技术领域
本发明属于生活日用品技术领域，具体涉及一种儿童用牙膏。
背景技术
牙膏是和牙刷一起用于清洁牙齿，保护口腔卫生，对人体安全的一种日用必需品。随着人们生活水平的提高，对牙膏的质量需求也逐步提高。在性能方面一般要求牙膏：(1)能够去除牙齿表面的薄膜和菌斑而不损伤牙釉质和牙本质；(2)具有良好的清洁口腔及其周围的作用；(3)无毒性，对口腔粘膜无刺激；(4)有舒适的香味和口味，使用后有凉爽清新的感觉。
龋齿俗称虫牙、蛀牙，是细菌性疾病，因此它可以继发牙髓炎和根尖周炎，甚至能引起牙槽骨和颌骨炎症。如不及时治疗，病变继续发展，形成龋洞，终至牙冠完全破坏消失。未经治疗的龋洞是不会自行愈合的，其发展的最终结果是牙齿丧失。目前公认的龋病病因学说是四联因素学说，主要包括细菌、口腔环境、宿主(即指寄生物包括寄生虫、病毒等)和时间导致的牙齿硬组织进行性病损，表现为无机质脱矿和有机质的分解，随病程发展而从色泽改变到形成实质性病损的演变过程。其特点是发病率高，分布广。是口腔主要的常见病，也是人类最普遍的疾病之一，世界卫生组织已将其与癌肿和心血管疾病并列为人类三大重点防治疾病。儿童难以意识到口腔卫生问题，往往在刷牙时不注意，需要提供一种儿童牙膏可以有效杀死口腔中的细菌，预防龋齿的发生。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此，本发明提供一种儿童用牙膏，目的是预防龋齿、口腔溃疡，并且具有消炎、修复组织的功效。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：
一种儿童用牙膏，包括如下重量百分比的各组分：
40-50％摩擦剂、20-30％保湿剂、2-5％发泡剂、1-2％增稠剂、0.01-0.1％甜味剂、1-2％叶绿素、2-6％中药材组合物，余量为水；
所述中药材组合物包括如下重量份的各组分：
10-30份五倍子提取液、1-10份茶多酚、5-15份白芨多糖和5-15份蜂胶。
所述摩擦剂包括碳酸钙和纳米二氧化硅，碳酸钙与纳米二氧化硅的配比为1/2-2/3。
所述保湿剂包括甘油和山梨醇，所述甘油占保湿剂的重量百分比为70-80％。
所述发泡剂为十二醇硫酸钠、月桂酰基氨酸钠或十二烷基硫酸钠。
所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠或甲基纤维素。
所述甜味剂为糖精钠、赤藓醇或阿巴斯甜。或者也可以采用现有的其他鲜味剂。
所述牙膏还包括0.02-0.5％的防腐剂。
所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
所述牙膏还包括1-2％的香精。香精优选为薄荷香精。
优选的，所述中药组合物还包括1-5份野菊花提取液、2-8份茄根提取液和1-2份五指毛桃提取液。
二氧化硅呈化学惰性，与牙膏中其他原料相容性好，配伍性好，而且膏体质量稳定。具有很好的分散悬浮性能,其颗粒紧密、磨擦力强，用它做磨擦剂制成的牙膏，膏体细腻，口感滑爽，膏体稳定性好，同时又不损伤牙齿，对改善膏体的组织结构和外观均达到了令人满意的效果。
白芨具有抗菌消炎、敛疮止血的功能，将其应用于牙膏中，性温、刺激小、安全无毒，可用于防治口腔溃疡、咽喉肿痛、牙周炎、牙龈炎、防龋、口腔异味等口腔和牙科疾病，纯天然萃取，有滋润功效。
茶多酚类化合物具有抑制葡萄糖聚合酶活性作用，使葡萄糖不能在菌表聚合，病菌便无法在牙上着床，使龋齿形成过程中断。此外，茶叶中皂甙表面活性作用，可增强茶多酚类化合物杀菌作用，所以茶叶防龋作作用。
蜂胶是一种天然广谱抗菌剂，对病原真菌、细菌及病毒都有很强的抑制作用。蜂胶还具有中和细菌毒素的作用，常用不会引起菌群失调症，也不会产生耐药现象。抗炎镇痛和抗溃疡作用蜂胶无毒无害，并具有多种保健作用，因此是理想的天然抑菌剂。蜂胶具有消炎和促进组织愈合的功效，能促进口腔溃疡的愈合，促进组织修复；并且无毒、无刺激且无致癌性。
