技术领域
本发明涉及通过伺服马达等动力装置产生动力,利用传递机构传递动力的注射成形系统。
背景技术
注射成形机通常大体由注射部与合模部构成。在注射部设置有:树脂的注射时产生动力的注射轴伺服马达;以及使该注射轴伺服马达的旋转运动转换成直线运动的传递机构。在合模部与注射部相同地设置有:合模时产生动力的合模轴伺服马达;使该合模轴伺服马达的旋转运动转换成直线运动的传递机构;顶出时产生动力的顶出轴伺服马达;以及使该顶出轴伺服马达的旋转运动转换成直线运动的传递机构。
使用图1对注射成形机的动作进行说明。注射成形机设置于台座1上,如上所述,大体由注射部与合模部构成。注射部主要由注射缸60与向该注射缸60供给树脂的料斗66构成。在该注射缸60的前端部设置有喷嘴62,在注射缸60的内部设置有螺杆64。另外,若通过注射轴伺服马达34a的旋转来旋转驱动注射轴滚珠丝杠30a,则注射缸60相对于固定压板44(以及安装于固定压板44的固定侧金属模具48)进行前进、后退的动作。
另外,合模部主要包括:可动压板42;安装于该可动压板42的可动侧金属模具46;用于使可动压板42合模的肘杆机构36;合模轴伺服马达34b;以及合模轴滚珠丝杠30b。通过该合模轴伺服马达34b的旋转来旋转驱动合模轴滚珠丝杠30b,由此驱动肘杆机构36而使可动压板42向前后方向移动。通过使可动压板42向固定压板侧移动,安装于可动压板42的可动侧金属模具46与安装于固定压板44的固定侧金属模具48抵接,进行合模。
另外,料斗66内的树脂供给至注射缸60内,然后,一边被加热器(未图示)加热,一边利用螺杆64搅拌并输送树脂。因加热而熔融的树脂从压接于固定侧金属模具48的喷嘴62的前端部向金属模具内进行注射。然后,通过肘杆机构36的驱动进行金属模具(可动侧金属模具46与固定侧金属模具48)的合模,进行成形品的成形。然后,通过肘杆机构36的驱动进行开模,通过顶出轴伺服马达34c的旋转来旋转驱动顶出轴滚珠丝杠30c,将顶出轴43顶出,由此成形品向金属模具外被顶出。
如上所述,就注射部、合模部以及成形品顶出部等而言,在注射成形机中,在多处使用伺服马达34与滚珠丝杠30。这些滚珠丝杠30等传递机构往往承受反复的较大的负荷而被磨损,若进一步被磨损,则存在滚珠丝杠30的驱动变得不顺畅,产生成形不良的情况。另外,如上所述,若在传递机构被磨损的条件下继续使用,则滚珠丝杠30的滚珠、螺纹牙部等被磨损,从而也存在传递机构破损或者导致注射成形机的机械故障的担忧。
若产生上述的成形不良、机械故障,则在生产的现场对品质、生产率带来恶劣的影响。因此,若能够掌握传递机构的磨损状态,则对成形品的品质保持、机械的维护是有效的。
在日本特开平10-234155号公报公开了如下技术:在使用梯形螺纹进行电动伺服马达的动力传递的机构中,在梯形螺纹和与该梯形螺纹卡合的螺母双方设置测定器,基于由两测定器检测出的刻度的刻度差,对螺纹磨损量进行测定。但是,该技术需要将用于对磨损量进行测定的测定器在每个滚珠丝杠设置于螺纹轴与螺母双方,存在测定器的数量增多的担忧。
另外,在日本特开2005-201390号公报公开了如下技术:在具备成形用的驱动马达、接受驱动马达的旋转而将旋转运动转换成直线运动的滚珠丝杠机构、对驱动马达的旋转角进行检测的检测器、通过直线运动进行移动的被驱动部以及规定被驱动部的基准位置的规定部件的注射成形机中,在该被驱动部位于基准位置时,将检测器检测出的驱动马达的检测旋转角与预先取得的基准旋转角进行比较,由此对滚珠丝杠机构的磨损状态进行检测。但是,该技术为了对滚珠丝杠的磨损状态进行检测,需要设置用于规定被驱动部的基准位置的规定部件。
