A jacking weighing mechanism as claimed in claim 3, wherein the lower medicine cover (8) comprises a fixed cover body (82) and a movable cover body (81) which are coaxial, ribs are arranged on the outer side of the movable cover body (81), the end part of the movable cover body (81) is in a frustum shape to be matched with the connecting ring (47), the lower medicine cover (8) is sleeved at the outlet of the medicine bottle, the movable cover body (81) comprises an inner cover and an outer cover which are positioned on two sides of the fixed cover body (82), the inner cover and the outer cover are connected through a linkage shaft penetrating through the fixed cover body (82) and synchronously rotate, and the inner cover, the outer cover and the fixed cover body (82) are respectively provided with medicine holes and the medicine holes of the inner cover and the outer cover are staggered, so that medicine in the medicine bottle falls out from the medicine holes of the outer cover after being transported through the medicine holes of the fixed cover body (82).