野菊花具有清除湿热、解除毒素、消肿止痛的功效，对白喉杆菌、痢疾杆菌、流感病毒均有抑制作用。
茄根具有散血、消肿的功效，有抗菌、治冻疮及皮肤瘙痒的作用。
五指毛桃是一药食同源的植物，在民间用来煲汤。补骨脂素为五指毛桃的主要活性成分之一，具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗凝血、免疫调节等作用。
本发明的有益效果：本发明的儿童用牙膏，能够有效防治口腔溃疡、咽喉肿痛、牙周炎、牙龈炎、防龋、口腔异味等口腔和牙科疾病，并且能够促进口腔受伤组织、解毒消肿的修复作用，使用安全无毒、无刺激且无致癌性。在受到蚊虫叮咬或起包时，涂抹本发明的牙膏于皮肤，可以有效的消除肿包；而且本发明的牙膏还具有防治冻疮的功效。
具体实施方式
下面通过对实施例的描述，对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明，目的是帮助本领域的技术人员对本发明的构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解，并有助于其实施。
五倍子提取液的制备方法：将五倍子粉碎，去离子水浸泡，水浴，震荡，过滤去滤渣，重复上次操作，合并滤液，加活性炭，脱色过滤，滤液浓缩得五倍子水提取物。五倍子水提物，可明显增强釉质抗酸蚀能力，抑制釉质早期龋齿的形成；抑制釉质脱矿，促进脱矿物质再矿化。
纳米二氧化硅的制备：(1)釜底液配制：向反应器内加入定量特定浓度的硅酸钠溶液以及电解质(Na2SO4、NaCl)之后搅拌均匀。然后，在持续搅拌的条件下，将混合液升温至65-95℃。待釜底液达到预订温度后，以一定流速向反应器内添加浓度为1.23mol/l的硫酸溶液，直至混合液出现凝胶。随后，停止添加硫酸溶液，在持续搅拌的条件下，熟化30min。
(2)添加物料：将硅酸钠溶液浓度为0.7mol/l和硫酸溶液浓度为1.23mol/l以反应式配比分别以一定流速同时添加到反应器内，在持续搅拌下反应40-90min，在此过程中保持反应釜内温度、PH值恒定不变。
(3)酸化和陈化：停止添加硅酸钠溶液之后，继续向反应釜中加硫酸溶液，直至混合液的PH值为2-4，保持温度，持续搅拌30min。
(4)过滤洗涤：将反应后的料浆放入离心机中过滤、脱水，再用水洗涤直至脱除夜PH值为7左右。
(5)干燥：洗涤之后，为了保持二氧化硅的结构，滤饼应该尽快干燥去除水分。因此，干燥时滤饼层应较为薄为宜，干燥时间30-60min。
(6)粉碎：使用球磨机进行粉碎，粉碎时间为6h。
白芨中多糖的制取：(1)白芨块茎干制品粉碎、过筛、烘干，加20倍体积蒸馏水，60℃回流提取4h重复提取1次，合并2次提取液。离心5000r，10min，取上清。70℃减压浓缩，加3倍体积95％乙醇沉淀。离心收集沉淀，冷冻干燥，得白芨粗多糖BRL。
(2)BRL溶于最小体积水中，Sevag法脱蛋白至考马斯亮蓝G-250法检测至无蛋白质被测出。对流水透析3d真空冷冻干燥，得BR2。BR2 400mg溶于20ml蒸馏水中，离心8000r,5min取上清液。在阴离子交换纤维素DE252柱(4.0cm×25.0cm)上层析。先以多于一个柱体积的蒸馏水洗脱，再用0-4mol/lNaCl线性梯度洗脱，再将固体物质重量体积比采用1-5倍的溶剂洗涤，离心，沉淀干燥。
茶多酚的提取：取茶叶，加入35倍重量的蒸馏水，70℃浸泡3次，每次浸泡30min，将浸泡液混合加入PH5.8的复合沉淀剂(10gAlCl3和20gZnCl2溶于270ml水中，以0.5mol/lNaHCO3溶液调节PH为5.8)，浸泡液与混合沉淀剂的体积为2：1，从浸泡液中沉淀出茶多酚，经乙酸乙酯萃取，萃取液浓缩干燥后得到茶多酚。
蜂胶的制备：(1)收集精选过的蜂胶原块，并溶于高纯度食用酒精；(2)过滤、并去杂质；(3)去除蜜蜡和树脂；(4)蒸发成高浓度；(5)再纯化、萃取。
