技术领域
本发明涉及具备自动变速器的车辆的控制装置及控制方法。
背景技术
在JP2014-4928A中公开有如下的车辆的驱动装置,即,其具备发动机、电动发电机及蓄电池,通过使电动发电机发电而对蓄电池进行充电,通过使电动发电机进行驱动而启动发动机,并且进行发动机的扭矩辅助。
在通过摩擦联接元件的联接及释放来变更变速级的自动变速器中,通常进行如下的学习控制,即,对摩擦联接元件的联接及释放的实际油压进行学习而校正油压。油压的学习控制通过检测摩擦联接元件的传递扭矩容量的变化和实际油压来进行。
在这种学习控制中,若如上述地对发动机进行电动发电机的扭矩辅助,则由于变速器的输入扭矩变化而使摩擦联接元件的传递扭矩容量和实际油压的关系发生变化,学习控制有时不能正确地进行。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于这种问题而设立的,其目的在于提供一种能够适当地进行摩擦联接元件的学习控制的车辆的控制装置及控制方法。
本发明一方面的车辆的控制装置具备:自动变速器,其由可通过多个摩擦联接元件的联接及释放来切换多个变速级的有级变速机构构成;作为驱动源的发动机;电动机,其对发动机的驱动力进行辅助;油压控制部,其供给对摩擦联接元件的联接及释放进行控制的油压;控制部,其变更有级变速机构的变速级,向目标变速比控制自动变速器;控制部进行学习控制,并且在进行学习控制时,禁止电动机对发动机的驱动力辅助,所述学习控制对摩擦联接元件的联接和释放的至少一方的油压进行学习。
根据本发明的一方面,由于在进行了有级变速机构的摩擦联接元件的联接和释放的至少一方的学习控制的情况下,在变更变速级时禁止电动机的辅助,因而在进行了摩擦联接元件的联接和释放的至少一方的学习控制的情况下,能够防止辅助扭矩引起的学习不正确的情况,能够防止变速时的冲击或异响的产生。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
图1是表示搭载有本实施方式的变速器4的车辆的构成的说明图。
车辆具备发动机1作为动力源。发动机1的输出旋转经由带锁止离合器的变矩器2、自动变速器(以下简称作“变速器4”)、终端减速装置6而向驱动轮传递。
在发动机1配设有启动/发电一体化电机(Integrated Starter/Generator、以下称作“ISG”)51。ISG51经由带轮及带与发动机1的曲轴连结。
发动机控制器(ECU)14控制发动机1及ISG51的动作。在启动发动机 1的情况下,作为启动电机,驱动ISG51,使发动机1的曲轴旋转而发动。在车辆减速时,作为发电机,驱动ISG51,将曲轴的旋转作为电力再生。在车辆行驶时,作为电动机,驱动ISG51,辅助发动机1的驱动。
在车辆设有:油泵10,其利用发动机1的一部分动力而被驱动;油压控制回路11,其将来自油泵10的油压调压而向变速器4的各部位供给;控制器 12,其控制油压控制回路11。
变速器4具备:无级变速机构(以下称作“变速机构20”)、配置在变速机构20的下游侧且相对于变速机构20串联地设置的有级变速机构(以下称作“副变速机构30”)。
变速机构20是带式无级变速机构,其具备初级带轮21、次级带轮22、卷挂于带轮21、22之间的V型带23。带轮21、22分别具备:固定圆锥板;可动圆锥板,其以使滑轮面相对的状态相对于固定圆锥板配置且在其与固定圆锥板之间形成V型槽;油压缸23a、23b,其设于可动圆锥板的背面,使可动圆锥板沿轴向位移。当调节向油压缸23a、23b供给的油压时,V型槽的宽度变化而使V型带23与各带轮21、22的接触半径发生变化,使变速机构20 的变速比vRatio无级地变化。
副变速机构30是前进2级、后退1级的变速机构。副变速机构30具备: 行星齿轮机构、改变该行星齿轮机构的连接状态的多个摩擦联接元件31(例 如低档制动器、高档离合器、后退制动器)。
当调节向这些摩擦联接元件31供给的油压来变更摩擦联接元件31的联 接、释放状态时,副变速机构30的变速级被改变。例如,若联接低档制动器, 并释放高档离合器和后退制动器,则副变速机构30的变速级成为1速。若联 接高档离合器,并释放低档制动器和后退制动器,则副变速机构30的变速级 成为变速比小于1速的2速。另外,若联接后退制动器,并释放低档制动器 和高档离合器,则副变速机构30的变速级成为后退。
