Description

含添加剂的油组合物
本发明涉及一类聚合物以及它们作为添加剂在原油,润滑油和燃料油中的应用。
人们知道,当温度降低时,石蜡将从原油,润滑油和燃料油中分离出来,从而减小了流动能力。人们亦知道,使用添加剂(称为“冷流促进剂”)以改善油类的流动性,一些此类添加剂在现有技术中已有描述。一种冷流促进剂作石蜡晶粒调节剂使用,当其与石蜡性矿物油掺和时,通过调整其中石蜡晶粒的大小和形状,以及减小晶粒之间和晶粒和油之间的粘结力,允许油类在较低温度下保持流动性。
公知的添加剂的实例是聚合物质,其以α-烯烃为基础或从其衍生而来,如美国专利US2,895,915;3,252,771;3,252,772;3,767,561;3,790,358;4,022,590;4,132,663;4,255,159;和3,920,622中的描述。
EP-A-0,317,240描述了一种具有特别物性的α-烯烃无规共聚物,其含有70%-99.9%重量的具有5-10个碳原子的一种α-烯烃组分,和0.1%-30%重量的具有6-20个碳原子的α,ω-非共轭二烯组分。这种共聚物表现了改进的可塑性和在高温下的高的减震性。
美国专利US.No.B632,416描述了一类由乙烯和少量每分子具有5-18个碳原子的高级烯烃组成的狭义共聚物。这类聚合物据说可用于模塑,管材和线材涂层。
英国专利UK.No.1,303,074描述了一类用于燃料油中间馏分的倾点抑制剂,其基本上为乙烯和至少一种高级烯烃的共聚物,每摩尔比例的直链C12-C22α-烯烃含有1.1-30摩尔比例的乙烯,其数均分子量为1,000-50,000。
进一步,WO-A-9111488特别描述了一种共聚物作为石蜡晶粒调节剂在燃料油中的应用,该共聚物由乙烯和至少一种如式CH2=CHR1的α-烯烃衍生而得,其中R1表示具有1-18碳原子的烷基,该聚合物的至少30%的链具有终端亚乙烯基不饱和性,该聚合物的数均分子量为300-15,000,摩尔乙烯含量为40-90%,该聚合物是在金属茂催化剂存在下聚合制得的。
但是,UK1,303,074和WO-A-91/11488均表明,具有较低乙烯含量的乙烯α-烯轻共聚物表现了对馏分燃料油的减弱的冷流动性促进能力。进而,在该聚合物中加入较多量的乙烯降低了产物的立构规正度。立构规正度,按照G.Natta在J.Polymer Science16,143,1955中提出的概念,是指沿聚合物骨架的相邻手性中心的相对立体化学。缺乏前手性中心的乙烯不能向骨架提供手性中心,而仅仅是毁坏由α-烯烃共聚单体提供的手性中心的模形,因此破坏了聚合物的立构规正度。
美国专利No.3,876,722描述了一类数均分子量为500-125,000的烃聚合物,其含有C20-C40α-烯烃,其适于改善渣油的低温流动性。这类聚合物可优选含有一种或多种C3-C18α-烯轻的共聚单体,其仅用于破坏聚合物的规正度,以提高聚合物改善渣油流动特性的能力。
令人惊异的是,人们发现,由一类特定α-烯烃单体衍生的聚合物在作冷流动促进剂使用时表现出优异的性质,这类聚合物具有高的等规度,即沿每一聚合物骨架的手性中心的较高部分具有相同的构型,低分子量和特定的支链长度。特别地,这类聚合物在本发明油类中表现出改进的溶解性和作为石蜡晶粒调节剂的冷流性能,在添加剂包装中也显示了好的操作使用特性。
本发明的聚合物具有特别高的等规度。因此,乙烯可作为共聚单体有益地引入这类聚合物,同时这种引入不应超过一个限定,即聚合物的立构规正度大大下降。
因此,在第一方面,本发明提供一种均聚物或共聚物,其具有高达15,000的数均分子量,和75%或更大的等规度;该均聚物由式(Ⅰ)的α-烯烃单体衍生而得:

