本发明涉及塑料熔化设备领域,具体为一种自动热熔装置,其能够实现塑料件的自动热熔,有效提高效率,其包括底座,底座上设置有固定机构和热熔机构,固定机构包括固定板,固定板中间设置有定位凹槽、两侧安装有锁紧驱动气缸,锁紧驱动气缸的活塞杆上设置有压块,定位凹槽内设置有可拆卸的活动板,活动板上并排设置有多个工件定位机构,工件定位机构包括定位底板,定位底板上设置有定位卡槽,定位卡槽上设置有锁紧机构,热熔机构包括热熔头,热熔头设置于活动板后端,热熔头连接加热装置,加热装置连接纵向驱动气缸,纵向驱动气缸固定安装于滑座上,滑座通过滑块安装于横向直线导轨上,滑座通过丝杆螺母连接丝杆,丝杆连接驱动电机。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料熔化设备领域,具体为一种自动热熔装置。
背景技术
塑料件是工业设备领域中比较常见的部件,其成型方便,能够实现各种形状,满足加工需求,有时候塑料件会与其他金属件结合在一起,如在某个金属杆端部安装有一个塑料密封头,在金属杆需要使用时需要去掉塑料头,由于塑料熔点很低,常见的方式是对塑料头进行加热熔化,现有一般都是人工进行操作,效率较低。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种自动热熔装置,其能够实现塑料件的自动热熔,有效提高效率。
其技术方案是这样的:一种自动热熔装置,其特征在于,其包括底座,所述底座上设置有固定机构和热熔机构,所述固定机构包括固定板,所述固定板中间设置有定位凹槽、两侧安装有锁紧驱动气缸,所述锁紧驱动气缸的活塞杆上设置有压块,所述定位凹槽内设置有可拆卸的活动板,所述活动板上并排设置有多个工件定位机构,所述工件定位机构包括定位底板,所述定位底板上设置有定位卡槽,所述定位卡槽上设置有锁紧机构,所述热熔机构包括热熔头,所述热熔头设置于所述活动板后端,所述热熔头连接加热装置,所述加热装置连接纵向驱动气缸,所述纵向驱动气缸固定安装于滑座上,所述滑座通过滑块安装于横向直线导轨上,所述滑座通过丝杆螺母连接丝杆,所述丝杆连接驱动电机。
其进一步特征在于,所述活动板左右两侧分别设置有拉手;
所述锁紧机构包括铰链座,所述铰链座上铰接安装有翻转块,所述翻转块端部安装有压头、两侧设置有拨杆,所述压头上设置有拨块。
采用本发明的结构后,将需要热熔的工件放置于定位卡槽内并由锁紧机构锁紧,驱动电机驱动滑座移动,带动热熔头顺序移动至每个工件处,由纵向驱动气缸驱动热熔头靠近工件完成热熔,实现了塑料件的自动热熔,有效地提高了效率。

具体实施方式
见图1,图2所示,一种自动热熔装置,其包括底座1,底座1上设置有固定机构2和热熔机构3,固定机构2包括固定板4,固定板4中间设置有定位凹槽、两侧分别安装有两个锁紧驱动气缸5,锁紧驱动气缸5的活塞杆上设置有压块6,定位凹槽内设置有可拆卸的活动板7,活动板7上并排设置有多个工件定位机构,工件定位机构包括定位底板8,定位底板8上设置有定位卡槽9,定位卡槽9上设置有锁紧机构10,锁紧机构10包括铰链座11,铰链座11上铰接安装有翻转块12,翻转块12端部安装有压头13、两侧设置有拨杆14,压头13上设置有拨块15,拨杆14可以方便于操作人员进行压头压下操作,而拨块15方便于压头13翻起操作。
热熔机构3包括热熔头16,热熔头16设置于活动板7后端,热熔头16连接加热装置17,加热装置17连接纵向驱动气缸18,纵向驱动气缸18固定安装于滑座19上,滑座19通过滑块20安装于横向直线导轨21上,滑座19通过丝杆螺母连接丝杆22,丝杆22连接驱动电机23。
活动板7左右两侧分别设置有拉手24,方便于活动板7的取放。

1.一种自动热熔装置,其特征在于,其包括底座,所述底座上设置有固定机构和热熔机构,所述固定机构包括固定板,所述固定板中间设置有定位凹槽、两侧安装有锁紧驱动气缸,所述锁紧驱动气缸的活塞杆上设置有压块,所述定位凹槽内设置有可拆卸的活动板,所述活动板上并排设置有多个工件定位机构,所述工件定位机构包括定位底板,所述定位底板上设置有定位卡槽,所述定位卡槽上设置有锁紧机构,所述热熔机构包括热熔头,所述热熔头设置于所述活动板后端,所述热熔头连接加热装置,所述加热装置连接纵向驱动气缸,所述纵向驱动气缸固定安装于滑座上,所述滑座通过滑块安装于横向直线导轨上,所述滑座通过丝杆螺母连接丝杆,所述丝杆连接驱动电机;所述活动板左右两侧分别设置有拉手;所述锁紧机构包括铰链座,所述铰链座上铰接安装有翻转块,所述翻转块端部安装有压头、两侧设置有拨杆,所述压头上设置有拨块。
