背景技术
鲫鱼(学名:Carassius auratus,简称鲫,俗名鲫瓜子、月鲫仔、土鲫、细头、鲋鱼、寒鲋)常见于欧亚地区,为常见淡水鱼,属于辐鳍鱼亚纲鲤形目鲤科鲫属的其中一种鱼类。其肉质细嫩,营养价值很高,每百克肉含蛋白质13克、脂肪11克,并含有大量的钙、磷、铁等矿物质。鲫鱼药用价值极高,其性平味甘,入胃、肾,具有和中补虚、除羸、温胃进食、补中生气之功效。鲫鱼分布广泛,全国各地水域常年均有生产,以2~4月份和8~12月份的鲫鱼最为肥美,为我国重要食用鱼类之一。人工精饲料喂养的鲫鱼口感较自然生长的鲫鱼差,肉质疏松,鲜味下降;而纯青饲料喂养鲫鱼生长周期较长,不能满足市场的需求。鲫鱼单养时品种单一,池塘空间和饵料利用不充分,效益较低,混养时需要合理选择种类及数量,符合池塘生态循环。本发明采用发酵饲料和青饲料搭配,提高鲫鱼生长速率的同时,保持鲫鱼的天然风味;采用混养模式,加入微生物菌剂和单细胞藻类,充分利用池塘高中低空间,自然调节水质;特别是使用中草药防治鱼病,不添加化学药物成分,属于无公害生态养殖方式。