在本发明的第一,第三,第五和第六方面,该聚合物例如可含有一种均聚物,其基本上由如式CH2=CHR1的α-烯烃衍生而得,其中R1为具有至少6个碳原子的直链或基本为直链的脂族基团(即,可存在少量的支链)。选择地,聚合物可含有基本上由如式CH2=CHR1的第一α-烯烃,其中R1为具有至少6个碳原子直链或基本为直链的脂基(即,可存在少量的支链),和如式CH2=CHR2的第二α-烯烃衍生而得的共聚物,其中R2为氢或不同于R1的直链或支链脂族烃基,如具有至多16个碳原子,只要当R2为氢时,聚合物不含有多于40摩尔%,优选不多于20摩尔%的乙烯。有利的是,该聚合物可不含有乙烯,已使立构规正度最大。因此,R2可在碳原子数和化学结构方面与R1不同,优选R1和R2在碳原子数上不同。
术语“共聚物”系指由两种或多种单体衍生而得的聚合物。
术语“烃基”系指一种有机基团部分,其含有氢和具有一个直接连接在分子其余部分上的碳,可以是脂族基,包括脂环基;其可含有一个或多个杂原子,只要它们不影响基团部分的基本的烃基性质。
更优选R1为直链烷基,如具有6-16个碳原子,亦可包括其混合物。R1的例子为己基,辛基,癸基,十二烷基,十三烷基,十四烷基,十五烷基和十六烷基,所有的都是直链。
更优选的R2为直链烷基,具有至多16个碳原子,可包括其混合物。R2例如可比R1少2个或略少于2个的碳原子。R2的例子为癸基,壬基,辛基,庚基,和己基,所有都是直链。

在本发明中聚合物为共聚物的所有方面,特别优选的聚合物的侧基R1和R2基本上由正辛基和正十四烷基,或正辛基和正十六烷基构成。如对本专业技术人员显而易见的,这类聚合物可由共聚单体其中R1是正辛基和R2是正十六烷基,或相反,同样易于制备。
在本发明所有方面,其数均分子量由凝胶渗透色谱法测得。在所有方面,优选其为300-15,000,更优选500-8,000,最优选400-5,000,数均分子量的有利的低限为1,000或1,250。
同样,在本发明的所有方面,聚合物的等规度优选80%或更大。本文中等规度由C13NMR测得。等规度亦可用其它方法测得,如现有技术中所知的方法,其结果与由C13NMR所得的结果可能略有不同。
聚合物柯由US-A-4,668,834,EP-A-128,046和129,368,和EP-A-0,260,999中描述的方法制备。
更详细地,在上述本发明各方面使用的聚合物可通过聚合单体混合物得到,该单体混合物在催化剂体系存在含有适宜的单体,该催化剂含有至少一种金属茂(如,环戊二烯基一过渡金属化合物)和Alumoxane化合物。共聚单体的含量可通过选择单体混合物的给料加以控制。
在制备聚合物过程中使用的催化剂是有机金属配位化合物,其为元素周期表(56版,Handbook of Chemistry and Physics,CRCPress(1975))中4b族金属的环戊二烯衍生物,并包括单和二环戊二烯基及其过渡金属的衍生物。特别要求4b族金属的金属茂,如钛,锆和铪。在与金属茂形成反应产物中使用的铝氧烷为三烷基铝与水的反应产物本身。