控制器12被输入有如下信号,即,检测加速踏板的开度(以下称作“加 速器开度APO”)的加速器开度传感器41的输出信号、检测变速器4的输入 转速(=初级带轮21的转速,以下称作“初级转速Npri”)的转速传感器42 的输出信号、检测变速机构20的输出转速(=次级带轮22的转速,以下称 作“次级转速Nsec”)的转速传感器61的输出信号、检测车辆的行驶速度(以 下称作“车速VSP”)的车速传感器43的输出信号、检测变速器4的油温的 油温传感器44的输出信号、检测变速杆45的位置的档位开关46的输出信号、 检测制动踏板被踏下的情况的制动开关47的输出信号等。
控制器12基于这些被输入的信号来确定目标变速比,以变速器4整体的 变速比(总变速比)跟随目标变速比的方式参照事先记录的变速映像图等, 生成用于控制变速机构20的变速比及副变速机构30的变速级的变速控制信 号,并将所生成的变速控制信号向油压控制回路11输出。
如后述地,控制器12从ECU14接收ISG51的驱动开始信号,并对ECU14 发送ISG51的动作禁止信号。
油压控制回路11基于来自控制器12的变速控制信号,由利用油泵10产 生的油压调节所需的油压,并将油压向变速器4的各部位供给。由此,可改 变变速机构20的变速比及副变速机构30的变速级,并可进行变速器4的变 速。
图2是本实施方式的控制器12所具备的变速映像图之一例的说明图。
在变速映像图中,基于车速VSP和初级转速Npri来事先决定变速器4的动作点。
变速器4的变速比是将变速机构20的变速比乘以副变速机构30的变速比而得到的整体的变速比,以下,将整体的变速比称作“总变速比”。
在变速器4处于低速模式时,副变速机构30为1速,可根据变速机构20 的变速比在低速模式最低线和低速模式最高线间的低速模式比率范围内进行变速。此时变速器4的动作点在区域A或区域B内移动。
在变速器4处于高速模式时,副变速机构30为2速,可根据变速机构20 的变速比得到在高速模式最低线和高速模式最高线间的高速模式比率范围内的变速比。此时的变速器4的动作点在区域B或区域C内移动。
在该区域B内,副变速机构30在处于1速或2速的任一个时均可变速。另一方面,在越过低速模式最高线的区域,由于副变速机构30必须为2速,因而设有沿着低速模式最高线将副变速机构30从1速向2速变速的模式切换变速线。
在运转区域跨过模式切换变速线而变化的情况下,控制器12使副变速机构30从1速向2速、或从2速向1速进行变速。
在该副变速机构30变速时,以使变速机构20的变速比向与副变速机构 30的变速比变化相反的方向变化,且抑制变速器4的总变速比的变化的方式进行变速。通过这样的变速,可抑制伴随着副变速机构30的变速比的台阶差产生的输入旋转的变化带给驾驶员的不适感。
在本实施方式中,将这样以抑制总变速比的变化,使副变速机构30的变速比的变化和变速机构20的变速比的变化呈相反方向的方式进行变速的动作称作“协调变速”。本实施方式的协调变速使变速机构20的变速比向与副变速机构30相反的方向,以相当于副变速机构30的变速比的变化量的变速比量进行变速,但也可以是总变速比变化那样的变速机构20的变速。
需要说明的是,关于控制装置12及油压控制回路11的动作、特别是关于对变速机构20和副变速机构30同时进行变速控制的协调变速,希望参照本申请人已提交申请并公开的(日本)特开2012-57710号公报。
接着,对本申请发明的副变速机构30的摩擦联接元件31的学习控制进行说明。
副变速机构30通过多个摩擦联接元件31的联接、释放来变更变速级。摩擦联接元件31通过控制器12的控制,利用从油压控制回路11供给的油压进行联接及释放。
摩擦联接元件31由于摩擦板或油压室的机械公差或个体差异、经时变化等,或由于油温引起的动作油粘度的变化,相对于联接时及释放时的指示油压的、摩擦联接元件31的实际扭矩传递容量有时会不同。当摩擦联接元件31 的实际扭矩传递容量相对于指示油压不同时,其成为变速时产生冲击或异响的原因。
因此,控制器12进行学习控制,该学习控制的联接及释放的指示油压进行学习并修正。
