本发明公开了一种织物阻燃抗紫外线剂的制备方法,所述织物阻燃抗紫外线剂由如下重量份数的原料组成:硼酸锌15‑25份、过硫酸铵2‑4份、氧化锌5‑10份、二氧化钛5‑10份、乳化剂1‑4份、氢氧化镁4‑10份、丙烯酸甲脂10‑20份、乙烯基磷酸酯0.5‑1份、多巴胺10‑20份、尿素0.5‑1.5份、丁醇50‑100份。本发明的织物阻燃抗紫外线剂应用于织物之后,织物具有高效持久的抗紫外效果(紫外线屏蔽率可达95%以上)、织物的阻燃性能大幅度提高,极限氧指数达到33%以上。本发明的织物阻燃抗紫外线剂制造工艺简单易操作,原料价格低廉易获得,且无毒无害,对人体无刺激,挥发性低,整理后的织物其韧性、强度、手感基本不受影响,具备良好的手感和耐洗性。

本发明属于纺织助剂技术领域,更具体是涉及一种织物阻燃抗紫外线剂。
背景技术
现代化大城市人口密集、高层与地下建筑越来越多,灭火工作难度很大,为减少火灾发生及降低火灾危害,包括阻燃织物在内的阻燃系列产品的开发被提上日程,对织物材料进行阻燃整理显得更为重要。
紫外线是电磁波谱中波长从10nm~400nm辐射的总称,不能引起人们的视觉。虽然紫外线具有杀菌、保健、促进产生维生素D等作用,但是过度的紫外线照射,会损伤人的身体。
虽然紫外线在一年四季都存在,冬季太阳光显得比较温和且北方多雾,但紫外线仅仅比夏天弱约20%,仍然会对人体皮肤和眼睛等部位造成很大危害,所以寻求一种可以抗紫外线、阻燃的织物是目前急需解决的一个问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种织物阻燃抗紫外线剂及制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种织物阻燃抗紫外线剂,包括如下重量份数的原料:硼酸锌15-25份、过硫酸铵2-4份、氧化锌5-10份、二氧化钛5-10份、乳化剂1-4份、氢氧化镁4-10份、丙烯酸甲脂10-20份、乙烯基磷酸酯0.5-1份、多巴胺10-20份、尿素0.5-1.5份、黄土10-20份、丁醇25-50份、去离子水50-100份。
优选地,所述丁醇的纯度为分析纯。
优选地,所述乳化剂为三乙醇胺、油酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、Nekal BX、平平加O等中的一种或者一种以上的混合物。

步骤1,在反应釜中加入去离子水50-100份、黄土10-20份,500-1000 转/分钟,搅拌5-10分钟;

步骤5,升高温度至60-80℃,加入丙烯酸甲脂10-20份、乙烯基磷酸酯 0.5-1份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤6,降温至20-30℃,加入过硫酸铵2份、多巴胺10份、尿素0.5份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤7,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体织物阻燃抗紫外线剂;
步骤8,静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体织物阻燃抗紫外线剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的织物阻燃抗紫外线剂应用织物之后,织物具有高效持久的抗紫外效果(紫外线屏蔽率可达95%以上)。
2、本发明的织物阻燃抗紫外线剂应用织物之后,织物的极限氧指数达到33%以上,遇明火后低烟无毒。
3、本发明的织物阻燃抗紫外线剂制造工艺简单易操作,原料价格低廉易获得,且无毒无害,对人体不刺激,挥发性低,整理后的织物其韧性、强度、手感基本不受影响。
4、本发明的织物阻燃抗紫外线剂所用各种原料之间相互配伍、协同作用,共同组成性能优异的产品。
5、黄土的加入,提高了织物的织物阻燃性能。
6、简化工艺,操作安全简单,易于工业化生产。
7、本发明的织物阻燃涂层施工简单,可以通过浸渍、喷涂、辊涂等进行施加,生产效率提高。
8、本发明的使用可收到良好的经济效益。
具体实施实例
本发明公开了一种织物阻燃抗紫外线剂,按照重要份数,由以下组分制备而成:硼酸锌15-25份、过硫酸铵2-4份、氧化锌5-10份、二氧化钛5-10 份、乳化剂1-4份、氢氧化镁4-10份、丙烯酸甲脂10-20份、乙烯基磷酸酯 0.5-1份、多巴胺10-20份、尿素0.5-1.5份、黄土10-20份、丁醇25-50份、去离子水50-100份。
本发明还提供了一种织物阻燃抗紫外线剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)在反应釜中加入去离子水50-100份、黄土10-20份,500-1000转/ 分钟,搅拌5-10分钟;
(2)先将丁醇25-50份、硼酸锌15-25份、氢氧化镁4-10份,用超声分散10-20分钟,得到均匀溶液;
(3)先将氧化锌5-10份、二氧化钛5-10份、乳化剂1-4份在1000-3000 转/分钟,搅拌30-40分钟,得到均匀乳液;
(4)将步骤(2)(3)的均匀溶液加入步骤(1)的溶液中,500-1000 转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
(5)升高温度至60-80℃,加入丙烯酸甲脂10-20份、乙烯基磷酸酯0.5-1 份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