在日本特开2001-58342号公报公开了如下技术:在电动注射成形机的驱动系统中,通过目视观察判断驱动用的滚珠丝杠的螺母的温度、从滚珠丝杠定期地采集的润滑用润滑脂的状态、滚珠的表面的擦伤的程度,由此对滚珠丝杠的磨损状态进行检测。但是,该技术中的滚珠螺母的温度、润滑用润滑脂的状态、滚珠的表面的擦伤的目视观察,均是间接的方法,因此虽能够掌握滚珠丝杠的磨损状态,但难以直接掌握磨损量。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种利用较少的部件来直接测定滚珠丝杠的磨损量,能够预防成形不良、机械故障的注射成形系统。
本发明的注射成形系统具备:伺服马达;将上述伺服马达的旋转运动转换成直线运动的传递机构;对上述传递机构进行拍摄的传递机构拍摄单元;以及对利用上述传递机构拍摄单元所拍摄到的图像数据进行解析而计算上述传递机构的位置的位置计算单元。
根据本发明,通过传递机构拍摄单元来拍摄传递机构,对拍摄到的图像数据进行解析而计算传递机构的位置,由此能够利用较少的部件直接测定滚珠丝杠的磨损量。
注射成形系统能够进一步设置比较将上述伺服马达的旋转位置换算成传递机构的位置的位置坐标与上述位置计算单元计算出的位置坐标的单元。比较基于伺服马达的旋转位置的位置坐标与由传递机构拍摄单元拍摄并计算出的位置坐标,由此比较不存在磨损产生等异常的正常时的位置坐标与位置计算单元计算出的位置坐标,从而能够计算磨损所引起的传递机构的位置的偏移。
注射成形系统能够进一步具备使上述传递机构拍摄单元的拍摄位置移动的拍摄位置移动单元。具备使传递机构拍摄单元的拍摄位置移动的拍摄位置移动单元,由此能够利用比传递机构的个数少的个数的传递机构拍摄单元拍摄多处的传递机构,从而能够减少传递机构的磨损量的测定所使用的机器的个数。

具体实施方式
本发明的注射成形系统由注射成形机和如下单元构成,该单元对传递机构进行拍摄并根据该拍摄所得到的图像数据检测该传递机构的磨损的进展情况,上述传递机构将构成该注射成形机的伺服马达的旋转运动转换成直线运动。
根据本发明的一实施方式,如图1所示,在注射成形机的固定压板44的上方固定有多关节机器人20。在该多关节机器人20的前端部安装有照相机10与成形品取出机12。
成形品取出机12用于取出由注射成形机成形的成形品。照相机10用于拍摄设置于注射成形机内的各个位置的滚珠丝杠。照相机10设置于多关节机器人20的前端部,因此能够容易进行姿势变化,能够使照相机10向各个部分移动,进而能够利用一台照相机10拍摄用于计算多处滚珠丝杠的磨损量的图像数据。图1表示通过设置于多关节机器人20的前端部的照相机10来拍摄注射轴滚珠丝杠30a的状态,图2表示通过该照相机10来拍摄合模轴滚珠丝杠30b的状态。
由照相机10拍摄的图像数据在多关节机器人20的控制装置(未图示)、注射成形机的控制装置(未图示)、或者集中管理单元等中进行处理。也可以在注射成形机等设置显示器,显示基于图像数据的位置等的计算值、控制装置中的处理结果。另外,在图1以及图2中,示出了将照相机10固定于多关节机器人20的例子,但也可以将照相机固定于注射成形机主体等,固定于多关节机器人20以外的位置。
图3A以及图3B是为了对计算注射轴滚珠丝杠30a、合模轴滚珠丝杠30b等滚珠丝杠的磨损量的单元进行说明,而以放大的方式表示滚珠丝杠部的图,图3A示出了滚珠丝杠为正常时的状态,图3B示出了滚珠丝杠磨损的状态。

在图3A以及图3B所示的例子中,将滚珠丝杠30的伺服马达34侧的端部设定为将该伺服马达34的旋转位置换算成滚珠丝杠30的位置时的原点,并且设定为通过照相机10求得滚珠丝杠30的位置时的原点。为了检测伺服马达34的旋转位置,能够使用设置于该伺服马达34的位置检测器31等进行。
