本发明公开了一种保健纤维面料,其具有经浸渍或涂布有微胶囊化的有效物质而形成的表面结构,所述微胶囊化的有效物质按原料质量百分比计包括如下组分:蓖麻油25~55%;咖啡因8~20%;油酸10~32%;棕榈酸视黄酯12~18%;植物萃取液5~20%;维生素E醋酸酯4~12%;神经酰胺1~3%。本发明的纤维面料上经浸渍或涂布有微胶囊化的有效物质而形成表面结构,进一步通过优化有效成分的复配和添加粘胶剂,使得微囊化的有效物质能长时间地停留在纤维面料上,同时可缓慢释放出微囊包膜中的有效物质,使该纤维面料在长期使用过程中对皮肤具有良好的保养保健功效。

本发明纤维面料领域,特别涉及一种保健纤维面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的日益提高,美容美体行业迅速发展,其中塑形内衣、保健内衣、瘦面罩等产品层出不穷,旨在利用弹性面料的束缚和提拉以达到塑形美体的效果。传统的美容美体产品的面料具有良好的弹性恢复性能和透气性能,但对人体皮肤不具有保养保健的功效,容易导致被接触的皮肤出现发红或皱纹等。现市面上有对这种传统的面料进行改良,其加入了一些化妆品成分,使传统的面料对皮肤兼具有一定的保养保健功效,然而加入有效成分的方式多采用直接涂布或浸渍,导致这些有效成分在面料上的停留时间过短,同时有效成分的复配选用是十分重要,现有的这些具有一定保养保健功效的面料产品对于皮肤的改善效果仍欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种保健纤维面料及其制备方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种保健纤维面料,其具有经浸渍或涂布有微胶囊化的有效物质而形成的表面结构,所述微胶囊化的有效物质按原料质量百分比计包括如下组分:
蓖麻油 25~55%;
咖啡因 8~20%;
油酸 10~32%;
棕榈酸视黄酯 12~18%;
植物萃取液 5~20%;
维生素E醋酸酯 4~12%;
神经酰胺 1~3%。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述微胶囊化的有效物质按原料质量百分比计包括如下组分:
蓖麻油 40~55%;
咖啡因 10~12%;
油酸 20~25%;
棕榈酸视黄酯 12~15%;
植物萃取液 8~10%;

神经酰胺 1~1.2%。
其中,将神经酰胺、棕榈酸视黄酯、蓖麻油与咖啡因和植物萃取液复配,能有效地增强咖啡因和植物萃取液被皮肤的吸收效率。另一方面,本发明的纤维面料上添加有咖啡因,当纤维面料弹性收缩时,咖啡因具有一定的发热功能,能刺激人体皮肤血液循环,同时加快人体皮肤对纤维面料上的有效成分的吸收。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述植物萃取液选自芦荟萃取液、玫瑰萃取液、藏红花萃取液、柠檬萃取液、石榴果萃取液和绿茶萃取液中的至少一种。具体地,本发明优选三种植物萃取液等比例复配,可使本发明的纤维面料具有多种美容功效同时具有柔和的香味。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,该保健纤维面料还添加有粘合剂,所述粘合剂的添加量与所述微胶囊化的有效物质的添加量的质量比为0.8~1.2:1。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述粘合剂选自二甲基聚硅氧烷、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚亚烷基二醇、乙二醛中的其中一种。

作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述微胶囊化的有效物质的包膜为半合成材料构成。具体地,本发明选用半合成材料作为有效成分的包膜材料,可有效地控制有效成分的释放,使其具有缓慢的释放速度,同时使其不容易受机械冲击力的影响而导致包膜里有效成分的损失。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述半合成材料选自纤维素酯、纤维素醚和淀粉衍生物中的至少一种。
一种如上所述的保健纤维面料的制备方法,其包括如下工艺步骤:
(1)将流体组合物和反溶剂合并以达到超饱和状态,所述流体组合物由按重量百分比计80~90%的溶剂、0.1~20%的作为包膜的半合成材料和10~18%的已分散均匀的有效成分混合而成,所述反溶剂为超临界流体或近临界流体,后将所述作为包膜的半合成材料沉淀至所述已分散均匀的有效成分上,得有效成分完全被包膜包封的微胶囊,所述微胶囊的平均粒径为0.5~0.8mm;
(2)将步骤(1)制备得的微胶囊和粘合剂混合制备成水制剂以浸渍或涂布纤维面料基质,得半成品;
(3)将步骤(2)所得半成品经烘干、消毒、骤冷处理,得保健纤维面料成品。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述基质选自聚氨酯、聚酯、粘胶纤维、聚酰胺/合成弹力纤维和棉花/合成弹力纤维中的至少一种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的纤维面料上经浸渍或涂布有微胶囊化的有效物质而形成表面结构,进一步通过优化有效成分的复配和添加粘胶剂,使得微囊化的有效物质能长时间地停留在纤维面料上,同时可缓慢释放出微囊包膜中的有效物质,使该纤维面料在长期使用过程中对皮肤具有良好的保养保健功效。本发明将神经酰胺、棕榈酸视黄酯、蓖麻油与咖啡因和植物萃取液复配,能有效地增强咖啡因和植物萃取液被皮肤的吸收效率。同时,本发明的纤维面料上添加有咖啡因,当纤维面料弹性收缩时,咖啡因具有一定的发热功能,能刺激人体皮肤血液循环,同时加快人体皮肤对纤维面料上的有效成分的吸收。本发明特别适用于瘦面罩或美容内衣的面料。

应用实施例1:
将本发明制备得的保健纤维面料制作成V型瘦面罩,让受试者连续一个月每天佩戴该V型瘦面罩20~30分钟,佩戴过程中受试者可明显感受到V型瘦面罩有稍微发热,且一个月后V型瘦面罩所接触的皮肤明显变得更加滋润和富有弹性,其保湿效果好,可供长期使用。
应用实施例2:
将本发明制备得的保健纤维面料制作成塑身内衣,让受试者连续一个月每天穿着该塑身内衣2~6小时,穿着过程中受试者可明显感受到塑身内衣有稍微发热,且一个月后塑身内衣所接触的皮肤明显变得更加滋润和富有弹性,其保湿效果好,可供长期使用。

(1)将流体组合物和反溶剂合并以达到超饱和状态,所述流体组合物由按重量百分比计80~90%的溶剂、0.1~20%的作为包膜的半合成材料和10~18%的已分散均匀的有效成分混合而成,所述反溶剂为超临界流体或近临界流体,后将所述作为包膜的半合成材料沉淀至所述已分散均匀的有效成分上,得有效成分完全被包膜包封的微胶囊,所述微胶囊的平均粒径为0.5~0.8mm;
(2)将步骤(1)制备得的微胶囊和粘合剂混合制备成水制剂以浸渍或涂布纤维面料基质,得半成品;
(3)将步骤(2)所得半成品经烘干、消毒、骤冷处理,得保健纤维面料成品。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种保健纤维面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述基质选自聚氨酯、聚酯、粘胶纤维、聚酰胺/合成弹力纤维和棉花/合成弹力纤维中的至少一种。
