本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,具体涉及水飞蓟素纳米抗皱眼霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
越来越多的人注重皮肤护理,眼部四周的皱纹是提早衰老的象征,医学上证明,眼周肌肤约有0.03至0.05毫米的厚度,约为面部肌肤的四分之一,为此,眼部肌肤护理的特别需求及对产品本身特殊要求,为此,有人将眼部护理产品的市场竞争称作0.03毫米的战争。目前,市面上抗衰老的眼霜质量参差不齐,大都含工业化学成分对眼周皮肤造成不同程度的伤害,开发安全高效的抗皱眼霜具有巨大的市场前景。
水飞蓟素不仅具有保肝、抗氧化、防嗮、延缓衰老等药理作用,还可直接清除活性氧,对抗脂质过氧化,维持细胞膜的流动性。发明人发现水飞蓟素的纳米形式配合其他有效成分,经过特殊工艺处理,能延缓眼周皮肤衰老,改善已有细纹,保湿抗皱效果好,使用安全舒适,具有极大的社会和经济效益。
国外有含水飞蓟素的化妆品,但是由于水飞蓟素水溶性差,皮肤吸收效率低。将水飞蓟素制备成纳米形式,能在皮肤处持续释放药物而增加了药物浓度,从而明显增加药物透过量,而纳米粒不能穿过角质层进入真皮层,又可减少药物被吸收进入体循环,这恰好有利于增大局部皮肤中的药物浓度和降低药物刺激性等不良反应,有利于皮肤局部应用;因此开发此水飞蓟素纳米抗皱眼霜更加安全有效,意义重大。
发明内容
基于以上问题,本发明提供一种水飞蓟素纳米抗皱眼霜及其制备方法,本发明的眼霜能延缓眼周皮肤衰老,改善已有细纹,保湿抗皱效果好,安全健康舒适,具有极大的社会和经济效益。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供了水飞蓟素纳米抗皱眼霜,包括总重量为50g的以下重量的组分:水飞蓟素0.08~0.12g,超氧岐化酶0.01~0.03g,水解胶原蛋白4~6g,蛋黄卵磷脂2.7~3.3g,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.8~1.1g,山梨坦异硬脂酸酯2.45~2.54g,羊毛脂3.5~4.4g,聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯0.11~0.26g,硬脂酸2.4~2.6g,生育酚0.95~1.04g,角鲨烷2.8~3.3g,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.46~0.54g,尼泊金乙酯0.046~0.064g,三癸酸甘油三酯1.3~2.3g,甘油3~8g,植酸0.099~0.11g,蜂蜜1.4~2.5g,透明质酸钠0.08~0.12g,其余为纯化水。
进一步的,包括总重量为50g的以下重量的组分:水飞蓟素0.1g,超氧岐化酶0.02g,水解胶原蛋白5g,蛋黄卵磷脂3g,单硬脂酸甘油酯1g,山梨坦异硬脂酸酯2.5g,羊毛脂4g,聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯0.15g,硬脂酸2.5g,生育酚1g,角鲨烷3g,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5g,尼泊金乙酯0.05g,三癸酸甘油三酯2g,甘油5g,植酸0.1g,蜂蜜2g,透明质酸钠0.1g,其余为纯化水。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明还提供了水飞蓟素纳米抗皱眼霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:取0.08-0.12g水飞蓟素与0.08-0.12g PLGA溶于8-12ml丙酮中,得到水飞蓟素和PLGA的丙酮溶液;取02-0.3g PVA0588,溶于10-20ml超纯水中,得到PVA溶液;在20-40℃条件下,将水飞蓟素和PLGA的丙酮溶液边快速搅拌边缓慢滴加或喷雾加入至PVA溶液中,加完后调节pH至4-6,继续搅拌10-50min;之后在50-60℃水浴条件下旋转蒸发以去除丙酮,得到水飞蓟素PLGA纳米胶体溶液,备用;
