Abstract
一种光学镜头镀膜组合物,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:聚硅氧烷60‑80份、有机硅树脂10‑20份、纳米二氧化钛6‑8份、纳米二氧化硅6‑8份、硅溶胶5‑7份、偶联剂2‑4份、流平剂2‑4份、附着力促进剂3‑5份、氟硅油6‑8份、油酸10‑20份。本发明的有益效果是:本发明工艺流程简洁,配方选取合理,采用相对较为精密的原料制成相对较为坚硬蜡膜,直接在镜头表面进行涂覆后,在镜头表面形成相对较为坚硬的保护膜,且不会影响镜头的透光率,可以有效的阻隔外界污渍的干扰,效果显著,便于推广及使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及光学镜头的处理技术领域,具体涉及一种光学镜头镀膜组合物及其加工方法。
背景技术
镜头是指相机上接收光学对象,并且对其进行调整,从而实现光学成像的光学器材。镜头通常由一块或者多块光学玻璃组成的透镜组,基本单元为凹透镜、凸透镜,或其组合。现代照相机镜头还有采用非球面镜,非球面镜又有光学玻璃磨制非球面镜和塑料压制非球面镜之分。在成像质量基本相同的情况下,其制造成本,使用寿命有较大的区别。理论上而言,一个简单的凸透镜就是一个镜头,但是在实际应用中,镜头需要各种透镜的组合来矫正光学畸变。
镜头是成像设备中最为重要的光学元件之一,诸如相机、投影仪及摄像机等,镜头都是必不可少的元件,然而由于镜头都是直接暴露在空气中,因此在实际的使用中,很容易产生污渍,因此必须进行定期清洗维护,但是由于长期的清洗维护,会造成实际的镜头损伤,造成设备损伤,因此如何进行镜头长久保护是目前研究的重要课题。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种加工方法简单,配方合理,使用效果明显的光学镜头镀膜组合物及其加工方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种光学镜头镀膜组合物,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:
聚硅氧烷60-80份、有机硅树脂10-20份、纳米二氧化钛6-8份、纳米二氧化硅6-8份、硅溶胶5-7份、偶联剂2-4份、流平剂2-4份、附着力促进剂3-5份、氟硅油6-8份、油酸10-20份;
各原料优选分量为:聚硅氧烷70份、有机硅树脂15份、纳米二氧化钛7份、纳米二氧化硅7份、硅溶胶6份、偶联剂3份、流平剂3份、附着力促进剂4份、氟硅油7份、油酸15份;
上述原料的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂;
上述原料中的流平剂为二丙酮醇;
上述原料中的附着力促进剂为改性聚丙烯;
制备光学镜头除污剂的方法,其特征在于:将上述所有原料混合后,置放于塑炼机中,加热至220-230℃,并且开启搅拌20-30min后,出料后冷却即可得到。
本品在使用时,直接在镜头表面进行涂抹即可,在温度为25-30℃时使用,效果更佳。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明工艺流程简洁,配方选取合理,采用相对较为精密的原料制成相对较为坚硬蜡膜,直接在镜头表面进行涂覆后,在镜头表面形成相对较为坚硬的保护膜,且不会影响镜头的透光率,可以有效的阻隔外界污渍的干扰,效果显著,便于推广及使用。

实施例1
称取:聚硅氧烷60kg、有机硅树脂10kg、纳米二氧化钛6kg、纳米二氧化硅6kg、硅溶胶5kg、偶联剂2kg、流平剂2kg、附着力促进剂3kg、氟硅油6kg、油酸10kg;
实施例2
称取:聚硅氧烷80kg、有机硅树脂20kg、纳米二氧化钛8kg、纳米二氧化硅8kg、硅溶胶7kg、偶联剂4kg、流平剂4kg、附着力促进剂5kg、氟硅油8kg、油酸20kg;
实施例3
称取:聚硅氧烷70kg、有机硅树脂15kg、纳米二氧化钛7kg、纳米二氧化硅7kg、硅溶胶6kg、偶联剂3kg、流平剂3kg、附着力促进剂4kg、氟硅油7kg、油酸15kg;
制备上述实施例1、2或3的方法:将上述所有原料混合后,置放于塑炼机中,加热至220-230℃,并且开启搅拌20-30min后,出料后冷却即可得到。

1.一种光学镜头镀膜组合物,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:
聚硅氧烷60-80份、有机硅树脂10-20份、纳米二氧化钛6-8份、纳米二氧化硅6-8份、硅溶胶5-7份、偶联剂2-4份、流平剂2-4份、附着力促进剂3-5份、氟硅油6-8份、油酸10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光学镜头镀膜组合物,其特征在于:各原料优选分量为:聚硅氧烷70份、有机硅树脂15份、纳米二氧化钛7份、纳米二氧化硅7份、硅溶胶6份、偶联剂3份、流平剂3份、附着力促进剂4份、氟硅油7份、油酸15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种光学镜头镀膜组合物,其特征在于:所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种光学镜头镀膜组合物,其特征在于:所述的流平剂为二丙酮醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种光学镜头镀膜组合物,其特征在于:所述的附着力促进剂为改性聚丙烯。
6.一种制备权利要求1或2的制备方法,其特征在于:将上述所有原料混合后,置放于塑炼机中,加热至220-230℃,并且开启搅拌20-30min后,出料后冷却即可得到。
