Abstract

本发明涉及一种包含机床在内的配置有多个作业机的机械工作系统。
背景技术
在下述专利文献1中记载有一种机床,具备:(A)具有供刀具安装的主轴和使该主轴旋转的主轴旋转装置的主轴头;(B)使所述主轴头沿上下方向移动的头升降装置;(C)通过使所述主轴头在相互正交的两个方向上移动而使该主轴头沿着水平面移动的头移动装置;及(D)保持工件的工件台,该机床通过刀具对工件进行加工。

发明内容
发明所要解决的技术问题
考虑将上述那样的机床、所谓的立式加工中心配置于生产线的情况。这样的配置于生产线的立式加工中心例如在维护时需要从侧面侧接近,因此需要在侧面侧确保一定程度的空间,存在生产线的长度变长这样的问题。通过处置这样的问题,能够提高包含立式加工中心在内的配置有多个作业机的机械工作系统的实用性。本发明是鉴于这样的实际情况而作出的,其技术问题在于,提供一种实用性高的机械工作系统。
用于解决技术问题的方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的机械工作系统的特征在于,构成为包括基座及载置在该基座上并沿排列方向排列的多个作业机模块,上述多个作业机模块中的至少一个作业机模块具备:(A)主轴头,具有供刀具安装的主轴和使该主轴旋转的主轴旋转装置;(B)头升降装置,使所述主轴头沿上下方向移动;(C)头移动装置,通过使所述主轴头沿彼此正交的两个方向移动而使所述主轴头沿着水平面移动;及(D)工件台,保持工件,该作业机模块被设为通过刀具对工件进行加工的加工机模块,该加工机模块被设为能够沿着在与所述排列方向交叉的方向即交叉方向上延伸的轨道从所述基座拉出。
发明效果
根据本发明的机械工作系统,将加工机模块设为能够拉出,因此能够拉出加工机模块而进行维护等,因此不需要在模块的侧面侧、即排列方向上确保空间,因此本机械工作系统能够缩短排列方向上的系统整体的长度。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图来说明作为本发明的一实施方式的机械工作系统的一个例子。此外,本发明在下述实施方式之外,还能够以基于本领域技术人员的知识实施各种变更而成的方式来实施。
<与本发明的机械工作系统相关联的系统的结构>
首先,在说明作为本发明的一实施方式的机械工作系统之前,对与该实施方式的机械工作系统相关联的机械工作系统(以下,有时仅称作“关联系统”)进行说明。如图1~图3所示,该关联系统构成为包括基座10及载置在基座10上进行排列的四个作业机模块(以下,有时仅称作“模块”)12。在图1中示出覆盖有外装板的状态,在图2中示出外装板的一部分打开的状态,在图3中示出拆卸了外装板的状态。此外,在以下的说明中,将设有操作面板14的一侧称为正面侧,将与该系统相关的“前后”、“左右”、“上下”设为从系统的正面侧观察的情况下的前后、左右、上下而进行处理。即,四个模块12进行排列的左右方向是排列方向,前后方向是与排列方向交叉(正交)的方向即交叉方向。
图1~图3所示的四个作业机模块12分别是将车床模块化而成的车床模块,利用主轴16使工件W4(参照图3)旋转,并且利用被头18保持的车刀20对位于作业位置的工件W4进行切削加工。顺带一提,在该关联系统中,利用工件搬运装置22遍及各模块12地搬运工件。在各模块12中,将由工件搬运装置22搬运来的工件通过工件移送装置24装配于在主轴16的前端安装的保持件即卡盘。而且,将模块12的加工结束后的工件通过工件移送装置24从卡盘向工件搬运装置22运送,利用工件搬运装置22向下一个模块12搬运。
