Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于地铁车辆防异物卡滞车门的双扇内藏门结构,属于轨道交通车辆结构技术领域,包括门扇,门扇的两侧设有侧墙,侧墙的底部安放在门槛上;门扇的上部通过承载轮安装在侧墙顶部的上导轨内,门扇的下部与设置在门槛上的凹凸式下导轨滑动配合;下导轨与门槛间的凹槽为导轨槽,位于导轨槽内的门扇固定连接有密封橡胶;门扇与侧墙之间设有密封毛刷,密封毛刷固定在侧墙的竖直边缘;导轨槽内还设有防抖动轮,防抖动轮对称布置于导轨槽两侧的侧壁上,其一端通过弹簧与门槛连接,另一端挤压密封橡胶。本发明能有效的防止异物卡滞导致车门无法正常关闭情况的发生,并增强了车门的密封性能,提高了车辆运行的稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及轨道交通车辆结构技术领域,具体涉及到一种用于地铁车辆防异物卡滞车门的双扇内藏门结构。
背景技术
为缓解中心城区客流量大的交通压力,各大城市均开始大规模修建地铁线路。而地铁车辆通常使用双扇内藏门以保证车门在客流高峰期的正常开闭。但是,这种双扇内藏门结构在使用过程中经常出现异物卡滞导致车门无法正常关闭的情况。目前,传统双扇内藏门地铁车辆的车门下方均设有一个的下导轨,异物可通过下导轨与内门槛间的下导轨槽进入侧墙与车门间的空隙,从而导致车门卡滞而无法正常关闭,列车便不能正常运行。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于地铁车辆防异物卡滞车门的双扇内藏门结构,用于防止异物卡滞导致车门无法正常关闭,增强车门的密封性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种用于地铁车辆防异物卡滞车门的双扇内藏门结构,包括门扇,门扇的内侧设有内侧墙,门扇的外侧设有外侧墙,内侧墙和外侧墙的底部安放在门槛上;门扇的上部通过承载轮安装在内侧墙和外侧墙顶部的上导轨内,门扇的下部与设置在门槛上的凹凸式下导轨滑动配合;下导轨的内侧设有内导轨槽,外侧设有外导轨槽;门扇位于内导轨槽内的部分固定连接有内密封橡胶,门扇位于外导轨槽内的部分固定连接有外密封橡胶;门扇与内侧墙之间设有内密封毛刷,内密封毛刷固定在内侧墙的竖直边缘;门扇与外侧墙之间设有外密封毛刷,外密封毛刷固定在外侧墙的竖直边缘。
根据上述方案,所述内导轨槽和外导轨槽内还设有防抖动轮;防抖动轮对称布置于内导轨槽的内侧壁以及外导轨槽的外侧壁上,其一端通过弹簧与门槛连接,另一端挤压内密封橡胶或外密封橡胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:能有效的防止异物卡滞导致车门无法正常关闭情况的发生,并增强了车门的密封性能,提高了车辆运行的稳定性。

图中各标号的释义为:1-门扇,2-下导轨,3-内密封毛刷,4-外密封毛刷,5-内密封橡胶,6-外密封橡胶,7-防抖动轮,8-内侧墙,9-外侧墙,10-门槛。
具体实施方式
为更好地理解本发明,需对传统的双扇内藏门的结构进行说明,如图1所示。地铁车门在开启和关闭过程中,门扇1在车体内侧墙8和外侧墙9中沿着下导轨2做平行于车体行进方向的往复运动。车门全关时,下导轨2两侧的凹槽横向距离大于门扇1与门槛10间的距离,异物通过下导轨2的凹槽进入侧墙与门扇1之间的间隙,从而导致车门卡滞,无法正常关闭,列车便无法正常运行。
本发明如图2、图3、图4所示,门扇1上部通过承载轮安装在上导轨内,门扇1下部与凹凸式下导轨2滑动配合。下导轨2与门槛10间的凹槽为导轨槽,下导轨2内侧为内导轨槽,下导轨2外侧为外导轨槽。内密封橡胶5固定在位于内导轨槽内的门扇1底部,外密封橡胶6固定在位于外导轨槽内的门扇1底部,内密封橡胶5和外密封橡胶6随着门扇1在内侧墙8和外侧墙9之间沿着下导轨2作平行于车体行进方向的往复运动。内密封橡胶5和外密封橡胶6为长方体外形,其高与下导轨2的凹槽高度相同,宽与门扇1和门槛10间的横向距离相同,长与单个门扇1下侧纵向长度相同。
内密封毛刷3竖向固定于内侧墙8前沿端部的竖直边缘,外密封毛刷4竖向固定于外侧墙9前沿端部的竖直边缘。内密封毛刷3和外密封毛刷4的毛刷长度等于侧墙与门扇1之间的距离。
防抖动轮对称布置于内导轨槽的内侧壁以及外导轨槽的外侧壁上,其一端通过高弹性弹簧与门槛10连接,另一端挤压内密封橡胶5或外密封橡胶6。车辆运行过程中,防抖动轮7通过弹簧挤压内密封橡胶5或外密封橡胶6来调节门扇1与内侧墙8或外侧墙9之间的间隙,并与下导轨2、门槛10、内密封橡胶5、外密封橡胶6一起作用防止门扇1抖动。
车门全开时,门扇1、内密封毛刷3、外密封毛刷4、内密封橡胶5、外密封橡胶6与内侧墙8和外侧墙9的端部位于同一横截面。门扇1与内侧墙8之间的空隙通过内密封毛刷3和内密封橡胶5填补,门扇1与外侧墙9之间的间隙通过外密封毛刷4和外密封橡胶6填补。车门全关时,门扇1底部内侧与门槛10之间的间隙通过内密封橡胶5填补。车门在开启和关闭的运动过程中,固定于门扇1底部的内密封橡胶5和外密封橡胶6与门扇1一起沿着下导轨2做平行于车体行进方向的往复运动。

1.一种用于地铁车辆防异物卡滞车门的双扇内藏门结构,包括门扇(1),门扇(1)的内侧设有内侧墙(8),门扇(1)的外侧设有外侧墙(9),内侧墙(8)和外侧墙(9)的底部安放在门槛(10)上;门扇(1)的上部通过承载轮安装在内侧墙(8)和外侧墙(9)顶部的上导轨内,门扇(1)的下部与设置在门槛(10)上的凹凸式下导轨(2)滑动配合;下导轨(2)的内侧设有内导轨槽,外侧设有外导轨槽;其特征在于:门扇(1)位于内导轨槽内的部分固定连接有内密封橡胶(5),门扇(1)位于外导轨槽内的部分固定连接有外密封橡胶(6);门扇(1)与内侧墙(8)之间设有内密封毛刷(3),内密封毛刷(3)固定在内侧墙(8)的竖直边缘;门扇(1)与外侧墙(9)之间设有外密封毛刷(4),外密封毛刷(4)固定在外侧墙(9)的竖直边缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于地铁车辆防异物卡滞车门的双扇内藏门结构,其特征在于:所述内导轨槽和外导轨槽内还设有防抖动轮(7);防抖动轮(7)对称布置于内导轨槽的内侧壁以及外导轨槽的外侧壁上,其一端通过弹簧与门槛(10)连接,另一端挤压内密封橡胶(5)或外密封橡胶(6)。
