Abstract

本发明公开了一种木雕工艺品保护蜡油制作工艺,由亚麻籽油、棕榈油、核桃油、蓖麻子蜡、蜂蜡、石蜡、乙酰枸橼酸三乙酯、醋酸异丙酯、丙酮、乙醇、甲基异丁基酮、乙酸乙酯、卵磷脂、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、樟木、漆树籽、达玛树脂、异辛酸钴制成;与现有技术相比,本发明的木蜡油能够渗透至木雕木质表层,凝固后增强木雕表面硬度,抗氧化,表层涂料薄,使得木雕表面更为美观,更加具有光泽,耐水性、耐候性强,不易氧化脱落,具有推广应用的价值。

一种木雕工艺品保护蜡油制作工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及木雕技术领域,尤其涉及一种木雕工艺品保护蜡油制作工艺。
背景技术
木雕是雕塑的一种,在我们国家常常被称为“民间工艺”。木雕可以分为立体圆雕、根雕、浮雕三大类。木雕是从木工中分离出来的一个工种,在我们国家的工种分类中为“精细木工”。
以雕刻材料分类的民间美术品种。一般选用质地细密坚韧,不易变形的树种如楠木、紫檀、樟木、柏木、银杏、沉香、红木、龙眼等。采用自然形态的树根雕刻艺术品则为“树根雕刻”。木雕有圆雕、浮雕、镂雕或几种技法并用。有的还涂色施彩用以保护木质和美化。
现有技术中,对于木雕的保护或上光,使之更加美观,一般采用油漆等进行涂覆,而现有的油漆不仅不环保、甲醛重,而且油漆较厚,影响木雕美观,使得木雕表面质感差,因此,存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种木雕工艺品保护蜡油制作工艺。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明包括以下步骤:
步骤一:备料亚麻籽油、棕榈油、核桃油、蓖麻子蜡、蜂蜡、石蜡、乙酰枸橼酸三乙酯、醋酸异丙酯、丙酮、乙醇、甲基异丁基酮、乙酸乙酯、卵磷脂、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、樟木、漆树籽、达玛树脂、异辛酸钴;
步骤二:将漆树籽清洗干净,进行破碎,分选出核仁,取漆树籽皮层,加入重量5倍量的水进行煮沸,待水分蒸发完毕提取木蜡油;
步骤三:将蓖麻子蜡、蜂蜡、石蜡混合,置入容器中加热75-80℃融化,并在保温状态下采用搅拌机以500-600r/min搅拌15-20min;
步骤四:将樟木进行粉碎,过200目筛网,取筛下物放入步骤二的混合物中进行混合搅拌20min;
步骤五:向搅拌罐中加入亚麻籽油、棕榈油、核桃油、木蜡油,转速调整为800-1000r/min搅拌5-10min;
步骤六:将混合物升温至100-110℃加入乙酰枸橼酸三乙酯、醋酸异丙酯、丙酮、甲基异丁基酮、乙酸乙酯、卵磷脂、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、达玛树脂、异辛酸钴,并搅拌20min,停止加热,温度降低至40℃加入乙醇,再保温进行蒸发,得到粘稠液体后停止加热,冷却凝固得到木雕工艺品保护蜡油。
进一步,按重量比,每份含所述亚麻籽油4-8%、所述棕榈油2-6%、所述核桃油2-5%、所述蓖麻子蜡5-10%、所述蜂蜡8-15%、所述石蜡8-15%、所述乙酰枸橼酸三乙酯5-10%、所述醋酸异丙酯6-8%、所述丙酮1-4%、所述乙醇3-8%、所述甲基异丁基酮1-2%、所述乙酸乙酯2-6%、所述卵磷脂2-6%、所述蔗糖脂肪酸酯2-6%、所述樟木4-10%、所述漆树籽10-20%、所述达玛树脂5-10%、所述异辛酸钴1-3%。
优选的,按重量比,每份含所述亚麻籽油5%、所述棕榈油3%、所述核桃油3%、所述蓖麻子蜡7%、所述蜂蜡10%、所述石蜡10%、所述乙酰枸橼酸三乙酯8%、所述醋酸异丙酯7%、所述丙酮2%、所述乙醇5%、所述甲基异丁基酮1%、所述乙酸乙酯5%、所述卵磷脂5%、所述蔗糖脂肪酸酯5%、所述樟木5%、所述漆树籽10%、所述达玛树脂7%、所述异辛酸钴2%。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种木雕工艺品保护蜡油制作工艺,与现有技术相比,本发明的木蜡油能够渗透至木雕木质表层,凝固后增强木雕表面硬度,抗氧化,表层涂料薄,使得木雕表面更为美观,更加具有光泽,耐水性、耐候性强,不易氧化脱落,具有推广应用的价值。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明包括以下步骤:
步骤一:备料亚麻籽油、棕榈油、核桃油、蓖麻子蜡、蜂蜡、石蜡、乙酰枸橼酸三乙酯、醋酸异丙酯、丙酮、乙醇、甲基异丁基酮、乙酸乙酯、卵磷脂、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、樟木、漆树籽、达玛树脂、异辛酸钴;
步骤二:将漆树籽清洗干净,进行破碎,分选出核仁,取漆树籽皮层,加入重量5倍量的水进行煮沸,待水分蒸发完毕提取木蜡油;
步骤三:将蓖麻子蜡、蜂蜡、石蜡混合,置入容器中加热75-80℃融化,并在保温状态下采用搅拌机以500-600r/min搅拌15-20min;
步骤四:将樟木进行粉碎,过200目筛网,取筛下物放入步骤二的混合物中进行混合搅拌20min;