一些优选的金属茂为二氯化二甲基甲硅烷基-二环戊二烯基钛;二氯化双(茚基)锆;二氯化双((4,5,6,7-四-氢)茚基)锆;二氯化1,2-乙烯基-桥连双(4,5,6,7-四氢-茚基)锆的外消旋异构体;二氯化1,1-二甲基甲硅烷基-桥连双(4,5,6)-四氢茚基)锆的外消旋异构体;和二氯化1,1-二甲基甲硅烷基-桥连双(甲基环戊二烯基)锆的外消旋异构体。外消旋形式可用现有技术中已知的方法由相应的内消旋形式中分离出来。
在聚合过程中使用的铝氧烷化合物可以是环状的或直链的。环状铝氧烷可用通式(R-Al-O)n表示,而直链铝氧烷
可用通式R(R-Al-O)n'AlR2表示。在通式中,R1为C1-C5烷基,如甲基,乙基,丙基,丁基和戊基,n为3-20之间的一个整数,n′为1-约20之间的整数。优选R为甲基,n和n′是4-18。通常在由如三甲基铝和水制备铝氧烷的过程中,可得到直链和环状化合物的混合物。
铝氧烷可用不同方法制备。优选,通过使水与三烷基铝如三甲基铝浓液在合适的有机溶剂如甲苯或一种脂族烃中接触而制得。例如,用呈雾状的水处理三烷基铝。在一个可供选择的方法中,三烷基铝如三甲基铝可通过与氢化盐如氢化硫酸铜或硫酸亚铁接触。优选铝氧烷在氢化硫酸亚铁存在下制备。该方法包括用由通式FeSO4·7H2O表示硫酸亚铁在如甲苯中处理三甲基铝的稀溶液。硫酸亚铁与三甲基铝的比率要求约1摩尔硫酸亚铁对6-7摩尔三甲基铝。反应以甲烷的释出为证据。
在铝氧烷中铝与使用的金属茂中金属总量的摩尔比为约0.5∶1-约1000∶1,要求约1∶1-约500∶1。优选该摩尔比为250∶1-约5∶1。
在催化剂体系制备中使用的溶剂为惰性烃,特别是对催化剂体系呈惰性的烃。该类溶剂是公知的,包括如,异丁烷,丁烷,戊烷,己烷,庚烷,辛烷,环己烷,甲基环己烷,甲苯,二甲苯等。
聚合通常在惰性和无水气氛中进行,温度约20℃-约300℃,优选约30℃-约120℃。反应时间并不重要,可在几小时或更多至几分钟或更少范围内变化,其依赖于下列因素如反应温度,共聚的单体,等等。
本专业技术人员通过正常的实验易于得到对于一组反应参数的最佳反应时间。
此处所述的催化剂体系适于在一宽的压力范围内的溶液中烯烃的聚合,优选聚合在大气压下或约10巴-约30巴的压力进行。
在聚合和任意地催化剂的失活后(如,常规方法中如将聚合反应介质与水或一种醇,如甲醇,丙醇,异丙醇,等,接触,或冷却或闪蒸介质以中止聚合反应),产物聚合物可用公知的技术回收。任何过量的反应物可通过闪蒸从聚合物中除去。
聚合反应可使用液态单体,如液态丙烯,或液态单体的混合物(如液态丙烯,1-丁烯,辛烯-1,和十八碳烯-1的混合物)作为反应介质而进行。可选择的是,聚合反应在对反应呈惰性的烃的存在下进行,如丁烷,戊烷,异戊烷,己烷,异辛烷,癸烷,甲苯,二甲苯。
在这些情况下,在一系列给定的操作条件下制得的聚合物产物的分子量比所要求的大。任何现有技术中公知的控制分子量的技术,如氢的使用和/或聚合反应温度控制,可用于本发明的工艺中。如果必要,聚合反应可在氢的存在下进行以降低聚合物的分子量。聚合物的终端亚乙烯不饱和度可不小于聚合物链的约30%。油(存在的)
油可以是原油,即直接由油井得到并炼制前的油,本发明的化合物可作为冷流促进剂或脱蜡助剂用于这类油。
油可以是润滑油,包括动物油,植物油或矿物油,如石油馏分,从石脑油或锭子油至SAE30润滑油,蓖麻油,鱼油或氧化矿物油。这些油可依据其使用目的含有添加剂;实例为粘度指数促进剂如乙烯-丙烯共聚物,琥珀酸基分散剂,含金属分散添加剂和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌抗磨添加剂。本发明的化合物适于作为流动促进剂,浊点抑制剂,倾点抑制剂或脱蜡助剂用于润滑油。
油可以是燃料油,特别是中间馏分燃料油。该馏分燃料油通常在约110℃-约500℃范围内沸腾。如150℃-约400℃。燃料油可含有大气馏份或真空馏份,或裂解汽油或任意比例掺合的直馏份分和热和/或催化裂解馏分,或亦可以是一种植物油。最普通的石油馏分燃料是煤油,喷气机油,柴油,取暖油和重质燃料油。取暖油可以是直接大气馏分,或其可含有少量如至多35wt%的真空汽油或裂解汽油或两者。低温流动性问题在柴油和取暖油中经常遇到。
另外,燃油量可含有0.2%重量或更少的硫分浓度(计燃料油为基计)。优选硫浓度为0.05%重量或更少,更优选0.01%重量或更少。现有技术描述中减少烃中间馏分燃料油中硫浓度的方法,包括溶液萃取,硫酸处理法,和氢化脱硫。
可选择的是,油类可来自动物或植物油。其实例为菜油,芜荽油,豆油,棉籽油,葵花籽油,蓖麻油,橄榄油,花生油,玉米油,杏仁油,棕榈油,橄子油,芥子油,牛脂和鱼油。进一步的实例包括玉米油,黄麻油,芝麻油,牛油树坚果脂,地栗