具体地,在副变速机构30进行变速时,控制器12通过副变速机构30中的输入转速与输出转速的转速差来判定摩擦联接元件31的释放,检测判定为释放时的指示油压,将检测到的指示油压作为下次变速时的释放油压进行学习。
控制器12根据由转速传感器61检测到的次级转速Nsec和由车速传感器 43检测到的车速VSP算出副变速机构30中的转速差。在该情况下,车速传感器43的检测值可考虑副变速机构30之后的传动比。
在这种摩擦联接元件31的油压的学习控制中,以往,存在如下的问题。
在发动机1配设有ISG51,例如在请求加速时等,发动机1进行驱动时, ECU14可使ISG51产生驱动力而对发动机1的驱动力进行辅助。
在利用ISG51辅助发动机1时,以发动机1及ISG51的驱动力的总和与仅由发动机1驱动行驶时相同的方式进行控制。
具体地,在仅利用发动机1的驱动力行驶的过程中进行基于ISG51的辅助的情况下,以使ISG51的驱动力逐渐上升并使发动机1的驱动力逐渐下降,发动机1及ISG51的驱动力的总和不骤变的方式进行控制。
在此,如前述,有时会在副变速机构30中执行摩擦联接元件31的油压的学习处理。
在图2的变速映像图中,在运转区域跨过模式切换变速线而变化的情况下,控制器12在副变速机构30中控制摩擦联接元件31的联接及释放而进行变速。
在该变速前,控制器12执行如下的油压的学习控制,即,检测副变速机构30的输入输出轴相对于摩擦联接元件31的释放控制中的指示油压的转速差,记录检测到规定的转速差时的指示油压并将其用于下次变速控制。
这样,通过进行摩擦联接元件31的油压的学习控制,使指示油压与摩擦 联接元件31的实际扭矩传递容量间的偏差缩小,防止变速时的冲击或异响的 产生。
如前述,副变速机构30的学习控制在执行副变速机构30的变速时进行。
但是,在进行学习控制时,在如前述地除了发动机1的驱动力之外,还 施加有基于ISG51的辅助力的情况下,会导致向变速器4的输入扭矩发生变 动。在向变速器4的输入扭矩发生了变动的情况下,向摩擦联接元件31输入 的扭矩也发生变化,即使指示油压相同,检测转速差的时机也不同,检测转 速差的指示油压不能被正确地检测。
因此,在进行基于ISG51的辅助时,希望不进行摩擦联接元件31的学习。
另一方面,如图2的变速映像图所示,在车辆行驶过程中运转区域跨过 模式切换变速线而变化的情况下,进行副变速机构30的变速。变速器4的总 变速比的控制在以变速机构20进行时车辆的燃耗率较好,因而在变速映像图 中,以尽可能不进行变速的方式控制副变速机构30。
因此,若在基于ISG51进行辅助时禁止摩擦联接元件31的学习,则在变 速进行的频率较低的副变速机构30中,实施学习控制的机会将进一步减少。
因此,在本发明的实施方式中,在副变速机构30执行变速时进行学习控 制的情况下,执行了辅助禁止控制,禁止ISG51的动作。
图3是本实施方式的控制器12执行的变速器4的学习控制的流程图。
在步骤S10中,控制器12对副变速机构30的变速动作是否执行、学习 控制是否实施进行判断。对于副变速机构30的变速,在图2所示的变速映像 图中,在运转区域跨过模式切换变速线而变化的情况下,判断为副变速机构 30的变速被执行,移至步骤S20。在学习控制未被执行的情况下,重复步骤 S10并待机。
在步骤S20中,控制器12在执行变速动作之前,对ECU14发送禁止ISG51 的辅助的辅助禁止指令。ECU14对于从控制器12发出的辅助禁止指令,若允 许ISG51的辅助禁止,则将禁止允许信号发回。在步骤S30中,控制器12待 机直到从ECU14接收辅助禁止允许信号。
在从ECU14收到辅助禁止允许信号的情况下,在步骤S32中,控制器12 实施摩擦联接元件31的释放的指示油压的学习控制。在步骤S34中,控制器 12待机直到学习控制结束。学习控制是指控制器12储存在转速差产生的时刻 的指示油压。被储存的指示油压用于下次变速控制。在学习控制结束的情况 下,在步骤S40中,控制器12执行副变速机构30的变速控制。
在步骤S50中,控制器12待机直到变速控制结束。在变速控制结束的情 况下,控制器12对ECU14发送解除ISG51的辅助禁止的辅助禁止解除指令。
