The cover covers the upper side of the rotation bearing 45 and shields the gap between the connection ring 47 and the elevating table 36.

The medicine discharging station 7 is inserted with a medicine discharging bottle, a bottle opening of the medicine discharging bottle is connected with a medicine discharging cover 8 in a threaded mode, the medicine discharging cover 8 comprises a fixed cover body 82 and a movable cover body 81, the fixed cover body 82 and the movable cover body 81 are axially overlapped and can relatively rotate to realize medicine discharging, a positioning ring is arranged on the fixed cover body 82, a rotary clamping portion 83 is arranged on the lower side of the positioning ring, and the rotary clamping portion 83 is clamped with the medicine discharging station 7 after rotating, so that the medicine discharging cover 8 is fixed at the medicine discharging station 7.