蒿油,亚麻油,其可采用现有技术由以上植物中衍生而得。菜油为由甘油部分酯化的脂肪酸的混合物,是优选的,原因是它易于大量获得,且仅需挤压菜籽就可得到。
别的适宜的油类含包括脂肪酸的低级烷基酯。其工业混合物可通过如切片和用低级脂族醇的超酯化对动物和植物油脂进行酯化而获得。制备脂肪酸的低级烷基酯,宜从金属碘数的油脂开始,如葵花籽油,菜油,芜荽油,蓖麻油,豆油,棉籽油,花生油或牛脂。脂肪酸的低级烷基酯依赖于一种新的菜油,优选其脂肪酸组分由具有18个碳原子的不饱和脂肪酸衍生为大于80%重量。
本发明中特别优选的油类为生物燃料。生物燃料,即由动物或植物物质衍生的燃料,被认为在燃料时对环境的破坏要小,并可再生。有报道说,在燃烧过程中,产生比相同量的石油馏分燃料,如柴油,较少量的二氧化碳,并形成极少量的二氧化硫。植物油的特定衍生物,如用单羟基烷基醇酯化和再酯化获得的如菜油甲基酯(RME),可作替代柴油使用。
这类添加剂在油中的浓度每重量份的油可为10-2,000ppm或1,000ppm添加剂(活性组分)(重量),优选25-500ppm或1,000ppm,更优选100-500ppm。
添加剂须溶于油中,在环境温度下每重量分的油至少溶解1,000ppm重量。但是,至少有一些添加剂在油的浊点附近析出,以调整石蜡晶粒的形状。助添加剂
本发明的添加剂可与一种或多种助添加剂联合使用,以改善馏分燃料油的冷流性质。
按照本发明的不同的方面,优选的添加剂如下所述。(ⅰ)梳型聚合物
梳型聚合物为在聚合物骨架上有烃基侧基的聚合物,在“Comb-like Polymers.Structure and Properties”,N.A.Platé& V.P.Shibaev,J.Poly.Sci.Macromolecular Revs.,8,P117至253(1974)中有讨论。
较为有利的是,梳型聚合物为具有至少6个,优选至少10个,碳原子的侧链的均聚物,或者是一种共聚物,该共聚物具有至少25%摩尔,优选至少40%摩尔,更优选至少50%摩尔的单元,每单元含有至少6个,优选至少10个,碳原子的侧链。

若需要或要求,梳型聚合物可含有由别的单体衍生而来的单元。本发明可包括两个或多个不同的梳型共聚物。
这些梳型聚合物可以是马来酸酐或富马酸和一种别的烯属不饱和单体如一种α-烯烃或一种不饱和酯如乙酸乙烯酯的共聚物。优选但不是必须使用等摩尔量的共聚单体,虽然2至1和1至2的摩尔比是合适的。可与如马来酸酐共聚的烯烃的例子包括1-癸烯,1-十二碳烯,1-十四碳烯,1-十六碳烯,和1-十八碳烯。
共聚物可用任何合适的技术酯化,虽然优选并不必需马来酸酐或富马酸至少50%被酯化。可使用的醇的例子包括正癸烷-1-醇,正十二烷-1-醇,正十四烷-1-醇,正十六烷-1-醇,和正十八烷-1-醇。醇类每条链亦可包括至多一个甲基,如1-甲基十五烷-1-醇,2-甲基十三烷-1-醇。醇类可以是正和单-甲基支链醇的混合物,优选使用纯的醇类,而不使用工业醇混合物,但若使用醇混合物,R12是指烷基中碳原子的平均数,若使用的醇在1或2位含有支链,则R12是指醇的直链骨架链断。
这类梳型聚合物特别是富马酸酯或衣康酸酯聚合物以及如在EPA153,176,153,177和225,668和WO91/16407中描述的共聚物。
特别优选的富马酸酯梳型聚合物为富马酸烷基酯和乙酸乙烯酯的共聚物,其中烷基具有12-20个碳原子,更特别的聚合物其中烷基具有14个碳原子或其中的烷基为C14/C16烷基的混合物,由例如溶液共聚等摩尔的富马酸和乙酸乙烯酯混合物,并使所得的共聚物与醇或醇的混合物反应而制得,该醇优选为直链醇。当使用混合物时,优选使用1∶1重量的正C14和C16醇的混合物。进一步,优先使用C14酯和混合C14/C16酯的混合物。在这类混合物中,C14与C14/C16的比率在1∶1-4∶1之间有利,优选2∶1至7∶2,最优选约3∶1,以上比率为重量比。特别优选的富马酸酯梳型聚合物例如可具有1,000-100,000的数均分子量,优选1,000-30,000,由气相渗透压法(VPO)测定。
别的适宜的梳型聚合珠为α-烯烃和酯化的苯乙烯和马来酸酐的共聚物,酯化的苯乙烯和富马酸的共聚物的聚合物和共聚物;两种或多种聚合物的混合物可用于本发明,并如上所述,这种用法是有益的。
(ⅲ)聚氧化烯化合物
例如聚氧化烯酯、醚、酯/醚和其混合物,特别是那些含有至少一种,优选至少两种C10-C30直链饱和烷基和分子量至多5,000优选200-5,000的聚氧化亚烷基二醇的聚氧化烯化合物,其中所述的聚氧化亚烷基二醇中的烷基含有1-4个碳原子。这些物质是欧洲专利公开0061895A2的主题。US4,491,455公开了这种类型的其他添加剂。

