本发明公开了一种抗压耐咬的香味型狗咬玩具及其制备方法,抗压耐咬的香味型宠物玩具包括橡胶体和布流化,橡胶体按照重量份的原料包括:天然橡胶、氧化锌、莰烯、硬脂酸、防老剂、食用胶、淀粉、微晶石蜡、白炭黑、环烷油、硅橡胶、丁基橡胶、促进剂、抗臭氧剂、医用轻钙、食用菜子油、增香剂、酸味剂、滑石粉、脂肪酸软化剂。本发明由橡胶体和布流化制作,橡胶体中混有狗喜欢闻的香料,抗压、耐咬,且香味持久,另外,由于橡胶体表面或背面覆盖有布,可以引起狗的兴趣,对其拨动玩耍,而且橡胶体是由橡胶材料制作,具有比较高的弹性和耐咬性,在丢出后能够通过持续的弹跳来吸引狗来追逐,让狗得到足够的锻炼。

随着人们生活水平的提高,生活范围越来越窄,为了弥补心灵上的空虚,饲养宠物的人越来越多,而宠物中最受欢迎的就是人类忠实的朋友-狗。为了让宠物过的舒适,宠物的食品、玩具、药品、食品也越来越多;而饲养狗时除了以食物饲养外,更重要的是让狗与人类之间产生互动,进而培养感情,还要让狗有自由的玩耍空间。人们常常会以丢食物或者物品让狗捡拾来达到娱乐互动的效果。
传统上常作为狗捡拾的食物是骨头,或者是以其它材料制成的骨头状物体,而常作为狗捡拾的物品是飞盘、鞋子、棒球等小型物品。然而,传统的狗用品是由一层布和海绵制作而成,不抗压不耐咬,另外,现有的狗咬玩具多数是无香味型的,个别产品在表面粘有少许香料,也很快挥发殆尽,不能保留长久。

(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)向搅拌器中加入氧化锌、微晶石蜡、白炭黑、环烷油、医用轻钙和食用菜子油,并以45-65rpm的转速搅拌20-30min,得到预备辅料;
(3)将天然橡胶、硅橡胶、丁基橡胶放入密炼机中混炼均匀,混炼温度为60-80℃,密炼机转速为40-50rpm,待物料温度升高至85-95℃时,加入预备辅料、莰烯、硬脂酸、食用胶、滑石粉、脂肪酸软化剂,混炼6-10min,然后继续加入淀粉混炼均匀,温度至120-130℃时排胶,出片;
(4)加入防老剂、促进剂、抗臭氧剂、增香剂和酸味剂,混合4-8min,反应温度为140-145℃,排布料后经过现有流化工艺制作成橡胶体;
(5)将布和橡胶体流化好的半成品缝制好充pp棉后制成成品。

本发明由橡胶体和布流化制作,橡胶体中混有狗喜欢闻的香料,抗压、耐咬,且香味持久,另外,由于橡胶体表面或背面覆盖有布增加产品的牢度和撕裂度,可以引起狗的兴趣,对其拨动玩耍,而且橡胶体是由橡胶材料制作,具有比较高的弹性,在丢出后能够通过持续的弹跳来吸引狗来追逐,让狗得到足够的锻炼。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
一种抗压耐咬的香味型狗咬玩具,包括橡胶体流化好的半成品,所述橡胶体流化好的半成品缝制好充pp棉后制成成品;所述橡胶体按照重量份的原料包括:天然橡胶40份、氧化锌1份、莰烯2份、硬脂酸20份、防老剂1份、食用胶1份、淀粉15份、微晶石蜡3份、白炭黑1份、环烷油15份、硅橡胶10份、丁基橡胶3份、促进剂0.3份、抗臭氧剂0.1份、医用轻钙2份、食用菜子油3份、增香剂4份、酸味剂0.4份、滑石粉15份、脂肪酸软化剂3份。
所述抗压耐咬的香味型狗咬玩具的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)向搅拌器中加入氧化锌、微晶石蜡、白炭黑、环烷油、医用轻钙和食用菜子油,并以45rpm的转速搅拌20min,得到预备辅料;
(3)将天然橡胶、硅橡胶、丁基橡胶放入密炼机中混炼均匀,混炼温度为60℃,密炼机转速为40rpm,待物料温度升高至85℃时,加入预备辅料、莰烯、硬脂酸、食用胶、滑石粉、脂肪酸软化剂,混炼6min,然后继续加入淀粉混炼均匀,温度至120℃时排胶,出片;
(4)加入防老剂、促进剂、抗臭氧剂、增香剂和酸味剂,混合4min,反应温度为140℃,排料后经过现有工艺制作成橡胶体;
(5)将排布料后经过现有流化工艺制作成橡胶体。
实施例2
一种抗压耐咬的香味型狗咬玩具,包括橡胶体和布料,所述布料缝制在橡胶体的外部;所述橡胶体按照重量份的原料包括:天然橡胶45份、氧化锌1.5份、莰烯2.5份、硬脂酸21份、防老剂1.2份、食用胶2份、淀粉16份、微晶石蜡3.5份、白炭黑1.5份、环烷油18份、硅橡胶11份、丁基橡胶3.5份、促进剂0.4份、抗臭氧剂0.15份、医用轻钙2.5份、食用菜子油3.5份、增香剂4.5份、酸味剂0.45份、滑石粉16份、脂肪酸软化剂3.5份。
