本发明涉及金属涂料技术领域,具体是一种耐腐蚀环保金属涂料配方。
背景技术
现代科学和技术的发展,工业生产对材料性能的要求愈来愈高。由于工程机械等工作条件日益苛刻,要求材料具有耐腐蚀、耐磨损等性能,以致单纯的金属材料难以满足要求,涂层是指附着在某一基体材料上起某种特殊作用,且与基体材料具有一定结合强度的薄层材料。它可以克服基体材料的某种缺陷,改善其表面特性,如光学特性、电学特性、耐侵蚀及腐蚀、耐磨损性和提高机械强度等,它属于一种有支撑体的薄膜,镁及其合金属于轻质金属结构材料,被广泛运用于汽车制造、航空航天、家电、手机等产品的制造,但镁的化学非常活泼,极易发生腐蚀,因此,对镁合金材料表面附着一层耐腐蚀金属涂层,以提高其耐腐蚀性就显得迫为需要。

一种耐腐蚀环保金属涂料配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:硅酸铝10-18份、铝粉10-14份、高岭土6-8份、有机硅4-6份、钛白粉2-6份、丙二醇2-4份、乙二酸聚酯4-8份、甲基纤维素1-3份、催干剂0.6-1份和消泡剂1-2份。
上述一种耐腐蚀环保金属涂料配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:硅酸铝10-17份、铝粉10-13份、高岭土6-7份、有机硅4-5份、钛白粉2-5份、丙二醇2-3份、乙二酸聚酯4-7份、甲基纤维素1-2份、催干剂0.6-0.8份和消泡剂1-1.8份。
上述一种耐腐蚀环保金属涂料配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:硅酸铝14份、铝粉12份、高岭土7份、有机硅5份、钛白粉4份、丙二醇3份、乙二酸聚酯6份、甲基纤维素2份、催干剂0.8份和消泡剂1.5份。
