本发明公开了一种喷墨印花用颜料组合物的制备方法及其应用,以质量计算由无机彩色颜料12‑25%、低温酶精炼剂4‑10%、纳米材料2‑4%、壳聚糖2‑4%、含酰胺基的乙烯基单体3‑5%、织物粘合剂6‑13%、增稠剂3‑5%、分散剂2‑4%、食盐1‑2%、矿物元素0.2‑0.5%、填料2‑5%、pH调节剂0.2‑3%、余量的水按照一定的方法制备而成,制备方法简单,能耗低,成品性质稳定,易保存,且采用本发明制备的颜料墨组合物应用到棉麻纤维织物的喷墨印花中去,其成品耐水洗性能和吸着率明显增强,且印花流畅、色彩鲜艳、上色深度适宜、不易褪色。

技术领域
本发明涉及织物的印花颜料,尤其涉及一种喷墨印花用颜料组合物的制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
纺织品数码喷墨印花技术是近年来发展迅速的一种全新的印花方式。其快速、灵活、精细、清洁等特点,适应了当今纺织品市场个性化、小批量、多品种、高精度以及绿色环保的需求,具有广阔的发展前景。在喷墨印花中,染料墨水由于其极佳的水溶性,相对较低的成本,优良的耐洗和耐摩擦牢度以及很好的色彩表现力,是最常用的墨水之一。
目前真丝,丝绸类织物的喷墨印花工艺研究较多,但是针对棉麻纤维织物的数码喷墨印花在实际应用中却达不到预期的效果,存在很多问题,例如喷墨印花在棉麻纤维织物上的颜色深度不够,与电子图案的色差较大、色牢度不够高等,因而限制了喷墨印花的发展。
因此,需要提供一种能够解决上述问题的适用于棉麻纤维织物的喷墨颜料墨水来解决上述问题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供了一种印花效果流畅,上色深度适宜、不易褪色的喷墨印花用颜料组合物的制备方法及其应用。
技术方案:为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种喷墨印花用颜料组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料的准备:以质量计算准备无机彩色颜料12-25%、低温酶精炼剂4-10%、纳米材料2-4%、壳聚糖2-4%、含酰胺基的乙烯基单体3-5%、织物粘合剂6-13%、增稠剂3-5%、分散剂2-4%、食盐1-2%、矿物元素0.2-0.5%、填料2-5%、pH调节剂0.2-3%、余量的水;
(2)将所需的无机彩色颜料、分散剂、低温酶精炼剂、三分之一量的水混合均匀,边搅拌边加热至40-50℃后保温20-25min形成均一的混合溶液A;
(3)将所需的纳米材料、壳聚糖、含酰胺基的乙烯基单体、三分之一量的水混合均匀,室温下形成均一的混合溶液B。
(4)将混合溶液B缓慢加入保温的混合溶液A中,搅拌均匀后继续加热升温至60-70℃加入织物粘合剂、增稠剂、填料以及余量的水,搅拌均匀保温10-15min后降温至室温加入食盐、矿物元素、pH调节剂,用搅拌装置搅拌成均一溶液即得喷墨印花用颜料组合物。
更为优选的,所述无机彩色颜料具有选自青、洋红、黄、蓝、绿、红、橙、紫和棕色的彩色。
更为优选的,所述低温每精炼剂为五水偏硅酸钠和纯碱的混合物。
更为优选的,所述低温每精炼剂为五水偏硅酸钠和纯碱质量比为3:1的混合物。
更为优选的,所述纳米材料为粒度在100nm以下的纳米颗粒型材料。
更为优选的,所述织物粘合剂为改性高密度聚乙烯粘合剂。
更为优选的,所述增稠剂为海藻酸盐。
更为优选的,所述填料为钛白粉。
更为优选的,所述分散剂为多元酸共聚物亲水共聚物。
本发明还提出了上述喷墨印花用颜料组合物的应用,具体用于棉麻纤维织物的喷墨印花,应用温度为50-60℃,处理湿度为70%-80%。
有益效果:本发明所提供的一种喷墨印花用颜料组合物的制备方法及其应用,以质量计算由无机彩色颜料12-25%、低温酶精炼剂4-10%、纳米材料2-4%、壳聚糖2-4%、含酰胺基的乙烯基单体3-5%、织物粘合剂6-13%、增稠剂3-5%、分散剂2-4%、食盐1-2%、矿物元素0.2-0.5%、填料2-5%、pH调节剂0.2-3%、余量的水按照一定的方法制备而成,制备方法简单,能耗低,成品性质稳定,易保存,且采用本发明制备的颜料墨组合物应用到棉麻纤维织物的喷墨印花中去,其成品耐水洗性能和吸着率明显增强,且印花流畅、色彩鲜艳、上色深度适宜、不易褪色。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种喷墨印花用颜料组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料的准备:以质量计算准备无机彩色颜料12%、低温酶精炼剂4%、纳米材料2%、壳聚糖2%、含酰胺基的乙烯基单体3%、织物粘合剂6%、增稠剂3%、分散剂2%、食盐1%、矿物元素0.2%、填料2%、pH调节剂0.2%、余量的水;
(2)将所需的无机彩色颜料、分散剂、低温酶精炼剂、三分之一量的水混合均匀,边搅拌边加热至40℃后保温20min形成均一的混合溶液A;
(3)将所需的纳米材料、壳聚糖、含酰胺基的乙烯基单体、三分之一量的水混合均匀,室温下形成均一的混合溶液B。
(4)将混合溶液B缓慢加入保温的混合溶液A中,搅拌均匀后继续加热升温至60℃加入织物粘合剂、增稠剂、填料以及余量的水,搅拌均匀保温10min后降温至室温加入食盐、矿物元素、pH调节剂,用搅拌装置搅拌成均一溶液即得喷墨印花用颜料组合物。

