Abstract
本发明公开了一种洗衣液瓶的生产工艺,具体步骤如下:步骤一:将原料、线性料、填充料、色粉放入搅拌机中搅拌6‑10分钟,获得混合料;步骤二:将步骤一中制得的混合料放入吹塑机中,吹塑机温度达到150℃‑180℃时,混合料融化成液体后,融化后的液体挤出成瓶坯,瓶坯切断,夹持瓶坯到达吹胀环节,吹胀后的瓶坯被夹持到冷却定型处,在16摄氏度的冷水下,冷却2分钟,制得初步的洗衣液瓶;步骤三:将步骤二中冷却后的洗衣液瓶通过人工进行毛边打磨;步骤四:将打膜好的洗衣液瓶送到侧漏机处,检查洗衣液瓶的密封性是否完好。本发明具有韧性强、耐磨损、污染小等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣液瓶的加工方法,具体涉及一种洗衣液瓶的生产工艺。
背景技术
洗衣液是家家户户日常生活生产中必不可少的用品,现在的洗衣液都是采用塑料瓶来包装洗衣液,传统的洗衣液瓶的生产制造过程较为粗糙,生产出来的洗衣液瓶,质量差,易破损,在搬运的过程中时常会出现洗衣液漏出的现象,造成损失,且传统的洗衣液瓶由于质量差在使用后会被丢弃,造成大量的塑料污染。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种的洗衣液瓶的生产工艺,其解决了现有技术方法制造出的洗衣液瓶质量差、易破损、污染环境等缺点。
本发明所述的一种洗衣液瓶的生产工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:将原料、线性料、填充料、色粉放入搅拌机中搅拌6-10分钟,获得混合料;
步骤二:将步骤一中制得的混合料放入吹塑机中,吹塑机温度达到150℃-180℃时,混合料融化成液体后,融化后的液体挤出成瓶坯,瓶坯切断,夹持瓶坯到达吹胀环节,吹胀后的瓶坯被夹持到冷却定型处,在16摄氏度的冷水下,冷却2分钟,制得初步的洗衣液瓶;
步骤三:将步骤二中冷却后的洗衣液瓶通过人工进行毛边打磨;
步骤四:将打膜好的洗衣液瓶送到侧漏机处,检查洗衣液瓶的密封性是否完好。
本发明中原料是高密度聚乙烯,线性料是低密度聚乙烯,填充料是石蜡与滑石粉混合料。
本发明的有益效果:本发明中原料、线性料具有耐酸碱和有机溶剂的特点,且韧性较强,对环境污染较小。
具体实施方式
本发明所述的一种洗衣液瓶的生产工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:将原料、线性料、填充料、色粉放入搅拌机中搅拌6-10分钟,获得混合料;
步骤二:将步骤一中制得的混合料放入吹塑机中,吹塑机温度达到150℃-180℃时,混合料融化成液体后,融化后的液体挤出成瓶坯,瓶坯切断,夹持瓶坯到达吹胀环节,吹胀后的瓶坯被夹持到冷却定型处,在16摄氏度的冷水下,冷却2分钟,制得初步的洗衣液瓶;
步骤三:将步骤二中冷却后的洗衣液瓶通过人工进行毛边打磨;
步骤四:将打膜好的洗衣液瓶送到侧漏机处,检查洗衣液瓶的密封性是否完好。
实施例1
步骤一:将原料、线性料、填充料、色粉放入搅拌机中搅拌9分钟,获得混合料;
步骤二:将步骤一中制得的混合料放入吹塑机中,吹塑机温度达到170℃时,混合料融化成液体后,融化后的液体挤出成瓶坯,瓶坯切断,夹持瓶坯到达吹胀环节,吹胀后的瓶坯被夹持到冷却定型处,在16摄氏度的冷水下,冷却2分钟,制得初步的洗衣液瓶;
步骤三:将步骤二中冷却后的洗衣液瓶通过人工进行毛边打磨;
步骤四:将打膜好的洗衣液瓶送到侧漏机处,检查洗衣液瓶的密封性是否完好。

1.一种洗衣液瓶的生产工艺,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
步骤一:将原料、线性料、填充料、色粉放入搅拌机中搅拌6-10分钟,获得混合料;
步骤二:将步骤一中制得的混合料放入吹塑机中,吹塑机温度达到150℃-180℃时,混合料融化成液体后,融化后的液体挤出成瓶坯,瓶坯切断,夹持瓶坯到达吹胀环节,吹胀后的瓶坯被夹持到冷却定型处,在16摄氏度的冷水下,冷却2分钟,制得初步的洗衣液瓶;
步骤三:将步骤二中冷却后的洗衣液瓶通过人工进行毛边打磨;
步骤四:将打膜好的洗衣液瓶送到侧漏机处,检查洗衣液瓶的密封性是否完好。
