本发明公开了一种铝板型抗石击涂料,所述抗石击涂料按质量百分比计,其组成为:PVC糊树脂10~30%;PVC渗混树脂5~10%;改性环氧树脂5~20%;固化剂1~5%;填料25~40%。替代传统抗石击涂料,通过配方的调整提升与铝板的附着力(剪断强度)。与现有技术相比,铝板型抗石击涂料在铝板基材上有很好的附着力,而传统抗石击涂料在铝板基材上无附着力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,特别是涉及一种铝板型抗石击涂料。
背景技术
基于汽车车身对降噪、防腐、抗砂石击伤的要求,需要在车身底板、轮罩、挡泥板部位喷涂抗石击涂料。目前,汽车普遍采用的是溶剂型抗石击涂料,主要以聚氯乙烯糊树脂、掺混树脂为主体,经添加邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂、有机溶剂和填料共混制得,经高温烘烤固化。随着涂料朝着环境友好型方向发展,水性涂料不含有机溶剂,能够有效降低涂料中VOC的排放,水性涂料开始代替溶剂型涂料在各个行业广泛应用,且水性涂料能室温或低温固化,在汽车制造中起到缩减工艺、节能降耗的作用,因此水性石击涂料开始逐渐在汽车车身的涂装工艺中应用。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种铝板型抗石击涂料;所述铝板型抗石击涂料与现有技术相比,铝板型抗石击涂料在铝板基材上有很好的附着力,而传统抗石击涂料在铝板基材上无附着力。
本发明的目的是通过以下措施来实现的:
本发明的一种铝板型抗石击涂料,所述抗石击涂料按质量百分比计,其组成为:PVC糊树脂10~30%;PVC渗混树脂5~10%;改性环氧树脂5~20%;固化剂1~5%;填料25~40%。替代传统抗石击涂料,通过配方的调整提升与铝板的附着力(剪断强度)。
所述改性环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂。
所述固化剂为乙烯基三胺。
所述填料为高岭土或者硅藻土或者滑石粉中的一种或者两种。
所述的一种铝板型抗石击涂料的制备方法为:
(1)将配方量的:PVC糊树脂加热、搅拌,温度达到70-85℃时,加入配方量的PVC渗混树脂,搅拌混匀;
(2)再加入配方量的改性环氧树脂,继续搅拌至完全吸收混匀;
(3)加入配方量的填料,继续搅拌,至混匀,出料降温至常温;
(4)按照配方比将步骤(3)中得到的产品与固化剂混合,常温下搅拌10小时以后,得到所述铝板型抗石击涂料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明所述的一种铝板型抗石击涂料替代传统抗石击涂料,通过配方的调整提升与铝板的附着力(剪断强度);与现有技术相比,铝板型抗石击涂料在铝板基材上有很好的附着力,而传统抗石击涂料在铝板基材上无附着力。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种铝板型抗石击涂料,所述抗石击涂料按质量百分比计,其组成为:PVC糊树脂30%;PVC渗混树脂10%;改性环氧树脂15%;固化剂5%;填料40%。替代传统抗石击涂料,通过配方的调整提升与铝板的附着力(剪断强度)。
所述改性环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂。
所述固化剂为乙烯基三胺。
所述填料为高岭土或者硅藻土或者滑石粉中的一种或者两种。
所述的一种铝板型抗石击涂料的制备方法为:
(1)将配方量的:PVC糊树脂加热、搅拌,温度达到70-85℃时,加入配方量的PVC渗混树脂,搅拌混匀;
(2)再加入配方量的改性环氧树脂,继续搅拌至完全吸收混匀;
(3)加入配方量的填料,继续搅拌,至混匀,出料降温至常温;
(4)按照配方比将步骤(3)中得到的产品与固化剂混合,常温下搅拌10小时以后,得到所述铝板型抗石击涂料。

通过表一可以看出铝板型抗石击涂料与传统抗石击涂料相比在铝板上的剪断强度有明显优势。
实施例2
一种铝板型抗石击涂料,所述抗石击涂料按质量百分比计,其组成为:PVC糊树脂25%;PVC渗混树脂10%;改性环氧树脂20%;固化剂5%;填料40%。替代传统抗石击涂料,通过配方的调整提升与铝板的附着力(剪断强度)。
所述改性环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂。
所述固化剂为乙烯基三胺。
所述填料为高岭土或者硅藻土或者滑石粉中的一种或者两种。

1.一种铝板型抗石击涂料,其特征在于,所述抗石击涂料按质量百分比计,其组成为:PVC糊树脂10~30%;PVC渗混树脂5~10%;改性环氧树脂5~20%;固化剂1~5%;填料25~40%。替代传统抗石击涂料,通过配方的调整提升与铝板的附着力(剪断强度)。
2.根据权利要求书所述的一种铝板型抗石击涂料,其特征在于,所述改性环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂。
3.根据权利要求书所述的一种铝板型抗石击涂料,其特征在于,所述固化剂为乙烯基三胺。
4.根据权利要求书所述的一种铝板型抗石击涂料,其特征在于,所述填料为高岭土或者硅藻土或者滑石粉中的一种或者两种。
5.权利要求1-4所述的一种铝板型抗石击涂料的制备方法为:
(1)将配方量的:PVC糊树脂、加热、搅拌,温度达到70-85℃时,加入配方量的PVC渗混树脂,搅拌混匀;
(2)再加入配方量的改性环氧树脂,继续搅拌至完全吸收混匀;
(3)加入配方量的填料,继续搅拌,至混匀,出料降温至常温;
(4)按照配方比将步骤(3)中得到的产品与固化剂混合,常温下搅拌10小时以后,得到所述铝板型抗石击涂料。
