Abstract
操作、安全性优异的充气装置具备:填充机构,边计测从气体的供给源(蓄压器)供给的气体的流量边经由气体输送管输送气体;填充软管(31),连接于气体输送管,顶端具有填充喷嘴(32);安装传感器(喷嘴安装检测部(32b)),检测车载贮藏器的填充口(51)安装填充喷嘴并输出检测信号,填充机构在被输入来自安装传感器的检测信号后,能向车载贮藏器填充。具备:压力计,测定车载贮藏器内的压力;温度计,测定外部气体温度;目标压力算出单元(比较单元),基于车载贮藏器的容量和测定到的车载贮藏器内的压力及外部气体温度,算出满填充结束时或预置填充结束时的车载贮藏器内的压力,填充机构在达到目标压力时停止向车载贮藏器输送气体。

技术领域
本发明涉及向以CNG、氢气等为燃料的CNG汽车、燃料电池汽车、氢汽车等的车载贮藏器填充气体的充气装置。
背景技术
作为应对近年的环境问题的车辆,活跃地进行着对使用了CNG(CompressedNatural Gas:压缩天然气)、氢等气体燃料的CNG汽车、燃料电池汽车、氢汽车等的开发。为了促进对使用这样的气体燃料来行驶的车辆的普及,需要稳定地高效率地向搭载于车辆的车载贮藏器填充气体燃料的装置。于是,本申请人在专利文献1提出了一种用于高效率地向搭载于车辆的车载贮藏器填充气体燃料的充气装置。
尤其是最近,为了普及用于向燃料电池车供给氢的氢站,修改各部的命令(日文:省令)和/或安全规程并研究自助填充式的充气装置的利用。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
由于与自助式的汽油站相比,在氢站中填充喷嘴连结于车辆的填充口,所以看不到氢气的流动。另外,若填充喷嘴与填充口没有切实地连结,则可能会因氢气的压力而使得填充喷嘴迅猛地从填充口脱落进而使顾客受伤,或产生由从填充喷嘴漏出的气体燃料导致的火灾、爆炸等灾难。
于是,本发明是鉴于上述问题点做出的,目的在于提供一种在操作性和安全性上优异的充气装置。
用于解决问题的技术方案
为了达到上述目的,本发明是一种充气装置,其特征在于,具备:填充机构,其一边计测从气体的供给源供给的该气体的流量一边经由气体输送管输送所述气体;填充软管,其连接于该气体输送管,顶端具有填充喷嘴;以及安装传感器,其对所述填充喷嘴被安装到车载贮藏器的填充口这一情况进行检测并输出检测信号,所述填充机构,在被输入了来自所述安装传感器的所述检测信号之后,能够向所述车载贮藏器进行填充。
根据本发明,若安装传感器未检测到在车载贮藏器的填充口安装了填充喷嘴则无法进行气体的填充,所以填充喷嘴从车载贮藏器的填充口脱落,在脱落的状态下不再继续进行气体的填充,从而能够提高安全性。
在上述充气装置中,具备:压力计,其测定所述车载贮藏器内的压力;温度计,其测定该充气装置周围的外部气体温度;以及目标压力算出单元,其在向所述车载贮藏器填充气体之前,基于所述车载贮藏器的容量和测定到的所述车载贮藏器内的压力以及所述外部气体温度,来算出满填充结束时或预置填充结束时的所述车载贮藏器内的压力,所述填充机构,在达到该目标压力时停止向所述车载贮藏器输送所述气体。由此,能够防止气体向车载贮藏器的填充量不足或过剩,能够适当地维持气体的填充量。
另外,上述充气装置可以具备:在向所述车载贮藏器填充气体之前,基于由所述填充机构输送的所述气体的流量来算出达到所述目标压力的时间的单元;和在向所述车载贮藏器填充气体之前,报告达到该目标压力的时间的报告单元。在填充时车载贮藏器的填充口完全由填充喷嘴堵住,所以顾客不能通过目视确认填充是否已结束,但通过上述充气装置,能够事先或充气结束时迅速地通知顾客。
发明的效果
如以上所述,根据本发明,能够提供一种在操作性和安全性上优异的充气装置。

具体实施方式
接下来,参照附图对用于实施本发明的实施方式详细地进行说明。此外,在以下的说明中,以本发明的充气装置是氢气填充装置、向氢气汽车填充氢气的情况为例进行说明。