A代表甘醇中的聚亚烷基链断,其中的亚烷基含有1-4个碳原子,例如基本为直链的聚甲醛,聚环氧乙烷或聚环氧丙烷基;可以存在一定的带有低碳烷基侧链的(例如在聚丙二醇中)支化度,但甘醇最好是基本为直链。A也可含有氮。
合适的甘醇例子有分子量约为100-5,000,优选为200-2,000的基本为直链的聚乙二醇(PEG)和聚丙二醇。优选酯类,可用含有10-30个碳原子的脂肪酸与甘醇反应生成酯类添加剂,推荐使用C18-C24脂肪酸,尤其是山嵛酸。也可以通过酯化聚乙氧基化的脂肪酸或醇来制备酯类。
聚氧化烯二酯、二醚、醚/酯和其混合物适于作为添加剂,若还存在少量单醚和单酯(在生产过程中经常产生),推荐在窄沸程馏分中使用二酯。大量存在二烷基化合物对添加剂的性能是重要的。尤其推荐聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇或聚乙二醇/聚丙二醇混合物的硬脂酸二酯或山萮酸二酯。
日本专利公开号2-51477和3-34790(申请人均为Sanyo)公开了聚氧化烯化合物的其他例子。EP-A-117,108和EP-A-326,356(申请人均为Nippon Oil and Fats)公开了酯化烷氧基化胺类。
(ⅲ)乙烯/不饱和酯共聚物
乙烯共聚物冷流动促进剂例如乙烯不饱和酯共聚物具有被氧化烃基侧链分成链段的聚亚甲基骨架。可与乙烯共聚生成共聚物的不饱和单体包括下式所示的不饱和单酯和二酯:

