Abstract
黑枸杞蛀牙含片(糖果)属于高端功能食品或保健食品,尤以青藏高原天然无污染优质两用植物黑枸杞萃取物、溶菌酶、萝卜硫素、副干酪乳杆菌、聚赖氨酸盐酸盐为原料,采取现代先进工艺加工而成的功能食品或保健品。该产品具有增强免疫力、杀灭变形练球菌、抑制牙菌斑和抑制葡聚糖、平衡口腔酸碱值、抗菌消炎、抑制酸性物质产生、增强牙釉强度、坚固牙齿,从而起到显著防治龋齿的作用。
Description
一、技术领域:本发明属于高端功能食品或保健食品。尤以青藏高原天然无污染优质两用植物黑枸杞萃取物等原料,采取现代先进工艺加工而成的功能食品或保健品。
二、背景技术:该发明以黑枸杞萃取物、溶菌酶、萝卜硫素、副干酪乳杆菌、聚赖氨酸盐酸盐等原料制成的功能食品或保健食品,该产品具有增强免疫力、杀灭变形练球菌、抑制牙菌斑和抑制葡聚糖、平衡口腔酸碱值、抗菌消炎、抑制酸性物质产生、增强牙釉强度、坚固牙齿,从而起到显著防治龋齿的作用。目前市场上还没有本产品出现,创新研发该产品可为给所有龋齿患者提供一种优质新产品。该产品为片剂,属纯天然、纯度高、吸收好、生物活性利用度高、无毒副作用、服用方便、功效明显。
三、发明内容:常言道“牙痛不是病,疼起真要命”有一口健康的牙齿,不仅关系到人外貌的美观,还与饮食和健康密切相关。龋齿俗称蛀牙,是各种年龄段的人群牙齿硬组织常见的一种慢性破坏性疾病。但是很多儿童对牙齿护理不当,导致龋牙高发。据调查,5岁左右儿童有67.78%的患有不同程度的龋齿。因而,创新研发本产品可为对防治严重龋齿疾病具有深远的社会意义。
四、原料配方:黑枸杞萃取物50-100千克、溶菌酶10-50千克、萝卜硫素20-70千克、副干酪乳杆菌30-80千克、聚赖氨酸盐酸盐40-90千克为原料。
五、技术方案:
(一)、黑枸杞萃取物:(Lyciam barbarnm extraat),黑枸杞是生长在青藏高原绿色生态环境,纯天然珍品药食两用植物黑枸杞干燥果实。黑枸杞是一种稀有珍贵的原生态高端滋补品。黑枸杞为茄科植物枸杞成熟果实。性平,味甘。归肝、肾经。具有滋补肝肾、益精明目、润肺的功效。用于虚劳精亏、腰膝酸痛、眩晕耳鸣、内热消渴、血虚萎黄、提高视力、目昏不明等。现代医学研究认为,黑枸杞具有增强免疫力、防治龋齿、抗疲劳、降血压、降血脂、降血糖、保护肝脏、减肥、抗衰老、抗癌等功能。
化学成分:黑枸杞含多糖、氨基酸、甜菜碱、胡萝卜素、维生素B、维生素 C、烟酸等多种维生素以及锰、铬、锌、铜、镁、钙、锗、钴等微量元素。而且还含有丰富的天然原花青素,其中原花青素含量是蓝莓含量的数倍,是迄今为止发现原花青素含量最高的天然野生植物。
药理作用:1、增强免疫力:小鼠灌服水提取物或肌注醇提取物均能显著增强其网状内皮系统对印度墨汁的吞噬能力。水提取物或枸杞多糖均能促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清中溶菌酶活性。给正常或老年小鼠灌服或腹注枸杞多糖,能显著增强腹腔巨噬细胞c3b和Fc的受体数和活力,可使老年小鼠抑制性T细胞调节抗体功能恢复到成年小鼠的水平。黑枸杞多糖纯品比粗品具有更显著的免疫应答效应,各项免疫指标(包括非特异性免疫的免疫器官质量、巨噬细胞吞噬作用、特异性体液免疫的血清溶血素,特异性细胞免疫中的退发型变态反应、淋巴细胞转化率、E玫瑰花结形成等)均有显著的差异。
2、防治龋齿:龋齿是儿童、中老年人常见的疾病,一但患有龋齿,不仅会引起牙周炎等口腔疾病。因此及早预防龋齿十分重要。研究发现,黑枸杞能阻止口腔中的细菌分解、发酵,能减少酸性物质的产生,抑制牙菌斑的生成,从而保护牙齿,预防龋齿的发生。研究结果显示,黑枸杞含有丰富的花青素,能显著抑制变形链球菌,从而有助于防止龋齿和牙周炎等口腔疾病。
3、消炎抗过敏:组织胺会引起皮肤过敏和红肿,原花青素是一种天然抗组织胺剂,具有优异的抗炎效果,能防治牙周炎、牙龈炎等口腔疾病。
(二)溶菌酶(IYSOZYME LZM),又称胞壁质酶,是一种碱性球蛋白,能水解致病菌的酶。广泛存在于动物和人体正常体液及组织中的非特异性免疫因子,具有多种药理作用。现代研究发现,溶菌酶具有杀菌、消炎、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、增强免疫力、止血、消肿止痛和加快组织恢复功能等作用。临床用于防治龋齿、慢性鼻炎、急慢性咽喉炎、口腔溃疡、水痘、带状疱疹等功效,也可与抗菌药物合用治疗各种细菌和病毒感染。
