本发明公开了一种环保抗菌柔顺剂及其制备方法,所述环保抗菌柔顺剂包括如下重量份数的原料:聚氧乙烯5‑10份、高级脂肪酸20‑30份、乳化剂3‑5份、太古油5‑10份、硼砂5‑10份、三乙醇胺3‑5份、乙醇10‑20份、碳酸氢钠5‑10份、羟基甲基纤维素5‑10份、纳米氧化锌粉末5‑10份、壳聚糖5‑10份、四羟甲基硫酸磷3‑5份、去离子水30‑50份。本发明的环保抗菌柔顺剂应用之后,织物的硬挺度下降很多,剪切刚度与弯曲刚度都下降很多,折皱回复角增加很多,柔顺性提高很多,抗菌性能比原织物提高80%以上。本发明的环保抗菌柔顺剂制造工艺简单易操作,原料价格低廉易获得,且无毒无害,对人体不刺激,挥发性低。

优选地,所述的环保抗菌柔顺剂,按照重量份数,包括以下组分:聚氧乙烯10份、高级脂肪酸30份、乳化剂5份、太古油10份、硼砂10份、三乙醇胺5份、乙醇20份、碳酸氢钠10份、羟基甲基纤维素10份、纳米氧化锌粉末10份、壳聚糖10份、四羟甲基硫酸磷5份、去离子水50份。
一种环保抗菌柔顺剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)在三口烧瓶里面加入聚氧乙烯5-10份、去离子水30-50份、高级脂肪酸20-30份、乳化剂3-5份,在油浴锅70-80℃加热,氮气保护,通入氮气的速度为1-2L/min,一口留着加料,一口插入搅拌器,搅拌速度为1000-2000转/分钟,反应时间为3-4h;
(2)先将硼砂5-10份、纳米氧化锌粉末5-10份、三乙醇胺3-5份、乙醇10-20份,用超声分散10-20分钟,得到均匀溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)的均匀溶液加入步骤(1)的溶液中,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
(4)降低温度至50-60℃,加入壳聚糖5-10份、四羟甲基硫酸磷3-5份、羟基甲基纤维素5-10份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
(5)降温至40-50℃,加入碳酸氢钠5-10份、太古油5-10份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌1-2小时;
(6)降温至20-30℃,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体环保抗菌柔顺剂;
(7)静置冷却至三口烧瓶中液体环保抗菌柔顺剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的环保抗菌柔顺剂应用之后,织物的硬挺度下降很多,剪切刚度与弯曲刚度都下降很多,折皱回复角增加很多,柔顺性提高很多,织物的抗菌性能比原织物提高80%以上。
2、本发明的环保抗菌柔顺剂制造工艺简单易操作,原料价格低廉易获得,且无毒无害,对人体不刺激,挥发性低。
3、本发明的环保抗菌柔顺剂所用各种原料之间相互配伍、协同作用,共同组成性能优异的产品。
4、碳酸氢钠的加入提高了织物的柔顺性能,纳米氧化锌粉末的加入提高了织物的抗菌性能。
5、简化工艺,操作安全简单,易于工业化生产。
6、本发明的环保抗菌柔顺剂应用织物之后,织物不易泛黄,能够保证织物的色彩透明,平滑柔顺,减少织物老化。
7、本发明的使用可收到良好的经济效益。
具体实施实例
本发明公开了一种环保抗菌柔顺剂,按照重量份数,包括以下组分:聚氧乙烯5-10份、高级脂肪酸20-30份、乳化剂3-5份、太古油5-10份、硼砂5-10份、三乙醇胺3-5份、乙醇10-20份、碳酸氢钠5-10份、羟基甲基纤维素5-10份、纳米氧化锌粉末5-10份、壳聚糖5-10份、四羟甲基硫酸磷3-5份、去离子水30-50份。
本发明还提供了一种环保抗菌柔顺剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)在三口烧瓶里面加入聚氧乙烯5-10份、去离子水30-50份、高级脂肪酸20-30份、乳化剂3-5份,在油浴锅70-80℃加热,氮气保护,通入氮气的速度为1-2L/min,一口留着加料,一口插入搅拌器,搅拌速度为1000-2000转/分钟,反应时间为3-4h;
(2)先将硼砂5-10份、纳米氧化锌粉末5-10份、三乙醇胺3-5份、乙醇10-20份,用超声分散10-20分钟,得到均匀溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)的均匀溶液加入步骤(1)的溶液中,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
(4)降低温度至50-60℃,加入壳聚糖5-10份、四羟甲基硫酸磷3-5份、羟基甲基纤维素5-10份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
