Abstract

本发明提供了一种含丝胶蛋白的爽肤水的制备方法,先将橄榄油、硬脂酸、甘油、鳄梨油、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂、十四酸异丙酯混合,搅拌,得混合物A;再将透明质酸钠、乳酸钠、氮酮加至水中,加热至70‑80℃保温20‑30min,冷却至室温,得混合物B;然后将混合物B加至混合物A中,混合后进行高压均质,得到爽肤水基液;最后将丝胶蛋白加至爽肤水基液中,搅拌,即得。本发明的爽肤水具有保湿、美白、抗炎、抗皱、抗老化多重功效且对皮肤,对人体无毒无害。

一种含丝胶蛋白的爽肤水的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于护肤品技术领域,具体涉及一种含丝胶蛋白的爽肤水的制备方法。
背景技术
丝胶蛋白(SS)是一种生物相容性优良的天然高分子材料。丝胶蛋白富含丝氨酸、天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、苏氨酸等极性氨基酸,约占丝胶蛋白氨基酸总量的70%,与人体皮肤角质层中天然保湿因子的氨基酸组成及比例相似。此外,丝胶蛋白还具有良好的生物可降解性,促进细胞粘附分化和伤口愈合等功能特性,是一种优异的生物医用材料。丝胶包覆在蚕丝丝素的外围而起到保护和胶粘作用,占蚕丝总量的20%~30%。在蚕丝的加工利用过程中,由于制丝及纺织工艺的需要,丝胶往往作为废弃物被脱除并随脱胶废水排入周边环境,既造成丝胶蛋白的巨大浪费,又增加水体的化学耗氧量(COD)。因此,对丝胶蛋白的回收及开发利用不仅可以减少制丝工业对环境的污染,还有利于蚕丝资源的高效利用。
大量的研究表明,丝胶蛋白质容易为人体吸收;富含人类18种必需氨基酸和天然保湿成分,起到保湿、防皱、美白作用;与铜、汞等重金属容易形成螯合物,抑制酪氨酸酶等活性,起到抗氧化,保持食品安全作用;富含多羧基,保水性强、消化性低,起到减少消化系统癌变物质的活性作用等
发明内容
解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种含丝胶蛋白的爽肤水的制备方法,所得爽肤水具有保湿、美白、抗炎、抗皱、抗老化多重功效且对皮肤,对人体无毒无害。
技术方案:一种含丝胶蛋白的爽肤水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将橄榄油0.6-1.4份、硬脂酸0.2-0.7份、甘油2-6份、鳄梨油0.2-0.6份、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂0.1-0.6份、十四酸异丙酯0.2-0.5份混合,搅拌,得混合物A;
步骤2,以重量份计,将透明质酸钠0.6-1.2份、乳酸钠0.1-0.5份、氮酮0.05-0.12份加至水10-15份中,加热至70-80℃保温20-30min,冷却至室温,得混合物B;
步骤3,将混合物B加至混合物A中,混合后进行高压均质,得到爽肤水基液;
步骤4,以重量份计,将丝胶蛋白0.5-1.5份加至爽肤水基液10-20份中,搅拌,即得。
进一步地,步骤1中搅拌条件为200-300rpm、10-15min。
进一步地,步骤1中搅拌温度为50-70℃。
进一步地,步骤3中高压均质压力为70-80MPa,循环次数为5次。
进一步地,步骤4中搅拌条件为300-400rpm、15-20min。
进一步地,步骤1中还需要加入壳聚糖0.01-0.05份。
有益效果:本发明的爽肤水具有保湿、美白、抗炎、抗皱、抗老化多重功效且对皮肤,对人体无毒无害。

实施例1
一种含丝胶蛋白的爽肤水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将橄榄油0.6份、硬脂酸0.2份、甘油2份、鳄梨油0.2份、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂0.1份、十四酸异丙酯0.2份混合,搅拌,得混合物A;
步骤2,以重量份计,将透明质酸钠0.6份、乳酸钠0.1份、氮酮0.05份加至水10份中,加热至70℃保温30min,冷却至室温,得混合物B;
步骤3,将混合物B加至混合物A中,混合后进行高压均质,得到爽肤水基液;
步骤4,以重量份计,将丝胶蛋白0.5份加至爽肤水基液10份中,搅拌,即得。
其中,步骤1中搅拌条件为200rpm、15min,搅拌温度为70℃;步骤3中高压均质压力为70-80MPa,循环次数为5次;步骤4中搅拌条件为300rpm、20min。
实施例2
一种含丝胶蛋白的爽肤水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将橄榄油0.8份、硬脂酸0.3份、甘油3份、鳄梨油0.5份、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂0.3份、十四酸异丙酯0.3份混合,搅拌,得混合物A;
步骤2,以重量份计,将透明质酸钠0.8份、乳酸钠0.2份、氮酮0.07份加至水12份中,加热至75℃保温30min,冷却至室温,得混合物B;
步骤3,将混合物B加至混合物A中,混合后进行高压均质,得到爽肤水基液;
步骤4,以重量份计,将丝胶蛋白0.7份加至爽肤水基液14份中,搅拌,即得。
其中,步骤1中搅拌条件为250rpm、15min,搅拌温度为60℃;步骤3中高压均质压力为70-80MPa,循环次数为5次;步骤4中搅拌条件为400rpm、20min。
实施例3
一种含丝胶蛋白的爽肤水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将橄榄油0.9份、硬脂酸0.5份、甘油5份、鳄梨油0.5份、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂0.3份、十四酸异丙酯0.4份混合,搅拌,得混合物A;
步骤2,以重量份计,将透明质酸钠0.8份、乳酸钠0.2份、氮酮0.08份加至水12份中,加热至70℃保温20min,冷却至室温,得混合物B;
步骤3,将混合物B加至混合物A中,混合后进行高压均质,得到爽肤水基液;
步骤4,以重量份计,将丝胶蛋白0.9份加至爽肤水基液15份中,搅拌,即得。
其中,步骤1中搅拌条件为300rpm、15min,搅拌温度为60℃;步骤3中高压均质压力为70-80MPa,循环次数为5次;步骤4中搅拌条件为300rpm、15min。
实施例4
一种含丝胶蛋白的爽肤水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将橄榄油1.4份、硬脂酸0.7份、甘油6份、鳄梨油0.6份、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂0.6份、十四酸异丙酯0.5份混合,搅拌,得混合物A;
步骤2,以重量份计,将透明质酸钠1.2份、乳酸钠0.5份、氮酮0.12份加至水15份中,加热至80℃保温20min,冷却至室温,得混合物B;
步骤3,将混合物B加至混合物A中,混合后进行高压均质,得到爽肤水基液;
步骤4,以重量份计,将丝胶蛋白1.5份加至爽肤水基液20份中,搅拌,即得。
其中,步骤1中搅拌条件为300rpm、10min,搅拌温度为50℃;步骤3中高压均质压力为70-80MPa,循环次数为5次;步骤4中搅拌条件为400rpm、15min。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例2的区别在于:步骤1中还需要加入壳聚糖0.01-0.05份。

