本发明涉及水产养殖领域,更具体的说涉及一种黑鱼的养殖技术,通过对鱼塘的处理和对鱼体的消毒以及科学饲喂,有效降低了药物、人工饲料的用量,利用配方饲料搭配鲜饵料的投喂方式,可以使黑鱼生长速度快,免疫力强,同时所养殖的淡水鱼质量安全性高、无污染,提高了淡水鱼的成活率,避免了群病产生,保证了养殖户的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及水产养殖领域,更具体的说涉及一种黑鱼的养殖技术。
技术背景
黑鱼为淡水鱼,属肉食性鱼类,小黑鱼食水生浮游动物,少打即食小鱼、小虾、大黑鱼以食其他鱼类和青蛙为主,有事黑食小黑鱼。黑鱼喜欢、栖于水草茂密的泥底或在水面晒太阳,有的黑鱼还经常藏在树根石缝中来偷袭其他鱼类。黑鱼肉中含蛋白质、脂肪、18种氨基酸等,还含有人体必需的钙、磷、铁及多种维生素:使用于身体虚弱,低蛋白血症、脾胃气虚、营养不良,贫血之人使用,西广一带明间常视黑鱼为珍贵补品,用以催乳、补血;黑鱼有祛风治疳、补脾益气、利水消肿之效,因此三北地区常有产妇、风湿病患者、小儿肝病者寻乌黑鱼食之,作为一种辅助食疗法。黑鱼为淡水名贵鱼类,有“鱼中珍品”之称,是一种营养全面、肉味鲜美的高级保健品,一向被视为病后康复和老幼体虚者的滋补珍品。当前,黑鱼养殖效益显著,已成为水产养殖热门之一。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种黑鱼的养殖技术。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种黑鱼的养殖技术,包括以下步骤:
(1)养殖塘的要求:在水源地地势较低处挖池塘,采用人工引水,无污染,池塘底部要平坦,底部设有20cm的淤泥,池塘的高度为1.5-2米,水深的高度1-1.5米,在池塘四周种植0.5米宽的水浮莲;
(2)放养前准备:在放养前半个月对池塘撒生石灰和漂白粉,注水放置,并在池塘上安装供氧设备,在放养前将鱼苗放入消毒池中进行15分钟的消毒;
(3)水质管理:每隔半个月泼洒一次生石灰或漂白粉和粗盐,每天对水进行加氧2小时,采用增加水的交换量来保持水温在13℃;
(4)投食喂养:采用鲜饵料和配方饲料搭配投喂方式投喂,每天喂养3-4次,每次投喂半个小时,且鲜饵料与配方饲料的重量比为3:1;
(5)合理捕捞:每周捕捞体重达到1900g的鱼种。