(5)降温至40-50℃,加入碳酸氢钠5-10份、太古油5-10份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌1-2小时;
(6)降温至20-30℃,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体环保抗菌柔顺剂;
(7)静置冷却至三口烧瓶中液体环保抗菌柔顺剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
实施例1

本发明公开了一种环保抗菌柔顺剂,按照重量份数,包括以下组分:聚氧乙烯8份、高级脂肪酸25份、乳化剂4份、太古油8份、硼砂8份、三乙醇胺4份、乙醇15份、碳酸氢钠8份、羟基甲基纤维素8份、纳米氧化锌粉末8份、壳聚糖8份、四羟甲基硫酸磷4份、去离子水40份。
本发明还提供了一种环保抗菌柔顺剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)在三口烧瓶里面加入聚氧乙烯8份、去离子水40份、高级脂肪酸25份、乳化剂4份,在油浴锅75℃加热,氮气保护,通入氮气的速度为2L/min,一口留着加料,一口插入搅拌器,搅拌速度为1500转/分钟,反应时间为4h;
(2)先将硼砂8份、、纳米氧化锌粉末8份、三乙醇胺4份、乙醇15份,用超声分散15分钟,得到均匀溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)的均匀溶液加入步骤(1)的溶液中,800转/分钟,搅拌25分钟;
(4)降低温度至55℃,加入壳聚糖8份、四羟甲基硫酸磷4份、羟基甲基纤维素8份,800转/分钟,搅拌25分钟;
(5)降温至45℃,加入碳酸氢钠8份、太古油8份,800转/分钟,搅拌2小时;
(6)降温至25℃,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体环保抗菌柔顺剂;
(7)静置冷却至三口烧瓶中液体环保抗菌柔顺剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
实施例3
本发明公开了一种环保抗菌柔顺剂,按照重量份数,包括以下组分:聚氧乙烯10份、高级脂肪酸30份、乳化剂5份、太古油10份、硼砂10份、三乙醇胺5份、乙醇20份、碳酸氢钠10份、羟基甲基纤维素10份、纳米氧化锌粉末10份、壳聚糖10份、四羟甲基硫酸磷5份、去离子水50份。
本发明还提供了一种环保抗菌柔顺剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)在三口烧瓶里面加入聚氧乙烯10份、去离子水50份、高级脂肪酸30份、乳化剂5份,在油浴锅80℃加热,氮气保护,通入氮气的速度为2L/min,一口留着加料,一口插入搅拌器,搅拌速度为2000转/分钟,反应时间为4h;
(2)先将硼砂10份、纳米氧化锌粉末10份、三乙醇胺5份、乙醇20份,用超声分散20分钟,得到均匀溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)的均匀溶液加入步骤(1)的溶液中,1000转/分钟,搅拌30分钟;
(4)降低温度至60℃,加入壳聚糖10份、四羟甲基硫酸磷5份、羟基甲基纤维素10份,1000转/分钟,搅拌30分钟;
(5)降温至50℃,加入碳酸氢钠10份、太古油10份,1000转/分钟,搅拌2小时;
(6)降温至30℃,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体环保抗菌柔顺剂;
(7)静置冷却至三口烧瓶中液体环保抗菌柔顺剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
实施例4
本发明公开了一种环保抗菌柔顺剂,按照重量份数,包括以下组分:聚氧乙烯10份、高级脂肪酸30份、乳化剂5份、太古油5份、硼砂5份、三乙醇胺5份、乙醇20份、碳酸氢钠10份、羟基甲基纤维素5份、纳米氧化锌粉末10份、壳聚糖5份、四羟甲基硫酸磷4份、去离子水30份。
本发明还提供了一种环保抗菌柔顺剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)在三口烧瓶里面加入聚氧乙烯10份、去离子水30份、高级脂肪酸30份、乳化剂5份,在油浴锅80℃加热,氮气保护,通入氮气的速度为2L/min,一口留着加料,一口插入搅拌器,搅拌速度为2000转/分钟,反应时间为3h;
(2)先将硼砂5份、纳米氧化锌粉末10份、三乙醇胺5份、乙醇20份,用超声分散20分钟,得到均匀溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)的均匀溶液加入步骤(1)的溶液中,800转/分钟,搅拌30分钟;
(4)降低温度至50℃,加入壳聚糖5份、四羟甲基硫酸磷4份、羟基甲基纤维素5份,500转/分钟,搅拌20分钟;
(5)降温至40℃,加入碳酸氢钠10份、太古油5份,900转/分钟,搅拌1小时;
