本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种耐磨性强的聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料及其制备方法,包括以下原料组分:聚氨酯弹性体、三元羧基氯醋树脂、聚芳基乙炔树脂、硅藻土、氧化锡锑、四氢糖醇、活性氧化镁粉、对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯、偶氮二异丁腈、钛酸四丁酯、三烯丙基异氰酸酯。本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明中聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料综合性能较好,交联速度的提高,使聚氨酯发泡材料可建立高倍数发泡所需的熔体粘度,提高了发泡材料的发泡倍数,在具有高弹性的同时具有较好的耐磨性,改善了由于力学性能差而影响产品适用范围的缺点。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种耐磨性强的聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯弹性体的性能介于橡胶和塑料之间,具有高回弹性、吸震性、耐磨性、耐油、耐撕裂、耐化学腐蚀及耐辐射等性能,用于制备发泡材料,由于加工方法越来越简单,应用也越来越广泛,但是在其加工过程中发泡倍数高,材料永久变形大,导致力学性能明显下降,且会出现耐磨性差等缺陷,大大降低其使用性能,因此,需要对如何保证其力学性能的情况下提高其耐磨性成了急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种耐磨性强的聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种耐磨性强的聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料,包括以下重量份的原料组分:聚氨酯弹性体40-50、三元羧基氯醋树脂16-20、聚芳基乙炔树脂8-12、硅藻土8-12、氧化锡锑3-7、四氢糖醇3-5、活性氧化镁粉2-4、对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯2-3、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯1-2、偶氮二异丁腈1.8-2.5、钛酸四丁酯0.6-1.2、三烯丙基异氰酸酯0.3-0.7;
其中,所述聚氨酯弹性体为PTMEG型聚氨酯弹性体,其拉伸强度为8.83MPa,断裂伸长率为489.05%。
一种耐磨性强的聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量配比将各原料混合后共同投入密炼机内第一次混炼,混炼温度为125-130℃,混炼时长为12-15分钟;
(2)将第一次混炼后的物料转入开放式联塑炼胶机进行第二次混炼,混炼分成三个阶段,时长分别为3分钟、2分钟、2分钟,第一个阶段温度为110-115℃,第二个阶段温度为由110-115℃匀速降温至85-95℃,第三个阶段温度为85-95℃;
(3)第二次混炼均匀后出片,称量并放入平板硫化机中进行模压硫化发泡,得到成品。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述步骤(3)中硫化发泡的时间为40-45分钟,硫化压力为0.5-0.6MPa,平板硫化的硫化模板厚度为2.0-3.0cm。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明中聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料综合性能较好,交联速度的提高,使聚氨酯发泡材料可建立高倍数发泡所需的熔体粘度,提高了发泡材料的发泡倍数,在具有高弹性的同时具有较好的耐磨性,改善了由于力学性能差而影响产品适用范围的缺点。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种耐磨性强的聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料,包括以下重量份的原料组分:聚氨酯弹性体40、三元羧基氯醋树脂20、聚芳基乙炔树脂8、硅藻土12、氧化锡锑3、四氢糖醇5、活性氧化镁粉2、对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯3、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯1、偶氮二异丁腈2.2、钛酸四丁酯1.2、三烯丙基异氰酸酯0.3;
其中,所述聚氨酯弹性体为PTMEG型聚氨酯弹性体,其拉伸强度为8.83MPa,断裂伸长率为489.05%。
一种耐磨性强的聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量配比将各原料混合后共同投入密炼机内第一次混炼,混炼温度为130℃,混炼时长为15分钟;
(2)将第一次混炼后的物料转入开放式联塑炼胶机进行第二次混炼,混炼分成三个阶段,时长分别为3分钟、2分钟、2分钟,第一个阶段温度为115℃,第二个阶段温度为由115℃匀速降温至95℃,第三个阶段温度为95℃;
(3)第二次混炼均匀后出片,称量并放入平板硫化机中进行模压硫化发泡,得到成品。
其中,所述步骤(3)中硫化发泡的时间为45分钟,硫化压力为0.6MPa,平板硫化的硫化模板厚度为3.0cm。
实施例2
一种耐磨性强的聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料,包括以下重量份的原料组分:聚氨酯弹性体45、三元羧基氯醋树脂18、聚芳基乙炔树脂10、硅藻土10、氧化锡锑5、四氢糖醇4、活性氧化镁粉3、对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯2、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯2、偶氮二异丁腈1.8、钛酸四丁酯1.0、三烯丙基异氰酸酯0.5;
其制备方法与实施例1中相同。
实施例3
一种耐磨性强的聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料,包括以下重量份的原料组分:聚氨酯弹性体50、三元羧基氯醋树脂16、聚芳基乙炔树脂8、硅藻土12、氧化锡锑3、四氢糖醇5、活性氧化镁粉2、对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯3、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯1、偶氮二异丁腈2.5、钛酸四丁酯1.2、三烯丙基异氰酸酯0.7;
其制备方法与实施例1中相同。
对其分别进行各项物理性能检测,其检测结果如下:

由表1中数据可以看出,本发明中制备的聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料综合性能较好,其中压缩永久变形率低于33%,相比现有聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料有了明显改善,提高了聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料的使用性能。

1.一种耐磨性强的聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料组分:聚氨酯弹性体40-50、三元羧基氯醋树脂16-20、聚芳基乙炔树脂8-12、硅藻土8-12、氧化锡锑3-7、四氢糖醇3-5、活性氧化镁粉2-4、对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯2-3、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯1-2、偶氮二异丁腈1.8-2.5、钛酸四丁酯0.6-1.2、三烯丙基异氰酸酯0.3-0.7;
其中,所述聚氨酯弹性体为PTMEG型聚氨酯弹性体,其拉伸强度为8.83MPa,断裂伸长率为489.05%。
2.一种如权利要求1所述耐磨性强的聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量配比将各原料混合后共同投入密炼机内第一次混炼,混炼温度为125-130℃,混炼时长为12-15分钟;
(2)将第一次混炼后的物料转入开放式联塑炼胶机进行第二次混炼,混炼分成三个阶段,时长分别为3分钟、2分钟、2分钟,第一个阶段温度为110-115℃,第二个阶段温度为由110-115℃匀速降温至85-95℃,第三个阶段温度为85-95℃;
(3)第二次混炼均匀后出片,称量并放入平板硫化机中进行模压硫化发泡,得到成品。
3.如权利要求2所述一种耐磨性强的聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中硫化发泡的时间为40-45分钟,硫化压力为0.5-0.6MPa,平板硫化的硫化模板厚度为2.0-3.0cm。
