Abstract
本发明提供了一种玛咖参杞片及其制备方法,所述玛咖参杞片包括黑玛咖、百合、黑枸杞、人参、木糖醇、麦芽糊精和藕淀粉。本发明在制作片剂时精选木糖醇、麦芽糊精和藕淀粉作为辅料,木糖醇既可作为甜味剂,又能够为玛咖参杞片提供良好的美学性质,比如味觉、口腔质感以及形体,还能有助于片剂的快速崩解;麦芽糊精既可作为填充剂又可作为粘合剂和甜味剂,而藕淀粉由于具有良好的吸湿性和溶胀性,特别适合作为崩解剂使用,本发明通过一系列的实验最终确定藕淀粉等辅料的最佳使用量,在该剂量下玛咖参杞片能够在体内实现较快的崩解,从而实现机体对营养成分的更好吸收。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保健品领域,具体涉及一种玛咖参杞片及其制备方法。
背景技术
玛咖(Lepidium meyenii Walp),又名玛卡,主要出产于南美洲安第斯山脉和中国云南丽江,是一种十字花科植物。玛卡富含高单位营养素,对人体有滋补强身的功用。黑色玛卡被公认为是效果最好的玛卡,产量极少。玛咖富含55种活力营养素,独有的玛咖烯、玛咖酰胺是玛卡提取物中具有促进性功能勃起,提高精子数量,并促进其活力的有效物质之一,可以刺激人体内荷尔蒙分泌平衡,达到修复生理机能的效果。此外玛咖还富含蛋白质、糖类、脂肪酸(含较多α-亚麻酸、亚油酸)、膳食纤维,20种氨基酸(天冬氨酸、精氨酸等)、多种矿物质(铁、锰、铜、锌、钠、钾、钙、磷、硫、镁等)、8种维生素(VB1、VB2、VB5、VB6、VB12、VC、VA、VE),多种生物碱以及芥子油苷、牛磺酸、植物多酚、皂角苷等生物活性成分。由于玛卡中含有多种均衡合理的营养成分以及多种具有生物活性的次生代谢产物,因此,玛卡具备多种保健和治疗功能,传统上可用于增强精力、提高生育力、改善性功能、治疗更年期综合症、风湿症、抑郁症、贫血症,另外,它还具有抗癌和抗白血病等作用。
黑枸杞即黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum Murr),野生黑枸杞味甘、性平,富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、游离氨基酸、有机酸、矿物质、微量元素、生物碱、维生素C、B1、B2、钙、镁、铜、锌、锰、铁、铅、镍、镉、钴、铬、钾、钠等各种营养成分。经科学检测,黑枸杞的钙、铁、尼克酸含量分别为红果枸杞的2.3、4.6、16.7倍,尤其是原花青素含量远远超过蓝莓(黑果枸杞含原花青素3690mg/100g;蓝莓含原花青素330~3380mg/100g)。黑枸杞是迄今为止发现原花青素含量最高的天然野生果实,也是最有效的天然抗氧化剂,其抗氧化功效是VC的20倍、VE的50倍,其维生素、矿物质等营养成分含量也很丰富,尤其含具有清除自由基、抗氧化功能的天然的花色甙素,药用,保健价值远远高于普通红枸杞,被誉为“软黄金”。
人参(Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.),味甘、微苦,性微温,归脾、肺、心、肾经,气雄体润,升多于降,具有补气固脱、健脾益肺、宁心益智、养血生津的功效。
上述三种成分均对人体有非常大的益处,然而玛咖和人参均属于热性成分,人体食用一段时间后容易出现上火、体内燥热等症状,为此,本发明拟通过百合来实现调和的目的。另外,为了方便人们食用,本发明拟将产品制成片剂的形式。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种玛咖参杞片,具有美容养颜、提高睡眠质量、增强记忆力、抗疲劳等作用。另外,本发明还同时提供了玛咖参杞片的制备方法。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:
1.玛咖参杞片,按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
黑玛咖60份,百合10份,黑枸杞5份,人参20份,木糖醇2份,麦芽糊精2份,藕淀粉1份。
优选的,按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
黑玛咖60份,百合10份,黑枸杞5份,人参20份,木糖醇1份,麦芽糊精2.5份,藕淀粉1.5份。
优选的,按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
黑玛咖60份,百合10份,黑枸杞5份,人参20份,木糖醇2份,麦芽糊精1份,藕淀粉2份。
优选的,按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
黑玛咖60份,百合10份,黑枸杞5份,人参20份,木糖醇1.2份,麦芽糊精1.3份,藕淀粉2.5份。
优选的,按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
