塑剂10份、稳定剂0.2份、抗氧剂4份、GX-3改性沥青助溶剂0.5份、填充料40份。
3.一种用于权利要求1的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)胎基布准备,选择聚酯针刺无纺布、聚酯长丝网格布、玻璃纤维布、玻璃纤维网格布等中的任一种作为胎基布,卷径800mm,备用;
(2)高聚物改性沥青的制备,取上述配比的原料,依次投入捏合机中进行密炼,捏合机温度设定80℃±5℃,捏合时间3小时,在此条件下密炼后取出备用;
(3)对第一、第二双螺杆挤出机工艺参数设定,螺杆温度设定60±5℃,导胶软管温度设定50±5℃,挤出模具温度设定45±5℃,螺杆转速设定45转/分钟;
(4)将步骤1选择的胎基布放在第一双螺杆挤出机配套的退布装置中,将步骤2制备的高聚物改性沥青分别投入到第一、第二双螺杆挤出机中的改性沥青上料装置中;
(5)启动第一、第二双螺杆挤出机,开始对胎基布上下表面进行改性沥青涂覆,将涂覆改性沥青的胎基布送入斜向对刺针刺机中进行穿刺处理,然后由防粘压辊进行滚花压实,得到调整厚度至标准要求的胎基高聚物改性沥青防水片材;
(6)将步骤5得到的防水片材进行冷却、切边、卷曲、检测验收,打包入库。
