本发明创造所述大管径管材切割装置,包括承载板和L支架,L支架包括垂直设置的横梁和纵梁,横梁下端面一侧设置有平行于纵梁的导柱,横梁下端面另一侧设置有轴承,轴承中设置有平行于导柱的升降螺杆,升降螺杆上旋拧有升降螺母,承载板一端套穿于导柱上,承载板另一端套穿于升降螺杆上且与升降螺母相固定,横梁上端面设置有升降电机,升降电机与升降螺杆轴连;承载板下端面设置有丝杠,丝杠中的丝杆沿承载板长度方向设置,丝杠中的丝母上连接有刃口朝下的直锯条,丝杆一端轴连有伺服电机。本大管径管材切割装置具有结构合理,便于操作的优点。

技术领域
本发明创造属于管材切割机械领域,具体涉及一种大管径管材切割装置。
背景技术
石油、天然气等的输送一般通过大管径的管道进行,在铺设管道时,常常需要根据实际施工情况对管材进行切割、焊接等加工,其中的切割工作一般依靠普通切割机进行,由于管道管径很大,切割作业极为不便。
发明创造内容
有鉴于此,本发明创造旨在提出一种大管径管材切割装置,为达到便于对大管径管材进行方便切割的目的,本发明创造的技术方案是这样实现的:
所述大管径管材切割装置,包括承载板和L支架,L支架包括垂直设置的横梁和纵梁,横梁下端面一侧设置有平行于纵梁的导柱,横梁下端面另一侧设置有轴承,轴承中设置有平行于导柱的升降螺杆,升降螺杆上旋拧有升降螺母,承载板一端套穿于导柱上,承载板另一端套穿于升降螺杆上且与升降螺母相固定,横梁上端面设置有升降电机,升降电机与升降螺杆轴连;
承载板下端面设置有丝杠,丝杠中的丝杆沿承载板长度方向设置,丝杠中的丝母上连接有刃口朝下的直锯条,丝杆一端轴连有伺服电机。
进一步的,所述大管径管材切割装置还包括容纳槽,所述容纳槽下方设置有转轴垂直于容纳槽长度方向的车轮。
进一步的,所述丝杠中的丝杆两端还设置有限位块。
进一步的,所述导柱下端和升降螺杆下端均设置有防脱块。
本发明创造所述大管径管材切割装置在用于切割大管径管材时,先将待切割管材置于直锯条下同时固定好,再启动伺服电机和升降电机,伺服电机能够通过控制丝杠运动带动直锯条作水平往复运动,升降电机能够通过控制承载板的升降运动带动直锯条做升降运动(切割作业中直锯条下降,切割作业完成后直锯条上升),二者的复合运动下,即可安全、方便的完成对大管径管材的切割。本装置具有结构合理,便于操作的优点。

本发明创造所述大管径管材切割装置,如图所示,包括承载板2和L支架4,L支架4包括垂直设置的横梁41和纵梁42,横梁41下端面一侧设置有平行于纵梁42的导柱6,横梁41下端面另一侧设置有轴承,轴承中设置有平行于导柱6的升降螺杆5,升降螺杆5上旋拧有升降螺母7,承载板2一端套穿于导柱6上,承载板2另一端套穿于升降螺杆5上且与升降螺母7相固定,横梁41上端面设置有升降电机8,升降电机8与升降螺杆5轴连;
承载板2下端面设置有丝杠,丝杠中的丝杆沿承载板2长度方向设置,丝杠中的丝母上连接有刃口朝下的直锯条1,丝杆一端轴连有伺服电机3。
本大管径管材切割装置在用于切割大管径管材时,先将待切割管材置于直锯条1下同时固定好,再启动伺服电机3和升降电机8,伺服电机3能够通过控制丝杠运动带动直锯条1作水平往复运动,升降电机8能够通过控制承载板2的升降运动带动直锯条1做升降运动(切割作业中直锯条下降,切割作业完成后直锯条上升),二者的复合运动下,即可安全、方便的完成对大管径管材的切割。本装置具有结构合理,便于操作的优点。
在设计时,承载板2上既设置有丝杠结构,还开设有供导柱6和升降螺杆5穿过的贯通孔,需注意二者的避让,以免影响切割工作的正常进行。
具体而言,本大管径管材切割装置还包括用于容纳及固定待大管径管材的容纳槽10,所述容纳槽10下方设置有转轴垂直于容纳槽10长度方向的车轮12,方便对管材的转运。
进一步的,本大管径管材切割装置中,承载板2上丝杠中的丝杆两端还设置有限制直锯条1水平行程的限位块9。
进一步的,本大管径管材切割装置中导柱6下端和升降螺杆5下端均设置有防脱块11,防止承载板2脱落。

1.一种大管径管材切割装置,其特征在于:包括承载板(2)和L支架(4),L支架(4)包括垂直设置的横梁(41)和纵梁(42),横梁(41)下端面一侧设置有平行于纵梁(42)的导柱(6),横梁(41)下端面另一侧设置有轴承,轴承中设置有平行于导柱(6)的升降螺杆(5),升降螺杆(5)上旋拧有升降螺母(7),承载板(2)一端套穿于导柱(6)上,承载板(2)另一端套穿于升降螺杆(5)上且与升降螺母(7)相固定,横梁(41)上端面设置有升降电机(8),升降电机(8)与升降螺杆(5)轴连;
承载板(2)下端面设置有丝杠,丝杠中的丝杆沿承载板(2)长度方向设置,丝杠中的丝母上连接有刃口朝下的直锯条(1),丝杆一端轴连有伺服电机(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大管径管材切割装置,其特征在于:还包括容纳槽(10),所述容纳槽(10)下方设置有转轴垂直于容纳槽(10)长度方向的车轮(12)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的大管径管材切割装置,其特征在于:所述丝杠中的丝杆两端还设置有限位块(9)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的大管径管材切割装置,其特征在于:所述导柱(6)下端和升降螺杆(5)下端均设置有防脱块(11)。
