一种涤纶聚酯用二氧化钛的制备方法,其特征在于:以重量份计将颜料级锐钛型二氧化钛20份分散在100份的去离子水中,同时加入0.05~0.1份聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,用高速分散机分散30~60分钟制成浆料;将浆料用研磨机研磨两遍,浆料稀释,在分级机中进行分级,细颗粒物料送入搅拌釜,在不断搅拌下向浆料中加入0.1~0.2份氨基硅油乳液,继续搅拌30分钟,向浆料中加入0.1~0.2份碳酸铵,继续搅拌10分钟,将浆料送入板框压滤级机中进行过滤,滤饼下105℃进行干燥,干燥后的物料用粉碎机进行粉碎,然后包装得到涤纶聚酯用二氧化钛。

本发明涉及一种涤纶聚酯用二氧化钛的制备方法。
背景技术
钛白粉是目前世界上所知的各种性能最优异的白色颜料,号称白色之王。广泛应用于涂料、塑料、造纸、油墨、橡胶、化学纤维、化妆品、医药食品等领域。
化纤钛白是加入到化学纤维和人造纤维中,起消光作用的二氧化钛,化纤钛白使纤维表面不反光、纤维不透明和改善纤维的染色性能、手感等,是消光纤维必不可少的添加剂。
应用范围:涤纶、粘胶纤维、腈纶和锦纶等。涤纶 80% 粘胶纤维 7~8% 腈纶 7~8% 锦纶等。
生产及消费情况:世界范围总消费量 7~8万吨/年中国内地消费量 1.8~2.5万吨/年化纤钛白,主要生产商:德国莎哈利本化学公司、 日本富士钛公司、日本钛工业公司、德国Kronos公司,产量分布情况:莎哈利本化学公司 3~4万吨/年,富士钛公司 2~3万吨/年,钛工业公司 0.8~1.0万吨/年,Kronos公司 0.8~1.0万吨/年。
钛白粉是化学纤维的优良消光剂,在化学纤维生产过程中加入少量钛白粉,不仅可取得良好的消光效果,同时也可以提高化学纤维的强度和韧度。随着我国化学纤维尤其是聚酯纤维(涤纶)生产能力的不断快速增加,化学纤维消光用钛白粉的需求量也呈快速上升趋势。
由于化纤如聚酯纤维生产应用的特点,决定了化纤用钛白粉的各种性能和技术特性。应用于化纤的钛白粉须是锐钛型,具有优良的白度、水性分散能力、消光能力、极少的粗大粒子、适中的粒径及较为狭窄的粒度分布,同时还必须在聚酯生产过程中特别是在缩聚过程中不发生或极少发生二次凝聚现象。长期以来国内化纤行业使用的钛白粉(消光剂)主要由国外进口和极少数几个钛白生产企业供应。
发明内容
一种涤纶聚酯用二氧化钛的制备方法,其特征在于:以重量份计将颜料级锐钛型二氧化钛20份分散在100份的去离子水中,同时加入0.05~0.1份聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,用高速分散机分散30~60分钟制成浆料;将浆料用研磨机研磨两遍,然后将浆料转移到搅拌釜中,往浆料中加200份的去离子水进行稀释,把稀释后的浆料连续送入卧式螺旋卸料离心分级机中进行分级,去除颗粒大的物料,细颗粒物料送入搅拌釜,在不断搅拌下向浆料中加入0.1~0.2份氨基硅油乳液,继续搅拌30分钟,向浆料中加入0.1~0.2份碳酸铵,继续搅拌10分钟,将浆料送入板框压滤级机中进行过滤,滤饼下105℃进行干燥,干燥后的物料用粉碎机进行粉碎,然后包装得到涤纶聚酯用二氧化钛。
涤纶聚酯用二氧化钛的热稳定性测定方法:称取试样5.0克,加入到已经放有95克乙二醇的容器中,高速分散制成浆料;取上述分散浆料20ml,加入到50ml玻璃透明烧杯中,将50ml玻璃透明烧杯移入到预先升温至185℃恒温油浴中;观察分散液自放入恒温油浴起至出现凝聚的时间,以分钟表示,时间越长表示热稳定性越好。

将颜料级锐钛型二氧化钛200kg分散在1000kg的去离子水中,同时加入0.5kg聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,用高速分散机分散30分钟制成浆料;将浆料用研磨机研磨两遍,然后将浆料转移到搅拌釜中,往浆料中加2000kg的去离子水进行稀释,把稀释后的浆料连续送入卧式螺旋卸料离心分级机中进行分级,去除颗粒大的物料,细颗粒物料送入搅拌釜,在不断搅拌下向浆料中加入1kg氨基硅油乳液,继续搅拌30分钟,向浆料中加入1kg碳酸铵,继续搅拌10分钟,将浆料送入板框压滤级机中进行过滤,滤饼下105℃进行干燥,干燥后的物料用粉碎机进行粉碎,然后包装得到涤纶聚酯用二氧化钛。

将颜料级锐钛型二氧化钛200kg分散在1000kg的去离子水中,同时加入0.6kg聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,用高速分散机分散45分钟制成浆料;将浆料用研磨机研磨两遍,然后将浆料转移到搅拌釜中,往浆料中加2000kg的去离子水进行稀释,把稀释后的浆料连续送入卧式螺旋卸料离心分级机中进行分级,去除颗粒大的物料,细颗粒物料送入搅拌釜,在不断搅拌下向浆料中加入1.7kg氨基硅油乳液,继续搅拌30分钟,向浆料中加入1.7kg碳酸铵,继续搅拌10分钟,将浆料送入板框压滤级机中进行过滤,滤饼下105℃进行干燥,干燥后的物料用粉碎机进行粉碎,然后包装得到涤纶聚酯用二氧化钛。
实施例6
将颜料级锐钛型二氧化钛200kg分散在1000kg的去离子水中,同时加入0.9kg聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,用高速分散机分散55分钟制成浆料;将浆料用研磨机研磨两遍,然后将浆料转移到搅拌釜中,往浆料中加2000kg的去离子水进行稀释,把稀释后的浆料连续送入卧式螺旋卸料离心分级机中进行分级,去除颗粒大的物料,细颗粒物料送入搅拌釜,在不断搅拌下向浆料中加入1.8kg氨基硅油乳液,继续搅拌30分钟,向浆料中加入1.8kg碳酸铵,继续搅拌10分钟,将浆料送入板框压滤级机中进行过滤,滤饼下105℃进行干燥,干燥后的物料用粉碎机进行粉碎,然后包装得到涤纶聚酯用二氧化钛。

Claims (1)

1.一种涤纶聚酯用二氧化钛的制备方法,其特征在于:以重量份计将颜料级锐钛型二氧化钛20份分散在100份的去离子水中,同时加入0.05~0.1份聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,用高速分散机分散30~60分钟制成浆料;将浆料用研磨机研磨两遍,然后将浆料转移到搅拌釜中,往浆料中加200份的去离子水进行稀释,把稀释后的浆料连续送入卧式螺旋卸料离心分级机中进行分级,去除颗粒大的物料,细颗粒物料送入搅拌釜,在不断搅拌下向浆料中加入0.1~0.2份氨基硅油乳液,继续搅拌30分钟,向浆料中加入0.1~0.2份碳酸铵,继续搅拌10分钟,将浆料送入板框压滤级机中进行过滤,滤饼下105℃进行干燥,干燥后的物料用粉碎机进行粉碎,然后包装得到涤纶聚酯用二氧化钛。
