本发明涉及一种船用筒状活塞柴油机油组合物用于船舶尾轴润滑的用途,所述组合物以重量份数计由以下组份组成:a)1~15份的清净剂;b)1~12份的分散剂;c)0.5~5份的抗氧剂;d)0~2份的降凝剂;e)0.01~2份的防锈剂;f)0~0.2的抗泡剂;g)50~90份的基础油;所述组合物中钙含量不小于3500ppm,碱值不小于12mgKOH/g。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种船用筒状活塞柴油机油组合物的用途。
背景技术
随着航运业的蓬勃发展,船舶发动机及船用发动机油的技术日趋成熟。由于在线管理的复杂性和多样性,对船用润滑油产品提出了一定的兼容性要求,同时伴随船用筒状活塞柴油机油技术的飞速发展,其各项油品性能均得到提高,同时也使得油品的适用性得到提高。
目前尚没有专利或文献记载船用筒状活塞柴油机油用于船舶尾轴的润滑。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种船用筒状活塞柴油机油组合物用于船舶尾轴润滑的用途。该润滑油组合物可以满足船舶尾轴润滑的技术要求。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种船用筒状活塞柴油机油组合物用于船舶尾轴润滑的用途,所述组合物以重量份数计由以下组份组成:
a)1~15份的清净剂;
b)1~12份的分散剂;
c)0.5~5份的抗氧剂;
d)0~2份的降凝剂;
e)0.01~2份的防锈剂;
f)0~0.2的抗泡剂;
g)50~90份的基础油;
所述清净剂选自磺酸盐、硫化烷基酚盐或水杨酸盐中的至少一种;
所述分散剂选自高分子量无灰分散剂、双烯基丁二酰亚胺分散剂或硼化无灰分散剂中的至少一种;
所述抗氧剂选自硫磷型锌盐、胺型抗氧剂、酚型抗氧剂、噻吩型抗氧剂或氨基甲酸盐类抗氧剂中的至少一种;
所述降凝剂选自聚α烯烃或聚甲基丙烯酸酯的至少一种;
所述防锈剂选自中性磺酸盐、高分子羧酸或酯类的至少一种;
所述的抗泡剂选自硅油、甲基硅油酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯-醚共聚物中的至少一种;
所述基础油选自HVI I类基础油或HVI II类基础油中的至少一种;
所述组合物中钙含量不小于3500ppm,碱值不小于12mgKOH/g。
上述技术方案中,优选地,以重量份数计,清净剂的用量为1~10份,分散剂的用量为1~12,抗氧剂的用量为1~5份,降凝剂的用量为0.1~1.5份,防锈剂的用量为0.03~1.5份,抗泡剂的用量为0.01~0.2份,基础油的用量为60~90份。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述清净剂选自磺酸盐和硫化烷基酚盐的混合物;混合物中磺酸盐和硫化烷基酚盐的重量比为0.1~1。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述分散剂选自高分子无灰分散剂、双烯基丁二酰亚胺分散剂、硼化无灰分散剂三者的混合物;混合物中高分子无灰分散剂的用量为0.1~7份,双烯基丁二酰亚胺分散剂的用量为0.1~6份,硼化无灰分散剂的用量为0.1~5份。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述抗氧剂为硫磷型锌盐与胺型抗氧剂的混合物,混合物中硫磷型锌盐与胺型抗氧剂的重量比为2~5;或者,所述抗氧剂为硫磷型锌盐与噻吩型抗氧剂的混合物,混合物中硫磷型锌盐与噻吩型抗氧剂的重量比为2~6。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述降凝剂选自聚α烯烃与聚甲基丙烯酸酯的混合物,混合物中聚α烯烃与聚甲基丙烯酸酯的重量比为2~5。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述防锈剂选自磺酸盐与高分子羧酸的混合物,混合物中磺酸盐与高分子羧酸的重量比为5~8;或者所述防锈剂选自高分子羧酸与酯类的混合物,混合物中高分子羧酸与酯类的重量比为2~5。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述组合物中钙含量不小于6000ppm,碱值不小于20mgKOH/g。更优选地,所述组合物中钙含量不小于9000ppm,碱值不小于30mgKOH/g。
本发明中所述用于船舶尾轴润滑的船用筒状活塞柴油机油组合物的制备方法为:将各组份(除抗泡剂)在50~60℃温度下加入基础油中,搅拌1~4小时(抗泡剂为外加法,且边搅拌边加入),使其全部溶解,即可得到本发明的组合物。
