Abstract
本发明公开了一种全合成四连杆摆块机构热气机润滑剂组合物,采用质量比50%的二乙二醇醚酯和50%的HVIW基础油复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:分散剂、抗氧剂、摩擦改进剂、金属减活剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、抗氧防腐剂、补强剂。本发明的组合物具有良好的抗磨、抗乳化、憎水、极压、减摩、承载、扩散、流动、冷却、清冼、密封、防腐、防锈性,油膜强度高、减震降噪、防爬、防疲劳、防油膜震荡、防抖动性好。

技术领域
本发明一种全合成四连杆摆块机构热气机润滑剂组合物属于热气机润滑剂领域。
背景技术
热气机是一种外燃的、闭式循环往复活塞式热力发动机。它以炙热气体做工质,按闭式回热循环的方式进行工作。热气机可用氢、氮、氦或空气等作为工质,按斯特林循环工作。在热气机封闭的气缸内充有一定容积的工质。气缸一端为热腔,另一端为冷腔。工质在低温冷腔中压缩,然后流到高温热腔中迅速加热,膨胀作功燃料在气缸外的燃烧室内连续燃烧,通过加热器传给工质,工质不直接参与燃烧,也不更换。由于热气机对工质是采用外部加热的方式,因此除了可燃用多种燃料外,还可利用太阳能、化学能、核能等作为热能。此外,它排污少、噪音低、震动小、环境特性好。由于热气机具有很多特点,使用它的范围很广。热气机的理想循环是斯特林循环。斯特林循环是由两个等温循环和两个等容回热过程所组成。为了实现斯特林循环,在气缸中有两个运动活塞使工作腔容积变化。为了在热力过程中实现等温压缩,在压缩腔中配置了将压缩热导出的工质冷却器。为了实现等温膨胀,在膨胀腔中还设置向工质供热的加热器。为实现回热循环,还配套有能交替地进行吸热和放热回热器。
四连杆摆块传输机构用于平行气缸的单作用式热气机或双缸配气活塞式热气机,以满足机构能够近似的实现等温—等容循环并满足热气机对相位的要求。四连杆摆块机构结构简单、紧凑,其最突出的优点是可以得到非常小的连杆摆角,是通常曲轴连杆机构的1/10,这就意味着有很小的侧推力,这对减少缸套及活塞环磨损、降低摩擦阻力和保证密封都有利。它是由冷腔、冷却器、回热器、加热器、热腔等所组成的闭式循环系统,完成工作循环对活塞所起的作用和结构特点是双作用的,四连杆摆块机构是四连杆机构的一种延伸机构。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的抗磨、抗乳化、憎水、极压承载、扩散、流动、冷却、清冼、密封、防腐、防锈性,油膜强度高、减震降噪、防爬、防抖动性好的全合成四连杆摆块机构热气机润滑剂组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种全合成四连杆摆块机构热气机润滑剂组合物,采用质量比50%的二乙二醇醚酯和50%的HVIW基础油复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

金属减活剂是质量比50%的噻二唑衍生物T561和50%的苯三唑衍生物T551复合。
抗磨剂是硫代磷酸胺盐T307。
防锈剂是质量比50%的石油磺酸钡T701和50%的苯并三氮唑T706复合。
抗泡剂是2号复合抗泡剂T922。
抗氧防腐剂是硫磷丁辛基锌盐T202。
补强剂是脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯。