S2:称取单硬脂酸甘油酯、山梨坦异硬脂酸酯、羊毛脂、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、硬脂酸、生育酚、角鲨烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、尼泊金乙酯、三癸酸甘油三酯,将上述成分混合均匀后于80℃水浴锅中水浴加热融化,作为油相备用;
S3:称取甘油、植酸、蜂蜜和透明质酸钠,加入约40ml纯化水中,搅拌溶解后作为水相备用;
S4:将步骤S3中的水相置于80℃水浴条件下加热,搅拌,使内部温度达到75~80℃,边快速搅拌水相边缓慢向水相中加入步骤S2中的油相,继续搅拌至乳化均匀后冷却至45~50℃得到乳化混合液,随后称取超氧岐化酶、水解胶原蛋白和蛋黄卵磷脂,逐份缓慢加入至乳化混合液中,缓慢加入步骤S1中的水飞蓟素PLGA纳米胶体溶液,搅拌均匀后用纳米胶体磨28000r/min,每次研磨3min,重复3次即得水飞蓟素纳米抗皱眼霜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明含天然抗衰老成分水飞蓟素的纳米形式,本发明的眼霜能延缓眼周皮肤衰老,改善眼周已有细纹,保湿抗皱效果好,使用安全,健康舒适,具有极大的社会和经济效益。

实施例:
水飞蓟素纳米抗皱眼霜,包括总重量为50g的以下重量的组分:水飞蓟素0.08~0.12g,超氧岐化酶0.01~0.03g,水解胶原蛋白4~6g,蛋黄卵磷脂2.7~3.3g,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.8~1.1g,山梨坦异硬脂酸酯2.45~2.54g,羊毛脂3.5~4.4g,聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯0.11~0.26g,硬脂酸2.4~2.6g,生育酚0.95~1.04g,角鲨烷2.8~3.3g,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.46~0.54g,尼泊金乙酯0.046~0.064g,三癸酸甘油三酯1.3~2.3g,甘油3~8g,植酸0.099~0.11g,蜂蜜1.4~2.5g,透明质酸钠0.08~0.12g,其余为纯化水。

上述水飞蓟素纳米抗皱眼霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:取0.08-0.12g水飞蓟素与0.08-0.12g PLGA溶于8-12ml丙酮中,得到水飞蓟素和PLGA的丙酮溶液;取02-0.3g PVA0588,溶于10-20ml超纯水中,得到PVA溶液;在20-40℃条件下,将水飞蓟素和PLGA的丙酮溶液边快速搅拌边缓慢滴加或喷加至PVA溶液中,加完后调节pH至4-6,继续搅拌10-50min;之后在50-60℃水浴条件下旋转蒸发以去除丙酮,得到水飞蓟素PLGA纳米胶体溶液,备用;
S2:称取单硬脂酸甘油酯、山梨坦异硬脂酸酯、羊毛脂、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、硬脂酸、生育酚、角鲨烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、尼泊金乙酯、三癸酸甘油三酯,将上述成分混合均匀后于80℃水浴锅中水浴加热融化,作为油相备用;
S3:称取甘油、植酸、蜂蜜和透明质酸钠,将甘油、植酸、蜂蜜和透明质酸钠加入约40ml纯化水中,搅拌溶解后作为水相备用;
S4:将步骤S3中的水相置于80℃水浴条件下加热,搅拌,使内部温度达到75~80℃,边快速搅拌水相边缓慢向水相中加入步骤S2中的油相,继续搅拌至乳化均匀后冷却至45~50℃得到乳化混合液,随后称取超氧岐化酶、水解胶原蛋白和蛋黄卵磷脂,逐份缓慢加入至乳化混合液中,缓慢加入步骤S1中的水飞蓟素PLGA纳米胶体溶液,搅拌均匀后用纳米胶体磨28000r/min,每次研磨3min,重复3次即得水飞蓟素纳米抗皱眼霜。

本发明水飞蓟素通过抗氧化,抑制UVB导致的上皮细胞增殖和损伤等药理作用机制上发挥作用,有效防护日光中紫外线对皮肤的伤害,从根本上上延缓皮肤衰老。水飞蓟素的PLGA纳米形式,增强水飞蓟素的水溶性,纳米粒能在皮肤处持续释放药物而增加了药物浓度,从而能明显增加药物透过量,但纳米粒不能穿过角质层进入真皮层,又可减少药物被吸收进入体循环,这恰好有利于增大局部皮肤中的药物浓度和降低药物刺激性等不良反应,有利于皮肤局部应用;PLGA纳米粒不仅可作为药物的储库,还可通过与皮肤脂质的相互作用,增强纳米粒的皮肤透过率。从根本上产品通过物理、化学双重作用,防嗮、延缓衰老效果好,同时具有保湿作用,使用安全。