黑玛咖60份,百合10份,黑枸杞5份,人参20份,木糖醇1份,麦芽糊精1份,藕淀粉3份。
2.玛咖参杞片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将黑玛咖、百合、黑枸杞、人参洗净,切断,干燥,粉碎;
(2)将步骤(1)粉碎后的原料进行真空脆化,超微粉碎;
(3)将步骤(2)超微粉碎后的粉体进行Co-60辐照灭菌,辐照剂量3kGy;
(4)灭菌后加入木糖醇和麦芽糊精采用湿法制粒,然后加入藕淀粉压片,包装。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中粉碎粒径≤500μm,步骤(2)中超微粉碎粒径≤30μm。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中干燥采用真空干燥,干燥温度为30~45℃,压力为0.01~0.12MPa。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中真空脆化的条件为:先在压力0.01~0.12MPa、温度-50~-20℃条件下脆化2~10h,再在温度30~45℃脆化2~10h。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中所述超微粉碎采用振动式药物超微粉碎机进行,粉碎条件为:温度-50~-10℃,时间10~50min。
需要说明的是,玛咖参杞片制备方法中湿法制粒以及压片等采取的技术手段均为常规技术手段。
百合(Lilium brownii var.viridulum),性甘,微苦,微寒;养阴润肺,清心安神。可对玛咖、人参起调和作用,使人体服用玛咖参杞片后不易上火。
本发明的有益效果在于:玛咖具有滋补强身、增强精力、提高生育力、改善性功能等作用,黑枸杞则属于天然的优异抗氧化剂,人参属于闻名遐迩的“东北三宝”之一,能够补气固脱、养血生津。因此,本发明所述玛咖参杞片能够实现美容养颜、提高睡眠质量、增强记忆力、抗疲劳等作用,对人体具有良好的保健作用。另外,本发明在制作片剂时精选木糖醇、麦芽糊精和藕淀粉作为辅料,木糖醇既可作为甜味剂,又能够为玛咖参杞片提供良好的美学性质,比如味觉、口腔质感以及形体,还能有助于片剂的快速崩解;麦芽糊精既可作为填充剂又可作为粘合剂和甜味剂,而藕淀粉由于具有良好的吸湿性和溶胀性,特别适合作为崩解剂使用,本发明通过一系列的实验最终确定藕淀粉等辅料的最佳使用量,在该剂量下玛咖参杞片能够在体内实现较快的崩解,从而实现机体对营养成分的更好吸收。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明技术方案的实施例进行详细的描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,因此只作为示例,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
玛咖参杞片,按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
黑玛咖60份,百合10份,黑枸杞5份,人参20份,木糖醇2份,麦芽糊精2份,藕淀粉1份。
玛咖参杞片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将黑玛咖、百合、黑枸杞、人参洗净,切断成1~2mm厚的薄片或短段,30~45℃、0.01~0.12MPa下真空干燥,干燥至含水量≤1%后,用高速万能粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎粒径≤500μm;
(2)将步骤(1)粉碎后的原料进行真空脆化,真空脆化的条件为:先在压力0.01~0.12MPa、温度-50~-20℃条件下脆化2~10h,再在温度30~45℃脆化2~10h,然后采用振动式药物超微粉碎机进行超微粉碎,粉碎粒径≤30μm,粉碎条件为:温度-50~-10℃,时间10~50min;
(3)将步骤(2)超微粉碎后的粉体进行Co-60辐照灭菌,辐照剂量3kGy;
(4)灭菌后加入木糖醇和麦芽糊精采用湿法制粒,然后加入藕淀粉压片,包装。
藕淀粉的加入量对玛咖参杞片崩解时间的影响
主要组分固定不变的情况下,调节藕淀粉的含量,并测试不同藕淀粉含量下片剂的崩解时间,具体见表1。主要组分用量为黑玛咖6g,百合1g,黑枸杞0.5g,人参2g。1组木糖醇0.2g,麦芽糊精0.2g,藕淀粉0.1g;2组木糖醇0.1g,麦芽糊精0.25g,藕淀粉0.15g;3组木糖醇0.2g,麦芽糊精0.1g,藕淀粉0.2g;4组木糖醇0.12g,麦芽糊精0.13g,藕淀粉0.25g;5组木糖醇0.1g,麦芽糊精0.1g,藕淀粉0.3g。

由表1可知,藕淀粉的含量增大时崩解时间会随之加大。