另外,在关联系统中,也能够替代上述的工件搬运装置22及工件移送装置24而采用能够进行上述两者的作业的工件搬运装卸装置26。如图4所示,该工件搬运装卸装置26能够沿着在基座10的前表面上安装的一对导轨28在排列方向上移动,能够遍及多个模块12地搬运工件。另外,工件搬运装卸装置26具有多关节型的臂30及设于该臂30的前端且保持工件的作为保持件的卡盘32。即,工件搬运装卸装置26能够将该臂30伸至模块12的加工位置而利用卡盘32从加工位置接收工件及向加工位置装配工件。
顺带一提,在图2及图3中,省略了构成要素的一部分、工件,或是进行了示意性表示。图2中的W1及图3中的W4示意性地表示位于设定的作业位置的工件,图2中的W2示意性地表示利用搬运装置遍及各模块12地搬运的工件,W3示意性地示出在各模块12内向作业位置移送时的工件的存在空间区域。
由图1~3可知,四个模块12彼此具有几乎相同的形状、尺寸、构造,在排列方向上以设定好的排列间距彼此接近地进行排列。各模块12的间隔设为50mm以下,实际上,几乎无间隙地排列四个模块12。各模块12大体形成为立方体形状,左右方向的尺寸(以下,有时称作“模块宽度”)远小于前后方向的尺寸(以下,有时称作“模块长度”)。而且,基座10具有与载置有四个模块12的情况下的四个模块12整体的左右方向的尺寸大致相等的左右方向的尺寸。即,基座10被设为在左右方向上正好载置四个模块12的大小。
基座10构成为包括并排且彼此固定的两个基座单元34。如图5所示,各基座单元34能够载置两个模块12。上述两个基座单元34分别标准化,设为彼此相同的形状、尺寸、构造。
如图5所示,在各基座单元34中,与载置于该基座单元34的模块的数量相应的数量的导轨对36、具体来说两个导轨对36沿排列方向并排设置。一个导轨对36由以隔开间隔沿交叉方向(前后方向)延伸的方式铺设的一对导轨38构成。导轨38划定在拉出模块12时的模块12移动的轨道。另一方面,在各模块12中,前后各一对车轮40、即两对车轮40以能够旋转的方式保持于床身42。通过使上述两对车轮40在一对导轨38上转动,能够将模块12容易地从基座单元34向交叉方向中的两侧、详细来说是前方侧或后方侧拉出。顺带一提,图2中的最右侧的模块12及图3中的从右起第二个模块12沿交叉方向上的前方被拉出。
进一步来说,模块12能够被拉出至从基座单元34脱离。在图5中示出利用台车44从后方进行该模块12的拉出的状态。该台车44具有一对导轨46,该一对导轨46与设于基座单元34的一对导轨36具有相同的剖面形状且设为相同的间隔,以使一对导轨46延长一对导轨38的方式相对于基座10设置该一对导轨46。在该状态下,能够使模块12的一部分或者整体在台车44上移动。
<本实施方式的机械工作系统的结构>
如上述那样,上述的关联系统能够将各车床模块12拉出至从基座10脱离,能够更换为其它的作业机模块,例如更换为图6、图7所示的其它的作业机模块50。该作业机模块50通过将加工中心模块化而成,之后详细说明,利用钻头、立铣刀对固定保持于工件台的工件W5进行切削加工。在以下的说明中,有时将该作业机模块50称作钻铣模块50。并且,将图1~图3所示的关联系统的四个车床模块12中的至少一个车床模块12更换为钻铣模块50而成的结构形成作为本发明的一实施方式的机械工作系统。
作为加工机模块的钻铣模块50利用与所述的车床模块12相同的床身42,设为相同的模块宽度的结构。即,钻铣模块50也与车床模块12同样地使模块宽度远小于前后方向的尺寸。以下,对于实现了该较小的模块宽度的钻铣模块50的结构及本实施方式的机械工作系统的结构进行详细说明。
