Abstract

本发明涉及玻璃面板保护技术领域,且公开了一种钢化型玻璃面板保护膜,包括玻璃钢化层,所述玻璃钢化层的下表面粘贴有PE树脂层,在PE树脂层远离玻璃钢化层的一侧通过橡胶压敏层与茂金属聚乙烯层的表面固定连接,所述茂金属聚乙烯层远离橡胶压敏层的一侧与镭射层的表面粘连,镭射层远离茂金属聚乙烯层的一侧通过双面胶层与聚烯烃基膜层的表面固定连接。该钢化型玻璃面板保护膜,通过设置镭射层,可以使玻璃面板的表面反射出镭射光线,不仅美观,而且能引起人们的注意,防止人们无意间碰触到面板,同时导电硅胶层可以避免玻璃面板表面粘连有细小杂质,提高其洁净度的同时也保证了保护膜粘连的紧密性。

一种钢化型玻璃面板保护膜
技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃面板保护技术领域,具体为一种钢化型玻璃面板保护膜。
背景技术
玻璃是由二氧化硅和其他化学物质熔融在一起形成的(主要生产原料为:纯碱、石灰石、石英)。在熔融时形成连续网络结构,冷却过程中粘度逐渐增大并硬化致使其结晶的硅酸盐类非金属材料,普通玻璃的化学组成是Na2SiO3、CaSiO3、SiO2或Na2O·CaO·6SiO2等,主要成分是硅酸盐复盐,是一种无规则结构的非晶态固体。
玻璃不仅美观,而且造价较低,一直以来深受大众喜爱,由玻璃制成的玻璃面板的应用也越来越广泛,但现在的玻璃面板在使用的过程中由于偶尔受到重物撞击的原因,常常导致其破裂影响使用,市场上对于玻璃面板的保护多在其表面粘贴一层保护膜,但现有的保护膜多为柔性保护膜,缺乏必要的刚性,难以保证玻璃面板的安全,故而我们提出了一种钢化型玻璃面板保护膜,来解决以上的问题。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种钢化型玻璃面板保护膜,具备刚性较强及防止无意间碰触等优点,解决了市场上对于玻璃面板的保护多在其表面粘贴一层保护膜,但现有的保护膜多为柔性保护膜,缺乏必要的刚性,难以保证玻璃面板的安全的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述刚性较强及防止无意间碰触的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种钢化型玻璃面板保护膜,包括玻璃钢化层,所述玻璃钢化层的下表面粘贴有PE树脂层,在PE树脂层远离玻璃钢化层的一侧通过橡胶压敏层与茂金属聚乙烯层的表面固定连接,所述茂金属聚乙烯层远离橡胶压敏层的一侧与镭射层的表面粘连,镭射层远离茂金属聚乙烯层的一侧通过双面胶层与聚烯烃基膜层的表面固定连接,并且聚烯烃基膜层远离双面胶层的一侧与硅胶层的表面粘连。
优选的,所述镭射层由表面涂设有镭射涂层的PVC薄膜复合制成。
优选的,所述橡胶压敏层的厚度为0.05-0.07mm。
优选的,所述玻璃钢化层的厚度为0.08-0.10mm。
优选的,所述双面胶层为高透明双面胶层,并且双面胶层的两面均由亚克力胶制成。
优选的,所述硅胶层为挤压型导电硅胶层,并且硅胶层的内部均匀分布有镍包铜粉。
优选的,所述玻璃钢化层、PE树脂层、橡胶压敏层、茂金属聚乙烯层、镭射层、双面胶层、聚烯烃基膜层和硅胶层之间无缝紧密贴合。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种钢化型玻璃面板保护膜,具备以下有益效果:
1、该钢化型玻璃面板保护膜,通过设置玻璃钢化层,可以起到对玻璃面板表面保护的作用,防止其在受到撞击等意外时发生破裂现象,保证面板的正常使用,同时与PE树脂层、橡胶压敏层及茂金属聚乙烯层配合可以提供较大的刚性,进一步提高玻璃面板的安全性。
2、该钢化型玻璃面板保护膜,通过设置镭射层,可以使玻璃面板的表面反射出镭射光线,不仅美观,而且能引起人们的注意,防止人们无意间碰触到面板,同时导电硅胶层可以避免玻璃面板表面粘连有细小杂质,提高其洁净度的同时也保证了保护膜粘连的紧密性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,一种钢化型玻璃面板保护膜,包括玻璃钢化层1,玻璃钢化层1的厚度为0.08-0.10mm,玻璃钢化层1的下表面粘贴有PE树脂层2,在PE树脂层2远离玻璃钢化层1的一侧通过橡胶压敏层3与茂金属聚乙烯层4的表面固定连接,橡胶压敏层3的厚度为0.05-0.07mm,茂金属聚乙烯层4远离橡胶压敏层3的一侧与镭射层5的表面粘连,通过设置镭射层5,可以使玻璃面板的表面反射出镭射光线,不仅美观,而且能引起人们的注意,防止人们无意间碰触到面板,镭射层5由表面涂设有镭射涂层的PVC薄膜复合制成,镭射层5远离茂金属聚乙烯层4的一侧通过双面胶层6与聚烯烃基膜层7的表面固定连接,通过设置玻璃钢化层1,可以起到对玻璃面板表面保护的作用,防止其在受到撞击等意外时发生破裂现象,保证面板的正常使用,同时与PE树脂层2、橡胶压敏层3及茂金属聚乙烯层4配合可以提供较大的刚性,进一步提高玻璃面板的安全性,双面胶层6为高透明双面胶层,并且双面胶层6的两面均由亚克力胶制成,并且聚烯烃基膜层7远离双面胶层6的一侧与硅胶层8的表面粘连,硅胶层8为挤压型导电硅胶层,并且硅胶层8的内部均匀分布有镍包铜粉,导电硅胶层8可以避免玻璃面板表面粘连有细小杂质,提高其洁净度的同时也保证了保护膜粘连的紧密性,玻璃钢化层1、PE树脂层2、橡胶压敏层3、茂金属聚乙烯层4、镭射层5、双面胶层6、聚烯烃基膜层7和硅胶层8之间无缝紧密贴合。
综上所述,该钢化型玻璃面板保护膜,通过设置玻璃钢化层1,可以起到对玻璃面板表面保护的作用,防止其在受到撞击等意外时发生破裂现象,保证面板的正常使用,同时与PE树脂层2、橡胶压敏层3及茂金属聚乙烯层4配合可以提供较大的刚性,进一步提高玻璃面板的安全性。
通过设置镭射层5,可以使玻璃面板的表面反射出镭射光线,不仅美观,而且能引起人们的注意,防止人们无意间碰触到面板,导电硅胶层8可以避免玻璃面板表面粘连有细小杂质,提高其洁净度的同时也保证了保护膜粘连的紧密性,解决了市场上对于玻璃面板的保护多在其表面粘贴一层保护膜,但现有的保护膜多为柔性保护膜,缺乏必要的刚性,难以保证玻璃面板的安全的问题。