(6)降温至20-30℃,加入过硫酸铵2-4份、多巴胺10-20份、尿素0.5-1.5 份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
(7)关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体织物阻燃抗紫外线剂;
(8)静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体织物阻燃抗紫外线剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
实施例1
本发明公开了一种织物阻燃抗紫外线剂,按照重要份数,由以下组分制备而成:硼酸锌15份、过硫酸铵2份、氧化锌5份、二氧化钛5份、乳化剂 1份、氢氧化镁4份、丙烯酸甲脂10份、乙烯基磷酸酯0.5份、多巴胺10份、尿素0.5份、黄土10份、丁醇25份、去离子水50份。
本发明还提供了一种织物阻燃抗紫外线剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)在反应釜中加入去离子水50份、黄土10份,500转/分钟,搅拌5 分钟;
(2)先将丁醇25份、硼酸锌15份、氢氧化镁4份,用超声分散10分钟,得到均匀溶液;
(3)先将氧化锌5份、二氧化钛5份、乳化剂1份在1000转/分钟,搅拌30分钟,得到均匀乳液;
(4)将步骤(2)(3)的均匀溶液加入步骤(1)的溶液中,500转/分钟,搅拌20分钟;
(5)升高温度至60℃,加入丙烯酸甲脂10份、乙烯基磷酸酯0.5份, 500转/分钟,搅拌20分钟;
(6)降温至20℃,加入过硫酸铵2份、多巴胺10份、尿素0.5份,500 转/分钟,搅拌20分钟;
(7)关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体织物阻燃抗紫外线剂;
(8)静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体织物阻燃抗紫外线剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
实施例2
本发明公开了一种织物阻燃抗紫外线剂,按照重要份数,由以下组分制备而成:硼酸锌20份、过硫酸铵4份、氧化锌6份、二氧化钛8份、乳化剂 2份、氢氧化镁8份、丙烯酸甲脂16份、乙烯基磷酸酯0.9份、多巴胺18份、尿素1.2份、黄土18份、丁醇30份、去离子水80份。
本发明还提供了一种织物阻燃抗紫外线剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)在反应釜中加入去离子水80份、黄土18份,700转/分钟,搅拌8 分钟;
(2)先将丁醇30份、硼酸锌20份、氢氧化镁8份,用超声分散15分钟,得到均匀溶液;
(3)先将氧化锌6份、二氧化钛8份、乳化剂2份在1000转/分钟,搅拌30分钟,得到均匀乳液;
(4)将步骤(2)(3)的均匀溶液加入步骤(1)的溶液中,800转/分钟,搅拌20分钟;
(5)升高温度至65℃,加入丙烯酸甲脂16份、乙烯基磷酸酯0.9份, 600转/分钟,搅拌23分钟;
(6)降温至25℃,加入过硫酸铵4份、多巴胺18份、尿素1.2份,800 转/分钟,搅拌20分钟;
(7)关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体织物阻燃抗紫外线剂;
(8)静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体织物阻燃抗紫外线剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
实施例3
本发明公开了一种织物阻燃抗紫外线剂,按照重要份数,由以下组分制备而成:硼酸锌20份、过硫酸铵3份、氧化锌8份、二氧化钛8份、乳化剂 3份、氢氧化镁7份、丙烯酸甲脂15份、乙烯基磷酸酯0.8份、多巴胺15份、尿素1份、黄土15份、丁醇38份、去离子水75份。
本发明还提供了一种织物阻燃抗紫外线剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)在反应釜中加入去离子水75份、黄土15份,900转/分钟,搅拌5 分钟;
(2)先将丁醇38份、硼酸锌20份、氢氧化镁7份,用超声分散15分钟,得到均匀溶液;
(3)先将氧化锌8份、二氧化钛8份、乳化剂3份在2000转/分钟,搅拌35分钟,得到均匀乳液;
(4)将步骤(2)(3)的均匀溶液加入步骤(1)的溶液中,750转/分钟,搅拌25分钟;
(5)升高温度至70℃,加入丙烯酸甲脂15份、乙烯基磷酸酯0.8份, 750转/分钟,搅拌25分钟;
(6)降温至25℃,加入过硫酸铵3份、多巴胺15份、尿素1份,750 转/分钟,搅拌25分钟;
(7)关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体织物阻燃抗紫外线剂;
(8)静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体织物阻燃抗紫外线剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
实施例4
本发明公开了一种织物阻燃抗紫外线剂,按照重要份数,由以下组分制备而成:硼酸锌25份、过硫酸铵4份、氧化锌10份、二氧化钛10份、乳化剂4份、氢氧化镁10份、丙烯酸甲脂20份、乙烯基磷酸酯1份、多巴胺20 份、尿素1.5份、黄土20份、丁醇50份、去离子水100份。