当R2和R3为氢和R1为-OOCR4时,单体包括C1-C29、优选C1-C5的单羧酸的乙烯醇酯,以及C2-C29,优选C1-C5、最好为C2-C5单羧酸的乙烯醇酯。可与乙烯共聚的乙烯酯的例子包括乙酸乙烯基酯,丙酸乙烯基酯和丁酸乙烯基酯或异丁酸乙烯基酯。推荐的是,共聚物含有5-40%(重量),最好是10-35%(重量)的乙烯基酯(换算成摩尔)。它们也可以是如US3,961,916所术的两种共聚物的混合物形式。推荐的是,共聚物的数均分子量(气相渗透压测定法)为1,000-10,000,优选1,000-5,000。如果需要,共聚物也可以由附加共聚单体衍生,例如共聚物可以是三聚物或四聚物或更高聚物,其中所述的附加共聚单体例如是异丁烯或二异丁烯。
上述共聚物也可以通过乙烯不饱和酯共聚物的酯基转换、水解和再酯化来制备,以得到不同的乙烯不饱和酯共聚物。例如,乙烯乙烯基己酯酯和乙烯乙烯基辛酸酯共聚物也可以按这种方法从乙烯乙烯基乙酸酯共聚物制备。
(ⅳ)极性有机含氮化合物
油溶性极性含氮化合物既可是离子型也中以是非离子型,在燃料中可作为石蜡晶粒增长抑制剂。它包括例如下述化合物(a)-(c)的一种或多种化合物;
(a)一种胺盐和/或酰胺,其制备是使至少一摩尔份烃基取代胺与一摩尔份含有1-4个羧基的烃基酸或其酐反应。
可以使用含有30-300,最好为50-150总数碳原子的酯/酰胺。US4,211,534叙述了这些含氮化合物。合适的胺通常的长链C12-C40伯、仲、叔或季胺或其混合物,但是较短链胺也可以使用,只要所得含氮化合物是油溶性的,因此通常含有约30-300总数碳原子。含氮化合物最好含有至少一种直链C8-C40,特别是C14-C24烷基链段。
适宜的胺包括伯、仲叔或季胺,但优选仲胺。叔胺和季胺只能生成胺盐。胺的例子包括十四烷基胺,可可胺,和氢化脂胺,仲胺的例子包括二(十八烷基)胺和甲基-山萮基胺。胺的混合物也是合适的,例如由天然物质衍生的胺混合物。优先的胺为由氢化脂肪衍生的式为NHR1R2的仲级氢化脂胺,其中R1和R2为烷基,所述氢化脂肪由约4%C14,31%C16,59%C18组成。
用于制备含氮化合物的合适羧酸和其酐的例子包括环己烷-1,2-二羧酸,环己烯-1,2-二羧酸,环戊烷-1,2-二羧酸,和萘二羧酸,以及包括二烷基螺双内酯的1,4-二羧酸。一般地这些酸在其环基部分含有约5-13个碳原子。本发明优选的酸包括苯二羧酸如邻苯二甲酸,间苯二甲酸和对苯二甲酸。特别优选邻苯二甲酸或其酐。特别优选的化合物是酰胺-胺盐,其制备是使1摩尔份的邻苯二甲酸酐与2摩尔份的二氢化脂胺反应。另一优选的化合物是二酰胺,通过使上述酰胺-胺盐脱水制备。
其他例子有长链烷基或烯基取代的二羧酸衍生物例如取代琥珀酸单酰胺胺盐。这些例子在本领域是已知并在例如US-A-4,147,520中公开。合适的胺是如上所述的胺。
其他例子有如EP-A-327,432所述的缩合产物。
(b)一种包括环系统的化合物。该化合物在环系统上带有式(I)所示的至少两个取代基:
-A-NR1R2                 (Ⅰ)式中A为可被一个或多个杂原子任意间断的直链或支链脂族烃基,R1和R2相同或不同,并分别代表含有9-40个碳原子的烃基,必要时可被一个或多个杂原子间断,所述取代基相同或不同,必要时所述化合物可以以盐形式存在。
推荐的是A含有1-20个碳原子,并最好为亚甲基或多亚甲基。
说明书所用术语“烃基”是指含有直接连接在分子其余部分上的碳原子的基团,并具有烃特性或烃的主要特性。例子有烃基,包括脂族(例如烷基,烯基),脂环基(如环烷基或环烯基),芳基,和脂环基取代的芳基,和芳基取代的脂族基和脂环基。脂族基最好是饱和的。这些基团可以含有非烃基取代基,只要是这些取代基的存在不影响所述基团的烃性能。例如包括氧代、卤素,羟基,硝基,氰基,烷氧基和工酰基。如果烃基被取代,则最好选用单取代基。
取代的烃基的例子包括2-羟乙基,3-羟丙基,4-羟丁基,2-氧代丙基,乙氧乙基,和丙氧丙基。这些基团在由碳原子组成的链或环上也可含有非碳原子。合适的杂原子包括例如氮,硫,最好是氧。
环系统包括单环,杂环或稠合多环组合环,或这样的环系统,其中两个或多个这种环组合部分彼此相连,而且可相同或不同。如果是两个或多个这种环组合环,则式(Ⅰ)取代基可以在相同或不同的组合环上,优选在相同的组合环上。每个组合环优选的是芳香性的,最好是苯环。更优选的是,环系统是一单个苯环,而且取代基最好是在邻位或间位,苯环还可以进一步取代。
组合环上的环原子优选为碳原子,但也可包括一个或多个例如N,S或O原子,在这种情况下,该化合物为杂环化合物
这种多环组合环的例子包括:
(ⅰ)稠合苯结构,例如萘,蒽,菲和芘;
(ⅱ)其中所有环都不是苯或不是所有环都是苯的稠合环结构,例如薁茚,氢化茚,芴和二苯氧化物;
(ⅲ)“首尾”相连环如二苯基;
(ⅳ)杂环化合物例如喹啉,吲哚,2,3-二氢吲哚,苯并呋喃,香豆素,异午豆素,苯并噻吩,咔唑和硫代二苯胺;
(ⅴ)非芳族或部分饱和环系统例如萘烷(即,十氢化萘),α-蒎烯,Cardinene和冰片烯,以及
(ⅵ)三维结构例如降冰片烯,双环庚烷(即,降冰片烷),双环辛烷和双环辛烯。
构成本发明R1和R2(式Ⅰ)的每个烃基可以是例如烷基或亚烷基或单一或多烷氧烷基,优选的是每个烃基均为直链烷基。每个烃基中的碳原子数优选为16-40,最好为16-24。
此外,推荐环系统只被两个式(Ⅰ)所示取代基取代,A为亚甲基。
化合物盐的例子有乙酸盐和盐酸盐。
化合物可按普通方法制备,即还原由仲胺和合适的酰氯生成的相应酰胺;和
(c)长链伯胺或仲胺与含羧酸聚合物的缩合物。
具体的例子包括如GB-A-2,121,807,FR-A-2,592,387和DE-A-3,941,561所述的聚合物;如US-A-4,639,256,所述的telemer acid和链烷醇胺的酯;长链环氧化物/胺反应产物,该产物在必要时可与多元羧酸进一步反应,如US-A-4,631,071所述的含有支化羧酸酯,环氧化物和单羧酸聚酯的反应产物。
(ⅴ)烃聚合物

