Abstract
本发明提出一种煤矿防爆运输小车,解决了现有技术中井下混凝土运输搅拌装置体积大、物料混配比例可控性差等问题。本发明包括进水装置、行走驱动装置、搅拌罐、底板和支撑轮,搅拌罐上部设有进料口、下部设有出料口,还包括上料机构和下料机构,所述上料机构包括上料斗和倾斜支架,上料斗顶部的转动轮设置在倾斜支架的滑轨内,倾斜支架与转动支架铰接相连,转动支架与搅拌罐上部的进料口配合,转动支架与翻转油缸一端铰接相连,翻转油缸一端铰接在底板的立柱上,上料驱动装置通过连接绳与上料斗相连,上料斗顶部铰接有送料板。本申请能适应矿下作业,进水装置向进水罐中加水的量可以预设,这样加水量和上料斗中的固体加入量的比例非常容易控制。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于煤矿井下领域,具体涉及一种防爆运输车。
背景技术
煤矿井下施工的时候,需要用到混凝土搅拌车。然而,井下施工的重点要求是安全防爆,并且占据空间不能太大。现有的井下运输和搅拌混凝土的小车一般比较高,在井下作业的时候多有不便,且混凝土搅拌过程中需要加水,而对水和固体加注比例的控制还有待改进。
发明内容
本发明提出一种煤矿防爆运输小车,解决了现有技术中井下混凝土运输搅拌装置体积大、物料混配比例可控性差等问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种煤矿防爆运输小车,包括进水装置、行走驱动装置、搅拌罐、底板和支撑轮,搅拌罐上部设有进料口、下部设有出料口,还包括上料机构和下料机构,所述上料机构包括上料斗和倾斜支架,上料斗顶部的的转动轮设置在倾斜支架的滑轨内,倾斜支架与转动支架铰接相连,转动支架与搅拌罐上部的进料口配合,转动支架与翻转油缸一端铰接相连,翻转油缸一端铰接在底板的立柱上,上料驱动装置通过连接绳与上料斗相连,上料斗顶部铰接有送料板。
所述下料机构包括两个下料挡板,下料挡板与搅拌罐下部的出料斗配合,下料挡板与滑轨滑动配合,搅拌罐出料口的下方设有出料皮带,出料皮带由出料驱动装置带动。
所述进水装置包括水箱,水箱顶部铰接有第一连杆,第一连杆与第二连杆铰接相连,第二连杆与浮件相连,第一连杆的端部设有指引杆。
所述搅拌罐外壁固定有连接座,连接座上连接有防粘结条。
所述下料挡板与双向丝杠相连。
行走驱动装置、出料驱动装置、上料驱动装置为防爆等级的驱动。
本申请中,上料机构根据巷下高度可调,能够适应矿下作业,而进水装置向进水罐中加水的量可以预设,这样加水量和上料斗中的固体加入量的比例非常容易控制。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有付出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1~2所示,一种煤矿防爆运输小车,包括进水装置6、行走驱动装置、搅拌罐3、底板1和支撑轮4,搅拌罐3上部设有进料口、下部设有出料口,还包括上料机构2和下料机构5,所述上料机构2包括上料斗2-2和倾斜支架2-1,上料斗2-2顶部的的转动轮设置在倾斜支架2-1的滑轨内,倾斜支架2-1与转动支架2-4铰接相连,转动支架2-4与搅拌罐3上部的进料口配合,转动支架2-4与翻转油缸2-6一端铰接相连,翻转油缸2-6一端铰接在底板1的立柱上,上料驱动装置2-7通过连接绳与上料斗2-2相连,上料斗2-2顶部铰接有送料板2-5。
本发明中,倾斜支架2-1和转动支架2-4上的滑轨可以对接,在井下巷道比较矮的时候,翻转油缸2-6收回,转动支架2-4放平减小整机高度,同时遮盖搅拌罐3的进料口,防止杂质落入。此时搅拌罐3内的搅拌轴和搅拌叶片转动将混凝土等搅拌均匀。之后经过下部的下料机构5将混凝土运输至目的地。本申请在高度较大的空间实现上料,此时翻转油缸2-6伸出使得倾斜支架2-1和转动支架2-4上对接,上料驱动装置2-7通过连接绳2-3带动上料斗2-2向上运动,当上料斗2-2运动到顶部的时候翻转,固体物料通过送料板2-5进入搅拌罐3。