如图6、图7所示,钻铣模块50具备:将多个车轮40保持为能够旋转的床身42;设于该床身42上而进行加工作业的加工中心52;及控制该加工中心52的控制面板54。加工中心52是所谓的立式加工中心,具备固定在床身42上的模块主体60、在下端部保持刀具的主轴头62、使该主轴头62沿上下方向移动的头升降装置64、通过使主轴头62沿彼此正交的两个方向移动来使主轴头62沿着水平面移动的头移动装置66及保持工件W5的工件台68。
模块主体60在自身的上部支撑着头移动装置66及头升降装置64。在模块主体60的上部,第一滑动件70被设于第一滑动件70的一对导轨72和设于模块主体60的多个轴承74支撑为能够沿前后方向滑动。该第一滑动件70借助构成为包括前后移动用马达76及滚珠丝杠机构等的前后移动机构而在前后方向上移动。另外,在第一滑动件70上,保持主轴头62的作为头保持体的第二滑动件80被支撑为能够沿着在第一滑动件70的前表面设置的一对导轨82在左右方向上滑动。该第二滑动件80借助构成为包括左右移动用马达84及滚珠丝杠机构86等的左右移动机构而在左右方向上移动。即,包括上述第一滑动件70、一对导轨72、轴承74、前后移动机构、第二滑动件80、一对导轨82、左右移动机构等而构成头移动装置66。
主轴头62以能够利用设于主轴头62的一对导轨90和设于第二滑动件80的多个轴承92沿上下方向滑动的方式支撑于第二滑动件80。此外,头升降装置64以头升降用马达94及滚珠丝杠机构等为主要构成要素,利用该头升降装置64使主轴头62沿上下方向移动。
主轴头62利用上述那样的头移动装置66及头升降装置64的结构被支撑在比模块主体60的前表面靠前方侧的位置。该主轴头62具有:沿铅垂方向延伸而在下端保持作为刀具的钻头、立铣刀等的主轴100;及以使该主轴100绕其轴线旋转的主轴旋转马达102为主体而构成的主轴旋转装置。
工件台68在从模块主体60的前表面向前方伸出的状态下被支撑。加工中心52具备使该工件台68绕沿前后方向延伸的轴线旋转的台旋转装置106,能够在使工件W5倾斜的状态下通过刀具进行加工。此外,台旋转装置不限于前后方向,也能够采用绕沿左右方向延伸的轴线旋转的结构、或者绕沿前后方向与左右方向之间、即水平方向延伸的轴线旋转的结构。进一步来说,台旋转装置也能够采用绕铅垂轴线旋转的结构、或绕水平轴线与绕铅垂轴线这两者旋转的结构。
此外,在本实施方式的机械工作系统中,利用具有图4所示的多关节型的臂30的工件搬运装卸装置26,将工件从相邻的模块运送至工件台68,并且将由钻铣模块50完成加工的工件从工件台68运送至下一个模块。
钻铣模块50在对工件实施切削加工时一边向工件施加冷却剂一边进行切削加工。另外,在切削加工中产生切削屑。本机械工作系统成为考虑到上述冷却剂及切削屑的结构。具体来说,如图6、图7所示,在基座单元34的内部内置有收容冷却剂的冷却剂罐110。并且,以位于在模块主体60的前方侧设置的工件台68的下方的方式在基座单元34的前方侧的上表面设有用于向冷却剂罐110接收冷却剂及切削屑的接收口112。该冷却剂罐110的详细说明省略,在内部设有螺旋式输送机,冷却剂与切削屑被分离,仅将切削屑向冷却剂罐110的后方侧输送。冷却剂罐110在基座单元34的后方露出,在其露出的后端部配设有螺旋式输送机的排出管道114。即,将在模块50的前方侧的作业位置产生的切削屑在冷却剂罐110内通过螺旋式输送机向后方侧输送,穿过排出管道114向该系统的后方排出。此外,包含上述冷却剂罐110及螺旋式输送机等而构成将基座10接收到的切削屑从基座10的后方侧排出的切削屑排出装置。
另外,加工中心52具有收纳向主轴100安装的多个刀具的刀具库120,设为能够对在该刀具库120中收纳的多个刀具中的一个刀具与安装于主轴100的刀具进行自动更换的结构。刀具库120收容在模块主体60的内部,在刀具的更换时,如图7所示,从设于模块主体60的前表面的开口突出。此外,在钻铣模块50的加工作业中,如图6所示,该开口被盖124封盖,从而防止冷却剂、切削屑等进入到模块主体60的内部而附着于刀具库120所收纳的刀具等。
