木蜡油是植物油蜡涂料国内的俗称,是一种类似油漆而又区别于油漆的天然木器涂料,它和目前那种基于石化类合成树脂所生产的油漆完全不同,原料主要以精练亚麻油、棕榈蜡等天然植物油与植物蜡并配合其它一些天然成分融合而成。因此它不含三苯、甲醛以及重金属等有毒成分,没有刺鼻的气味,可替代油漆用于家庭装修以及室外花园木器。
由于油能渗透进木材内部,对木材进行深层滋润保养;蜡能与木材纤维紧密结合,增强表面硬度,防水防污,因此对木材来说,这样的黄金组合能提供最出色的美化和保护作用。
木蜡油在使用过程中也存在一些缺点,如不能很好的美化实木家具,木蜡油非常难遮住原木材上面的一些瑕疵;木蜡油做完的表面呈开放式效果,没有油漆那样的丰满度及填充效果,手感也不丰满,表面硬度、耐磨度性能差,所以木蜡油涂刷的家具往往不耐磨。
在潮湿空气的侵蚀下,木蜡油处理过的实木家具会发生部分柜门变形,但不会像油漆那样产生开裂现象。由于木蜡油对木材纤维管孔没有进行封闭导致对干湿空气过于敏感,特别是冷热交替季节。由于木蜡油的封闭性不是很好,会导致木材变形。但变形过程中不会出现油漆崩皮开裂现象,因为它根本就没有漆膜。
所以研发一种具有优异耐磨性能的木蜡油具有巨大的社会经济价值和实用价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有优异耐磨性能的木蜡油,以克服现有技术中木蜡油耐磨性能差的缺点。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现上述目的的,一种高耐磨性木蜡油,所述木蜡油由以下重量份数的成分组成:
143-156份植物油,所述植物油由5重量份的含大于60W%β-谷甾醇的椰子油、2重量份的含25W%棕榈酸的棕色棉籽油、3重量份的含大于80W%亚油酸的红花油、6重量份亚麻籽油组成;
27-32份植物蜡,所述植物蜡由7重量份的含45W%以上十六碳脂肪酸的甘蔗蜡、9重量份的酸值为6-7的巴西棕榈蜡、6重量份蓖麻子蜡组成;
7-9份助溶剂,所述助剂由2重量份纯度为99%的乙酰枸橼酸三乙酯、3重量份醋酸异丙酯、2重量份丙酮、7重量份乙醇、6重量份甲基异丁基酮组成;
3-5重量份调和剂,所述调和剂由2重量份1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐、1重量份N-羟基硫代琥珀酰亚胺组成;
0.7-0.9重量份催干剂,所述催干剂由重量比为1:1的活性催干剂和辅助催干剂组成,其中活性催干剂为枸橼酸铁,辅助催干剂为吡啶甲酸锌;
0.02-0.03重量份耐磨增强剂,所述耐磨增强剂由2重量份锡钛酸钡纳米颗粒、7重量份钛锆混合物,所述钛锆混合物由等重量的纳米级二氧化锆和纳米级吡啶甲酸锰组成;
所述催干剂由以下制备方法所得:
1)采取0.005mol/L的乙二胺四乙酸二钠水溶液溶解枸橼酸铁和吡啶甲酸锌,35-40℃下搅拌30min;
2)采用真空过滤装置对步骤1)中溶液进行三级连续过滤,一级过滤滤膜孔径为1μm,二级滤滤膜孔径为0.45μm,三级滤滤膜孔径为0.18μm;
3)过滤结束,滤液转至控温结晶器内,45-50℃下滴加95W%的乙醇水溶液;
4)浊度计检测结晶器内产生浑浊时,停止滴加95W%的乙醇水溶液;
5)保温搅拌2h,然后以30℃/h的降温速率降温至-5℃得20-30μm的催干剂;
所述耐磨增强剂由以下制备方法制备:
1)纳米级二氧化锆和纳米级吡啶甲酸锰经过粉体改性高速混合机混合搅拌3h充分混合;
2)混合均匀后的纳米级二氧化锆和纳米级吡啶甲酸锰分批次加入到锡钛酸钡纳米颗粒混合均匀即得耐磨增强剂。