野菊花提取液通过以下方法制备：取干野菊花，回流提取3次，第1次加10-20倍量60％乙醇，浸泡20-60min，提取0.5-2h；第2次加8-18倍60％乙醇，提取0.5-2h；第3次加6-12倍60％乙醇，提取0.5-2h；每次三层纱布过滤，合并滤液，将滤液减压浓缩至野菊花重量的1-5倍g/ml，得野菊花提取液。
茄根提取液通过以下方法制备：取茄根，粉碎成粗粉，加热煎煮提取，提取温度为80-100℃，提取3次，第1次加10-15倍量的水，提取0.5-2h；第2次加8-12倍量的水，提取0.5-2h；第3次加6-10倍量的水，提取0.5-2h；每次用三层纱布过滤，合并滤液，将滤液减压浓缩至牛蒡根重量的1-5倍g/ml，得茄根提取液。
五指毛桃提取液是通过以下方法制备：取五指毛桃，粉碎至粗粉，回流提取三次，第一次加8-15倍量水，浸泡超声0.5-1h，提取1.5-2h，过滤，第二次加6-10倍量水，提取1-2h，过滤，第三次加2-8倍量水，提取1-2h，过滤，三次滤液合并，浓缩，40-60℃干燥，粉碎过80目筛。
实施例1
一种儿童用牙膏，包括如下重量百分比的各组分：
40％摩擦剂、30％保湿剂、3％十二醇硫酸钠、1％羧甲基纤维素钠、0.05％糖精钠、1％叶绿素、3％中药材组合物，余量为水；
中药材组合物包括如下重量份的各组分：
10份五倍子提取液、2份茶多酚、5份白芨多糖和6份蜂胶。
其中摩擦剂为碳酸钙和纳米二氧化硅，摩擦剂中碳酸钙与纳米二氧化硅的配比为1：2。
保湿剂为甘油和山梨醇，甘油占保湿剂的重量百分比为70％，山梨醇占保湿剂的重量百分比为30％。
本实施例儿童用牙膏的制备方法：
1、按照上述配方将甘油、羧甲基纤维素钠投入胶水反应锅内，润湿搅拌，再加入溶化的糖精钠、水，继续搅拌，使制成的胶水呈均匀半透明状液态，贮存，让其充分溶化膨胀后使用；
2、将上述中药组合物及摩擦剂和配制好的胶水投入反应锅内，通过机械混合搅拌均匀,制成具有一定粘性的、稀稠适当的膏体。
实施例2
一种儿童用牙膏，包括如下重量百分比的各组分：
50％摩擦剂、20％保湿剂、5％十二醇硫酸钠、2％羧甲基纤维素钠、0.1％糖精钠、2％叶绿素、6％中药材组合物，余量为水；
中药材组合物包括如下重量份的各组分：
25份五倍子提取液、8份茶多酚、15份白芨多糖和15份蜂胶。
其中摩擦剂为碳酸钙和纳米二氧化硅，摩擦剂中碳酸钙与纳米二氧化硅的配比为2：3。
保湿剂为甘油和山梨醇，甘油占保湿剂的重量百分比为80％，山梨醇占保湿剂的重量百分比为20％。
按照实施例1的方法，得到实施例2的儿童用牙膏。
实施例3
一种儿童用牙膏，包括如下重量百分比的各组分：
40％摩擦剂、30％保湿剂、3％十二醇硫酸钠、1％羧甲基纤维素钠、0.05％糖精钠、1％叶绿素、3％中药材组合物，余量为水；
中药材组合物包括如下重量份的各组分：
10份五倍子提取液、2份茶多酚、5份白芨多糖、6份蜂胶、2份野菊花提取液、3份茄根提取液和1份五指毛桃提取液。
其中摩擦剂为碳酸钙和纳米二氧化硅，摩擦剂中碳酸钙与纳米二氧化硅的配比为1：2。
保湿剂为甘油和山梨醇，甘油占保湿剂的重量百分比为70％，山梨醇占保湿剂的重量百分比为30％。
按照实施例1的方法，得到实施例3的儿童用牙膏。
实施例4
一种儿童用牙膏，包括如下重量百分比的各组分：
50％摩擦剂、20％保湿剂、5％十二醇硫酸钠、2％羧甲基纤维素钠、0.1％糖精钠、2％叶绿素、6％中药材组合物，余量为水；
中药材组合物包括如下重量份的各组分：
25份五倍子提取液、8份茶多酚、15份白芨多糖、15份蜂胶、5份野菊花提取液、8份茄根提取液和2份五指毛桃提取液。
其中摩擦剂为碳酸钙和纳米二氧化硅，摩擦剂中碳酸钙与纳米二氧化硅的配比为3：5。
保湿剂为甘油和山梨醇，甘油占保湿剂的重量百分比为80％，山梨醇占保湿剂的重量百分比为20％。
其中摩擦剂为碳酸钙和纳米二氧化硅，摩擦剂中碳酸钙与纳米二氧化硅的配比为1：2。
保湿剂为甘油和山梨醇，甘油占保湿剂的重量百分比为70％，山梨醇占保湿剂的重量百分比为30％。