首先,参照图1对可适用本发明的充气装置的充气系统进行说明。该充气系统1是为了使在装载于卡车6的集装设备(日文:カードル)7填充的氢气H一边经由压缩机4、蓄压器5以及充气装置2冷却一边向搭载于车辆的车载贮藏器(未图示)填充而设置。此外,填充于集装设备7的氢气H也有时不经由蓄压器5而是从压缩机4直接向充气装置2供给。在充气装置2连接有用于冷却氢气H的制冷剂冷却装置3。
另外,在该充气系统1中设置有集中控制盘8,集中控制盘8基于来自设置于各部分的温度计81、82、压力计83、气体检查器12、18、37、84、火焰检查器87等的检测结果来控制各部分的动作。
而且,设置有连接于充气装置2的供油站用销售装置(以下称为“POS”)91、以及在POS91与充气装置2之间确认填充作业的安全并输出填充许可的自助服务控制中心(以下称为“SSC”)92。
图2示出本发明的充气装置的一实施方式,该充气装置2包括:主体单元10和软管单元30,主体单元10经由制冷剂输送管9A和9B而与制冷剂冷却装置3连接。
主体单元10由填充部10a和显示部10b构成,填充部10a具有一边计测从作为气体供给源的蓄压器5供给的氢气H的流量一边输送氢气H的填充机构和对气体输送管43进行冷却的气体管路冷却部11,显示部10b载置于填充部10a的顶棚部等,显示氢气H的填充量等。
填充部10a具备:检查气体泄漏的气体检查器12、对在气体管路冷却部11、气体输送管43和44流动的来自蓄压器5的氢气H的流量进行调整的流量调整阀13、切断氢气H的切断阀14、用于在氢气H的填充结束后降低气体输送管44内的压力的脱压阀15、计测氢气H的流量的流量计16等。
气体管路冷却部11利用从制冷剂冷却装置3经由制冷剂输送管9A和9B供给的制冷剂来冷却在气体输送管43流动的氢气H。作为制冷剂,可以使用液化氮、氟利昂、二氧化碳等,该制冷剂由制冷剂冷却装置3冷却并被循环使用。另外,在气体管路冷却部11的底面设置有绝热材料45。
气体输送管44在比切断阀14靠下游侧(连接有后述的填充软管31的一侧)分支为气体输送管44A和44B。气体输送管44A是用于将由气体管路冷却部11冷却的氢气H向氢气汽车(以下称为“汽车”。)的车载贮藏器填充的配管。气体输送管44B是用于在氢气H的填充结束后向外部排放气体输送管44A内的氢气H的配管,在气体输送管44B设置有脱压阀15。
脱压阀15是用于在氢气H向汽车的车载贮藏器填充结束后,降低气体输送管44内的压力的阀,基于后述的控制进行开闭。若脱压阀15打开,则气体输送管44A内的氢气H经由气体输送管44B向释放管排放,气体输送管44A内的压力降低。
显示部10b具备:显示在气体输送管43和44流动的氢气H的流量(从后述的填充喷嘴32向汽车的车载贮藏器填充的充气量)等的显示器17、检查气体泄漏的气体检查器18、包括报告填充完毕时间和/或各种不良状况的扬声器19a和灯19b的报告器19、进行监视以使顾客不离开填充区域的区域传感器20、检测充气装置2的附近的人的存在的人体传感器21、用于输入预置填充量的键盘22、显示通过键盘22输入的预置填充量的信息显示部23、控制装置整体的控制装置24、以及非活性气体配管25。此外,对于控制装置24的结构在后叙述。
非活性气体配管25是为了向显示部10b内填充氮、氩、氦等非活性气体从而提高显示部10b内的压力而设置。由此,即使在充气装置2内发生了气体泄漏的情况下,也能够防止向显示部10b内流入可燃性的氢气H,防止因氢气H的点燃而发生火灾。
软管单元30具备:连接于填充部10a内的气体输送管44A的填充软管31、设于填充软管31的顶端的填充喷嘴32、喷嘴搭挂部33、设置于喷嘴搭挂部33的喷嘴开关34、对从蓄压器5传来的气体输送管43和44的各自的内部的压力进行检测的压力计35和36、检查气体泄漏的气体检查器37、检测填充软管31的温度的温度计38、将气体输送管44与填充软管31接合的安全接头39、开始向汽车填充氢气H的开始开关40、紧急停止氢气H的填充的紧急停止开关41、起动阀42等。
