本发明涉及金属涂层领域,特别是涉及一种耐腐蚀金属涂料。
背景技术
现代科学和技术的发展,工业生产对材料性能的要求愈来愈高。由于工程机械等工作条件日益苛刻,要求材料具有耐腐蚀、耐磨损等性能,以致单纯的金属材料难以满足要求。
涂层是指附着在某一基体材料上起某种特殊作用,且与基体材料具有一定结合强度的薄层材料。它可以克服基体材料的某种缺陷,改善其表面特性,如光学特性、电学特性、耐侵蚀及腐蚀、耐磨损性和提高机械强度等,它属于一种有支撑体的薄膜。
镁及其合金属于轻质金属结构材料,被广泛运用于汽车制造、航空航天、家电、手机等产品的制造,但镁的化学非常活泼,极易发生腐蚀,因此,对镁合金材料表面附着一层耐腐蚀金属涂层,以提高其耐腐蚀性就显得迫为需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐腐蚀金属涂料,具有良好的结合力、耐腐蚀性以及对基体的防护性能,且制造工艺简单、安全环保。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种耐腐蚀金属涂料,包括组分及其重量份的锌粉40-50份、铝粉8-12份、铜粉15-25份、消泡剂2-5份和水30-35份,所述组分中的锌粉、铝粉和铜粉预混合,研磨后加入消泡剂和水制得浆料,然后经涂装工艺制得所述耐腐蚀涂层。
