本发明公开了一种定子铁芯内孔自动辊压的输料槽轨,包括直角形的轨道,槽轨由横向的输入槽轨和纵向的输出槽轨组成,输入槽轨和输出槽轨的拐点处插接有矩形的托板,托板的四角成型有定位孔,定位孔内插接有定子柱,定子柱的下端插接固定在升降板,所述的定子柱上成型有环台,定子柱上插套有压簧,压簧的两端分别抵靠在环台和升降板上,升降板的外侧设有框架,框架的上端固定在托板外侧的轨道底面上,框架的底端成型有底板,底板上固定有上压气缸,上压气缸的活塞杆穿过底板固定在升降板上;所述输入槽轨和输出槽轨拐点处的顶端固定有压板,压板的中心成型有辊压头过孔。本发明能实现定子辊压时定子的自动进料、定位、出料,提高生产效率。

Description

一种定子铁芯内孔自动辊压的输料槽轨
技术领域:
本发明涉及自动化设备的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种定子铁芯内孔自动辊压的输料槽轨。
背景技术:
电机是依据电磁感应定律实现电能转换或传递的一种电磁装置,是目前工业自动化设备中的重要组成装置。电机由定子和转子组成,定子包括铁芯和漆包线绕组。铁芯的中心成型有中心孔,其中心孔与转子相配合,所以铁芯的中心孔精度要求较高,现有的定子铁芯的中心孔精度由冲压模具决定,但有时候因为冲压模具磨损等原因,其尺寸出现偏差,会出现中心孔偏小的情况,所以需要定子辊压机进行辊压处理,以便增大定子的内孔,需要现有的定子辊压机为自动的,但其定子的进料、定位、紧固和出料还是采用手工完成,其不仅效率低,而且存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供了一种定子铁芯内孔自动辊压的输料槽轨,其实现定子辊压的自动进料、定位、紧固和出料,提高生产效率,同时可消除安全隐患。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种定子铁芯内孔自动辊压的输料槽轨,包括直角形的轨道,槽轨由横向的输入槽轨和纵向的输出槽轨组成,输入槽轨和输出槽轨的拐点处插接有矩形的托板,托板的四角成型有定位孔,定位孔内插接有定子柱,定子柱的下端插接固定在升降板,所述的定子柱上成型有环台,定子柱上插套有压簧,压簧的两端分别抵靠在环台和升降板上,升降板的外侧设有框架,框架的上端固定在托板外侧的轨道底面上,框架的底端成型有底板,底板上固定有上压气缸,上压气缸的活塞杆穿过底板固定在升降板上;所述输入槽轨和输出槽轨拐点处的顶端固定有压板,压板的中心成型有辊压头过孔,轨道上与输出槽轨相对的一侧插接有推料板,推料板后侧的轨道上固定有推料气缸安装板,推料气缸安装板上固定有推料气缸,推料气缸的活塞杆穿过推料气缸安装板固定在推料板上。
所述输入槽轨或输出槽轨上成型有若干减重槽孔,减重槽孔呈线性均匀分布在输入槽轨或输出槽轨上。
所述托板的中心成型有中心孔,托板临近输出槽轨一侧的下端面上成型有竖直的第一挡板。
所述输出槽轨的内侧底面不高于输入槽轨的内侧底面。
所述框架的侧壁上成型有若干槽孔。
所述推料板临近输出槽轨一侧的后端面上成型有横向的第二挡板。
本发明的有益效果在于:其结构简单,能实现定子辊压时定子的自动进料、定位、紧固和出料,提高生产效率,同时可消除安全隐患。

