Abstract
本发明提供一种有色阻燃拒水真丝织物及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将真丝织物浸于多巴胺水溶液中振荡处理,然后取出水洗并烘干,得到含有聚多巴胺的有色真丝织物;(2)将步骤(1)中得到的有色真丝织物浸渍于氟锆酸盐水溶液中,使有色真丝织物上的聚多巴胺与氟锆酸盐反应,然后取出冷水冲洗并干燥,得到所述有色阻燃拒水真丝织物。本发明的阻燃拒水真丝织物基于生物质改性、原料环保易得、阻燃拒水效果好、便于工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品技术领域,尤其涉及一种有色阻燃拒水真丝织物及其制备方法。
背景技术
真丝绸具有天然的柔和光泽及光滑质感,给人以华贵典雅的感觉,加之其具有吸湿性、透气性、保健性,故广泛应用于室内软装材料,如墙面装饰、灯罩、窗帘等。这类制品通常要求阻燃及易护理,阻燃拒水真丝绸即可满足这类制品的要求。
专利CN 200810195746.7公开了一种拒水真丝绸的制备方法,采用接枝共聚法将丙烯酸酯类含氟单体接枝于真丝织物上,可产生较好的拒水效果;专利CN201610079544.0公开了一种超疏水纺织品的制备方法,主要采用甲基三甲氧基硅烷和氨水反应得到硅凝胶,再将硅凝胶与聚二甲基硅烷混合经超声粉碎得到纺织品整理液制备疏水纯棉织物;专利ZL201210351398.4公开了一种阻燃拒水真丝织物制备方法,是将甲基丙烯酸磷酸酯与乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷复合接枝到真丝织物上产生阻燃拒水效果。但现有技术中,化学品用量大,很难保留真丝绸原有的光泽、手感等天然风格。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种有色阻燃拒水真丝织物及其制备方法,本发明的阻燃拒水真丝织物基于生物质改性、原料环保易得、阻燃拒水效果好、便于工业化生产。
本发明的一种有色阻燃拒水真丝织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将真丝织物浸渍于多巴胺水溶液中振荡处理,然后取出水洗并烘干,得到含有聚多巴胺的有色真丝织物;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的有色真丝织物浸渍于氟锆酸盐水溶液中,使得聚多巴胺与氟锆酸盐反应,得到所述有色阻燃拒水真丝织物。
进一步的,步骤(1)中,所述真丝织物为练白真丝织物。
进一步的,步骤(1)中,所述多巴胺水溶液的浓度为1-1.5g/L。
进一步的,步骤(1)中,浸渍、振荡处理在35-40℃下进行。
进一步的,步骤(1)中,浸渍、振荡处理时间为24-26h。
进一步的,步骤(2)中,所述氟锆酸盐为氟锆酸钾或氟锆酸铵。
进一步的,步骤(2)中,将步骤(1)中得到的有色真丝织物浸渍与氟锆酸钾水溶液中发生反应,然后取出水洗并干燥。
进一步的,步骤(2)中,所述氟锆酸钾水溶液浓度为1-1.5g/L。
进一步的,步骤(2)中,浸渍在50-60℃下进行。
进一步的,步骤(2)中,浸渍时间为5-8h。
本发明的一种阻燃拒水真丝织物,所述阻燃拒水真丝织物由上述制备方法制得。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:
本发明有色阻燃拒水真丝织物的制备方法的原料为生物质材料与无机盐,环境友好,操作易于实行,能耗低;本发明的制备方法得到的阻燃拒水真丝织物手感柔软、光泽柔和,最大限度地在具有功能性的同时保留了真丝织物的原有风格。
氟锆酸盐本身为无机盐,和真丝织物无反应性。用多巴胺预先处理真丝织物后,真丝织物上沉积了一层聚多巴胺,作为二次反应的平台,聚多巴胺可与氟锆酸盐中金属元素锆产生螯合作用,从而将无机组分固定在真丝织物表面,在固定沉积的过程中,控制反应速度可以形成微纳结构的沉积,从而具有一定的拒水作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
将36g/m2的练白电力纺(电力纺属于真丝织物的一种)浸渍在1g/L的多巴胺水溶液中,35℃下振荡处理25h,取出织物,水洗,烘干,得到棕色电力纺。将棕色电力纺浸于浓度为1g/L的氟锆酸钾水溶液中,50℃下振荡处理5h后取出,水淋洗,烘干,得到棕色阻燃拒水电力纺。
按照GB/T5454-1997纺织品燃烧性能试验氧指数法测得本实施例制备的棕色阻燃拒水电力纺的氧指数为27.6%,而未经本实施例的方法处理的练白电力纺的氧指数为23.2%。附图1是处理前后练白电力纺的表面形态,由图1(a)可以看出,处理前纤维表面光滑,根根纤维清晰可见,由图1(b)可以看出,处理后纤维表面覆盖有涂层;附图2显示的是本实施例制备的棕色阻燃拒水电力纺的接触角,处理前接触角为0,完全润湿,处理后接触角为137°;附图3是本实施例制备的棕色阻燃拒水电力纺表面能谱图,可以清晰地看到经本实施例方法处理后,电力纺表面含有氟元素及锆元素。
实施例2
将36g/m2的练白电力纺浸渍在1.5g/L的多巴胺水溶液中,40℃下振荡处理26h,取出织物,水洗,烘干,得到棕色电力纺。将棕色电力纺浸于浓度为1.5g/L的氟锆酸钾水溶液中,60℃下振荡处理8h后取出,水淋洗,烘干,得到棕色阻燃拒水电力纺。
按照GB/T5454-1997纺织品燃烧性能试验氧指数法测得本实施例制备的棕色阻燃拒水电力纺的氧指数为28.2%,而未经本实施例方法处理的真丝电力纺的氧指数为23.2%。附图4是本实施例制备的棕色阻燃拒水电力纺在水洗前后的表面形态,水洗条件为50℃下,时长20min,由图4(a)可以看出,水洗前纤维表面有无机盐沉积,由图4(b)可以看出,热水洗后仍有沉积存在;附图5显示的是本实施例制备的棕色阻燃拒水电力纺水洗前后的接触角,由图5(a)可以看出,热水洗前接触角为138°,由图5(b)可以看出,热水洗后接触角仍具有127°,表明拒水功能仍然存在。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,并不用于限制本发明,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种有色阻燃拒水真丝织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将真丝织物浸渍于浓度为1-1.5g/L的多巴胺水溶液中,得到含有聚多巴胺的有色真丝织物;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的有色真丝织物浸渍于浓度为1-1.5g/L氟锆酸盐水溶液中,使得聚多巴胺与氟锆酸盐反应,得到所述有色阻燃拒水真丝织物;其中,浸渍在50-60℃下进行,浸渍时间为5-8h。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述真丝织物为练白真丝织物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,浸渍在35-40℃下进行。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,浸渍时间为24-26h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,所述氟锆酸盐为氟锆酸钾、氟锆酸铵。
6.一种由权利要求1-5中任一项所述的制备方法制得的有色阻燃拒水真丝织物。