按照实施例1的方法，得到实施例4的儿童用牙膏。
实施例5
一种儿童用牙膏，包括如下重量百分比的各组分：
40％摩擦剂、30％保湿剂、3％十二醇硫酸钠、1％羧甲基纤维素钠、0.05％糖精钠、1％叶绿素、0.2％的苯甲酸钠、1％香精、3％中药材组合物，余量为水；
中药材组合物包括如下重量份的各组分：
10份五倍子提取液、2份茶多酚、5份白芨多糖和6份蜂胶。
其中摩擦剂为碳酸钙和纳米二氧化硅，摩擦剂中碳酸钙与纳米二氧化硅的配比为1：2。
保湿剂为甘油和山梨醇，甘油占保湿剂的重量百分比为70％，山梨醇占保湿剂的重量百分比为30％。
按照实施例1的方法，苯甲酸钠和香精在步骤2中随摩擦剂一起加入，得到实施例5的儿童用牙膏。
测试例
对实施例1-5的牙膏进行口腔临床测试，一共100名患有反复发作口腔溃疡的患者，均伴随有牙龈肿痛和牙龈出血的症状。将100名患者随机分成5组，每组20人，每天使用实施例1-5的牙膏刷牙2次，每次3分钟，坚持3个月，结果如下表1。
疗效评价标准：变化非常显著为总溃疡数目明显减少，牙龈肿痛和牙龈出血症状消失；有变化为总溃疡数目减少，牙龈肿痛和牙龈出血等症状减轻或发作周期延长；变化不显著为总溃疡数目无明显变化或牙龈肿痛和牙龈出血等症状无明显减轻；无变化为总溃疡数目无变化，且牙龈肿痛和牙龈出血等症状无减轻。

有效率＝(有变化人数+变化非常显著人数)/总测试人数×100％
通过实验发现，对龋齿患者使用此牙膏刷牙，对龋齿的缓解及防治也具有很好的疗效，对20名龋齿儿童采用本发明牙膏实验三个月，通过结果发现有效率高达90％。
防治冻疮实验
利用试用感觉来评价实施例1-5制造出来的牙膏的功效。采用民意调查评分法，选取100名的受试者，任意等分成5组，分别用实施例1-5制备的牙膏搽冻疮。每天使用2次，使用时间一个星期。各项使用效果总分为5分：5分为最高分，表示很好，非常满意；4分为较好；3分为可以接受；3分以下为不好，不能接受。以下为各项平均得分。结果见表2：

蚊虫叮咬消肿效果实验

Claims (10)
1.一种儿童用牙膏，其特征在于，包括如下重量百分比的各组分：
40-50％摩擦剂、20-30％保湿剂、2-5％发泡剂、1-2％增稠剂、0.01-0.1％甜味剂、1-2％叶绿素、2-6％中药材组合物，余量为水；
所述中药材组合物包括如下重量份的各组分：
10-30份五倍子提取液、1-10份茶多酚、5-15份白芨多糖和5-15份蜂胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述儿童用牙膏，其特征在于，所述摩擦剂包括碳酸钙和纳米二氧化硅，碳酸钙与纳米二氧化硅的配比为1/2-2/3。
3.根据权利要求1所述儿童用牙膏，其特征在于，所述保湿剂包括甘油和山梨醇，所述甘油占保湿剂的重量百分比为70-80％。
4.根据权利要求1所述儿童用牙膏，其特征在于，所述发泡剂为十二醇硫酸钠、月桂酰基氨酸钠或十二烷基硫酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1所述儿童用牙膏，其特征在于，所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠或甲基纤维素。
6.根据权利要求1所述儿童用牙膏，其特征在于，所述甜味剂为糖精钠、赤藓醇或阿巴斯甜。
7.根据权利要求1所述儿童用牙膏，其特征在于，所述牙膏还包括0.02-0.5％的防腐剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述儿童用牙膏，其特征在于，所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
9.根据权利要求1所述儿童用牙膏，其特征在于，所述牙膏还包括1-2％的香精。
10.根据权利要求1所述儿童用牙膏，其特征在于，所述中药组合物还包括1-5份野菊花提取液、2-8份茄根提取液和1-2份五指毛桃提取液。
