Abstract

本发明公开了一种改善PE实壁管道内外壁粗糙度的方法,包括以下步骤:混料、烘干;吸料机吸料至料斗进行二次烘干;下料到螺杆料筒;螺杆剪切、挤压、熔融、预塑;模具成型加工;真空水箱冷却、定径套定型;一级水箱冷却定型;二级水箱冷却。采用本发明的工艺流程加工出来的PE实壁管道,由于在模具加工成型的过程中增设了模板环套和芯棒环套,在挤出管型坯料的同时也对管形坯料的内、外壁挤压刮擦,再经过定径套的二次挤压刮擦,提高成品PE实壁管道内、外壁的外观和粗糙度质量。

Description

改善PE实壁管道内外壁粗糙度的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及PE实壁管道加工,特别涉及一种改善PE实壁管道内外壁粗糙度的方法。 
背景技术
PE材料现在普遍应用在管道制造领域,PE材料的管壁整体是块状的,而PE材料是块状存在的时候,由于拉伸强度较低,抗蠕变性不好,再加上材料本身存在大量的晶体,在拉伸变薄的成型加工过程中,形成的管道内、外壁会显得颗粒较多或出现很多气孔产生的坑洼之处,严重影响产品的外观和质量。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供了一种可改善PE实壁管道内外壁粗糙度的方法。 
本发明的技术方案如下: 
改善PE实壁管道内外壁粗糙度的方法,它包括以下工艺步骤: 
(1)混料、烘干; 
(2)吸料机吸料至料斗进行二次烘干; 
(3)下料到螺杆料筒; 
(4)螺杆剪切、挤压、熔融、预塑; 
(5)模具成型加工,具体方法是:根据口模的模套内径尺寸加 工一个模套环套;再根据芯棒的外径尺寸加工一个芯棒环套,所述模板环套和芯棒环套由聚四氟乙烯材料制成;把模套环套嵌套入模套内,把芯棒环套套装在芯棒外侧;启动模具,模具挤出机挤出PE料坯,模套环套与PE料坯的内壁挤压刮擦,同时芯棒环套与PE料坯的外壁挤压刮擦,使PE料坯内、外壁的粗糙度达到Ra(0.1~0.3)μm;用色标机附上四条蓝色带; 
(6)真空水箱冷却、定径套定型。 
采用以上工艺流程,在模具加工成型的过程中增设了模板环套和芯棒环套,利用模板环套和芯棒环套装配时形成的间隙大小,在挤出管型坯料的同时也对管形坯料的内、外壁挤压刮擦,使PE料坯内、外壁的粗糙度达到Ra(0.1~0.3)μm,满足外观和质量的工艺要求,加上模板环套和芯棒环套采用聚四氟乙烯材料制成,不仅耐高温,提高了机械性能,还不易粘附杂质而影响产品的粗糙度,再经过定径套的二次挤压刮擦和定型,可进一步提高和稳定成品PE实壁管道内、外壁的外观和粗糙度质量。 
为了满足粗糙度的工艺要求,在挤压刮擦过程中需要通过调整挤压间隙大小来实现,作为优选,所述模套环板套的内径比模套的内径小0.2~1mm,所述芯棒环套的外径比芯棒的外径大0.1~0.5mm。 
为了减少成型摩擦力,防止管型坯料的成型受损,作为优选,所述模板环套和芯棒环套的长度范围是5~8mm。 
为了生产出满足客户要求的产品,作为优选,还包括以下步骤:一级水箱冷却定型、二级水箱冷却、牵引机拉出、喷码机打字、切割 机切割定长、放入翻料架和检验入库。 
有益效果:采用本发明的工艺流程加工出来的PE实壁管道,由于在模具加工成型的过程中增设了模板环套和芯棒环套,在挤出管型坯料的同时也对管形坯料的内、外壁挤压刮擦,再经过定径套的二次挤压刮擦,提高成品PE实壁管道内、外壁的外观和粗糙度质量。 
具体实施方式
本发明提供的这种改善PE实壁管道内外壁粗糙度的方法,具体步骤如下: 
实施例1 
加工粗糙度为Ra0.1μm的PE实壁管道: 
(1)混料、烘干:把PE材料和色母料混合,在80℃的温度下烘干2小时; 
(2)吸料机吸料至料斗进行二次烘干:在80℃的温度下再烘干半个小时,继续挥发原料中的水份; 
(3)下料到螺杆料筒:把原料送入螺杆料筒; 
(4)螺杆剪切、挤压、熔融、预塑:根据设定的产品工艺要求,对PE混合原料进行坯料下料剪切,然后对料坯进行挤压预成型,再将已预压成型的料坯熔融,最后用螺杆对熔融的料坯进行预塑工序的加工; 
(5)模具成型加工,具体方法是:根据口模的模套内径尺寸加工一个聚四氟乙烯制成的模套环套,所述模套环套的内径比模套的内径小0.2mm;再根据芯棒的外径尺寸加工一个芯棒环套,所述芯棒环 套的外径比芯棒的外径大0.5mm,所述模板环套和芯棒环套的长度范围都是8mm;把模套环套嵌套入模套内,把芯棒环套套装在芯棒外侧;启动模具,模具挤出机挤出已预塑加工的PE料坯,模套环套与PE料坯的外壁挤压刮擦,同时芯棒环套与PE料坯的内壁挤压刮擦,使PE料坯内、外壁的粗糙度达到Ra0.1μm;用色标机附上四条材料标识的蓝色带; 
(6)真空水箱冷却、定径套定型:模具成型后的管形料坯套接在定径套的外表,由于模具成型时温度较高,管形料坯质地还比较软,定径套的外表面可以给管形料坯的内壁起到二次挤压刮擦的作用,在真空水箱25~30℃的温度下冷却定型的同时,保持10m/h的传送速度,进一步稳定管形料坯内壁的平整和粗糙度 
(7)一级水箱冷却定型:在保证10m/h的传送速度以及25~30℃的温度下持续给管形料坯冷却; 
(8)二级水箱冷却:继续保证10m/h的传送速度,并在25~30℃的温度下持续给管形料坯冷却; 
(9)牵引机拉出并用喷码机打字:牵引机的传送装置拉出管形坯料,并在对应位置用喷码机喷涂用来区别材料的相关字码; 
(10)切割机切割定长:根据工艺要求把管型坯料按规定尺寸定长切割; 
(11)放入翻料架:把切割好的管料成品通过翻料架自动翻料摆放在翻料架上; 
(12)检验入库:根据工艺要求提供的尺寸数据检测,合格品入 库。 
实施例2 
加工粗糙度为Ra0.3μm的PE实壁管道: 
步骤1~步骤4按实施例1进行,在步骤5)中所述模套环套的内径加工到比模套的内径小1mm,再把所述芯棒环套的外径加工到比芯棒的外径大0.1mm,所述模板环套和芯棒环套的长度都加工成5mm,加大了模板环套和芯棒环套与PE料坯的挤压刮擦间隙,同时,在真空水箱、一级水箱和二级水箱之间的传送过程中保证15m/h的传送速度并保证25~30℃的温度,其余后面工序的工艺要求同实施例1一致,这样就可使PE料坯内、外壁的粗糙度达到Ra0.3μm。 
另外,在所述步骤5)中,根据生产实际需要,可将模套环套和芯棒环套用螺栓分别固定在口模的模套内和芯棒的外表面上,防止磨损脱落。