如图3(a)所示,填充喷嘴32具备:对印于车载贮藏器的填充口51的贮藏器被检测部51a的填充喷嘴32侧的标识符进行读取的贮藏器检测部32a、检测喷嘴安装被检测部32c的靠近的作为安装传感器的喷嘴安装检测部32b、导电罩32d等。导电罩32d经由填充软管31、软管单元30的壳体、设置地线(未图示)而除去蓄积于填充喷嘴32等的静电。
在填充口51的贮藏器被检测部51a的标识符,存储有车载贮藏器的制造日和容量,例如可以使用条形码表示。
喷嘴安装被检测部32c以能够在形成于填充喷嘴32的凹部32e的孔部32f内沿着填充喷嘴32的安装方向滑动的方式安装于填充喷嘴32。该喷嘴安装被检测部32c在安装填充喷嘴32前被弹簧(未图示)等施力而处于图3(a)所示的位置。
如图3(b)所示,填充喷嘴32向填充口51的安装通过将填充口51的顶端部51b收纳于填充喷嘴32的凹部32e内来进行,利用未图示的安装单元维持安装状态。通过该安装,喷嘴安装被检测部32c移动至孔部32f的里侧,通过喷嘴安装检测部32b检测该靠近,可检测到填充喷嘴32的安装。此外,该喷嘴安装检测部32b除了使用靠近传感器以外,也可以使用对填充喷嘴32向填充口51的安装进行检测的其他的传感器和/或机构。
如图4所示,控制装置24包括:日历61、判定单元62、发送接收单元63、计数单元64、显示器驱动单元65、存储单元66、填充控制表67、计时单元68、比较单元69、扬声器驱动单元70、灯驱动单元71、脱压阀驱动单元72、门73、流量调整阀驱动单元74、切断阀驱动单元75。此外,在该图中将开关略记为SW。
判定单元62基于从贮藏器检测部32a接收到的车载贮藏器的制造日和日历61,判定是否超过了车载贮藏器的有效期限(自制造日起约7年)。在未超过有效期限的情况下(判定单元62判定为没问题),将表示该要旨的信号向发送接收单元63发送。另一方面,在超过了有效期限的情况下(判定单元62判定为有问题),将表示该要旨的信号向扬声器驱动单元70发送。
发送接收单元63进行充气装置2的内部的信号的发送接收、以及充气装置2与其他的装置的信号的发送接收。尤其是,在从贮藏器检测部32a接收到表示车载贮藏器未超过有效期限的信号、从喷嘴安装检测部32b接收到表示填充喷嘴32安装于填充口51的信号(从喷嘴安装检测部32b接收到“没问题”的信号)、以及接收到来自喷嘴开关34的接通信号的情况下,向SSC92发送填充许可要求,并将从SSC92接收的填充许可向门73发送。
计数单元64在从发送接收单元63接收到复位信号时,将计数复位后,对从流量计16的流量脉冲发送器发送的流量脉冲信号进行计数,对显示器驱动单元65发送要求归零和计数值的显示的驱动信号。显示器驱动单元65基于驱动信号来驱动显示器17和/或信息显示部23。
存储单元66存储从键盘22、温度计38以及压力计36输入的数值和/或计测值。填充控制表67是除了存储车载贮藏器的容量以外,还存储填充前的车载贮藏器内的压力、外部气体温度与应结束填充的目标压力的关系的表,存在多个。
比较单元(目标压力算出单元)69基于从存储单元66输入的温度计38以及压力计36的计测值和填充控制表67,来确认顾客是否能够进行经由键盘22设定的填充,在能够进行填充的情况下对发送接收单元63发送填充许可要求。另外,该比较单元69基于上述温度计38以及压力计36的计测值和填充控制表67来导出应结束填充的目标压力以及填充时的流量,在进行填充时压力计36的计测值达到了目标压力的情况下,经由发送接收单元63向各单元71~75以及POS91发送表示填充结束的信号。而且,该比较单元69也基于填充流量和目标压力算出达到目标压力为止的填充完毕时间。
扬声器驱动单元70在从贮藏器检测部32a接收到表示车载贮藏器超过了有效期限的信号时、从喷嘴安装检测部32b接收到表示填充喷嘴32未安装于填充口51的信号时(从喷嘴安装检测部32b接收到“有问题”的信号)、从比较单元69接收到表示填充结束的信号时、以及在填充时由人体传感器21未能检测到充气装置2的附近存在顾客时等,驱动扬声器19a并用语音分别报告。
