本发明属于植物保护技术领域,具体涉及一种抗瓜类果斑病菌的组合物。该组合物包括A组分和B组分,A组分由丁香和黄连的提取物(质量比2:1‑5:9)组成,B组分由代森锰锌和春雷霉素(质量比1:10‑5:1)组成,其中组分A和组分B以3:10‑7:1的总重量比存在。本发明通过多种组分组合具有协同增效作用,属杀细菌性农药,可用于瓜类蔬菜上果斑病害防治。

技术领域
本发明属于植物保护技术领域,具体涉及一种抗瓜类果斑病菌的组合物。
背景技术
瓜类细菌性果斑病(Bacterial fruit blotch, BFB)是西甜瓜等葫芦科作物上重要的细菌病害。瓜类细菌性果斑病是一种典型的种传病害,由西瓜噬酸菌(Acidovoraxcitrulli)引起。该病能侵染叶片、果实和种子,严重影响果实的品质和产量,对瓜类生产及相关产业构成了极大的威胁。我国自上世纪90年代首次报道后,现已在福建、海南、山东、吉林、湖南等地大量发生。瓜类细菌性果斑病造成大田西瓜和甜瓜减产甚至绝收,给西甜瓜生产带来巨大损失,该病害目前的发生已呈上升趋势。
化学农药的实际利用率一般为10%,大部分的都残留在环境中。化学农药一旦进入环境,其毒性、高残留特性便会发生效应,造成严重的大气、水体及土壤的污染,从而给人类健康带来危害。目前的研究已经表明,在有害生物的防治中重复且唯一地施用单独的活性组分在许多情况下导致己经对所述活性组分产生天然或适应的耐受性的那些有害生物隔离群的快速选择。为了降低耐受性选择风险,当前通常将不同活性组分的混合物用于防治。在植物中寻找生物活性物质或直接开发植物源农药已成为当今农药研究领域的热点之一。其中,孟昭礼等从银杏中分离出对植物病原菌有很高活性的化合物,经结构鉴定、人工模拟合成,成功开发出“绿帝”农用杀菌剂系列产品;石菖蒲提取物对番茄灰霉病菌和甜瓜枯萎病菌;小玫瑰提取物对番茄灰霉病菌菌丝生长抑制率均达到100%。因此,寻找一种包含中药提取物和农药的瓜类果斑病菌协同增效组合,对于瓜类果斑病菌的高效防治很有必要。
发明内容
为解决弥补现有技术的不足,提供一种抗瓜类果斑病菌的组合物,其是一种包含中药提取物和农药的瓜类果斑病菌协同增效组合物。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种抗瓜类果斑病菌的组合物,包括A组分和B组分,所述A组分由丁香和黄连的提取物(质量比2:1-5:9)组成,所述B组分由代森锰锌和春雷霉素(质量比1:10-5:1)组成,其中组分A和组分B以3:10-7:1的总重量比存在。
其中组分A为丁香和黄连的75wt%乙醇提取物;提取物经真空旋转蒸发后,丁香与黄连的提取物与水的料液比分别为1,单位为1g/mL。
所述组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:所述A组分的丁香和黄连提取物,是以通过质量分数75%乙醇浸提法提取有效成分提取液,将所述提取液与所述B组分混合均匀,制成中药和农药的增效组合物。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过多种组分组合具有协同增效作用,属杀细菌性农药,可用于瓜类蔬菜上果斑病害防治。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种抗瓜类果斑病菌的组合物,包括A组分和B组分,所述A组分由丁香提取物20g和黄连提取物10g,所述B组分由代森锰锌60g和春雷霉素40g组成;其中所述A组分和B组分重量比为3:10。
所述抗瓜类果斑病菌的组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:每个组分按照上述重量称量,所述A组分丁香和黄连提取物,分别通过质量分数75%乙醇浸提法提取有效成分提取液,将所述提取液与所述B组分混合,制成中药和农药的增效组合物。
实施例2
一种抗瓜类果斑病菌的组合物,包括A组分和B组分,所述A组分由丁香提取物30g和黄连提取物40g,所述B组分由代森锰锌8g和春雷霉素2g组成;其中所述A组分和B组分重量比为7:1。
所述抗瓜类果斑病菌的组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:每个组分按照上述重量称量,所述A组分丁香和黄连提取物,分别通过质量分数75%乙醇浸提法提取有效成分提取液,将所述提取液与所述B组分混合,制成中药和农药的增效组合物。
实施例3
选用实施例1或2中的组合物,检测其对瓜类果斑病菌生长速率的抑制作用。在超净工作台上,首先将瓜类果斑病菌2b接种到LB固体培养基上,28℃温度下,150rpm黑暗培养16-20小时。在超净工作台上,按0.3%的接菌量将培养的瓜类果斑病菌接种到LB液体培养基中(含1000倍稀释的实施例1或2中的组合物),28℃温度下,150rpm黑暗培养16-20小时后测OD600值,以不加组合物的LB培养基为对照。生长速率统计发现,在实施例1或2中的组合物作用下,瓜类果斑病菌生长速率抑制效果明显,分别达85.3%和91.4%。
实施例4
选用实施例1或2中的组合物,检测其对瓜类果斑病菌定殖的抑制作用。在超净工作台上,首先将福建分离瓜类果斑病菌接种到LB固体培养基上,28℃温度下,150rpm黑暗培养16-20小时后测OD600值。实施例1或2中的组合物1000倍无菌水稀释后灌根,1天后将菌液用无菌水稀释到OD600=0.5,同时用灌根的方法接种西瓜品种西农8号和特大新红宝。3天后选取新鲜西瓜根部,用无菌水冲洗干净后称取3g的样品,经研钵研磨并稀释后,LB平板上统计菌落数量,以不加组合物的处理为对照。菌落数统计发现,在实施例1或2中的组合物作用下,瓜类果斑病菌定殖抑制效果明显,分别达80.5%和88.7%。

Claims (6)

1.一种抗瓜类果斑病菌的组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物包括A组分和B组分;其中A组分由丁香和黄连的提取物组成;其中B组分由代森锰锌和春雷霉素组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗瓜类果斑病菌的组合物,其特征在于:组分A和组分B的重量比为3:10-7:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗瓜类果斑病菌的组合物,其特征在于:组分A为丁香和黄连的75wt%乙醇提取物;提取物经真空旋转蒸发乙醇后,丁香与黄连的提取物与水的料液比分别为1,单位为1g/mL。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗瓜类果斑病菌的组合物,其特征在于:A组分由丁香与黄连的提取物按质量比2:1-5:9混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗瓜类果斑病菌的组合物,其特征在于:B组分由代森锰锌和春雷霉素按质量比1:10-5:1混合。
6.一种制备如权利要求1所述的一种抗瓜类果斑病菌的组合物的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)A组分的制备:
通过乙醇浸提法提取A组分有效成分提取液;
(2)将步骤(1)提取液与B组分混合均匀,制成一种抗瓜类果斑病菌的组合物。