优选的,本申请中的下料机构5包括两个下料挡板5-1,下料挡板5-1与搅拌罐3下部的出料斗配合,下料挡板5-1与滑轨5-2滑动配合,搅拌罐3出料口的下方设有出料皮带5-3,出料皮带5-3由出料驱动装置带动。
下料挡板5-1上表面为弧形、与搅拌罐3底部配合,当搅拌的时候下料挡板5-1封闭出料口,搅拌完毕之后,下料挡板5-1向左右两侧移动,物料从出料口落到下方的出料皮带5-3上,再运往其他位置。
如图3所示,所述进水装置6包括水箱6-1,水箱6-1顶部铰接有第一连杆6-3,第一连杆6-3与第二连杆6-5铰接相连,第二连杆6-5与浮件6-2相连,第一连杆6-3的端部设有指引杆6-4。
本申请的进水装置可以控制加水量,其工作原理如下:液体进入水箱6-1内,当液体高度达到指定位置的时候浮件6-2受到浮力作用,带动第二连杆6-5向上运动,进而使得指引杆6-4向上运动。指引杆6-4可以与进水控制阀相连、或者与声光提示装置相连,当指引杆6-4移动到指定高度的时候停止进水,多余的水分可以从溢流孔流出。这样每次向搅拌罐3内加水的量就固定。当需要调节加水量的时候,调节第二连杆6-5长度即可。
作为优选,为了防止搅拌时候有物料长期黏附在搅拌罐内壁形成附着物,本申请在搅拌罐3外壁固定有连接座,连接座上连接有防粘结条7,搅拌罐内搅拌轴转动的时候力度比较大,搅拌罐会震动,此时防粘结条7(为防爆等级的橡胶条)为弹性材质,可以敲打在搅拌罐3上,使得内壁上的黏附物及时脱落。
所述下料挡板5-1与双向丝杠相连,双向丝杠运动的时候控制出料口的开合。
行走驱动装置、出料驱动装置、上料驱动装置为防爆等级的驱动。

1.一种煤矿防爆运输小车,包括进水装置(6)、行走驱动装置、搅拌罐(3)、底板(1)和支撑轮(4),搅拌罐(3)上部设有进料口、下部设有出料口,其特征在于:还包括上料机构(2)和下料机构(5),所述上料机构(2)包括上料斗(2-2)和倾斜支架(2-1),上料斗(2-2)顶部的的转动轮设置在倾斜支架(2-1)的滑轨内,倾斜支架(2-1)与转动支架(2-4)铰接相连,转动支架(2-4)与搅拌罐(3)上部的进料口配合,转动支架(2-4)与翻转油缸(2-6)一端铰接相连,翻转油缸(2-6)一端铰接在底板(1)的立柱上,上料驱动装置(2-7)通过连接绳与上料斗(2-2)相连,上料斗(2-2)顶部铰接有送料板(2-5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的煤矿防爆运输小车,其特征在于:所述下料机构(5)包括两个下料挡板(5-1),下料挡板(5-1)与搅拌罐(3)下部的出料斗配合,下料挡板(5-1)与滑轨(5-2)滑动配合,搅拌罐(3)出料口的下方设有出料皮带(5-3),出料皮带(5-3)由出料驱动装置带动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的煤矿防爆运输小车,其特征在于:所述进水装置(6)包括水箱(6-1),水箱(6-1)顶部铰接有第一连杆(6-3),第一连杆(6-3)与第二连杆(6-5)铰接相连,第二连杆(6-5)与浮件(6-2)相连,第一连杆(6-3)的端部设有指引杆(6-4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的煤矿防爆运输小车,其特征在于:所述搅拌罐(3)外壁固定有连接座,连接座上连接有防粘结条(7)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的煤矿防爆运输小车,其特征在于:所述下料挡板(5-1)与双向丝杠相连。
6.根据权利要求5所述的煤矿防爆运输小车,其特征在于:行走驱动装置、出料驱动装置、上料驱动装置为防爆等级的驱动。