锌催干剂为助催干剂,能保持漆膜有较长的开放时间,使漆膜能较彻底的干燥,故在默写涂料中涂膜具有较好的硬度,锌催干剂在很多涂料中使用,能延迟其表干,能改进颜料的分散性,并能降低其失干性,锌催干剂能消除活性金属复合物得形成而产生的变色现象,因为先形成的锌复合物是无色的。锌催干剂能消除活性金属复合物得形成而产生的变色现象,因为先形成的锌复合物是无色的。铁催干剂在室温时无明显的催干作用,高温则具有强烈的聚合催干作用,使漆膜具有更大的硬度和韧性,主要用于热固型涂料。铁催干剂的颜色深,使漆膜具有棕红色相,因而用于沥青烘漆,黑氨基烘漆以及其它的氧化型烘干漆中,铁催干剂不但具有高温催干性,而且对炭黑有分散湿润作用,并能防止炭黑吸附钻、锰催化干剂而产生阻力作用,铁催干剂能改善黑烤漆的橘皮现象。
一种高耐磨性木蜡油,优选的由以下重量份数的成分组成:
150份植物油,29份植物蜡,9份助溶剂,4重量份调和剂,0.8份催干剂,0.2份耐磨增强剂。
本发明中耐磨增强剂和调和剂起到协同增效的作用,对木蜡油的耐磨性能起到重要的调节作用。试验表明,耐磨增强剂的加入可有效提高木蜡油的耐磨性能,取得了意料不到的耐磨性能效果。并且耐磨增强剂与调和剂在提高耐磨性方面具有协调作用。
根据本发明的另一个方面,本发明提供了一种高耐磨性木蜡油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)高温不锈钢反应釜中加入植物油升温至280℃搅拌30min,然后加入植物蜡于600rpm强力搅拌分散2h;
2)2h内匀速降温至60℃,加入助剂保温搅拌1h;
3)升温至150℃加入催干剂,于800rpm的转速下快速搅拌20min;
4)升温至260℃加入调和剂,于1000rpm的转速下快速搅拌30min;
5)260℃下加入耐磨增强剂,于900rpm的转速下搅拌1h;然后以40℃/h的降温速率降温至20-30℃;
6)转移至高速分散机中以1500rpm的转速下分散1h,然后用三辊研磨机研磨处理至95%的物料透过600目的滤板,包装即得高耐磨性木蜡油。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1.在保留了传统木蜡油优点的基础上,本发明木蜡油耐磨性能极大提高,开发出的木蜡油耐磨性能与传统涂料相当;
2.本发明制备的木蜡油耐水性、耐酸碱性各项性能也优于传统木蜡油,与聚氨酯漆性能相当。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明进一步详细说明。应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
木蜡油组分,按重量份计:
143份植物油,所述植物油由5重量份的含大于60W%β-谷甾醇的椰子油、2重量份的含25W%棕榈酸的棕色棉籽油、3重量份的含大于80W%亚油酸的红花油、6重量份亚麻籽油组成;
27份植物蜡,所述植物蜡由7重量份的含45W%以上十六碳脂肪酸的甘蔗蜡、9重量份的酸值为6-7的巴西棕榈蜡、6重量份蓖麻子蜡组成;
7份助溶剂,所述助剂由2重量份纯度为99%的乙酰枸橼酸三乙酯、3重量份醋酸异丙酯、2重量份丙酮、7重量份乙醇、6重量份甲基异丁基酮组成;
3重量份调和剂,所述调和剂由2重量份1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐、1重量份N-羟基硫代琥珀酰亚胺组成;
0.7重量份催干剂,所述催干剂由重量比为1:1的活性催干剂和辅助催干剂组成,其中活性催干剂为枸橼酸铁,辅助催干剂为吡啶甲酸锌;
0.02重量份耐磨增强剂,所述耐磨增强剂由2重量份锡钛酸钡纳米颗粒、7重量份钛锆混合物,所述钛锆混合物由等重量的纳米级二氧化锆和纳米级吡啶甲酸锰组成;
所述催干剂由以下制备方法所得:
1)采取0.005mol/L的乙二胺四乙酸二钠水溶液溶解枸橼酸铁和吡啶甲酸锌,35-40℃下搅拌30min;

5)保温搅拌2h,然后以30℃/h的降温速率降温至-5℃得20-30μm的催干剂;
所述耐磨增强剂由以下制备方法制备:
1)纳米级二氧化锆和纳米级吡啶甲酸锰经过粉体改性高速混合机混合搅拌3h充分混合;
2)混合均匀后的纳米级二氧化锆和纳米级吡啶甲酸锰分批次加入到锡钛酸钡纳米颗粒混合均匀即得耐磨增强剂。
