本发明涉及一种高强度珍珠骨质瓷坯料及其制备方法。其主料按重量份数计包括:骨碳40‑46份;天然珍珠颗粒2‑5份;石英10份;长石9份;云南土4‑6份;淘龙土4‑6份;龙岩土6‑10份;生砂10份;于寺土8份;添加剂包括:占主料总重1‑3%的增塑剂;占主料总重0.02‑0.05%的高粘纤维素。其制备方法中球磨机球石比例:大:中:小=2:3:5,料:球=1:2,研磨时间:20‑30小时,泥浆细度:万孔筛余0.1‑0.3%,粘度:涂‑4粘度计30‑50S;过筛除铁循环3‑5次,原料储存陈腐3‑7天,滤搅工序再过筛除铁。本发明增加天然珍珠,保持烧结后磷酸三钙的含量,依然达到国际认可的骨质瓷标准。

高强度珍珠骨质瓷坯料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及骨质瓷原料,具体是一种高强度珍珠骨质瓷坯料及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统骨质瓷用料考究,制作精细,标准严格,它的规整度、洁白度、透明度、热稳定性等诸项指标的完成都依赖于它的原料氧化硅、氧化铝和氧化钙。其中氧化钙即为动物天然的骨碳,其含量越高,色泽越好。当骨碳含量达到一定的比例,瓷器质量便会大幅度提升,这主要体现在器皿的光泽度与润泽度上。但如果含量超过一定的比例,粘土的成份就会相对降低,瓷质就会变得过度柔软,在制作过程中就越容易烧裂,在成形上需要更高的技术,也增加烧制的难度。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决传统骨质瓷在保持高光泽度、高润泽度的晶莹质感前提下,成型及烧制范围窄的困难,而提供一种在传统骨质瓷配方基础上,增加天然珍珠,继续保持烧结后磷酸三钙的含量(大于36%),依然达到国际认可的骨质瓷标准的高强度珍珠骨质瓷坯料及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:
一种高强度珍珠骨质瓷坯料,包括主料、添加剂,按重量份数计:
主料包括:骨碳40-46份;天然珍珠颗粒2-5份;石英10份;长石9份;云南土4-6份;淘龙土4-6份;龙岩土6-10份;生砂10份;于寺土8份;
添加剂包括:占主料总重1-3%的增塑剂;占主料总重0.02-0.05%的高粘纤维素。
进一步的,添加剂还包括占主料总重0.55%的腐钠。
进一步的,添加剂还包括占主料中骨碳重量2.5-3.2%的草酸。
上述高强度珍珠骨质瓷坯料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a. 配料,按重量份数计,将主料:骨碳40-46份、天然珍珠颗粒2-5份、石英10份、长石9份、云南土4-6份、淘龙土4-6份、龙岩土6-10份、生砂10份、于寺土8份,添加剂:占主料总重1-3%的增塑剂、占主料总重0.02-0.05%的高粘纤维素、占主料总重0.55%的腐钠、占主料中骨碳重量2.5-3.2%的草酸,水:占主料总重47-55%,放入球磨机中;
b.研磨,球磨机球石比例:大:中:小=2:3:5,料:球=1:2,研磨时间:20-30小时,泥浆细度:万孔筛余0.1-0.3%,粘度:涂-4粘度计30-50S;
c.除铁,过筛除铁循环3-5次,原料储存陈腐3-7天,检测原料性能合格后送往滤搅工序再过筛除铁,即为高强度珍珠骨质瓷坯料,最后进入成型车间制坯。
采用上述技术方案的本发明,与传统骨质瓷制备技术相比,其有益效果是:
在原料配方中增加了天然珍珠颗粒,其主要化学成份碳酸钙在烧结之后与其他各原料结合也转化成磷酸三钙,且因为珍珠做为天然的有机宝石,其颗粒硬度远高于骨碳,由此提高了产品的硬度和耐磨性;合理调配添加剂,尤其添加了高粘纤维素,降低了成型和烧成的难度。
增加天然珍珠,即满足了消费者对日用品艺术化的追求及彰显其高贵身份,同时使产品在日常使用中,兼具了美容、养颜、抗衰老等功效。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例详述本发明。
一种高强度珍珠骨质瓷坯料的制备方法,按如下步骤进行:
1.原料配比,按下述重量份数计:
主料:骨碳40份,天然珍珠颗粒5份,石英10份,长石9份,云南土4份,淘龙土4份,龙岩土10份,生砂10份,于寺土8份,共100份;
添加剂:增塑剂3份(占主料总重3%),草酸1份(占骨碳重量的2.5%),高粘纤维素0.02份(占主料总重0.02%),腐钠0.55份(占主料总重0.55%),共4.57份;
水:50份(占主料总重50%)。
2.工艺控制:
球磨机球石比例:大:中:小=2:3:5;
料:球:水=1:2:0.5;
泥浆细度:0.1-0.3%(万孔筛余);
粘度:涂-4粘度计30-50S。
3.工艺流程:
将上述主料、添加剂和水入球磨机,研磨20-30小时,测量细度合格后过筛除铁循环3-5次,泥料储存陈腐3-7天,检测泥浆性能合格后送往滤搅工序再过筛除铁,最后送入成型工序。
4.效果对比:
由上表可知,按本发明制备的高强度珍珠骨质瓷坯料,与传统骨质瓷坯料对比,强度明显提高,且因为吸水率降低,热稳定性增强,延长了使用寿命。

1.一种高强度珍珠骨质瓷坯料,包括主料、添加剂,其特征在于,按重量份数计:
主料包括:骨碳40-46份;天然珍珠颗粒2-5份;石英10份;长石9份;云南土4-6份;淘龙土4-6份;龙岩土6-10份;生砂10份;于寺土8份;
添加剂包括:占主料总重1-3%的增塑剂;占主料总重0.02-0.05%的高粘纤维素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度珍珠骨质瓷坯料,其特征在于,添加剂还包括占主料总重0.55%的腐钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度珍珠骨质瓷坯料,其特征在于,添加剂还包括占主料中骨碳重量2.5-3.2%的草酸。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的高强度珍珠骨质瓷坯料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a. 配料,按重量份数计,将主料:骨碳40-46份、天然珍珠颗粒2-5份、石英10份、长石9份、云南土4-6份、淘龙土4-6份、龙岩土6-10份、生砂10份、于寺土8份,添加剂:占主料总重1-3%的增塑剂、占主料总重0.02-0.05%的高粘纤维素、占主料总重0.55%的腐钠、占主料中骨碳重量2.5-3.2%的草酸,水:占主料总重47-55%,放入球磨机中;
b.研磨,球磨机球石比例:大:中:小=2:3:5,料:球=1:2,研磨时间:20-30小时,泥浆细度:万孔筛余0.1-0.3%,粘度:涂-4粘度计30-50S;
c.除铁,过筛除铁循环3-5次,原料储存陈腐3-7天,检测原料性能合格后送往滤搅工序再过筛除铁,即为高强度珍珠骨质瓷坯料,最后进入成型车间制坯。