仍旧采用上述组分配比,压片后测定每粒片剂的质量,加入磷酸缓冲液,调节反应液的pH为7.4,满足模拟人体肠液pH7.4时的条件,测定崩解时限,结果见表2。

仍旧采用上述组分配比,压片后测定每粒片剂的质量,加入稀盐酸溶液,调节反应液的pH为1.5,满足模拟人体胃液pH1.5时的条件,测定崩解时限,结果见表3。

由表2和表3可知,无论是在碱性或者酸性条件下,崩解时间都保持在1min以内,而且藕淀粉的加入量在0.1g时较为合适。
另外,测得所制片剂硬度在50~70N之间,符合我国药典要求。
实施例2
玛咖参杞片,按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
黑玛咖60份,百合10份,黑枸杞5份,人参20份,木糖醇1份,麦芽糊精2.5份,藕淀粉1.5份,制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
玛咖参杞片,按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
黑玛咖60份,百合10份,黑枸杞5份,人参20份,木糖醇2份,麦芽糊精1份,藕淀粉2份,制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4
玛咖参杞片,按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
黑玛咖60份,百合10份,黑枸杞5份,人参20份,木糖醇1.2份,麦芽糊精1.3份,藕淀粉2.5份,制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5
玛咖参杞片,按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
黑玛咖60份,百合10份,黑枸杞5份,人参20份,木糖醇1份,麦芽糊精1份,藕淀粉3份,制备方法同实施例1。

1.玛咖参杞片,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
黑玛咖60份,百合10份,黑枸杞5份,人参20份,木糖醇2份,麦芽糊精2份,藕淀粉1份。
2.如权利要求1所述的玛咖参杞片,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
黑玛咖60份,百合10份,黑枸杞5份,人参20份,木糖醇1份,麦芽糊精2.5份,藕淀粉1.5份。
3.如权利要求1所述的玛咖参杞片,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
黑玛咖60份,百合10份,黑枸杞5份,人参20份,木糖醇2份,麦芽糊精1份,藕淀粉2份。
4.如权利要求1所述的玛咖参杞片,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
黑玛咖60份,百合10份,黑枸杞5份,人参20份,木糖醇1.2份,麦芽糊精1.3份,藕淀粉2.5份。
5.如权利要求1所述的玛咖参杞片,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
黑玛咖60份,百合10份,黑枸杞5份,人参20份,木糖醇1份,麦芽糊精1份,藕淀粉3份。
6.权利要求1~5任一项所述的玛咖参杞片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将黑玛咖、百合、黑枸杞、人参洗净,切断,干燥,粉碎;
(2)将步骤(1)粉碎后的原料进行真空脆化,超微粉碎;
(3)将步骤(2)超微粉碎后的粉体进行Co-60辐照灭菌,辐照剂量3kGy;
(4)灭菌后加入木糖醇和麦芽糊精采用湿法制粒,然后加入藕淀粉压片,包装。
7.如权利要求6所述的玛咖参杞片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中粉碎粒径≤500μm,步骤(2)中超微粉碎粒径≤30μm。
8.如权利要求6所述的玛咖参杞片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中干燥采用真空干燥,干燥温度为30~45℃,压力为0.01~0.12MPa。
9.如权利要求6所述的玛咖参杞片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中真空脆化的条件为:先在压力0.01~0.12MPa、温度-50~-20℃条件下脆化2~10h,再在温度30~45℃脆化2~10h。
10.如权利要求6所述的玛咖参杞片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中所述超微粉碎采用振动式药物超微粉碎机进行,粉碎条件为:温度-50~-10℃,时间10~50min。
