Abstract

本发明提供了一种封箱胶带,属于生活用品技术领域。本封箱胶带包括卷筒和卷绕在纸芯上的胶带薄膜,在卷筒两端处内壁与横切面之间设有向外突出的圆弧角,在圆弧角处还设有防滑纹,在胶带薄膜下表面由上而下依次设有环氧树脂离型层、印刷油墨层和粘胶层。粘胶层中部设有沿其长度方向设置的条形槽,该条形槽内填充有与染色剂混合的石蜡;该封箱胶带在使用前,先通过吹风机将其加热。本发明通过染色剂线条层和条形槽两种防伪方式的组合使用,最大程度地保证消费者第一时间知悉封箱胶带是否之前已被他人事先撕开过。

一种封箱胶带
技术领域
本发明属于生活用品技术领域,特别涉及一种封箱胶带。
背景技术
封箱胶带又称之为包装胶带,它是以BOPP双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜或PET聚酯薄膜为基材,经过加温均匀涂抹压敏胶乳液,使其形成8μm-28μm不等的胶层;把原膜经过高压电晕处理后,一面表面形成粗糙,在将胶水涂在上面,先形成母卷,再通过分条机分切成规格不等的小卷,就是我们日常使用的胶带了;压敏胶乳液,主要成分是丁酯。目前多种行业产品均采用包装箱进行包装,包装箱通常采用封箱胶带进行封口,具有包装美观、节省费用等特点。但传统的封箱胶带几乎不具备防伪性能,其打开后再重新粘贴时,表面可以看不出任何被打开的痕迹,从而为不法商户提供可乘之机。因此一种具备良好的防伪性能,以避免为不法商户提供可乘之机的封箱胶带成为生产厂家必须解决的技术问题。
同时,传统的封箱胶带几乎不具备防伪性能,其打开后再重新粘贴时,表面几乎看不出任何被打开的痕迹,从而为不法商户提供可乘之机。因此,找到一种具备良好的防伪性能,以避免为不法商户提供可乘之机的封箱胶带成为生产厂家必须解决的技术问题。
发明内容
1.发明要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种结构简单、实用方便的封箱胶带。
2.技术方案
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种封箱胶带,其特征在于,包括卷筒和卷绕在纸芯上的胶带薄膜,在卷筒两端处内壁与横切面之间设有向外突出的圆弧角,在圆弧角处还设有防滑纹,胶带薄膜为PET薄膜,在胶带薄膜上表面设有硅油层且在硅油层和胶带薄膜中央具有一条细长的透明区,在胶带薄膜下表面由上而下依次设有环氧树脂离型层、印刷油墨层和粘胶层,所述环氧树脂离型层分散设置于胶带薄膜下表面。
更进一步的,所述粘胶层中部设有沿其长度方向设置的条形槽,该条形槽内填充有与染色剂混合的石蜡。
更进一步的,该封箱胶带在使用前,先通过吹风机将其加热。
3.有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明通过在卷筒两端处内壁与横切面之间设有的向外突出的圆弧角,不但不会割伤用户的手掌,外形也很美观,而且在圆弧角上还设有防滑纹,防滑纹适当的增加了用户手掌与卷筒之间的摩擦力,可以有效防止胶带从用户的手中脱落。
同时在封箱胶带制造过程中增加环氧树脂离型层与印刷油墨层的工艺步骤,可以增加制造难度,因胶带薄膜下表面具有环氧树脂离型层,撕开胶带时,具有环氧树脂离型层的部分会离开胶带薄膜而残留在被贴的包装箱上,这样就很容易看出撕离的痕迹并且难以复原,可以有效避免了不法商户的可乘之机,起到良好防伪效果。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1和图2所示,本封箱胶带包括卷筒1和卷绕在纸芯上的胶带薄膜2,在卷筒1两端处内壁与横切面之间设有向外突出的圆弧角11,在圆弧角11处还设有防滑纹12,胶带薄膜2为PET薄膜,在胶带薄膜2上表面设有硅油层3且在硅油层3和胶带薄膜2中央具有一条细长的透明区21,在胶带薄膜2下表面由上而下依次设有环氧树脂离型层4、印刷油墨层5和粘胶层6,所述环氧树脂离型层4分散设置于胶带薄膜2下表面。