优选的,按重量比,每份含所述亚麻籽油5%、所述棕榈油3%、所述核桃油3%、所述蓖麻子蜡7%、所述蜂蜡10%、所述石蜡10%、所述乙酰枸橼酸三乙酯8%、所述醋酸异丙酯7%、所述丙酮2%、所述乙醇5%、所述甲基异丁基酮1%、所述乙酸乙酯5%、所述卵磷脂5%、所述蔗糖脂肪酸酯5%、所述樟木5%、所述漆树籽10%、所述达玛树脂7%、所述异辛酸钴2%。
本发明使用时,将本发明直接涂覆于抛光后的木雕表面,再将木雕进行120-150℃烘烤,冷却后再进行抛光,即可完成涂覆。
经测试,使用本发明的产品后,木雕表面各项参数如下:
耐磨性能GB/T5478-85:0.08mg/cm2
耐酸性(0.1mol/L HCL水溶液):900h
耐碱性(0.1mol/L HaOH水溶液):1100h

Claims (3)

1.一种木雕工艺品保护蜡油制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:备料亚麻籽油、棕榈油、核桃油、蓖麻子蜡、蜂蜡、石蜡、乙酰枸橼酸三乙酯、醋酸异丙酯、丙酮、乙醇、甲基异丁基酮、乙酸乙酯、卵磷脂、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、樟木、漆树籽、达玛树脂、异辛酸钴;
步骤二:将漆树籽清洗干净,进行破碎,分选出核仁,取漆树籽皮层,加入重量5倍量的水进行煮沸,待水分蒸发完毕提取木蜡油;
步骤三:将蓖麻子蜡、蜂蜡、石蜡混合,置入容器中加热75-80℃融化,并在保温状态下采用搅拌机以500-600r/min搅拌15-20min;
步骤四:将樟木进行粉碎,过200目筛网,取筛下物放入步骤二的混合物中进行混合搅拌20min;
步骤五:向搅拌罐中加入亚麻籽油、棕榈油、核桃油、木蜡油,转速调整为800-1000r/min搅拌5-10min;
步骤六:将混合物升温至100-110℃加入乙酰枸橼酸三乙酯、醋酸异丙酯、丙酮、甲基异丁基酮、乙酸乙酯、卵磷脂、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、达玛树脂、异辛酸钴,并搅拌20min,停止加热,温度降低至40℃加入乙醇,再保温进行蒸发,得到粘稠液体后停止加热,冷却凝固得到木雕工艺品保护蜡油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木雕工艺品保护蜡油制作工艺,其特征在于:按重量比,每份含所述亚麻籽油4-8%、所述棕榈油2-6%、所述核桃油2-5%、所述蓖麻子蜡5-10%、所述蜂蜡8-15%、所述石蜡8-15%、所述乙酰枸橼酸三乙酯5-10%、所述醋酸异丙酯6-8%、所述丙酮1-4%、所述乙醇3-8%、所述甲基异丁基酮1-2%、所述乙酸乙酯2-6%、所述卵磷脂2-6%、所述蔗糖脂肪酸酯2-6%、所述樟木4-10%、所述漆树籽10-20%、所述达玛树脂5-10%、所述异辛酸钴1-3%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的木雕工艺品保护蜡油制作工艺,其特征在于:按重量比,每份含所述亚麻籽油5%、所述棕榈油3%、所述核桃油3%、所述蓖麻子蜡7%、所述蜂蜡10%、所述石蜡10%、所述乙酰枸橼酸三乙酯8%、所述醋酸异丙酯7%、所述丙酮2%、所述乙醇5%、所述甲基异丁基酮1%、所述乙酸乙酯5%、所述卵磷脂5%、所述蔗糖脂肪酸酯5%、所述樟木5%、所述漆树籽10%、所述达玛树脂7%、所述异辛酸钴2%。
