本发明公开了一种有机硅改性墙板胶粘剂及其制备方法,所述胶粘剂以质量份数计,其组成为:有机硅改性树脂100份,增塑剂30~50份;填料150~250份;偶联剂2~10份;催化剂0.01~2.3份;稀释剂10~50份。本发明综合了硅酮胶与溶剂挥发型免钉胶的特点,制得了一种有机硅改性墙板胶粘剂,具有安全环保、施工便捷、粘接能力好,抗震性强的特点,该改性胶粘剂气味小、中性环保,对大多数基材没有腐蚀性,能有效粘接各种基材,使用范围广,粘附能力强,固化后具备弹性伸长能力,具有优秀的抗震性,不脱落不开裂,耐候性、耐水性好。适用家庭内饰装修,墙板砖、门框以及内饰挂件的粘接。

本发明涉及一种有机硅改性墙板胶粘剂及其制备方法,属于有机硅高分子建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
墙板胶粘剂是一种粘合力极强的多功能建筑结构强力胶,多用于家庭内饰装修墙壁瓷砖、门框等的粘接。目前市面上常用的无机类粘接材料主要有水泥、石灰等,其粘接能力差,固化时间长;以聚醋酸乙烯为主的4115建筑胶粘剂、SG792建筑装修胶粘剂、6202建筑胶粘剂等,虽然具有较好的粘接能力,当固化时会释放酸味物质;而通常的硅酮胶因其固化粘接范围小,固化慢,初粘能力差,很少应用此领域。因此,有必要进一步改进,研制有机硅改性的墙板胶粘剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种制备工艺简单、制备成本低、使用范围广、粘接性能强、固化速度快、抗震性耐候性耐水性优良的有机硅改性墙板胶粘剂及其制备方法,以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种有机硅改性墙板胶粘剂,其特征在于:以质量份数计,其组成为:有机硅改性树脂100份,增塑剂30~50份;填料150~250份;偶联剂2~10份;催化剂0.01~2.3份;稀释剂10~50份。
所述的有机硅改性树脂为有机硅改性聚醚树脂;
所述有机硅改性聚醚结构式如下所示:
其中R1=甲基或甲氧基或乙氧基;R2=甲基或乙基,分子量为20000~28000。
所述的增塑剂为聚丙二醇、聚醚多元醇以及其混合物。
所述的填料为轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、活化处理的纳米碳酸钙、炭黑、白炭黑、高岭土、硅微粉、中空玻璃微球、二氧化钛、滑石粉、氧化镁、氢氧化铝中的一种或多种的混合物。
所述的偶联剂为甲基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、N-(β一氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ―(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述的催化剂为有机锡催化剂,包括二月桂酸二丁基锡、二醋酸二丁基锡以及其混合物。
所述的稀释剂为水溶性环保型溶剂,包括乙醇、甲缩醛或二者的混合物。
所述的有机硅改性墙板胶粘剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、将有机硅改性树脂、增塑剂、填料在双行星搅拌机中搅拌120分钟,温度110~120℃,抽真空;其运行参数设置为真空度0.80-0.98MPa,转速30-50rpm;
2、将偶联剂、催化剂加入行星搅拌机中,搅拌15~30分钟,控制温度20~55℃,抽真空;其运行参数设置为真空度0.80-0.98MPa,转速30-50rpm;
3、将温度控制在20~25℃,在静态混合机中加入环保稀释剂。
本发明的技术优点以及有益效果为:
(1)采用有机硅改性树脂,确保了胶粘剂的广泛粘接性,同时具有硅酮胶优秀的耐候性、抗震性能。
(2)稀释剂使该胶粘剂具有良好的挤出性,并具备了湿气固化和溶剂挥发固化双重固化能力,实现快速固化,施工时无需其他工具对墙壁或其他挂件进行辅助固定,可以直接进行粘接操作,不会出现滑动。
(3)稀释剂采用乙醇、甲缩醛等溶剂,挥发快,残留少,对人体基本无害。
本发明提供的有机硅改性墙板胶粘剂,该改性胶粘剂气味小、中性环保,对大多数基材没有腐蚀性,能有效粘接各种基材,使用范围广,粘附能力强,固化后具备弹性伸长能力,具有优秀的抗震性,不脱落不开裂,耐候性、耐水性好。

实施例1:
一种有机硅改性墙板胶粘剂配比组成如下:
具体制备步骤如下:
1、将有机硅改性聚醚树脂、聚丙二醇、纳米碳酸钙在双行星搅拌机中搅拌120分钟,温度110~120℃,抽真空;其运行参数设置为真空度0.90MPa,转速50rpm;
2、将偶联剂、催化剂加入行星搅拌机中,搅拌15~30分钟,控制温度20~55℃,抽真空;其运行参数设置为真空度0.90MPa,转速50rpm;
3、将温度控制在20~25℃,在静态混合机中加入稀释剂。
上述实施例1性能测试结果:
测试条件:23±2℃RH50±10%。

2.根据权利要求1所述有机硅改性墙板胶粘剂,其特征在于:有机硅改性树脂为有机硅改性聚醚树脂;有机硅改性聚醚树脂分子量20000~28000,用量为100份;增塑剂为聚丙二醇,用量为50份;填料为活化处理的纳米碳酸钙,用量为200份;偶联剂为N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ―(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷,用量为6份;催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡,用量为2.1份;稀释剂为甲缩醛和乙醇的混合物,用量为30份。
4.一种制备如权利要求1所述有机硅改性墙板胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机硅改性树脂、增塑剂、填料在双行星搅拌机中搅拌120分钟,温度110~120℃,抽真空;其运行参数设置为真空度0.80-0.98MPa,转速30-50rpm;
(2)偶联剂、催化剂加入行星搅拌机中,搅拌15~30分钟,控制温度20~55℃,抽真空;其运行参数设置为真空度0.80-0.98MPa,转速30-50rpm;
(3)将温度控制在20~25℃,在静态混合机中加入环保稀释剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述有机硅改性墙板胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,其步骤(1)和/或步骤(2)运行参数设置为真空度0.90MPa,转速50rpm。