用户在使用封箱胶带进行封箱操作时,卷筒1两端处内壁与横切面之间设有的向外突出的圆弧角11,不但不会割伤用户的手掌,外形也很美观,而且在圆弧角11上还设有防滑纹12,防滑纹12适当的增加了用户手掌与卷筒1之间的摩擦力,可以有效防止胶带从用户的手中脱落。
在封箱胶带制造过程中增加环氧树脂离型层4与印刷油墨层5的工艺步骤,可以增加制造难度,进一步减少不法商户生产同类封箱胶带的可能,起到一定的防伪作用;生产封箱胶带时一股制成多层卷状,由于胶带薄膜2上表面有硅油层3,使得胶带薄膜2很容易卷状产品中撕离;将封箱胶带贴于包装箱上进行封口,因胶带薄膜2下表面具有环氧树脂离型层
4,撕开胶带时,具有环氧树脂离型层4的部分会离开胶带薄膜2而残留在被贴的包装箱上,这样就很容易看出撕离的痕迹并且难以复原,可以有效避免了不法商户的可乘之机,起到良好防伪效果。
在硅油层3和胶带薄膜2中央有一条细长的透明区21,这样可以在包装快递纸箱时,将封箱胶带面上细长的透明区21正对着箱子的开口,就能贴出一条不偏不倚的封箱条来,包装整齐美观,拆割胶带时也很方便,不划伤包装箱。
同时,本发明中,粘胶层6沿宽度方向上的两侧分别设有染色剂线条层,当封箱胶带每次使用后,两侧的染色剂线条层会在被贴的包装箱上留下两道有色的线条,因此,首先将封箱胶带第一次贴好,再将已经贴好的封箱胶带第一次撕开,然后将封箱胶带第二次贴好,最后将封箱胶带第二次撕开时,由于每次贴好封箱胶带时,封箱胶带粘贴的位置不可能保持完全一致,就使得在将封箱胶带第二次撕开时,可以明显观察到在被贴的包装箱上留下不止两道有色的线条,从而可以判断封箱胶带是否之前已被他人事先撕开过,达到防伪的功能。
更进一步的,粘胶层6中部设有沿其长度方向设置的条形槽,该条形槽内填充有与染色剂混合的石蜡,在封箱胶带使用前,先通过吹风机将其加热,使得条形槽内填充的石蜡处于热熔状态,当将封箱胶带贴好后,条形槽内填充的石蜡会处于凝固状态,从而在条形槽内形成整体的有色凝固线,此时如果将封箱胶带撕开,则上述整体的有色凝固线会在封箱胶带撕开的过程中发生断裂,形成多段折断的有色凝固线;因此,为了检验封箱胶带是否已经被撕开过,当消费者准备第一次开箱时,不可以直接将封箱胶带撕开,而是应该用刀沿封箱胶带长度方向将封箱胶带划开,然后通过观察粘胶层上有色凝固线的状态(为整体的有色凝固线或是为多段折断的有色凝固线)来判断封箱胶带是否之前已被他人事先撕开过,达到防伪的功能。本发明通过染色剂线条层和条形槽两种防伪方式的组合使用,最大程度地保证消费者第一时间知悉封箱胶带是否之前已被他人事先撕开过。(本申请是针对申请号为:CN 201620081253.0的中国专利进一步的改进)

1.一种封箱胶带,其特征在于,包括卷筒和卷绕在纸芯上的胶带薄膜,在卷筒两端处内壁与横切面之间设有向外突出的圆弧角,在圆弧角处还设有防滑纹,胶带薄膜为PET薄膜,在胶带薄膜上表面设有硅油层且在硅油层和胶带薄膜中央具有一条细长的透明区,在胶带薄膜下表面由上而下依次设有环氧树脂离型层、印刷油墨层和粘胶层,所述环氧树脂离型层分散设置于胶带薄膜下表面。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的封箱胶带,其特征在于:所述粘胶层中部设有沿其长度方向设置的条形槽,该条形槽内填充有与染色剂混合的石蜡。
3.根据权利要求2 所述的封箱胶带,其特征在于:该封箱胶带在使用前,先通过吹风机将其加热。