Claims (5)

1.一种钢化型玻璃面板保护膜,包括玻璃钢化层(1),其特征在于:所述玻璃钢化层(1)的下表面粘贴有PE树脂层(2),在PE树脂层(2)远离玻璃钢化层(1)的一侧通过橡胶压敏层(3)与茂金属聚乙烯层(4)的表面固定连接,所述茂金属聚乙烯层(4)远离橡胶压敏层(3)的一侧与镭射层(5)的表面粘连,镭射层(5)远离茂金属聚乙烯层(4)的一侧通过双面胶层(6)与聚烯烃基膜层(7)的表面固定连接,并且聚烯烃基膜层(7)远离双面胶层(6)的一侧与硅胶层(8)的表面粘连,所述镭射层(5)由 表面涂设有镭射涂层的PVC薄膜复合制成,所述橡胶压敏层 (3)的厚度为0.05-0.07mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢化型玻璃面板保护膜,其特征在于:所述玻璃钢化层(1)的厚度为0.08-0.10mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢化型玻璃面板保护膜,其特征在于:所述双面胶层(6)为高透明双面胶层,并且双面胶层(6)的两面均由亚克力胶制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢化型玻璃面板保护膜,其特征在于:所述硅胶层(8)为挤压型导电硅胶层,并且硅胶层(8)的内部均匀分布有镍包铜粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢化型玻璃面板保护膜,其特征在于:所述玻璃钢化层(1)、PE树脂层(2)、橡胶压敏层(3)、茂金属聚乙烯层(4)、镭射层(5)、双面胶层(6)、聚烯烃基膜层(7)和硅胶层(8)之间无缝紧密贴合。