实施例:见图1至4所示,一种定子铁芯内孔自动辊压的输料槽轨,包括直角形的轨道,槽轨由横向的输入槽轨1和纵向的输出槽轨 2组成,输入槽轨1和输出槽轨2的拐点处插接有矩形的托板3,托板3的四角成型有定位孔31,定位孔31内插接有定子柱4,定子柱 4的下端插接固定在升降板5,所述的定子柱4上成型有环台41,定子柱4上插套有压簧6,压簧6的两端分别抵靠在环台41和升降板5 上,升降板5的外侧设有框架7,框架7的上端固定在托板3外侧的轨道底面上,框架7的底端成型有底板,底板上固定有上压气缸10,上压气缸10的活塞杆穿过底板固定在升降板5上;所述输入槽轨1 和输出槽轨2拐点处的顶端固定有压板8,压板8的中心成型有辊压头过孔81,轨道上与输出槽轨2相对的一侧插接有推料板9,推料板 9后侧的轨道上固定有推料气缸安装板11,推料气缸安装板11上固定有推料气缸12,推料气缸12的活塞杆穿过推料气缸安装板11固定在推料板9上。
所述输入槽轨1或输出槽轨2上成型有若干减重槽孔a,减重槽孔a呈线性均匀分布在输入槽轨1或输出槽轨2上。
所述托板3的中心成型有中心孔32,托板3临近输出槽轨2一侧的下端面上成型有竖直的第一挡板33。
所述输出槽轨2的内侧底面不高于输入槽轨1的内侧底面。
所述框架7的侧壁上成型有若干槽孔71。
所述推料板9临近输出槽轨2一侧的后端面上成型有横向的第二挡板91。
工作原理:本发明为定子铁芯内孔自动辊压所配置的输料槽轨,定子铁芯从输入槽轨1进入,移动到托板3上,托板3虽然下沉,但其定子柱4未露出托板3表面,然后上压气缸10抬升定子柱4顶起托板3,到铁芯抵靠压板8上,上压气缸10持续作用,其定子柱4 露出托板3表面插接到定子铁芯的螺栓过孔,微调定子铁芯并实现,定位,然后输料槽轨上方的辊压头下降穿过压板8的辊压头过孔81 实现定子铁芯内孔辊压,辊压完成后,上压气缸10复位过程中,当定子柱4收缩到托板3内,推料气缸12启动,通过推料板9将完成辊压的铁芯推送至输出槽轨,实现辊压过程中自动送料。

1.一种定子铁芯内孔自动辊压的输料槽轨,包括直角形的轨道,槽轨由横向的输入槽轨(1)和纵向的输出槽轨(2)组成,其特征在于:输入槽轨(1)和输出槽轨(2)的拐点处插接有矩形的托板(3),托板(3)的四角成型有定位孔(31),定位孔(31)内插接有定子柱(4),定子柱(4)的下端插接固定在升降板(5),所述的定子柱(4)上成型有环台(41),定子柱(4)上插套有压簧(6),压簧(6)的两端分别抵靠在环台(41)和升降板(5)上,升降板(5)的外侧设有框架(7),框架(7)的上端固定在托板(3)外侧的轨道底面上,框架(7)的底端成型有底板,底板上固定有上压气缸(10),上压气缸(10)的活塞杆穿过底板固定在升降板(5)上;所述输入槽轨(1)和输出槽轨(2)拐点处的顶端固定有压板(8),压板(8)的中心成型有辊压头过孔(81),轨道上与输出槽轨(2)相对的一侧插接有推料板(9),推料板(9)后侧的轨道上固定有推料气缸安装板(11),推料气缸安装板(11)上固定有推料气缸(12),推料气缸(12)的活塞杆穿过推料气缸安装板(11)固定在推料板(9)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种定子铁芯内孔自动辊压的输料槽轨,其特征在于:所述输入槽轨(1)或输出槽轨(2)上成型有若干减重槽孔(a),减重槽孔(a)呈线性均匀分布在输入槽轨(1)或输出槽轨(2)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种定子铁芯内孔自动辊压的输料槽轨,其特征在于:所述托板(3)的中心成型有中心孔(32),托板(3)临近输出槽轨(2)一侧的下端面上成型有竖直的第一挡板(33)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种定子铁芯内孔自动辊压的输料槽轨,其特征在于:所述输出槽轨(2)的内侧底面不高于输入槽轨(1)的内侧底面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种定子铁芯内孔自动辊压的输料槽轨,其特征在于:所述框架(7)的侧壁上成型有若干槽孔(71)。