木蜡油制备方法:

木蜡油组分,按重量分数计:156份植物油,所述植物油由5重量份椰子油、2重量份棉籽油、3重量份红花油、6重量份亚麻籽油组成;32份植物蜡,所述植物蜡由7重量份甘蔗蜡、9重量份巴西棕榈蜡、6重量份蓖麻子蜡组成;9份助溶剂,所述助剂由2重量份乙酰枸橼酸三乙酯、3重量份醋酸异丙酯、2重量份丙酮、7重量份乙醇、6重量份甲基异丁基酮组成;5重量份调和剂,所述调和剂由2重量份1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐、1重量份N-羟基硫代琥珀酰亚胺组成;0.9份催干剂,所述催干剂由重量比为1:1的活性催干剂和辅助催干剂组成,其中活性催干剂为枸橼酸铁,辅助催干剂为吡啶甲酸锌;0.3份耐磨增强剂,所述耐磨增强剂由2重量份交联酸甲纤维素钠、7重量份硅酸镁铝、5重量份硬脂酸锌组成。
木蜡油制备方法同实施例1.
实施例3
木蜡油组分,按重量分数计:150份植物油,29份植物蜡,9份助溶剂,4重量份调和剂,0.8份催干剂,0.2份耐磨增强剂。制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4
按照下述标准方法对本发明制备的木蜡油进行性能测试,并采用思凯诺木蜡油和聚氨酯漆进行性能对比,详细结果见下表1:

试验结果表明本发明制备的木蜡油耐磨性、耐水性、耐酸碱性各项性能均较同类产品优异,与传统聚氨酯漆性能相当。
实施例5
配方中耐磨增强剂和调和剂在耐磨性能上起到协同增效作用,二者的作用可以从下表2可以看出:

注:对比例1中配方不含本发明的调和剂,其余成分和制备方法与实施例3相同;对比例2中不含本发明的耐磨增强剂,其余成分和制备方法与实施例3相同;对比例3中配方不含本发明的调和剂和耐磨增强剂,其余成分和制备方法与实施例3相同。
以上结果表明配方中耐磨增强剂和调和剂在耐磨性能上起到协同增效作用,而且在研究配方中耐磨增强剂和调和剂用量时发现,耐磨增强剂和调和剂用量过大或者过小均达不到本发明的良好效果。
尽管已经详细描述了本发明的实施方式,但是应该理解的是,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以对本发明的实施方式做出各种改变、替换和变更。
Claims (3)
1.一种高耐磨性木蜡油,所述木蜡油由以下重量份数的成分组成:
143-156份植物油,所述植物油由5重量份的含大于60W%β-谷甾醇的椰子油、2重量份的含25W%棕榈酸的棕色棉籽油、3重量份的含大于80W%亚油酸的红花油、6重量份亚麻籽油组成;
27-32份植物蜡,所述植物蜡由7重量份的含45W%以上十六碳脂肪酸的甘蔗蜡、9重量份的酸值为6-7的巴西棕榈蜡、6重量份蓖麻子蜡组成;
7-9份助溶剂,所述助剂由2重量份纯度为99%的乙酰枸橼酸三乙酯、3重量份醋酸异丙酯、2重量份丙酮、7重量份乙醇、6重量份甲基异丁基酮组成;
3-5重量份调和剂,所述调和剂由2重量份1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐、1重量份N-羟基硫代琥珀酰亚胺组成;
0.7-0.9重量份催干剂,所述催干剂由重量比为1:1的活性催干剂和辅助催干剂组成,其中活性催干剂为枸橼酸铁,辅助催干剂为吡啶甲酸锌;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐磨性木蜡油,其特征在于:所述木蜡油由以下重量份数的成分组成:150份植物油,29份植物蜡,9份助溶剂,4重量份调和剂,0.8份催干剂,0.2份耐磨增强剂。
3.一种高耐磨性木蜡油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)高温不锈钢反应釜中加入植物油升温至280℃搅拌30min,然后加入植物蜡于600rpm强力搅拌分散2h;
2)2h内匀速降温至60℃,加入助剂保温搅拌1h;
