本发明公开了一种治疗大肠癌的中药配方，按重量份数是包括以下中药成分：太子参10g，条参15g，白术10g，茯苓20g，法半夏10g，木香15g，陈皮10g，山药20g，炒扁豆10g，炒鸡内金10g，甘草20g。本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服：每天1服，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2‑6疗程。

Description

一种治疗大肠癌的中药配方
技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种治疗大肠癌的的中药配方。
背景技术
大肠癌大肠恶性肿瘤起源于粘膜上皮或粘膜下间叶组织。其中由大肠粘膜上皮在环境或遗传等多种致癌因素作用下发生的恶性肿瘤统称为大肠癌。社会发展状况、生活方式及膳食结构与结肠癌密切相关，不同部位、不同年龄组结肠癌发病的环境、遗传因素可能存在差异。环境(尤其是饮食)、遗传、体力活动、职业等，是影响结肠癌发病的可能病因因素。晚期大肠癌系指癌组织侵犯在粘膜层以下，直至浆膜层者。肉眼观察分为3类。
（1）肿块型：主要向腔内生长，呈球状或半球状，表现有多数小溃疡，易出血。此型浸润性小，淋巴转移发生较迟，预后较好。
（2）溃疡型：初起为扁平状肿块，以后中央部坏死，形成大溃疡，边缘外翻呈蝶形，表面易出血、感染。
（3）浸润型：癌组织主要沿肠壁浸润生长，有明显纤维组织反应，引起肠管狭窄和肠梗阻，淋巴转移较早，预后较差。
中药在临床实践中有明显优势，本发明通过能够抑制细胞增殖，逆转多药性和耐药性，抑制细胞沾附和转移，调节免疫功能，最终治愈大肠癌。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术上的问题，特提供了一种效果明显、疗程较短的治疗大肠癌的中药配方。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：太子参10g，条参15g，白术10g，茯苓20g，法半夏10g，木香15g，陈皮10g，山药20g，炒扁豆10g，炒鸡内金10g，甘草20g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服：每天1服，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
发明用于治疗大肠癌的中药配方，选择天然药物，针对大肠癌病因病机，各味药材各具其效，互相协调，方中太子参、条参、白术、茯苓益气健脾，木香、陈皮醒脾行气，山药、炒扁豆健脾补肾，炒谷芽、炒鸡内金健运脾胃，甘草调和诸药。上述诸味药物共用，相互协同相得益彰，共奏清热解毒、清热利湿、清热疏风、通经活血、行血消肿、活血散瘀、散结通络、之效，诸药合用，扶正祛邪、解毒抗癌，为治疗大肠癌的良方。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗大肠癌的的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：太子参10g，条参15g，白术10g，茯苓20g，法半夏10g，木香15g，陈皮10g，山药20g，炒扁豆10g，炒鸡内金10g，甘草20g。
水煎服：每天1服，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
以下通过实用例来阐明本发明所述用于大肠癌护理的中药配方的临床治疗效果。
1、临床资料
50例大肠癌患者，均为大肠癌病患者，患者平均年龄45±20岁(25～65岁)，符合“《中医病证诊断疗效标准》(国家中医药管理局颁布)”中的大肠癌诊断标准，全部诊断为大肠癌患者。
50例大肠癌患者全部有口干，乏力，不耐疲劳，口干多饮心慌胸闷等症状
2、疗效标准
治愈：临床症状消失，各项指标正常；
显效：临床症状明显减轻，部分指标正常；
无效：临床症状无明显减轻、症状加重，判定为无效。
3、治疗结果
50例大肠癌患者治疗3～4疗程后，治愈38例，治疗显效8例，无效2例。治疗总有效率为93％。
典型案例：
张某，女性，49岁，大便次数增加、带血3个月。3月前无明显诱因，排便次数增多，3-6次/天,不成形，间断带暗红色血迹。有中、下腹痛，无明显腹胀及恶心呕吐。无发热，进食可。近来明显乏力，体重明显下降。服用本发明配方6剂，水煎服，每天1剂，每日1服。第二诊：疼痛略感减轻，继服12剂，三诊：疼痛基本解除，之后，为巩固治疗效果，嘱继续服用12剂。随访1年，一切正常。