灯驱动单元71在从气体检查器12等接收到表示检查到气体泄漏的信号时、以及从比较单元69接收到表示填充结束的信号时等,驱动灯19b而进行报告。该灯驱动单元71能够与扬声器驱动单元70联动,所以也可以在与上述的扬声器驱动单元70同样的定时驱动灯19b。
脱压阀驱动单元72在从后述的切断阀驱动单元75接收到表示填充结束并关闭了切断阀14的信号时,以预定时间驱动脱压阀15。
门73将来自开始开关40的信号和来自发送接收单元63的表示填充许可的信号向流量调整阀驱动单元74和切断阀驱动单元75转移输送。
流量调整阀驱动单元74在从发送接收单元63接收到表示填充许可的信号时,以由比较单元69指定的阀开度打开,在从比较单元69接收到表示填充结束的信号时、以及紧急停止开关41被按下时关闭。
切断阀驱动单元75在从开始开关40向其输入了信号后、从发送接收单元63接收到表示填充许可的信号时打开切断阀14,并且在从比较单元69接收到表示填充结束的信号时、紧急停止开关41被按下时关闭切断阀14。
接下来,以图5为中心并参照图1~图5说明具有上述结构的充气系统1的动作。此外,以向车载贮藏器满填充氢气H的情况为例进行说明。
在充气装置2中,由人体传感器21检测充气装置2的附近的顾客的存在(步骤S1)。若人体传感器21检测到存在顾客(步骤S1;是),则在显示器17显示设定向导(步骤S2)。该设定向导例如是“请在满填充的情况下按下键盘的“回车”。请在预置填充的情况下用键盘输入填充量”。在步骤S1中未能检测到存在顾客的情况下(步骤S1;否),待机直到检测到存在顾客。
接下来,判断顾客是否进行了上述设定(步骤S3),在判断为“回车”被按下了(顾客选择了满填充)的情况下(步骤S3;是),在步骤S4中判断喷嘴开关34是否已接通。在判断为在步骤S3中没有进行上述设定的情况下(步骤S3;否),进行待机直到上述设定被执行。
在步骤S4中判断为喷嘴开关34接通了的情况下(步骤S4;是),在步骤S5中由判定单元62判断是否超过了作为填充对象的车载贮藏器的有效期限。在该步骤S4与步骤S5之间,顾客将从喷嘴搭挂部33取下的填充喷嘴32如图3(b)所示那样安装于车载贮藏器的填充口51。
在步骤S5中判定单元62判定为未超过车载贮藏器的有效期限的情况下(步骤S5;是),在步骤S7中由喷嘴安装检测部32b判断填充喷嘴32是否正常地安装于车载贮藏器的填充口51。另一方面,在判断为车载贮藏器超过了有效期限的情况下(步骤S5;否),经由报告器19报告车载贮藏器的过期并结束(步骤S6)。
在步骤S7中,喷嘴安装检测部32b检测到喷嘴安装被检测部32c的靠近而判断为填充喷嘴32被正常地安装于车载贮藏器的填充口51的情况下(步骤S7;是),充气装置2对SSC92输出填充许可要求(步骤S9)。另一方面,在喷嘴安装检测部32b未能检测到喷嘴安装被检测部32c的靠近而判断为填充喷嘴32未被正常地安装于填充口51的情况下(步骤S7;否),经由报告器19报告喷嘴安装不良并结束(步骤S8)。
接下来,在SSC92中判断是否输入了填充许可要求(步骤S31)。在步骤S31中判断为输入了填充许可要求的情况下(步骤S31;是),填充站的工作人员进行按下与发生填充许可要求的充气装置2对应的SSC92的按钮等操作并向POS91输出对充气装置2的填充许可(步骤S32),结束SSC92的动作。在步骤S31中没有输入填充许可要求的情况下(步骤S31;否),进行待机直到输入填充许可要求。
在POS91中判断是否输入了填充许可(步骤S41)。在步骤S41中判断为输入了填充许可的情况下(步骤S41;是),对充气装置2输出填充许可(步骤S42)。在步骤S41中未输入填充许可的情况下(步骤S41;否),进行待机直到输入填充许可。