Claims (4)

1.改善PE实壁管道内外壁粗糙度的方法,其特征是:包括以下步骤:
(1)混料、烘干;
(2)吸料机吸料至料斗进行二次烘干;
(3)下料到螺杆料筒;
(4)螺杆剪切、挤压、熔融、预塑;
(5)模具成型加工,具体方法是:根据口模的模套内径尺寸加工一个模套环套;再根据芯棒的外径尺寸加工一个芯棒环套,所述模板环套和芯棒环套由聚四氟乙烯材料制成;把模套环套嵌套入模套内,把芯棒环套套装在芯棒外侧;启动模具,模具挤出机挤出PE料坯,模套环套与PE料坯的外壁挤压刮擦,同时芯棒环套与PE料坯的内壁挤压刮擦,使PE料坯内、外壁的粗糙度达到Ra(0.1~0.3)μm;用色标机附上四条蓝色带;
(6)真空水箱冷却、定径套定型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改善PE实壁管道内外壁粗糙度的方法,其特征在于:步骤5)中所述模套环套的内径比模套的内径小0.2~1mm,所述芯棒环板的外径比芯棒的外径大0.1~0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改善PE实壁管道内外壁粗糙度的方法,其特征在于:步骤5)中所述模板环套和芯棒环套的长度范围是5~8mm。
4.根据权利要求1到权利要求4所述的改善PE实壁管道内外壁粗糙度的方法,其特征在于:还包括以下步骤:一级水箱冷却定型、二级水箱冷却、牵引机拉出、喷码机打字、切割机切割定长、放入翻料架和检验入库。