这些聚合物可以直接从烯属不饱和单体中制备,或者通过氢化由单体如异丙烯或丁二烯制成的聚合物而间接地制备。
优选的烃聚合物是乙烯与至少一种数均分子量至少为30,000的α-烯烃的共聚物。α-烯烃最好含有至多20个碳原子。这种烯烃的例子有丙烯,1-丁烯,异丁烯,正辛烯-1,异辛烯-1,正癸烯-1和正十二碳烯-1。共聚物还可含有少量,例如至多10%(重量)的其他可共聚单体,例如除了α-烯烃和非共轭二烯的其他烯烃。优选的共聚物是乙烯-丙烯共聚物。本发明范围包括这种类型的两种或多种不同的乙烯-α-烯烃燃戏共聚物。
如上所述,乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物的数均分子量至少为30,000(由凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)测定,相对于聚苯乙烯标准),优选至少为60,000,最好至少为80,000。从功能性方面讲,分子量没有上限,但分子量超过150,000,由于粘度增加导致搅拌困难,分子量优选范围在60,000和80,000至120,000内。
有利的是,共聚物乙烯含量为50%-80%(摩尔)。更有利的是,乙烯含量在57-80%范围内;优选范围为58-73%,更优选范围为62-71%。尤以范围65-71%为佳。
优选的乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物是乙烯含量为62-71%(摩尔),数均分子量为60,000-120,000的乙烯-丙烯共聚物。特别优选的共聚物是乙烯含量为62-71%,分子量为80,000-100,000的乙烯-丙烯共聚物。
共聚物可按本领域任何已知方法制备,例如使用Ziegler型催化剂。有利的是,聚合物基本是无定形的,因为高度结晶的聚合物在低温下在燃料油中的溶解性较差。
添加剂组合物还可以含有另外的乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物,其数均分子量至多为7500,有利的是在1,000-6,000,优选在2,000-5,000范围内(由气相渗透压测定法测定)。合适的α-烯烃上文已给出,或者为苯乙烯,优选为丙烯。乙烯含量为60-77%(摩尔)是有利的,尽管乙烯含量至多为86%(摩尔)的乙烯-丙烯共聚物也可有利地使用。

这些物质可以是包括芳族和烃基部分的缩合物。所述芳族部分通常是未被取代或被例如非烃取代基取代。这些芳烃优选含有最大量的所述取代基和/或三个稠合环,优选萘。烃基通过碳原子连接在分子其余部分上的含氢和碳基团,它可以是饱和的或不饱和的,直链或支链的,并可含有一个或多个杂原子,只要这些杂原子不显著影响该基团的烃特性。优选地是,烃基为通常含有多于8个碳原子的烷基。这种缩合物的分子量例如在2,000-200,000范围,如2,000-20,000,优选在2,000-8,000范围。
实例在本领域中是已知,如上所述的主要作为润滑油倾点抑制剂和脱蜡助剂,它们可以例如通过使卤代蜡与芳烃缩合来制备。更具体地讲,可以利用Friedel-Crafts缩合法进行缩合反应,其中卤代蜡含有15-60(例如16-50)个碳原子,熔点为约200-400℃,并被5-25%(重量)氯,例如10-18%(重量)的氯氯化。
另一种方法是,从烯烃和芳烃出发制备类似的缩合物。
可以使用多组分添加剂体系,其中的各添加剂比率按待处理的燃料而定。
浓缩物
按照本领域已知方法将添加剂加到散装油例如馏分燃料中,便可方便地得到本发明浓缩物。浓缩物中还可含有所需其他添加剂如上述的助添加剂,并且添加剂在油中的溶液中,含量为优选3-75%(重量),更优选3-60%(重量),尤以10-50%(重量)为佳。载体液体的例子有有机溶剂包括烃溶剂,例如石油馏分如石脑油,煤油,柴油和取暖用油;芳烃如“SOLVESSO”商标出售的芳香馏分;石蜡烃如己烷和戊烷。载体液体的选择必须考虑到其与添加剂和燃料的相容性。
将本发明添加剂加到散装油中也可按本领域已知的其他方法进行,如果需要助添加剂,则它们可以在加入本发明添加剂的同时或不同时加到散装油中。
实施例
下面的实施例用于说明本发明。
聚合物的制备
已在分子筛中干燥的甲苯(91ml)于氮气氛下在一树脂燃瓶(500ml)中维持在70℃。借助注射器将Methyl alumoxane(6ml10%溶液)加到甲苯中,然后借助注射器再加入外消旋的二氯化1,1-二甲基甲硅烷基-桥双(4,5,6,7-四氢茚基)锆(6ml 1mg/ml溶液)。历时一小时将单体或单体混合物(1.25ml)(已在分子筛中干燥)滴加到已处理的甲苯中,温度维持70℃。5小时后,加入异丙醇(5ml)停止反应。
借助GPC(凝胶渗透色谱)测定所得聚合物的分子量,以聚异丁烯为内标,等规度借助C13-核磁共振谱测定。
按上述方法制备以下α-烯烃聚合物。

