畜禽病毒性疾病不仅严重危害畜牧生产,而且某些人畜共患病还威胁着人类健康。由于病毒呈严格的细胞内寄生,抗病毒药物必须选择性地破坏或抑制细胞内(外)的病毒,而对细胞,至少对未感染的细胞不产生致死性损伤。任何抗病毒化学治疗剂的应用以及任何用来防止病毒感染的方法,都必须与机体自身的防卫机能相协调。

一种防治畜禽病毒性疾病的中药饲料添加剂,由按重量份比的以下原料制成:黄芪18-55份、茵陈20-50份、蒲公英9-35份、杏仁6-18份、薏苡仁10-25份、马尾松叶10-20份、石膏25-60份、当归10-25份、甘草9-20份和半夏20-50份。
作为优选,所述的防治畜禽病毒性疾病的中药饲料添加剂,由按重量份比的以下原料制成:黄芪45份、茵陈37份、蒲公英30份、杏仁15份、薏苡仁21份、马尾松叶18份、石膏55份、当归23份、甘草18份和半夏45份。
另外,本发明还提供了所述的防治畜禽病毒性疾病的中药饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数称取各味药,将蒲公英、杏仁、薏苡仁、石膏、甘草、半夏共12种中药原料混合,加入自来水,浸泡1-3h后,用武火烧开,再用文火熬煮30-60min后,把药液倒出,得中药煎煮液;
(2)将黄芪、当归、马尾松叶、茵陈8种中药原料烘干后粉碎成粉末,过60-120目筛,得中药粉末;
(3)将步骤(1)所得中药煎煮液以及步骤(2)所得的中药粉末混合,搅拌均匀,经过膨化,造粒,制得中药颗粒;
(4)将中药颗粒按100g/袋分装,即得防治畜禽病毒性疾病的中药饲料添加剂。
作为优选,步骤(1)中自来水的加入量为12种中药原料重量的6-10倍。
本发明还提供了该防治畜禽病毒性疾病的中药饲料添加剂的使用方法,在使用时,其添加量为饲料总重量的6-10%。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:

另外,所述的防治畜禽病毒性疾病的中药饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

南宁市某养殖公司45日龄桂香土鸡,经过临床症状诊断、实验室诊断等手段已确诊发生禽霍乱病毒病。从病鸡群中随机挑选250只,公母兼有,所挑选的鸡个体重和精神状态差不多,分成五组,每组50只,分别记录每组鸡的日均体重、日均增重,观察各组鸡的食欲、采食量、精神状况、运动及病情变化情况并记录。
4.2使用方法
对照组使用市售中鸡正大牌饲料,自由采食,自由饮水,每日6次进行饲喂;试验组1、2、3分别把本发明实施1、实施例2、实施例3所得的用于畜禽病毒性疾病的中药饲料添加剂按所喂市售中鸡正大牌饲料重量的8%添加到饲料当中,混合均匀,按对照组方法,即每日6次,自由采食,自由饮水,进行饲喂。连续饲喂2个月。
4.3实验结果
实验结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,试验组与对照组在治疗鸡禽霍乱病毒病方面效果差异极其显著(P<0.01),本发明的饲料添加剂对鸡禽霍乱病毒病的治愈率在80%以上;试验组恢复快,食欲好,采食量大,对患病鸡的愈后恢复具有良好的促进作用,治愈后的鸡毛色鲜艳红润,贪睡,较少运动;试验组比对照组日均增重最高可达30g,提高率32.6%,差异极为显著;试验组1、2、3与对照组相比,治愈率、日均增重都有显著的提高,说明相对于对照组,试验组可以显著防治疫病,改善畜禽机体性能,提高禽畜的日均增重,提高畜禽的生产能力;试验组比对照组饲料利用率提高了22.2%,差异极其显著,试验组最好的料肉比达到2.8:1,已达到国内先进水平。

Claims (4)
1.一种防治畜禽病毒性疾病的中药饲料添加剂,其特征在于,由按重量份比的以下原料制成:黄芪18-55份、茵陈20-50份、蒲公英9-35份、杏仁6-18份、薏苡仁10-25份、马尾松叶10-20份、石膏25-60份、当归10-25份、甘草9-20份和半夏20-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防治畜禽病毒性疾病的中药饲料添加剂,其特征在于,由按重量份比的以下原料制成:黄芪45份、茵陈37份、蒲公英30份、杏仁15份、薏苡仁21份、马尾松叶18份、石膏55份、当归23份、甘草18份和半夏45份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防治畜禽病毒性疾病的中药饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数称取各味药,将蒲公英、杏仁、薏苡仁、石膏、甘草、半夏共12种中药原料混合,加入自来水,浸泡1-3h后,用武火烧开,再用文火熬煮30-60min后,把药液倒出,得中药煎煮液;
(2)将黄芪、当归、马尾松叶、茵陈8种中药原料烘干后粉碎成粉末,过60-120目筛,得中药粉末;
(3)将步骤(1)所得中药煎煮液以及步骤(2)所得的中药粉末混合,搅拌均匀,经过膨化,造粒,制得中药颗粒;
(4)将中药颗粒按100g/袋分装,即得防治畜禽病毒性疾病的中药饲料添加剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防治畜禽病毒性疾病的中药饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中自来水的加入量为12种中药原料重量的6-10倍。