所述抗压耐咬的香味型狗咬玩具的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)向搅拌器中加入氧化锌、微晶石蜡、白炭黑、环烷油、医用轻钙和食用菜子油,并以50rpm的转速搅拌22min,得到预备辅料;
(3)将天然橡胶、硅橡胶、丁基橡胶放入密炼机中混炼均匀,混炼温度为65℃,密炼机转速为42rpm,待物料温度升高至88℃时,加入预备辅料、莰烯、硬脂酸、食用胶、滑石粉、脂肪酸软化剂,混炼7min,然后继续加入淀粉混炼均匀,温度至122℃时排胶,出片;
(4)加入防老剂、促进剂、抗臭氧剂、增香剂和酸味剂,混合5min,反应温度为141℃,排料后经过现有工艺制作成橡胶体;
(5)将布和橡胶体流化好的半成品缝制好充pp棉后制成成品。
实施例3
一种抗压耐咬的香味型狗咬玩具,包括橡胶体和布料,所述布料缝制在橡胶体的外部;所述橡胶体按照重量份的原料包括:天然橡胶50份、氧化锌2份、莰烯3份、硬脂酸22份、防老剂1.5份、食用胶2份、淀粉18份、微晶石蜡4份、白炭黑2份、环烷油20份、硅橡胶12份、丁基橡胶4份、促进剂0.5份、抗臭氧剂0.2份、医用轻钙3份、食用菜子油4份、增香剂5份、酸味剂0.5份、滑石粉18份、脂肪酸软化剂4份。
所述抗压耐咬的香味型狗咬玩具的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)向搅拌器中加入氧化锌、微晶石蜡、白炭黑、环烷油、医用轻钙和食用菜子油,并以55rpm的转速搅拌25min,得到预备辅料;
(3)将天然橡胶、硅橡胶、丁基橡胶放入密炼机中混炼均匀,混炼温度为70℃,密炼机转速为45rpm,待物料温度升高至90℃时,加入预备辅料、莰烯、硬脂酸、食用胶、滑石粉、脂肪酸软化剂,混炼8min,然后继续加入淀粉混炼均匀,温度至125℃时排胶,出片;
(4)加入防老剂、促进剂、抗臭氧剂、增香剂和酸味剂,混合6min,反应温度为142℃,排料后经过现有工艺制作成橡胶体;
(5)将布和橡胶体流化好的半成品缝制好充pp棉后制成成品。
实施例4
一种抗压耐咬的香味型狗咬玩具,包括橡胶体和布料,所述布料缝制在橡胶体的外部;所述橡胶体按照重量份的原料包括:天然橡胶55份、氧化锌2.5份、莰烯3.5份、硬脂酸24份、防老剂1.8份、食用胶4份、淀粉19份、微晶石蜡4.54份、白炭黑2.5份、环烷油22份、硅橡胶14份、丁基橡胶4.5份、促进剂0.6份、抗臭氧剂0.25份、医用轻钙3.5份、食用菜子油4.5份、增香剂5.5份、酸味剂0.55份、滑石粉19份、脂肪酸软化剂4.5份。
所述抗压耐咬的香味型狗咬玩具的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)向搅拌器中加入氧化锌、微晶石蜡、白炭黑、环烷油、医用轻钙和食用菜子油,并以60rpm的转速搅拌28min,得到预备辅料;
(3)将天然橡胶、硅橡胶、丁基橡胶放入密炼机中混炼均匀,混炼温度为75℃,密炼机转速为48rpm,待物料温度升高至92℃时,加入预备辅料、莰烯、硬脂酸、食用胶、滑石粉、脂肪酸软化剂,混炼9min,然后继续加入淀粉混炼均匀,温度至128℃时排胶,出片;
(4)加入防老剂、促进剂、抗臭氧剂、增香剂和酸味剂,混合7min,反应温度为144℃,排料后经过现有工艺制作成橡胶体;
(5)将布和橡胶体流化好的半成品缝制好充pp棉后制成成品。
实施例5
一种抗压耐咬的香味型狗咬玩具,包括橡胶体和布料,所述布料缝制在橡胶体的外部;所述橡胶体按照重量份的原料包括:天然橡胶60份、氧化锌3份、莰烯4份、硬脂酸25份、防老剂2份、食用胶5份、淀粉20份、微晶石蜡5份、白炭黑3份、环烷油25份、硅橡胶15份、丁基橡胶5份、促进剂0.7份、抗臭氧剂0.3份、医用轻钙4份、食用菜子油5份、增香剂6份、酸味剂0.6份、滑石粉20份、脂肪酸软化剂5份。
所述抗压耐咬的香味型狗咬玩具的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)向搅拌器中加入氧化锌、微晶石蜡、白炭黑、环烷油、医用轻钙和食用菜子油,并以65rpm的转速搅拌30min,得到预备辅料;