之后,ECU14基于来自驾驶员的请求,执行ISG51的辅助控制。
图4是本实施方式的控制器12执行的变速器4的学习控制的时间图。
图4所示的时间图将时间轴作为横轴,从上段起分别表示发动机1及 ISG51的输出扭矩、控制器12输出的辅助禁止信号、变速机构的变速比vRatio、 释放侧摩擦联接元件的指示油压、联接侧摩擦联接元件的指示油压、及副变 速机构30中的实际滑动量(利用副变速机构30中的转速差、由转速传感器 61检测到的次级转速Nsec、由车速传感器43检测到的车速VSP算出)。
在输出扭矩的时间图中,用点划线表示发动机1的输出扭矩,用点划线 表示ISG51的输出扭矩。
在基于ISG51进行辅助的情况下,ECU14以发动机1及ISG51的主要扭 矩的总和不变的方式,减少发动机1的扭矩,并且使ISG51的扭矩增加。在 基于ISG51的辅助结束的情况下,使ISG51的扭矩减少并且使发动机1的扭 矩增加。
在本实施方式中,在控制器12发送辅助禁止指令的情况下,不执行ISG51 的辅助,而如图4中实线所示,仅输出发动机1的扭矩。
在运转区域跨过模式切换变速线而变化的情况下,控制器12基于规定的 条件(例如,点火设为接通后首次跨过模式切换变速线的情况等),开始摩擦 联接元件31的释放的指示油压的学习控制(时刻t1)。此时,控制器12在开 始摩擦联接元件31的学习控制之前,对ECU14发送禁止ISG51的辅助的辅 助禁止指令。
ECU14接收辅助禁止指令而禁止ISG51的辅助。
在ISG51的辅助被禁止后,控制器12实施摩擦联接元件31的学习控制。 在摩擦联接元件31的学习控制结束后开始副变速机构30的变速(时刻t11)。
学习控制具体地是,控制器12使释放侧的摩擦联接元件31的指示油压 逐渐下降,储存副变速机构30中的输入转速与输出转速的转速差产生的时刻(时刻t11)的指示油压,由此进行释放侧的摩擦联接元件31的指示油压的学 习。被储存的指示油压被用于下次变速控制。
接着,为了对副变速机构30进行变速,控制器12使联接侧的摩擦联接 元件31的指示油压上升,使释放侧的摩擦联接元件31的指示油压下降,进 行摩擦联接元件31的切换(时刻t2~t3)。由此,副变速机构30的变速比变 化。与此同时,控制器12控制变速机构20的变速比向与副变速机构30的变 速比的变化相反的相反侧变化,而使变速器4的总变速比不变。
当副变速机构30的摩擦联接元件31的切换完成时(时刻t3),输出联接 侧的摩擦联接元件31可维持完全联接状态的指示油压,使副变速机构30的 变速完成。
在副变速机构30的变速完成后,控制器12解除ISG51的辅助禁止(时 刻t4)。
这样,利用图4所示的控制,在实施副变速机构30变速前进行的释放侧 的摩擦联接元件31的指示油压的学习控制时,禁止基于ISG51的辅助,能够 正确地进行摩擦联接元件31的释放的指示油压的学习控制。
如以上说明地,在本发明的实施方式中,车辆的控制装置具备:变速器4, 其由可利用多个摩擦联接元件31的联接及释放来切换多个变速级的作为有级 变速机构的副变速机构30构成;作为驱动源的发动机1;作为辅助发动机1 的驱动力的电动机的ISG51;油压控制回路11,其供给对摩擦联接元件31的 联接及释放进行控制的油压;作为控制部的控制器12,其变更副变速机构30 的变速级,向目标变速比控制变速器4,其中,控制器12进行学习控制,并 且在进行学习控制时禁止ISG51对发动机1的驱动力辅助,所述学习控制对 摩擦联接元件31的联接和释放的至少一方的油压进行学习。
在本发明的实施方式中,通过这样的构成,在进行副变速机构30的摩擦 联接元件31的释放时的学习控制时,禁止ISG51的辅助,故而在进行变更副 变速机构30的变速级时的摩擦联接元件31的联接时及释放时的学习控制的 情况下,能够防止辅助扭矩引起的学习不正确,并且能够防止变速时的冲击 或异响的产生。
另外,变速器4具备作为无级变速机构的变速机构20,该变速机构20 与作为有级变速机构的副变速机构30串联连接,能够无级地变更变速比,控 制器12在变更副变速机构30的变速级时,进行学习控制,并且在进行学习 控制时,禁止ISG51对发动机1的驱动力辅助,所述学习控制对摩擦联接元 件31的释放的油压进行学习,因此,能够正确地进行摩擦联接元件31的释 放的指示油压的学习,并且能够防止实施学习控制的机会减少,故而能够使 指示油压与摩擦联接元件31的实际扭矩传递容量的偏差缩小,防止变速时的 冲击或异响的产生。