如图8所示,刀具库120具有多个刀具支架(以下,有时仅称作“支架”)130,分别将刀具保持为沿上下方向延伸的姿势。即,刀具库120将多个刀具收容为使其各自的轴线平行。此外,如图8(a)所示,通常,一个以上的支架130不保持刀具,而是为了接受安装于主轴100的刀具而空出。顺带一提,该图8中的T示意性地表示被各支架130保持的刀具的收纳空间区域。
上述的多个刀具支架130沿着在前后方向(交叉方向)上较长的椭圆进行排列。具体来说,刀具库120具有两个链轮132及在这些链轮132上架设的滚子链134,通过向该滚子链134固定多个刀具支架130,将上述多个刀具支架130沿着在交叉方向上较长的椭圆进行排列。即,由于多个刀具支架130沿着椭圆排列,因此刀具库120的左右方向(排列方向)的尺寸变小。
刀具库120具有用于使前方侧(图中的右侧)的链轮132旋转驱动的链轮驱动用马达及将该链轮驱动用马达的旋转向链轮132传递的减速机138。刀具库120通过利用链轮驱动用马达使链轮132旋转,能够使滚子链134旋转而使多个刀具支架130回转。即,包含两个链轮132、滚子链134、链轮驱动用马达、减速机138而构成刀具支架回转机构。
另外,刀具库120利用在模块主体60的内部以沿前后方向延伸的姿势被固定的一对导轨150和固定于刀具库120自身的作为被引导部的轴承152能够沿前后方向进行移动。并且,加工中心52具备使上述的刀具库120沿前后方向移动的库移动装置150。该库移动装置150构成为包括滚珠丝杠机构和使该滚珠丝杠机构的滚珠丝杠156旋转的库移动用马达158。滚珠丝杠机构的螺母固定于刀具库120的下表面,通过利用固定于模块主体60的库移动用马达158使滚珠丝杠156旋转,能够使刀具库120整体沿前后方向移动。
加工中心52构成为,利用库移动装置150使刀具库120前进,使得该刀具库120的前端部从模块主体60的开口突出。并且,在刀具库120位于前进端的状态下,使多个刀具支架130中的用于更换的刀具支架130、即位于前端的刀具支架130位于利用头移动装置66使主轴100移动的区域内,对该位于前端的支架130进行主轴100的刀具更换。
对刀具更换进行详细说明,首先,利用库移动装置150使刀具库120前进,并且利用头移动装置66使主轴100向更换位置移动。此外,在刀具库120中使未保持刀具的支架130位于前端。支架130是由两个爪把持的结构,主轴100向后方移动而从支架130的两个爪的间隙中嵌入在主轴100上安装的刀具,使支架130把持该刀具。接下来,使主轴100上升而使刀具从主轴100脱离。接着,使刀具支架130回转,使要向主轴100安装的刀具位于刀具库120的前端。然后,使主轴100下降而向主轴100安装刀具。接下来,使主轴100向前方移动,并且使刀具库120后退,由此从支架130抽出刀具,刀具更换结束。
上述的钻铣模块50如之前说明的那样使用与车床模块12相同的床身42,因此能够与该车床模块12同样地沿着在交叉方向(前后方向)上延伸的轨道从基座10被拉出。在图9中示出将右侧的钻铣模块50向前方侧拉出的状态。并且,如该图9所示,钻铣模块50朝向前方的拉出在刀具库120的维护、与工件变更相伴的刀具库120的更换等时进行。另一方面,在图10中示出将钻铣模块50向后方拉出至脱离的状态。通过设为该状态,能够容易地进行加工中心52整体的维护。
在该机械工作系统中,即便将包括钻铣模块50在内的多个模块接近配置,也能够简单地进行各模块的维护、换产调整、更换等作业。换言之,不需要确保在以往的加工中心中进行维护等时所需的侧面侧的空间,能够在钻铣模块50的旁边接近地排列其它模块。由此,该机械工作系统能够缩短排列方向的长度。
