Description

一种治疗鸭病毒性肝炎的中药组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其是涉及一种治疗鸭病毒性肝炎的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
鸭病毒性肝炎是由鸭肝炎病毒引起雏鸭的一种传播迅速和高度致死性传染病。主要特征为肝脏肿大，有出血斑点和神经症状。在新疫区，本病的死亡率很高，可达90%以上。本病主要发生于4～20日龄雏鸭，成年鸭有抵抗力，鸡和鹅不能自然发病。病鸭和带毒鸭是主要传染源，主要通过消化道和呼吸道感染。饲养管理不良，缺乏维生素和矿物质，鸭舍潮湿、拥挤，均可促使本病发生。本病发生于孵化雏鸭的季节，一旦发生，在雏鸭群中传播很快，发病率可达100%。
鸭病毒性肝炎发病后，目前没有较好的治疗药物。虽然卵黄抗体、高免疫血清、单克隆抗体治疗对本病有较好的效果，但由于价格昂贵，货源紧缺等因素致使实际应用较少。近几年，许多研究成果都证实了中药治疗鸭病毒性肝炎是可行的，因此，需要开发出可以替代卵黄抗体、高免疫血清、单克隆抗体的中药配方，并加以推广使用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种安全高效、配伍合理、无耐药性、疗效显著的治疗鸭病毒性肝炎的中药组合物。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种治疗鸭病毒性肝炎的中药组合物，其含有下述重量份的中药原料：大黄30-35份、厚朴30-35份、黄芩30-35份、柴胡30-35份、芍药20-25份、半夏20-25份、枳实20-25份、桃仁20-25份、地骨皮20-25份、夏枯草20-25份、连翘20-25份。
优选地，所述中药组合物是由以下重量份的组分组成：大黄30份、厚朴30份、黄芩30份、柴胡30份、芍药20份、半夏20份、枳实20份、桃仁20份、地骨皮20份、夏枯草20份、连翘20份。
所述中药组合物是含有或不含有药用辅料的各种常规中药口服药物制剂形式。
所述制剂是水煎剂。
所述的中药组合物在制备治疗鸭的病毒性肝炎的药物中的应用。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种制备治疗鸭病毒性肝炎的中药组合物的方法:按上述重量配比分别称取各原料药材，混合后，加凉水浸过药面，文火煎煮30min，滤取药汁，制得水煎剂。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：
本发明采用中草药方剂，不产生耐药性，无毒副作用，并疗效显著。且本发明涉及的制备工艺具有简单、操作容易，使用方便、适合扩大生产的优点。
具体实施方式
实施例中所用各种中药原料均可从市面购买。
实施例1
治疗鸭病毒性肝炎的中药组合物
1、处方组成
大黄30份、厚朴30份、黄芩30份、柴胡30份、芍药20份、半夏20份、枳实20份、桃仁20份、地骨皮20份、夏枯草20份、连翘20份。
2、制备方法
称取处方配比的各原料药材，混合后，加入凉水至浸过药面，后文火煎煮30min，过滤弃去药渣，制得水煎剂。将水煎剂稀释至5000ml，雏鸭5ml/(只·次)，2次/天，药渣可复煎1次饮服，连服2～3d。
实施例2
治疗鸭病毒性肝炎的中药组合物
1、处方组成
大黄35份、厚朴35份、黄芩35份、柴胡35份、芍药25份、半夏25份、枳实25份、桃仁25份、地骨皮25份、夏枯草25份、连翘25份。
2、制备方法

2、制备方法
称取处方配比的各原料药材，混合后，加入凉水至浸过药面，后文火煎煮30min，过滤弃去药渣，制得水煎剂。将水煎剂稀释至5000ml，雏鸭5ml/(只·次)，2次/天，药渣可复煎1次饮服，连服2～3d。
病例统计
用中草药治疗雏鸭病毒性肝炎患雏六万只，治愈率达80%～85%，取得满意效果。
典型病例：
病例1某村饲养3000只麻鸭，15日龄时发生鸭病毒性肝炎，患鸭接连死亡，按上述药方配药后，加凉水浸过药面，文火煎煮30min，滤取药汁，开水加至5000ml，雏鸭5ml/(只·次)，2次/d，治疗2d，治愈率84%。
病例2某村卢保洪饲养樱桃谷肉鸭2 000只，12日龄发生鸭病毒性肝炎，按上述药方配药后，加凉水浸过药面，文火煎煮30min，滤取药汁，开水加至5000ml，雏鸭5ml/(只·次)，2次/d，治疗2d，治愈率82%。
上述实验结果表明，本发明治疗鸭病毒性肝炎的中药组合物用于治疗鸭病毒性肝炎效果显著，治愈率可达80%～85%。

1.一种治疗鸭病毒性肝炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下述重量份的中药原料制成：大黄30-35份、厚朴30-35份、黄芩30-35份、柴胡30-35份、芍药20-25份、半夏20-25份、枳实20-25份、桃仁20-25份、地骨皮20-25份、夏枯草20-25份、连翘20-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下述重量份的中药原料制成：大黄30份、厚朴30份、黄芩30份、柴胡30份、芍药20份、半夏20份、枳实20份、桃仁20份、地骨皮20份、夏枯草20份、连翘20份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是含有或不含有药用辅料的各种常规中药口服药物制剂形式。
4.根据权利要求3所述的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述制剂是水煎剂。
5.权利要求1-4任一项所述的中药组合物在制备治疗鸭的病毒性肝炎的药物中的应用。
6.一种制备如权利要求4所述中药组合物的方法，其特征在于：按权利要求1或2所述配比分别称取各原料药材，混合后，加凉水浸过药面，文火煎煮30min，滤取药汁，制得水煎剂。