(2)将所需的无机彩色颜料、分散剂、低温酶精炼剂、三分之一量的水混合均匀,边搅拌边加热至50℃后保温25min形成均一的混合溶液A;
(3)将所需的纳米材料、壳聚糖、含酰胺基的乙烯基单体、三分之一量的水混合均匀,室温下形成均一的混合溶液B。
(4)将混合溶液B缓慢加入保温的混合溶液A中,搅拌均匀后继续加热升温至70℃加入织物粘合剂、增稠剂、填料以及余量的水,搅拌均匀保温15min后降温至室温加入食盐、矿物元素、pH调节剂,用搅拌装置搅拌成均一溶液即得喷墨印花用颜料组合物。

(2)将所需的无机彩色颜料、分散剂、低温酶精炼剂、三分之一量的水混合均匀,边搅拌边加热至45℃后保温22min形成均一的混合溶液A;
(3)将所需的纳米材料、壳聚糖、含酰胺基的乙烯基单体、三分之一量的水混合均匀,室温下形成均一的混合溶液B。
(4)将混合溶液B缓慢加入保温的混合溶液A中,搅拌均匀后继续加热升温至65℃加入织物粘合剂、增稠剂、填料以及余量的水,搅拌均匀保温13min后降温至室温加入食盐、矿物元素、pH调节剂,用搅拌装置搅拌成均一溶液即得喷墨印花用颜料组合物。
其中,所述无机彩色颜料具有选自青、洋红、黄、蓝、绿、红、橙、紫和棕色的彩色;低温每精炼剂为五水偏硅酸钠和纯碱质量比为3:1的混合物,纳米材料为粒度在100nm以下的纳米颗粒型材料,织物粘合剂为改性高密度聚乙烯粘合剂,增稠剂为海藻酸盐,填料为钛白粉,分散剂为多元酸共聚物亲水共聚物。
实施例4:
将实施例1制备的喷墨印花用颜料组合物,具体用于具体用于棉麻纤维织物的喷墨印花,应用温度为50℃,处理湿度为70%。
实施例5:
将实施例1制备的喷墨印花用颜料组合物,具体用于具体用于棉麻纤维织物的喷墨印花,应用温度为60℃,处理湿度为80%。
实施例6:
将实施例1制备的喷墨印花用颜料组合物,具体用于具体用于棉麻纤维织物的喷墨印花,应用温度为55℃,处理湿度为75%。
将实施例4-6喷墨印花得到的棉麻纤维织物与市售普通颜料墨水对棉麻纤维织物进行喷墨印花后的成品进行对比,其他印花工艺参数均相同,取完成喷墨印花得到的棉麻纤维织物成品各20cm×20cm,采用ISO105C06:1994+Corl:2002的方法,25℃条件下,机洗自然晾干,测试耐水洗等级,测试结果如下表所示:

从上表数据可看出,采用实施例4-6所制成的喷墨印花颜料墨水组合物处理的棉麻纤维织物,较现有技术相比,具有明显的耐水洗优势,且印花效果流畅,上色深度适宜、不易褪色。

Claims (10)

1.一种喷墨印花用颜料组合物的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)原料的准备:以质量计算准备无机彩色颜料12-25%、低温酶精炼剂4-10%、纳米材料2-4%、壳聚糖2-4%、含酰胺基的乙烯基单体3-5%、织物粘合剂6-13%、增稠剂3-5%、分散剂2-4%、食盐1-2%、矿物元素0.2-0.5%、填料2-5%、pH调节剂0.2-3%、余量的水;
(2)将所需的无机彩色颜料、分散剂、低温酶精炼剂、三分之一量的水混合均匀,边搅拌边加热至40-50℃后保温20-25min形成均一的混合溶液A;
(3)将所需的纳米材料、壳聚糖、含酰胺基的乙烯基单体、三分之一量的水混合均匀,室温下形成均一的混合溶液B。
(4)将混合溶液B缓慢加入保温的混合溶液A中,搅拌均匀后继续加热升温至60-70℃加入织物粘合剂、增稠剂、填料以及余量的水,搅拌均匀保温10-15min后降温至室温加入食盐、矿物元素、pH调节剂,用搅拌装置搅拌成均一溶液即得喷墨印花用颜料组合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷墨印花用颜料组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述无机彩色颜料具有选自青、洋红、黄、蓝、绿、红、橙、紫和棕色的彩色。
3.根据权利要求1所述的喷墨印花用颜料组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述低温每精炼剂为五水偏硅酸钠和纯碱的混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的喷墨印花用颜料组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述低温每精炼剂为五水偏硅酸钠和纯碱质量比为3:1的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的喷墨印花用颜料组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纳米材料为粒度在100nm以下的纳米颗粒型材料。
