Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗氧化的家具漆及其制备方法,属于涂料加工领域。本发明由抗氧化的家具漆醇酸树脂220~540份、丙烯酸35~75份、有机钛16~50份、脱水蓖麻油9~24份、松节油25~60份、四氟乙烯8~30份、去离子水100~240份,其制备方法包括以下步骤:预分散、研磨、氧化、过滤。采用本发明所述配方和方法生产家具漆,涂装在家具产品上,具有抗氧化的功能,使产品经久耐用。

一种抗氧化家具漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于涂料加工领域,具体涉及一种抗氧化家具漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
油漆是一种能牢固覆盖在物体表面,起保护、装饰、标志和其他特殊用途的化学混合物涂料。中国涂料界比较权威的《涂料工艺》一书是这样定义的:“涂料是一种材料,这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层。”油漆为粘稠油性颜料,未干情况下易燃,不溶于水,微溶于脂肪,可溶于醇、醛、醚、苯、烷,易溶于汽油、煤油、柴油。油漆不论品种或形态如何,都是由成膜物质、次要成膜物质和辅助成膜物质三种基本物质组成。
目前,运用在家具涂装上的油漆种类多种多样。家具漆不仅起到美化家具的作用,更多的是起到抗氧化、防蛀等有益作用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗氧化家具漆及其制备方法,以实现生产的家具漆具有抗氧化作用。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种抗氧化家具漆,以重量份为单位,包含以下原料:醇酸树脂220~540份、丙烯酸35~75份、有机钛16~50份、脱水蓖麻油9~24份、松节油25~60份、四氟乙烯8~30份、去离子水100~240份。
本发明还提供一种抗氧化家具漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将醇酸树脂、丙烯酸、有机钛搅拌,混合均匀后升温至40~60℃,得均匀混合物;
S2:步骤S1所得均匀混合物加入脱水蓖麻油、松节油、四氟乙烯,继续边搅拌边升温,当温度升至150~200℃后,继续搅拌10~30min;
S3:将步骤S2所得均匀混合物置于三串联卧式砂磨机内进行研磨,研磨所得粉末过50~200目筛,未过筛的物料二次研磨;
S4:在搅拌机中通流动加热氧气10min/L;
S5:将步骤S4制得的家具漆粗样在真空过滤泵中快速过滤,得到家具漆成品。
优选地,步骤S1中搅拌转速为800~1200r/min,搅拌时间为30~60min。
本发明具有以下有益效果:采用本发明的配方生产的家具漆,通过配方的调整,使得油漆具有良好的成膜性,并提高了油漆膜在家具表面的附着和贴合性,有效阻隔了家具表面与外界环境的接触,防止其受到环境变化的影响而发生氧化作用,可以延长家具的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。应该强调的是,下述说明仅仅是示例性的,而不是为了限制本发明的范围及其应用。
实施例1 一种抗氧化家具漆,以重量份为单位,包含以下原料:醇酸树脂220份、丙烯酸35份、有机钛16份、脱水蓖麻油9份、松节油25份、四氟乙烯8份、去离子水100份;采用以下步骤制备:
S1:将醇酸树脂、丙烯酸、有机钛在搅拌转速为800r/min、搅拌时间为60min下搅拌均匀,混合均匀后升温至40℃,得均匀混合物;
S2:步骤S1所得均匀混合物加入脱水蓖麻油、松节油、四氟乙烯,继续边搅拌边升温,当温度升至150℃后,继续搅拌30min;
S3:将步骤S2所得均匀混合物置于三串联卧式砂磨机内进行研磨,研磨所得粉末过50目筛,未过筛的物料二次研磨;
S4:在搅拌机中通流动加热氧气10min/L;
S5:将步骤S4制得的家具漆粗样在真空过滤泵中快速过滤,得到家具漆成品。
实施例2 一种抗氧化家具漆及其制备方法,以重量份为单位,包含以下原料:醇酸树脂540份、丙烯酸75份、有机钛50份、脱水蓖麻油24份、松节油60份、四氟乙烯30份、去离子水240份;采用以下步骤制备:
S1:将醇酸树脂、丙烯酸、有机钛在搅拌转速为1200r/min、搅拌时间为30min下搅拌均匀,混合均匀后升温至40℃,得均匀混合物;
S2:步骤S1所得均匀混合物加入脱水蓖麻油、松节油、四氟乙烯,继续边搅拌边升温,当温度升至200℃后,继续搅拌10min;
S3:将步骤S2所得均匀混合物置于三串联卧式砂磨机内进行研磨,研磨所得粉末过200目筛,未过筛的物料二次研磨;
S4:在搅拌机中通流动加热氧气10min/L;
S5:将步骤S4制得的家具漆粗样在真空过滤泵中快速过滤,得到家具漆成品。
实施例3 一种抗氧化家具漆及其制备方法,以重量份为单位,包含以下原料:醇酸树脂400份、丙烯酸60份、有机钛45份、脱水蓖麻油13份、松节油45份、四氟乙烯21份、去离子水180份;采用以下步骤制备:
S1:将醇酸树脂、丙烯酸、有机钛在搅拌转速为1000r/min、搅拌时间为50min下搅拌均匀,混合均匀后升温至40℃,得均匀混合物;
S2:步骤S1所得均匀混合物加入脱水蓖麻油、松节油、四氟乙烯,继续边搅拌边升温,当温度升至180℃后,继续搅拌10~30min;
S3:将步骤S2所得均匀混合物置于三串联卧式砂磨机内进行研磨,研磨所得粉末过50~200目筛,未过筛的物料二次研磨;
S4:在搅拌机中通流动加热氧气10min/L;
S5:将步骤S4制得的家具漆粗样在真空过滤泵中快速过滤,得到家具漆成品。

Claims (3)

1.一种抗氧化家具漆,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包含以下原料:醇酸树脂220~540份、丙烯酸35~75份、有机钛16~50份、脱水蓖麻油9~24份、松节油25~60份、四氟乙烯8~30份、去离子水100~240份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗氧化家具漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将醇酸树脂、丙烯酸、有机钛搅拌,混合均匀后升温至40~60℃,得均匀混合物;
S2:步骤S1所得均匀混合物加入脱水蓖麻油、松节油、四氟乙烯,继续边搅拌边升温,当温度升至150~200℃后,继续搅拌10~30min;
S3:将步骤S2所得均匀混合物置于三串联卧式砂磨机内进行研磨,研磨所得粉末过50~200目筛,未过筛的物料二次研磨;
S4:在搅拌机中通流动加热氧气10min/L;
S5:将步骤S4制得的家具漆粗样在真空过滤泵中快速过滤,得到家具漆成品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中搅拌转速为800~1200r/min,搅拌时间为30~60min。