返回到充气装置2,在步骤S10中计测填充前的车载贮藏器内的压力(车载贮藏器的初始压)和外部气体温度,在步骤S11中基于这些计测值和填充控制表67来算出目标压力。而且,在基于目标压力和流量算出填充完毕时间后,经由扬声器19a报告填充完毕时间(步骤S12)。也可以在显示器17显示填充完毕时间。
在步骤S13中判断是否从POS91输入了填充许可,在判断为输入了填充许可的情况下(步骤S13;是),判断是否按下了开始开关40(步骤S14)。在步骤S13中没有输入填充许可的情况下(步骤S13;否),进行待机直到输入填充许可。
在步骤S14中判断为开始开关40被按下了的情况下(步骤S14;是),在步骤S15中将显示器17归零,并且打开流量调整阀13和切断阀14。在步骤S14中开始开关40没有被按下的情况下(步骤S14;否),进行待机直到开始开关40被按下。
接下来,在步骤S16中,监视车载贮藏器内的压力是否达到了目标压力。在车载贮藏器内的压力达到目标压力之前的期间(步骤S16;否),在步骤S17中监视区域传感器20是否变为了关闭,在判断为区域传感器20变为了关闭的情况下(步骤S17;是),在步骤S18中经由扬声器19a等报告顾客已离开填充位置,并且暂时停止填充,在步骤S19中,进行待机直到区域传感器20变为开启,并对区域传感器20变为开启进行确认。
并且,在步骤S16中判断为车载贮藏器内的压力达到了目标压力的情况下(步骤S16;是),关闭流量调整阀13和切断阀14(步骤S20),打开脱压阀15从释放管排出切断阀14与填充喷嘴32之间的氢气H而脱压(步骤S21)。
判断该脱压阀15的脱压时间T是否达到了预定时间t1(步骤S22)。在步骤S22中判断为脱压时间T达到了预定时间t1的情况下(步骤S22;是),关闭脱压阀15,并且经由显示器7和/或报告器19而向顾客报告填充结束(步骤S23)。在步骤S22中判断为脱压时间T未达到预定时间t1的情况下(步骤S22;否),进行待机直到达到预定时间t1。
顾客在确认到填充结束时,从车载贮藏器的填充口51取下填充喷嘴32并挂于喷嘴搭挂部33。在此,判断是否填充喷嘴32被挂起且喷嘴开关34变为断开(步骤S24)。
在步骤S24中喷嘴开关34变为断开的情况下(步骤S24;是),对POS91输出填充结束,结束充气装置2的动作。在步骤S24中,喷嘴开关34未变成断开的情况下(步骤S24;否),进行待机直到喷嘴开关34变为断开。
在POS91中,判断是否从充气装置2输入了填充结束(步骤S43)。在步骤S43中判断为输入了填充结束的情况下(步骤S43;是),在步骤S44中,输出此次的填充的发票并结束POS91的动作。另一方面,在步骤S43中未输入填充结束的情况下(步骤S43;否),进行待机直到输入填充结束。

1.一种充气装置,其特征在于,具备:
填充机构,其一边计测从气体的供给源供给的该气体的流量一边经由气体输送管输送所述气体;
填充软管,其连接于该气体输送管,顶端具有填充喷嘴;以及
安装传感器,其对所述填充喷嘴被安装到车载贮藏器的填充口这一情况进行检测并输出检测信号,
所述填充机构,在被输入了来自所述安装传感器的所述检测信号之后,能够向所述车载贮藏器进行填充。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充气装置,其特征在于,具备:
压力计,其测定所述车载贮藏器内的压力;
温度计,其测定该充气装置周围的外部气体温度;以及
目标压力算出单元,其在向所述车载贮藏器填充气体之前,基于所述车载贮藏器的容量和测定到的所述车载贮藏器内的压力以及所述外部气体温度,来算出满填充结束时或预置填充结束时的所述车载贮藏器内的压力,所述填充机构,在达到该目标压力时停止向所述车载贮藏器输送所述气体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的充气装置,其特征在于,具备:
在向所述车载贮藏器填充气体之前,基于由所述填充机构输送的所述气体的流量来算出达到所述目标压力的时间的单元;和
在向所述车载贮藏器填充气体之前,报告达到该目标压力的时间的报告单元。