药理作用:1、杀菌防龋齿:溶菌酶是母乳中能保护婴儿免遭病毒感染的一种蛋白质,多种病原菌的细胞壁中含有几丁质,可降解细菌细胞壁的不溶性黏多糖为可溶性黏肽,抵抗几丁质覆盖的病原,从而杀灭有害病菌,溶菌酶对变形链球菌和链球菌及革兰氏阳性菌等具有杀灭作用。溶菌酶还能分解变形链球菌,具有显著的防治龋齿的作用。
2、抗炎:溶菌酶可提高内原性蛋白酶的活性,促使抗炎多肽的产生,因此具有抵抗和消除炎症的作用。溶菌酶能缓解细菌性口腔及咽喉炎症,如急慢性咽喉炎及鼻炎,对流感病毒、艾滋病毒也有分解作用,还可防治肠炎。溶菌酶并能与其他活性物质一起增强抗体的活性,从而杀灭或抑制细菌生长繁殖。
3、增强免疫力功能:溶菌酶能增强机体的防御系统,提高机体的抗感染能力。溶菌酶在机体内对肽聚糖进行消化,降解产生的产物能够刺激多种抗原的抗体生成,增强机体抗菌、抗病毒感染的能力以及促进丝分裂能力等。
(三)、萝卜硫素,萝卜硫素(Sulforaphane)又称莱菔硫烷,是存在十字花科植物中的一种化合物,是蔬菜中所发现的抗癌效果最好的植物活性成分。科学研究发现,萝卜硫素具有防治龋齿、抗氧化、抗癌、杀菌、抗炎、保护肺部、解毒、防治痛风等功效。
1、防止龋齿:萝卜硫素最能够有效的祛除口腔内的细菌,从而防治龋齿等口腔疾病。在实验中,培养出了能引起牙科疾病的细菌,并将制成生物膜的形式,浸泡在含萝卜硫素的液体中,来观察萝卜硫素的抗菌效果,实验结果显示,萝卜硫素能除掉口腔中的细菌,有效阻止口腔中变形链球菌生成葡聚糖的能力,而葡聚糖能够使细菌粘附在牙齿上,对牙齿表面形成破坏作用。因此,萝卜硫素能够阻断细菌生成葡聚糖,防止牙齿受到细菌的侵蚀,对龋齿有显著的防治作用。另外,萝卜硫素还能有效抑制牙斑细菌生长和制造酸性的物质,从而抑制口腔中细菌的繁殖,预防龋齿。另外,萝卜硫素对牙周炎和牙龈炎具有很好的清肿止痛作用。
(四)副干酪乳酸杆菌(LACTOBACILLUS PARACASEL)副干酪乳酸杆菌是存在于肠道中活的一类对人体健康有着重要作用的微生物,也是乳杆菌属中的干酪乳酸杆菌群一种抗菌小分子热稳定肽。作为微生物的调节剂,具有促进人体对营养物质的吸收,预防和治疗多种疾病。现代研究发现,副干酪乳酸杆菌具有提高免疫力、预防和治疗便秘及腹泻、抑制肠道病原菌和腐败微生物的生长,还是一种维持肠道清洁卫生的有益菌,能在肠道黏膜表面形成天然屏障。近年来研究发现,副干酪乳酸杆菌有防治龋齿抗炎等作用。
生理功能:1、增强免疫力:副干酪乳酸杆菌具有广谱的免疫效应,能刺激人体对免疫细胞分裂增殖,激活肠黏膜,淋巴结的免疫活性和巨噬的β-半乳糖苷酶活性,因而能产生特异性抗体,并加强吞噬作用,从而增强免疫功能。
2、防治龋齿:牙菌斑是口腔中常见的感染性疾病及牙周炎始动因子,也是龋齿和牙银炎的主要致病因素,如果没有牙菌斑龋齿病就不会发生。抑制菌斑是治疗和预防龋齿及牙周疾病的有效手段。研究发现,副干酪乳酸杆菌对变形链球菌和链球菌有明显的抑制作用,因此,副干酪乳酸杆菌对防治龋齿具有显著的作用。
(五)聚赖氨酸盐酸盐防治龋齿:研究发现,聚赖氨酸盐酸盐能平衡口腔中的酸碱值,减少口腔中的细菌性滋生的功能,从而有效防治龋齿。另外,聚赖氨酸盐酸盐还能增强牙齿的钙质,坚固牙齿也有助于预防龋齿。
综上所述:该产品经实验可有效防蛀学龄前儿童龋齿的发生。在对1247 名幼儿园儿童,以班级随机分为氟化物组、黑枸杞蛀牙含片组和对照组对比实验,通过12个月、18个月、24个月实验显示,氟化物组儿童干预防治率为 63.2%,而黑枸杞蛀牙含片组儿童干预效果防治率为97.1%。实验结果证实,黑枸杞蛀牙含片组防治效果显著高于氟化物组和对照组,从而起到显著防治龋齿的作用。
六、制作工艺:
1、调配混合:先将配方中的原料按物理特性进行混合。
2、搅拌:将搅拌均匀的原料送入搅拌机,充分搅拌均匀。
3、压片:将搅拌均匀的原料送入压片机,压制成片剂。
4、检验包装:将压制成的片剂,检验合格,包装成为正式产品。

八、具体实施方式:黑枸杞萃取物50-100千克、溶菌酶10-50千克、萝卜硫素20-70千克、副干酪乳杆菌30-80千克、聚赖氨酸盐酸盐40-90千克为原料。经过将以上原料混合,充分搅拌均匀,送入压片机,将原料压制成片剂,检验合格,包装成为正式产品。

1.黑枸杞蛀牙含片(糖果)制作工艺,其特征为:黑枸杞萃取物50-100千克、溶菌酶10-50千克、萝卜硫素20-70千克、副干酪乳杆菌30-80千克、聚赖氨酸盐酸盐40-90千克为原料,经过将上述原料按物理特性混合,充分搅拌均匀,送入压片机,将原料压制成片剂,检验合格,包装成为正式产品。