如图3A所示,当在滚珠丝杠30不存在磨损的正常时,根据基于伺服马达34的旋转位置的位置信息所获得的滚珠丝杠30的端部33a与滚珠螺母32的端部33b的距离和根据照相机10拍摄的基于刻印35的滚珠螺母32的位置信息所获得的滚珠丝杠30的端部33a与滚珠螺母32的端部33b的距离A1相同。
然后,若伴随着使用而在滚珠丝杠30产生磨损,则滚珠39、滚珠丝杠30的槽部37磨损,从而在滚珠39与槽部37的卡合产生松弛。其结果,根据照相机10拍摄的基于刻印35的滚珠螺母32的位置信息所获得的滚珠丝杠30的端部33a与滚珠螺母32的端部33b的距离不是A1,而成为A2。另一方面,根据基于伺服马达34的旋转位置的位置信息所获得的滚珠丝杠30的端部33a与滚珠螺母32的端部33b的距离仅根据伺服马达34的旋转位置与滚珠丝杠30的导线的关系求得,因此保持A1的状态。因此,如图3B所示,取得距离A1与距离A2的差,由此能够检测滚珠丝杠30、滚珠螺母32的从本来应该在的位置的偏移,即滚珠丝杠30的磨损量。另外,计算出的A1与A2的差亦即位置坐标的差d也可以显示在设置于注射成形机的显示装置2。由此,操作人员容易掌握具体的位置偏移量。
在基于照相机10来计算滚珠螺母32的位置时,在本实施方式中,使用附加于滚珠螺母32的刻印35来求得滚珠螺母32的位置,但未必必须使用刻印35,也能够决定滚珠螺母32的特定的位置(端部、角部等),并利用照相机10进行拍摄,由此计算滚珠螺母32的位置。
另外,也可以根据滚珠螺母32的图像的解析结果,求得滚珠螺母32的回流管的位置,也可以根据滚珠螺母32的图像的解析结果来求得滚珠螺母32向可动部件安装的安装部位的位置。
另外,若滚珠丝杠30的磨损进展了规定量,则产生成形不良、滚珠丝杠30的故障的可能性较高,因此在磨损量预先设定规定的值,若在磨损量到达规定的值时,在显示装置2进行警告显示而对操作人员进行警告报告,则能够将成形不良、机械故障的产生的可能性可靠地报告给操作人员。此外,作为警告的单元,不限定于显示装置2的显示,也可以通过灯光、声音进行警告。
另外,在本实施方式中,将具备照相机10的部件设为多关节机器人20,但不必必须使用机器人,虽与机器人相比动作的自由度稍微受限,但也能够构成为使用机器人以外的移动用的机械。

Claims (7)

1.一种注射成形系统,其特征在于,具备:
伺服马达;
将所述伺服马达的旋转运动转换成直线运动的传递机构;
对所述传递机构进行拍摄的传递机构拍摄单元;以及
对利用所述传递机构拍摄单元所拍摄到的图像数据进行解析而计算所述传递机构的位置的位置计算单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注射成形系统,其特征在于,
进一步具备比较将所述伺服马达的旋转位置换算成传递机构的位置的位置坐标与所述位置计算单元计算出的位置坐标的比较单元。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的注射成形系统,其特征在于,
进一步具备使所述传递机构拍摄单元的拍摄位置移动的拍摄位置移动单元。
4.根据权利要求2所述的注射成形系统,其特征在于,
进一步具备警告单元,所述警告单元在将所述伺服马达的旋转位置换算成传递机构的位置的位置坐标与所述位置计算单元计算出的位置坐标的差超过规定量的情况下,发出警告。
5.根据权利要求2或4所述的注射成形系统,其特征在于,
进一步具备显示单元,所述显示单元显示将所述伺服马达的旋转位置换算成传递机构的位置的位置坐标与所述位置计算单元计算出的位置坐标的差。
6.根据权利要求3所述的注射成形系统,其特征在于,
所述拍摄位置移动单元是机器人。
7.根据权利要求3所述的注射成形系统,其特征在于,
在所述拍摄位置移动单元具备用于取出成形品的成形品取出单元。