本发明还提供了一种织物阻燃抗紫外线剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)在反应釜中加入去离子水100份、黄土20份,1000转/分钟,搅拌 10分钟;
(2)先将丁醇50份、硼酸锌25份、氢氧化镁10份,用超声分散20分钟,得到均匀溶液;
(3)先将氧化锌10份、二氧化钛10份、乳化剂4份在3000转/分钟,搅拌40分钟,得到均匀乳液;
(4)将步骤(2)(3)的均匀溶液加入步骤(1)的溶液中,1000转/分钟,搅拌30分钟;
(5)升高温度至80℃,加入丙烯酸甲脂20份、乙烯基磷酸酯1份,1000 转/分钟,搅拌30分钟;
(6)降温至30℃,加入过硫酸铵4份、多巴胺20份、尿素1.5份,1000 转/分钟,搅拌30分钟;
(7)关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体织物阻燃抗紫外线剂;
(8)静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体织物阻燃抗紫外线剂低于20℃,放料封。
Claims (7)
1.一种织物阻燃抗紫外线剂,其特征在于:所述织物阻燃抗紫外线剂包括如下重量份数的原料:硼酸锌15-25份、过硫酸铵2-4份、氧化锌5-10份、二氧化钛5-10份、乳化剂1-4份、氢氧化镁4-10份、丙烯酸甲脂10-20份、乙烯基磷酸酯0.5-1份、多巴胺10-20份、尿素0.5-1.5份、黄土10-20份、丁醇25-50份、去离子水50-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的织物阻燃抗紫外线剂,其特征在于:所述丁醇的纯度为分析纯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的织物阻燃抗紫外线剂,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为三乙醇胺、油酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、Nekal BX、平平加O等中的一种或者一种以上的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的织物阻燃抗紫外线剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,至少由以下组分制备而成:硼酸锌15份、氧化锌5份、二氧化钛5份、乳化剂1份、过硫酸铵2份、氢氧化镁4份、丙烯酸甲脂10份、乙烯基磷酸酯0.5份、多巴胺10份、尿素0.5份、黄土10份、丁醇25份、去离子水50份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的织物阻燃抗紫外线剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,至少由以下组分制备而成:硼酸锌20份、过硫酸铵3份、氧化锌8份、二氧化钛8份、乳化剂3份、氢氧化镁7份、丙烯酸甲脂15份、乙烯基磷酸酯0.8份、多巴胺15份、尿素1份、黄土15份、丁醇38份、去离子水75份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的织物阻燃抗紫外线剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,至少由以下组分制备而成:硼酸锌25份、过硫酸铵4份、氧化锌10份、二氧化钛10份、乳化剂4份、氢氧化镁10份、丙烯酸甲脂20份、乙烯基磷酸酯1份、多巴胺20份、尿素1.5份、黄土20份、丁醇50份、去离子水100份。
7.一种采用上述权利要求1-6中任一所述的一种织物阻燃抗紫外线剂的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
步骤1,在反应釜中加入去离子水50-100份、黄土10-20份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌5-10分钟;
步骤2,先将丁醇25-50份、硼酸锌15-25份、氢氧化镁4-10份,用超声分散10-20分钟,得到均匀溶液;
步骤3,先将氧化锌5-10份、二氧化钛5-10份、乳化剂1-4份在1000-3000转/分钟,搅拌30-40分钟,得到均匀乳液;
步骤4,将步骤2、3的均匀溶液加入步骤1的溶液中,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤5,升高温度至60-80℃,加入丙烯酸甲脂10-20份、乙烯基磷酸酯0.5-1份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤6,降温至20-30℃,加入过硫酸铵2份、多巴胺10份、尿素0.5份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤7,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体织物阻燃抗紫外线剂;
步骤8,静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体织物阻燃抗紫外线剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