超氧岐化酶具有强抗氧化作用,水解胶原蛋白促进成纤维细胞合成胶原蛋白,促进伤口愈合,修复受损肌肤,与蛋黄卵磷脂合用协同促进皮肤再生,植酸,透明质酸钠等具有很好的保湿效果,几种高效抗衰老成分合用从不同机制途径共同发挥抗皮肤衰老功效,并具有协同作用,从而产品具有抚平细小皱纹,提高皮肤弹性,改善皮肤纹理度,改善皮肤舒适感等的综合性能;三癸酸甘油三酯、角鲨烷使整个眼霜均匀细腻具有良好的铺展性,强皮肤的保湿能力,对干性及角质受损的肌肤能加以滋润,对皮肤无刺激,也不会堵毛毛孔。

Claims (3)
1.水飞蓟素纳米抗皱眼霜,其特征在于,包括总重量为50g的以下重量的组分:水飞蓟素0.08~0.12g,超氧岐化酶0.01~0.03g,水解胶原蛋白4~6g,蛋黄卵磷脂2.7~3.3g,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.8~1.1g,山梨坦异硬脂酸酯2.45~2.54g,羊毛脂3.5~4.4g,聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯0.11~0.26g,硬脂酸2.4~2.6g,生育酚0.95~1.04g,角鲨烷2.8~3.3g,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.46~0.54g,尼泊金乙酯0.046~0.064g,三癸酸甘油三酯1.3~2.3g,甘油3~8g,植酸0.099~0.11g,蜂蜜1.4~2.5g,透明质酸钠0.08~0.12g,其余为纯化水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水飞蓟素纳米抗皱眼霜,其特征在于,包括总重量为50g的以下重量的组分:水飞蓟素0.1g,超氧岐化酶0.02g,水解胶原蛋白5g,蛋黄卵磷脂3g,单硬脂酸甘油酯1g,山梨坦异硬脂酸酯2.5g,羊毛脂4g,聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯0.15g,硬脂酸2.5g,生育酚1g,角鲨烷3g,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5g,尼泊金乙酯0.05g,三癸酸甘油三酯2g,甘油5g,植酸0.1g,蜂蜜2g,透明质酸钠0.1g,其余为纯化水。
3.权利要求1或2中任意一项所述的水飞蓟素纳米抗皱眼霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:取0.08-0.12g水飞蓟素与0.08-0.12g PLGA溶于8-12ml丙酮中,得到水飞蓟素和PLGA的丙酮溶液;取02-0.3g PVA0588,溶于10-20ml超纯水中,得到PVA溶液;在20-40℃条件下,将水飞蓟素和PLGA的丙酮溶液边快速搅拌边缓慢滴加或喷加至PVA溶液中,加完后调节pH至4-6,继续搅拌10-50min;之后在50-60℃水浴条件下旋转蒸发以去除丙酮,得到水飞蓟素PLGA纳米粒胶体溶液,备用;
S2:称取单硬脂酸甘油酯、山梨坦异硬脂酸酯、羊毛脂、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、硬脂酸、生育酚、角鲨烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、尼泊金乙酯、三癸酸甘油三酯,将上述成分混合均匀后于80℃水浴锅中水浴加热融化,作为油相备用;
S3:称取甘油、植酸、蜂蜜和透明质酸钠,加入约40ml纯化水中,搅拌溶解后作为水相备用;
S4:将步骤S3中的水相置于80℃水浴条件下加热,搅拌,使内部温度达到75~80℃,边快速搅拌水相边缓慢向水相中加入步骤S2中的油相,继续搅拌至乳化均匀后冷却至45~50℃得到乳化混合液,随后称取超氧岐化酶、水解胶原蛋白和蛋黄卵磷脂,逐份缓慢加入至乳化混合液中,缓慢加入步骤S1中的水飞蓟素PLGA纳米胶体溶液,搅拌均匀后用纳米胶体磨28000r/min,每次研磨3min,重复3次即得水飞蓟素纳米抗皱眼霜。