本发明组合物通过各组份的协同作用,使得该船用筒状活塞柴油机油组合物同时也满足船舶尾轴的技术要求,取得了较好的技术效果。
本发明中所述船舶尾轴的技术要求具体为:必须通过液相锈蚀试验,泡沫性试验,承载能力试验,橡胶相容性试验。即在满足船用筒状活塞柴油机油所有模拟试验指标要求的前提下,通过橡胶相容性试验(与尾轴密封材料具有较好的相容性)。
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
具体实施方式
【实施例1~8】
将清净剂、分散剂、抗氧剂、降凝剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、HVI类基础油为原料调制船用筒状活塞柴油机油的各配方进行实验,各配方组成见表1。在50~60℃温度下将以上混合物加热搅拌1~4小时至完全均匀。
采用下述试验考察油品性能:液相锈蚀试验考察油品在无机盐和水同时存在的情况下对铁质部件的防锈作用,锈蚀程度越低表明油品防锈性能越好;泡沫性试验表明油品抵抗起泡以及起泡后消泡的性能,起泡后泡沫体积及消泡后泡沫体积越小,油品的泡沫特性越好;承载能力试验考察油品承载能力,失效级越高,表明油品承载能力越好;橡胶相容性是考察油品与各种橡胶材料接触并发生反应的程度,橡胶的硬度、体积、扯断力及伸长强度的变化程度越小,表明油品与橡胶越不容易发生反应,即油品的橡胶相容性越好。
通过基础油控制油品为SAE 30粘度等级,各配方模拟试验具体结果见表2。

Claims (9)

1.一种船用筒状活塞柴油机油组合物用于船舶尾轴润滑的用途,所述组合物以重量份数计由以下组份组成:
a)1~15份的清净剂;
b)1~12份的分散剂;
c)0.5~5份的抗氧剂;
d)0~2份的降凝剂;
e)0.01~2份的防锈剂;
f)0~0.2的抗泡剂;
g)50~90份的基础油;
所述清净剂选自磺酸盐、硫化烷基酚盐或水杨酸盐中的至少一种;
所述分散剂选自高分子量无灰分散剂、双烯基丁二酰亚胺分散剂或硼化无灰分散剂中的至少一种;
所述抗氧剂选自硫磷型锌盐、胺型抗氧剂、酚型抗氧剂、噻吩型抗氧剂或氨基甲酸盐类抗氧剂中的至少一种;
所述降凝剂选自聚α烯烃或聚甲基丙烯酸酯的至少一种;
所述防锈剂选自中性磺酸盐、高分子羧酸或酯类的至少一种;
所述的抗泡剂选自硅油、甲基硅油酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯-醚共聚物中的至少一种;
所述基础油选自HVIⅠ类基础油或HVIⅡ类基础油中的至少一种;
所述组合物中钙含量不小于3500ppm,碱值不小于12mgKOH/g。
2.根据权利要求1所述组合物的用途,其特征在于以重量份数计,清净剂的用量为1~10份,分散剂的用量为1~12,抗氧剂的用量为1~5份,降凝剂的用量为0.1~1.5份,防锈剂的用量为0.03~1.5份,抗泡剂的用量为0~0.2份,基础油的用量为60~90份。
3.根据权利要求1所述组合物的用途,其特征在于所述清净剂选自磺酸盐和硫化烷基酚盐的混合物;混合物中磺酸盐和硫化烷基酚盐的重量比为0.1~1。
4.根据权利要求1所述组合物的用途,其特征在于所述分散剂选自高分子无灰分散剂、双烯基丁二酰亚胺分散剂、硼化无灰分散剂三者的混合物;混合物中高分子无灰分散剂的用量为0.1~7份,双烯基丁二酰亚胺分散剂的用量为0.1~6份,硼化无灰分散剂的用量为0.1~5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述组合物的用途,其特征在于所述抗氧剂为硫磷型锌盐与胺型抗氧剂的混合物,混合物中硫磷型锌盐与胺型抗氧剂的重量比为2~5;或者,所述抗氧剂为硫磷型锌盐与噻吩型抗氧剂的混合物,混合物中硫磷型锌盐与噻吩型抗氧剂的重量比为2~6。
6.根据权利要求1所述组合物的用途,其特征在于所述降凝剂选自聚α烯烃与聚甲基丙烯酸酯的混合物,混合物中聚α烯烃与聚甲基丙烯酸酯的重量比为2~5。
7.根据权利要求1所述组合物的用途,其特征在于所述防锈剂选自磺酸盐与高分子羧酸的混合物,混合物中磺酸盐与高分子羧酸的的重量比为3~6;或者所述防锈剂选自高分子羧酸与酯类的混合物,混合物中高分子羧酸与酯类的重量比为2~5。
8.根据权利要求1所述组合物的用途,其特征在于所述组合物中钙含量不小于6000ppm,碱值不小于20mgKOH/g。
9.根据权利要求8所述组合物的用途,其特征在于所述组合物中钙含量不小于9000ppm,碱值不小于30mgKOH/g。