另外,具备作为发动机控制部的ECU14,该ECU14控制发动机1及ISG51 的动作,控制器12在变更副变速机构30的变速级时,将禁止ISG51对发动 机1的驱动力辅助的指令向ECU14发送,故而即使为由不同的控制装置进行 发动机1及ISG51的控制和变速器4的控制的构成,也能够在变更副变速机 构30的变速级时禁止ISG51的辅助,能够防止辅助扭矩引起的学习不正确, 并且能够防止变速时的冲击或异响的产生。
以上,对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但上述实施方式只不过表示了 本发明的适用例之一,其不旨在将本发明的技术范围限定在上述实施方式的 具体构成。
在上述实施方式中,对具备变速机构20和副变速机构30的变速器4进 行了说明,但即使为仅具备有级变速机构的构成也可同样地适用。
另外,在上述实施方式中,作为变速机构20而具备带式无级变速机构, 但变速机构20也可以是用链条代替V型带23而卷挂于带轮21、22之间的无 级变速机构。又或者,变速机构也可以是在输入盘与输出盘之间配置可倾转 的动力辊的环形无级变速机构。
另外,在上述实施方式中,副变速机构30设为作为前进用的变速级而具 有1速和2速两级的变速机构,但也可以将副变速机构30设为作为前进用的 变速级而具有3级以上的变速级的变速机构。
另外,在上述实施方式中,设为实施释放侧的摩擦联接元件31的学习控 制,但也可以实施联接侧的摩擦联接元件31的学习控制,还可以在变速控制 前分别进行释放侧和联接侧的摩擦联接元件31的学习。任一种方式均可根据 实际滑动量的变化来进行释放、联接的判断。
本申请基于2014年7月31日在日本特许厅提出申请的特愿2014- 156379主张优先权。通过参照将该申请的全部内容编入本说明书。

Claims (4)

1.一种车辆的控制装置,其具备:
自动变速器,其由可利用多个摩擦联接元件的联接及释放来切换多个变速级的有级变速机构、与所述有级变速机构串联连接且可无级地变更变速比的无级变速机构构成;
发动机,其作为驱动源;
电动机,其对所述发动机的驱动力进行辅助;
油压控制部,其供给对所述摩擦联接元件的联接及释放进行控制的油压;
控制部,其变更所述有级变速机构的变速级,向目标变速比控制所述自动变速器,其特征在于,
所述控制部在变更所述有级变速机构的变速级时进行学习控制,所述学习控制对所述摩擦联接元件的联接和释放的至少一方的油压进行学习,
在进行所述学习控制时,禁止所述电动机对所述发动机的驱动力辅助。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆的控制装置,其特征在于,
具备发动机控制部,其控制所述发动机及所述电动机的动作,
所述控制部在变更所述有级变速机构的变速级时进行学习控制,并且将禁止所述电动机对所述发动机的驱动力辅助的指令向所述发动机控制部发送,所述学习控制对所述摩擦联接元件的联接及释放的油压进行学习。
3.如权利要求1所述的车辆的控制装置,其特征在于,
所述电动机在对所述发动机的驱动力进行辅助的情况下,以所述发动机和所述电动机的驱动力的总和与仅由所述发动机驱动而行驶的情况相同的方式进行控制。
4.一种车辆的控制方法,所述车辆具备:自动变速器,其由可利用多个摩擦联接元件的联接及释放来切换多个变速级的有级变速机构、与所述有级变速机构串联连接且可无级地变更变速比的无级变速机构构成;作为驱动源的发动机;电动机,其对所述发动机的驱动力进行辅助;油压控制部,其供给对所述摩擦联接元件的联接及释放进行控制的油压;控制部,其变更所述无级变速机构的变速比及所述有级变速机构的变速级,向目标变速比控制所述自动变速器,其特征在于,
在变更所述有级变速机构的变速级时,进行学习控制并且禁止所述电动机对所述发动机的驱动力辅助,所述学习控制对所述摩擦联接元件的联接及释放的至少一方的油压进行学习。
