背景技术
现代生活中，随着人们生活水平的提高，胃癌的发病率也在不断升高。胃癌是一种危害性极大的疾病，不仅给患者的生命带来严重威胁，也给患者带来严重的经济负担。疼痛与体重减轻是进展期胃癌最常见的临床症状，胃息肉、慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃部分切除后的残胃的病变都有可能转变为癌。医学上常采用手术、放疗和化疗等方法治疗胃癌。但是三者适宜人群不同，治疗效果也不同。很多胃癌患者在手术、放化疗后出现骨髓及重要脏器的损伤和免疫功能的下降、食欲不振、严重的胃肠反应等严重干扰正常治疗和患者身体康复的副作用。
中医认为，胃癌乃由于情志抑郁、饮食不节致使脏腑气机阻滞、气血不畅、痰湿内生、瘀毒内结而成。
根据中医理论，针对胃癌的发病机理，以温肾健脾、理气降逆、化瘀软坚、养阴清热为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约10厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约8厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗胃癌的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例56例，其中男29例，女27例，年龄30～65岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、早期症状不明显，中晚期可见胃脘饱胀疼痛，餐后加重，食纳乏味，体重减轻，咽下困难，胃疼无间歇；
2、中晚期可于胃脘部触及质地坚硬，呈结节状的肿块，有压痛，可移动，左锁骨上核肿大、质硬、推之不移，或有腹水症；
3、大便隐血试验多呈持续性阳性；
4、X线钡餐检查早期可见小面积的黏膜强直，表面稍凸或凹下，或呈颗粒状细小病灶。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约450ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，六天为一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、显效：胃部肿瘤减小，疼痛明显减轻，食欲好转，体力增强，精神变好；
2、有效：肿瘤未见进一步的扩散和转移，瘤体得到控制，疼痛和恶心呕吐症状减轻；
3、无效：临床症状无明显改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药8-20个疗程，显效14例，有效27例，无效15例。治疗期间对中药品临床引起各类型的过敏反应、疑为药物引起人体各系统、器官、组织的功能和形态方面的异常、疑为药物引起癌症等致突变反应、药物的依赖性以及认为重要或有价值的其他不良反应进行了评价，即中药品不良反应（ADR）评价，未发生不良反应和毒副作用。

病例1：刘某，男，63 岁。因上腹持续性胀痛，吃东西下咽困难，体重下降，伴有严重呕吐，心下痞硬、嗳气。诊断为早期胃癌。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程，呕吐症状减轻，疼痛得到很大的缓解；继续服用3个疗程，吞咽功能完全恢复，肿瘤明显变小；继续服用5个疗程巩固治疗，不适症状消失，生活质量得到提高。
病例2：赵某，女，56岁。就诊时自述：2个月前无明显诱因出现反酸、烧心症状，食欲不振，口淡无味，胸脘胀闷或隐痛，尤其是在进食后症状加重。检查：患者进食不畅或反胃夹有多量粘液。胃镜提示：患者小弯侧可见 2-3cm 大小类圆形溃疡，地平，周边黏膜粗糙 ；后经 X 线及 CT 检查确诊为早期胃癌。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程，胸脘痛基本消失，可正常进食，病灶部位明显缓解；继续服用6个疗程后，患者不适症状基本消失，精神状况变佳。

1.一种治疗胃癌的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白花蛇舌草10-30份，山慈菇10-20份，鬼针草10-20份，土茯苓5-15份，无花果10-20份，山豆根10-20份，穿山甲5-15份，薏苡仁10-20份，娑罗子10-20份，猴头菌10-20份，麦冬5-15份，白茅根10-20份，肿节风10-20份，昆布5-15份，忍冬藤10-20份，牛蒡子10-20份，乳香5-15份，茯苓10-20份，大黄10-20份，枳壳10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗胃癌的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白花蛇舌草20份，山慈菇15份，鬼针草15份，土茯苓10份，无花果15份，山豆根15份，穿山甲10份，薏苡仁15份，娑罗子15份，猴头菌15份，麦冬10份，白茅根15份，肿节风15份，昆布10份，忍冬藤15份，牛蒡子15份，乳香10份，茯苓15份，大黄15份，枳壳15份，甘草10份。