该机械工作系统将刀具库120收容于模块主体60的内部,因此与将刀具库120配置于模块主体60的外部的情况相比较,成为紧凑的结构。但是,由于刀具库120被收容于模块主体60的内部,因此变得难以靠近刀具库120。然而,如上述那样,该机械工作系统能够将模块50从基座10拉出,因此能够容易地靠近刀具库120。
另外,该机械工作系统中,如上述那样,刀具库120沿着在交叉方向(前后方向)上较长的椭圆来排列刀具支架130。因此,刀具库120的排列方向的尺寸较小,钻铣模块50的排列方向的宽度也减小。另外,该机械工作系统构成为,在更换安装于主轴100的刀具时,利用库移动装置150使刀具库120移动至该主轴100能移动到的区域。因此,不需要为了更换刀具而扩大主轴100的移动区域,从而实现钻铣模块50的紧凑化。
另外,该机械工作系统利用切削屑排出装置将切削屑向该系统的后方排出。因此,不需要将回收切削屑的箱体配置于排列方向,能够缩短包含这样的箱体的系统的长度。

1.一种机械工作系统,构成为包括基座及载置在该基座上并沿排列方向排列的多个作业机模块,
所述多个作业机模块中的至少一个作业机模块具备:(A)主轴头,具有供刀具安装的主轴和使该主轴旋转的主轴旋转装置;(B)头升降装置,使所述主轴头沿上下方向移动;(C)头移动装置,通过使所述主轴头沿彼此正交的两个方向移动而使所述主轴头沿着水平面移动;及(D)工件台,保持工件,该作业机模块被设为通过刀具对工件进行加工的加工机模块,
该加工机模块被设为能够沿着在与所述排列方向交叉的方向即交叉方向上延伸的轨道从所述基座拉出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机械工作系统,其中,
所述加工机模块构成为,具有对安装于所述主轴的多个刀具进行收纳的刀具库,能够对收纳于该刀具库的所述多个刀具中的一个刀具与安装于所述主轴的刀具自动地进行互换,
所述刀具库具有:多个刀具支架,沿着在所述交叉方向上较长的椭圆排列而分别保持刀具;及刀具支架回转机构,使所述多个刀具支架回转。
3.根据权利要求2所述的机械工作系统,其中,
所述加工机模块构成为具有模块主体,在该模块主体的内部收容所述刀具库,所述模块主体在该模块主体自身的上部支撑所述头移动装置和所述头升降装置,
并且,所述加工机模块构成为具有使所述刀具库在所述交叉方向上移动的库移动装置,在刀具的更换时,使所述刀具库以从所述模块主体的所述交叉方向上的一侧面突出的方式前进,使所述多个刀具支架中的用于更换的刀具支架位于利用所述头移动装置使所述主轴移动的区域内。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的机械工作系统,其中,
所述多个作业机模块在所述基座上在所述排列方向上彼此接近地排列。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的机械工作系统,其中,
所述多个作业机模块分别被设为能够向在所述交叉方向上彼此相反的两个方向中的任一方向拉出。

8.根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的机械工作系统,其中,
在将所述交叉方向上的彼此相反的两个方向中的一个方向定义为前方、将另一方向定义为后方的情况下,
所述工件台设于该加工机模块中的前方侧,
所述基座构成为向该基座自身的内侧接收因对所述加工机模块中的工件进行加工而生成的切削屑,
该机械工作系统具备切削屑排出装置,所述切削屑排出装置从所述基座的后方侧排出所述基座所接收到的切削屑。