C6AO,C14AO和C12AO代表α-烯烃单体,其中的乙烯被标有碳原子数的直链烷基取代。每一编号相当于由α烯烃单体或单体混合物以所给摩尔百分比衍生的α-烯烃聚合物。Mn为数均分子量,MWD为分子量分布。
由C13-NMR测定,编号为1,2和8(标有星号)聚合物的等规度至少为80%。其他编号的聚合物可认为具有类似的等规度,因为它们是在相同的实验条件下制备的。
试验
试验中采用了具有所述特性的下列燃料:BP =初沸点FBP=终沸点x%=蒸馏×%(体积)燃料时的温度(A)将聚合物溶解在中等馏分燃料中,测定浊点。结果综合如下:

从上述结果可以看出,本发明聚合物是有效的浊点抑制剂。
(B)本发明聚合物(编号2)与已知的对比冷流添加剂按照ASTM D4539进行浊点和低温可滤性比较。结果综合如下:

    处理量        =150ppm(wt/wt)

    对比添加剂    分子量约5,000(中GPC测)的C12/14富马
                  酸酯/乙酸乙烯基酯共聚物
通过自由基聚合反应,亦即在低立体选择条件下合成的对比添加剂,显示出非常低水平的等规度。
在每一试验中,燃料另含有150ppm的2-N′,N′-二烷基酰氨基苯甲酸酯的N,N-二烷基铵盐(一摩尔邻苯二甲酸酐与2摩尔二氢化脂胺反应产物,形成半酰胺/半胺盐)和75ppm的乙烯含量约37%(重量),数均分子量约2,600(VPO-气相渗透压测定法)的乙烯-乙酸乙烯基酯共聚物。
上述结果表明,与对照添加剂比较,本发明的共聚物改进了性能。

Claims (4)

1.包含选自原油、润滑油或燃料油的油和基于组合物总重20-2000ppm(重量)的添加剂的组合物,所述添加剂包含数均分子量至多15,000、等规度为75%或更大的聚合物;所述聚合物选自主要由式(Ⅰ)所示α-烯烃单体衍生的聚合物:

式中R1为脂族烃基;和主要由式(Ⅰ)所示α-烯烃单体和式(Ⅱ)所示的各自独立的一种或多种α-烯烃单体衍生的聚合物:
CH2=CHR2    (Ⅱ)
式中R2为与R1不同的脂族烃基,条件是当油为原油时,R1具有至多16个碳原子,但不是正十六烷基,R2具有至多16个碳原子且不同于R1,且R1和R2不是基本由正十六烷基和乙基组成。
2.权利要求1的组合物,其中油是润滑油或燃料油,所述的添加剂包括这样的聚合物,其中R1为含有至少6个碳原子的直链或基本为直链的脂族基团,R2为含有至多30个碳原子的直链或支链烃基。
3.权利要求2的组合物,其中R1和R2主要为正己基和正十四烷基,或正己基和正十二烷基。
4.一种改进原料油、润滑油或燃料油冷流性能的方法,包括向原料油、润滑油或燃料油中加入权利要求1所述的添加剂。