(6)降温至25℃,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体环保抗菌柔顺剂;
(7)静置冷却至三口烧瓶中液体环保抗菌柔顺剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
测试例
四块相同大小的织物分别采用实施例1、2、3、4的柔顺剂进行柔顺处理,测试结果如下:

1.一种环保抗菌柔顺剂,其特征在于:所述环保抗菌柔顺剂包括如下重量份数的原料:聚氧乙烯5-10份、高级脂肪酸20-30份、乳化剂3-5份、太古油5-10份、硼砂5-10份、三乙醇胺3-5份、乙醇10-20份、碳酸氢钠5-10份、羟基甲基纤维素5-10份、纳米氧化锌粉末5-10份、壳聚糖5-10份、四羟甲基硫酸磷3-5份、去离子水30-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保抗菌柔顺剂,其特征在于:所述乙醇为无水乙醇,纯度为分析纯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保抗菌柔顺剂,其特征在于:所述高级脂肪酸为硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、亚麻酸中的一种或者一种以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保抗菌柔顺剂,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、平平加O中的一种或者一种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保抗菌柔顺剂,其特征在于:所述的纳米氧化锌粉末的粒径为50-200nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保抗菌柔顺剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,包括以下组分:聚氧乙烯5份、高级脂肪酸20份、乳化剂3份、太古油5份、硼砂5份、三乙醇胺3份、乙醇10份、碳酸氢钠5份、羟基甲基纤维素5份、纳米氧化锌粉末5份、壳聚糖5份、四羟甲基硫酸磷3份、去离子水30份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保抗菌柔顺剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,包括以下组分:聚氧乙烯8份、高级脂肪酸25份、乳化剂4份、太古油8份、硼砂8份、三乙醇胺4份、乙醇15份、碳酸氢钠8份、羟基甲基纤维素8份、纳米氧化锌粉末8份、壳聚糖8份、四羟甲基硫酸磷4份、去离子水40份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的环保抗菌柔顺剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,包括以下组分:聚氧乙烯10份、高级脂肪酸30份、乳化剂5份、太古油10份、硼砂10份、三乙醇胺5份、乙醇20份、碳酸氢钠10份、羟基甲基纤维素10份、纳米氧化锌粉末10份、壳聚糖10份、四羟甲基硫酸磷5份、去离子水50份。
9.一种采用权利要求1-8中任一所述的环保抗菌柔顺剂的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
步骤1,在三口烧瓶里面加入聚氧乙烯5-10份、去离子水30-50份、高级脂肪酸20-30份、乳化剂3-5份,在油浴锅70-80℃加热,氮气保护,通入氮气的速度为1-2L/min,一口留着加料,一口插入搅拌器,搅拌速度为1000-2000转/分钟,反应时间为3-4h;
步骤2,先将硼砂5-10份、纳米氧化锌粉末5-10份、三乙醇胺3-5份、乙醇10-20份,用超声分散10-20分钟,得到均匀溶液;
步骤3,将步骤2的均匀溶液加入步骤1的溶液中,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤4,降低温度至50-60℃,加入四羟甲基硫酸磷3-5份、壳聚糖5-10份、羟基甲基纤维素5-10份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤5,降温至40-50℃,加入碳酸氢钠5-10份、太古油5-10份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌1-2小时;
步骤6,降温至20-30℃,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体环保抗菌柔顺剂;
步骤7,静置冷却至三口烧瓶中液体环保抗菌柔顺剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