步骤1,以重量份计,将橄榄油0.8份、硬脂酸0.3份、甘油3份、鳄梨油0.5份、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂0.3份、十四酸异丙酯0.3份、壳聚糖0.03份混合,搅拌,得混合物A;
步骤2,以重量份计,将透明质酸钠0.8份、乳酸钠0.2份、氮酮0.07份加至水12份中,加热至75℃保温30min,冷却至室温,得混合物B;
步骤3,将混合物B加至混合物A中,混合后进行高压均质,得到爽肤水基液;
步骤4,以重量份计,将丝胶蛋白0.7份加至爽肤水基液14份中,搅拌,即得。
其中,步骤1中搅拌条件为250rpm、15min,搅拌温度为60℃;步骤3中高压均质压力为70-80MPa,循环次数为5次;步骤4中搅拌条件为400rpm、20min。
以实施例2和实施例5考查本发明的抗紫外效果
选择七只雄性豚鼠(体重500-700克),分开放置,在完成12h光照和黑暗驯化后,剔去背部的毛,然后在暴露的皮肤上安装六个直径为1.5cm的插槽,每两个分为一组,共分三组,将第一组作为阴性对照组,第二组作为阳性对照组,第三组作为测试组。
对暴露的皮肤进行紫外辐射,辐射能量为1J/cm2,隔一天一次,连续两周。然后,等待一周,以使暴露皮肤处经紫外线辐射诱导的色素沉着稳定。空白组中,色素沉着区皮肤不经过任何处理;测试组中,色素沉着区皮肤每天均匀涂摸实施例2、实施例5的试样0.1mL;对照组中,色素沉着区皮肤每天均匀涂摸0.1mL除不含丝胶蛋白外,其余组成与2相同的溶液。分别于曝光前和在第7,14,21和29天曝光后,使用色度计测定每个区域的皮肤光度L*。曝光前和曝光后亮度指数L*的改变用ΔL*表示,计算公式为:
ΔL*=L*(曝光前)-L*(每个测量天数曝光后)
结果如下:
由上表可知,对照组的皮肤亮度随时间的增加而增强,表明豚鼠皮肤在经紫外线照射后,其沉着的色素会随着时间而逐渐褪去;实施例2与对照组相比,皮肤的亮度改变有显著的增加,说明丝胶蛋白具有显著的抗紫外线效果;实施例5中加入壳聚糖可使丝胶蛋白在水中稳定分散,并可促进丝胶蛋白向肌肤深层渗透。

Claims (6)

1.一种含丝胶蛋白的爽肤水的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将橄榄油0.6-1.4份、硬脂酸0.2-0.7份、甘油2-6份、鳄梨油0.2-0.6份、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂0.1-0.6份、十四酸异丙酯0.2-0.5份混合,搅拌,得混合物A;
步骤2,以重量份计,将透明质酸钠0.6-1.2份、乳酸钠0.1-0.5份、氮酮0.05-0.12份加至水10-15份中,加热至70-80℃保温20-30min,冷却至室温,得混合物B;
步骤3,将混合物B加至混合物A中,混合后进行高压均质,得到爽肤水基液;
步骤4,以重量份计,将丝胶蛋白0.5-1.5份加至爽肤水基液10-20份中,搅拌,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含丝胶蛋白的爽肤水的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中搅拌条件为200-300rpm、10-15min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含丝胶蛋白的爽肤水的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中搅拌温度为50-70℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含丝胶蛋白的爽肤水的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3中高压均质压力为70-80MPa,循环次数为5次。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含丝胶蛋白的爽肤水的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤4中搅拌条件为300-400rpm、15-20min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含丝胶蛋白的爽肤水的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中还需要加入壳聚糖0.01-0.05份。