(3)将天然橡胶、硅橡胶、丁基橡胶放入密炼机中混炼均匀,混炼温度为80℃,密炼机转速为50rpm,待物料温度升高至95℃时,加入预备辅料、莰烯、硬脂酸、食用胶、滑石粉、脂肪酸软化剂,混炼10min,然后继续加入淀粉混炼均匀,温度至130℃时排胶,出片;
(4)加入防老剂、促进剂、抗臭氧剂、增香剂和酸味剂,混合8min,反应温度为145℃,排料后经过现有工艺制作成橡胶体;
(5)将布和橡胶体流化好的半成品缝制好充pp棉后制成成品。
所述增香剂为乙基麦芽酚、香兰素或果味香精;所述酸味剂为柠檬酸或苹果酸。
本发明由橡胶体和布料制作,橡胶体中混有狗喜欢闻的香料,抗压、耐咬,且香味持久,另外,由于上球的表面覆盖有布料,可以引起狗的兴趣,对其拨动玩耍,而且橡胶体是由橡胶材料制作,具有比较高的弹性,在丢出后能够通过持续的弹跳来吸引狗来追逐,让狗得到足够的锻炼。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。
Claims (6)
1.一种抗压耐咬的香味型狗咬玩具,包括橡胶体和布流化,所述橡胶体和布流化好缝制好充PP棉后完成整个产品;其特征在于,所述橡胶体按照重量份的原料包括:天然橡胶40-60份、氧化锌1-3份、莰烯2-4份、硬脂酸20-25份、防老剂1-2份、食用胶1-5份、淀粉15-20份、微晶石蜡3-5份、白炭黑1-3份、环烷油15-25份、硅橡胶10-15份、丁基橡胶3-5份、促进剂0.3-0.7份、抗臭氧剂0.1-0.3份、医用轻钙2-4份、食用菜子油3-5份、增香剂4-6份、酸味剂0.4-0.6份、滑石粉15-20份、脂肪酸软化剂3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗压耐咬的香味型狗咬玩具,其特征在于,所述橡胶体按照重量份的原料包括:天然橡胶45-55份、氧化锌1.5-2.5份、莰烯2.5-3.5份、硬脂酸21-24份、防老剂1.2-1.8份、食用胶2-4份、淀粉16-19份、微晶石蜡3.5-4.54份、白炭黑1.5-2.5份、环烷油18-22份、硅橡胶11-14份、丁基橡胶3.5-4.5份、促进剂0.4-0.6份、抗臭氧剂0.15-0.25份、医用轻钙2.5-3.5份、食用菜子油3.5-4.5份、增香剂4.5-5.5份、酸味剂0.45-0.55份、滑石粉16-19份、脂肪酸软化剂3.5-4.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗压耐咬的香味型狗咬玩具,其特征在于,所述橡胶体按照重量份的原料包括:天然橡胶50份、氧化锌2份、莰烯3份、硬脂酸22份、防老剂1.5份、食用胶2份、淀粉18份、微晶石蜡4份、白炭黑2份、环烷油20份、硅橡胶12份、丁基橡胶4份、促进剂0.5份、抗臭氧剂0.2份、医用轻钙3份、食用菜子油4份、增香剂5份、酸味剂0.5份、滑石粉18份、脂肪酸软化剂4份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的抗压耐咬的香味型狗咬玩具,其特征在于,所述增香剂为乙基麦芽酚、香兰素或果味香精。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的抗压耐咬的香味型狗咬玩具,其特征在于,述酸味剂为柠檬酸或苹果酸。
6.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的抗压耐咬的香味型狗咬玩具的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)向搅拌器中加入氧化锌、微晶石蜡、白炭黑、环烷油、医用轻钙和食用菜子油,并以45-65rpm的转速搅拌20-30min,得到预备辅料;
(3)将天然橡胶、硅橡胶、丁基橡胶放入密炼机中混炼均匀,混炼温度为60-80℃,密炼机转速为40-50rpm,待物料温度升高至85-95℃时,加入预备辅料、莰烯、硬脂酸、食用胶、滑石粉、脂肪酸软化剂,混炼6-10min,然后继续加入淀粉混炼均匀,温度至120-130℃时排胶,出片;
(4)加入防老剂、促进剂、抗臭氧剂、增香剂和酸味剂,混合4-8min,反应温度为140-145℃,排布料后经过现有流化工艺制作成橡胶体;
(5)将布和橡胶体流化好的半成品缝制好充pp棉后制成成品。
